hi i have a question about inprnt! if for example i bought a framed print (+ $90 ish) do you get a cut of that whole sum? or do you only get a cut of sales of the print itself? just wondering - imo its worth it to do that if you actually get the money, but if you don’t i’d just get a cheap frame elsewhere

Hi there! I wasn't able to scroll back far enough to find when someone bought a framed print but I have a quick example here of what I get for a regular print and what I get for a metal print, which is another more expensive option inprnt offers

So with a regular print I get about 7.50 per sale since the price is 15 and I get a 50% cut. For larger more elaborate prints like the metal print someone ordered, I get less than 50%; the full price of this that the customer pays is 75 dollars and I assume it's similar for framed prints.

Make of that what you will - personally I don't feel like I'm shafted by earning a smaller cut on the more complicated orders because they're relatively rare and it's not something I could ever offer otherwise without paying through the nose to invest in materials, equipment etc, and I've seen pics of the metal print and tbf it looks awesome

Thank you so much for asking and wanting to be considerate, it means a lot to me 🧡 I'm a cheapskate so I would ultimately recommend you frame a regular print yourself

#im always really excited when people order a non standard print. ive had ppl get canvas prints and phone cases etc #and i still earn more on them than regular prints even if the % cut is smaller #but if it's just a regular print in a regular frame you can do that at home easily. AND you can pick your frame too
