i still think one of the funniest things i’ve ever read in my whole life is in The Expanse book 6 when Avarsarala is like “okay so we need to create a especial taskforce to defeat Inaros” and Holden, exhausted, sleep deprived and used to carrying the world on his shoulders just sighs and goes “and let me guess, you want me to lead it :(” and without missing a beat she goes, “you’re not even part of our military, Holden. I wouldn’t trust you with a fucking water gun, let alone the most important taskforce humanity has ever put together” and his reaction goes from “:O” to “:)”

why does the expanse have the most competant relationships and female characters that arent made to be annoying and are genuinely useful to the plot. And naomi and holden are literally the most supportive couple ive seen on tv like wtf. i love this show

4) Last song I listened to: kudasai - technicolor (last one I would really recommend would be Moon Hooch - Old Frenchman)

5) Hobbies: video games (currently playing Warframe, trying to get interested in Destiny 2 again before the season finishes...), mobile games (my rotation is Bleach Brave Souls, Naruto Blazing, Cats Atelier, Bunny Pop, Block! Hexa, Word Stacks, Wordscapes, and Sudoku.com), writing, reading, watching random YouTube content (mostly related to games and media, but often history, food, music, and metalworking), listening to music, and watching movies and shows.

6) Last movie I watched: To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You

7) Favorite books/writers: This is a bit hard. I really enjoyed works by C.S. Friedman, Elizabeth Moon, Peter F. Watts, James S. A. Corey, and Peter F. Hamilton. Those are probably the most readable authors I’d return to again with some regularity.

8) Dream job: United Nations Deputy Undersecretary of Executive Administration, like Chrisjen Avarsarala. Failing that, full-time fiction writer.

9) Favorite colors: Black, chromium yellow, violet, and cobalt blue.

10) Meaning behind my URL: I decided I liked the word combination of the documentary Gunner Palace, so I took it. I’ve never seen it though.
