watt as things i heard wednesday/thursday of last week and also today
annleigh: my persona for the day is a 36 year old woman named carolyn with six kids
reese: why would you name yourself after my mother?
annleigh: well it's not spelled that way, it's spelled like caroline but pronounced-
reese: her birth name is caroline!!!!
annleigh: i- SHUT UP
chess: this morning i was sitting in the car about to get out and my id was in my lap and i was like two seconds away from the best part of my song and then my seatbelt somehow flung my id into the backseat and in trying to grab it, i accidentally restarted my song, so i don't have high hopes for today
kate: hey, after the apush exam, do we have to go to our last class? because everyone is saying different things and i have no idea what to believe anymore
eva: i don't know!!!!!! because my apush teacher says no, we don't have to go, but my math teacher says i had BETTER be there and it's very much stressing me out!!!!!!
chess: oh my god. eva. look at me. don't go to your last class after a four hour apush exam.
eva: but she's gonna be disappointed in me
kate: between the two of you, which of you will have just taken a four hour ap exam?
eva: ... shut up
riley: hey, y'all, how are you doing?
annleigh: if i told you i cried for an hour and a half last night, does that answer your question?
riley: ... yes
cairo: the more time i spend with high schoolers, the more i wonder how on earth any of you survive to adulthood
riley: the princess bride was okay
everyone else: >:0!!!!
cairo: hey, has anyone seen clark, chess, kate, and farrah?
eva: no, but i'm sure they're fine, there's two rational ones and two dumbasses, it evens out
riley: yeah, i don't hear the sounds of anyone being murdered, i'm sure it's fine
annleigh, to farrah: look me in the eyes and tell me baking powder is a spice

rain did not understand the game of chess at all. it was not a secret, and she had said it many times to beth. while she let the other speak, she tried her best to listen, tried plenty of times to understand, but it wasn’t happening. that was alright to rain, though. she could still be a friend, still be supportive, even though she had no idea what was going on.
“i like your guts.” it’s said with a grin, and she offers the other a little pat on the back. “i mean it! you’re a certified badass. even i can figure that out.”
