(Blood/Wound TW) Sacrifice

A piece for my dad, who recently jumped on the Tolkien OC boat with my mom and I. He is a shapeshifter/Beorning, and for his birthday tomorrow, he wanted his fatherly self to be represented with his protective nature, and 'grumpy looking on the outside/sweet inside' personality. This is a few years after Leanna's passing. Myrra and Sven travel middle earth and eventually aid in the War of the Ring.

I’m preparing a couple of outfits for Farmers Faire in a week!

Meanwhile, I had made this one for one of my beornings that played up the default grey-blue of the starter gear and the default color of the Osgiliath heavy chest piece. For a luxuriously trimmed look, I looked for other pieces of similar trim color -- sort of a shire peach-like muted gold/brass. The Wildermore heavy crafted pieces seemed to fit that description, with the added bonus of a heavy plated look to match the chest. Similarly, the boots had such trim, although I'm pretty sure these boots share a skin with some other Rohan-era heavy boots.

Still playing with gshade settings. I've been in the shire for the festival and being on at random times and weather gives me time to tweak things

I need the game to be playable, so I don't use much dof, but I like being able to turn my ui off and enjoy the scenery when I'm doing less dangerous stuff.

I'm going to make a bunch for different stuff... I already have one for inside dark areas indoors, twilight, night time, now I'm playing with daylight/normal direct light.

I just listened to the audiobook of The Hobbit as read by Andy Serkis, and it was sooo fun. His range of voices is so great, and of course it's fantastic hearing his Gollum again. I love listening to audiobooks of favorite stories because it's like experiencing them for the first time!
