Ok so like as a animation/pose study I used.. this scene from poison. It's really expressive and dancing is.. fun so yeah. I used the og video as reference (obviously) so uh. Doesn't belong to me
Don't credit me for this, again, the og video was used as reference, and you should support the animators who made the scene 👍
I want to emphasize that I had never animated a character or put my animation knowledge into any of my projects
But for my first time in the world of animation, I can say that I found it relatively acceptable, I want to continue practicing but doing simpler things, I only did this to see how it turned out for me

Jax animation test on Krita! I haven't used Krita in a while and I'm not gonna lie I feel like abandoning Adobe Animate for hand drawn animation; drawing just doesn't feel good on Aa... it feels klunky and it's a bit difficult for me to get into the groove of actually drawing :/ though I feel that I'd still be able to use it for compositing and puppet animation (and even then the puppet animation is still also a lil klunky but its fine-)
“Almost There” visual development by Sue Nichols, animation style test by Lorelay Bove & Joe Pitt, and Pencil test by Hyun-min Lee.
Disney is a collaborative place. Despite her impact on Almost There, Nichols didn’t make it herself. It took a team to have her beautiful concept art realized in motion ˣ
