I “knew” I was bisexual before watching Doctor Who or Torchwood, but ignored it, denied it, or pushed it to the side. In my head I was both “not queer enough” or “just faking it.” I didn’t think my experience as a bisexual was valid

But after watching Jack onscreen being an unapologetic, flirtatious bisexual (who, in the words of Tosh, “shag anything if it was gorgeous enough”), I was finally able to accept my own bisexuality. I owe a lot to Captain Jack and Doctor Who / Torchwood in general for helping me realize who I am.

Hey! I’m alive, so here’s another torchwood detail:

In They Keep Killing Suzie, the team has to go into a locker with all of Suzie Costello’a belongings. Everything has been shoved into boxes or on top of the boxes in a haphazard manner. Who packed away Suzie’s life? Who had to go through her belongings and hide it away?

I doubt there’s a Torchwood moving team, so it’s possible that Tosh, Owen, Ianto, and Jack had to pack away her belongings themselves. This could be why no one else was surprised (other than Gwen) that Suzie’s belongings had been packed away in such a manner.

Something I noticed is that at the front of the storage unit, there’s a doll on top of one of the boxes instead of being thrown into one of the myriad boxes in the unit.

The thought of Tosh, Ianto, Owen, or Jack holding Suzie’s doll to their chest and mourning their corrupted coworker right before they shut the doors on Suzie’s life forever is a heartbreaking one.
