god I'm legitimately so heartbroken I feel like I'm gonna throw up just thinking about anything related to what's going on with me

#I'm trying desperately NOT to think but also trying to engage in behaviors I know should make me feel better? #like I slept for 16 hours and I just want to go back to sleep so I can't think or feel but I'm trying to force myself to do stuff just to #idk just to try maybe helping?
