Story:- Sreekumar (Sirish) from a middle class family works in a software company. He likes Sindhuja (Anu Emmanuel) who works in his neighboring company and enjoys seeing her from afar. While Sri is waiting to talk to Sindhu, she unexpectedly comes and joins the company where Sri is working. And to please Sindhu, Sri does various tricks and gets close to her and falls in love with Peekallothu. Sindhu is also very milky with him. But both accidentally meet physically once. At the same time Sri speaks his mind. When Mr. says that he loves and wants to get married.. Sindhu is shocked by saying, "What is love?.. what is marriage?.. we are just good friends.. this happened by accident". What did Sri do when the girl he loved said that? What kind of turn did Sri Prem Katha take? Has Sri got another marriage for his mother (Amani) who dreams a lot about her marriage? Or was he still waiting for Sindhu? You have to watch the movie to know.
