That could be an interpretation of it yeah :00 but to be totally honest, I haven't thought it all through yet..

The intention behind that comic is its showing that Eddie used to be a human. And now he's.. well. He's Eddie.

Here is a scene I wrote for an au (that I really need a name for bc it dominates my thoughts).

Bit (a lot) of background on this AU: It's supposed to be a superhero/urban fantasy/soulmate au. Everyone has some degree of magic, they just have to learn to harness it. All soulmate pairs are the canon ones from Double Life.

Scar (Hotguy) and Gem (Fauna) are heroes. Grian (Chaos Sparrow) is a vigilante. Pearl (Scarlet) is a villain. Jimmy is just a civilian, but he's a victim of the prophecy (basically just the Canary Curse).

It was supposed to be Scarian mild annoyance to lovers and Gempearl enemies to lovers, but it has gotten more focused on the:

Scar & Gem besties relationship,

the Grian & Pearl chaos skyblings relationship,

the Grian & Pearl & Jimmy & Lizzie skybling/seabling relationship,

the Scar & Pearl depression villain arc relationship,

and Gem & Grian's sibling dynamic.

At this point in the story, our four main characters (Gem, Scar, Grian, and Pearl) have made a deal. The higher-ups at the Hero Corp want to interrogate Scarlet (Pearl) for information because she's not only the primary villain of the city, she's also the leader of the underground, who are presumably the people who want to assassinate Jimmy (if he dies, it's basically Ragnarok). Pearl does not have control over individual people or groups in the underground, she just runs the system.

The Hero Corp wants Gem and Scar to retrieve Pearl and bring her to them. So Gem and Scar set up a meeting, since there is mutual trust between the four of them.

The conclusion was that they could take Pearl, but Grian would take one of the heroes as collateral so that he could ultimately get her back. They decided to exchange Gem rather than Scar because they knew that Gem is the Hero Corp's precious baby and they'd be desperate to get her back, which ensures Pearl's release. Additionally, Scar's magic is incredibly strong since he's a fae. He has a natural advantage that bypasses some of Pearl's talent in magic.

So he places a curse on her that can only be broken if Scar chooses to break it. Basically it prevents her from flying (she's got wings, so does Grian), getting out of range of Scar, and the curse includes the ability to control whether the person the curse is placed on can talk or not, but Scar refuses to utilize it.

Also since Scar is a fae, he can't lie. But he does have a silver tongue that easily gets around the lying factor. Also he doesn't know that he and Grian are soulbound. Also Gem doesn't have a soulbound. Also I'm really insecure about posting this like I think it's cool but maybe other people won't think it's cool but an IRL friend really liked it but idk and I did write this all on discord because I needed to explain the scene to said friend and it was going to be easier to just write it and AAAAAA

The Hero Corp keeps insinuating that Scar is working with the villains. They keep insisting that he break more and more of his morals to find more stuff.

And finally, he just goes "Do you want a villain? Because I can give you one.”

And it's dead silent.

No one says shit.

Gem's apprentice, Guqqie, is there with their jaw dropped.

Scar's usually green eyes are glowing red.

He's angry.

"It seems to me that you want a villain," Scar says, his voice echoing in the silent room. "I can give you one. Isn't that what you want?”

No one says anything.

Scar's red eyes burn into the side of [boss]'s skull. "I thought you wanted a villain.”

Some people are staring at him. Some are trying to get out of this room. Some are trying to ignore what's happening.

"Did you not want a villain?" Scar asks. "I don't appreciate lying.

"I can't lie," Scar says. "I'm not sure if you know this, but I cannot lie. I feel like maybe you'd extend the same courtesy for me.”

"Do you want a fucking villain?" Scar snaps. "Or are you just unsatisfied with me having boundaries? Not liking how you compare me to Fauna and wish I got taken instead? Realizing that Villains are people too?”

It wouldn't've been terrible to be taken by Sparrow (Grian, Scar thought with mild wonder. A beautiful name. His heart fluttered, despite the situation), but the thought still stood. [boss] didn't know that Sparrow wouldn't hurt him.

"Don't you want a villain?" Scar asks, quietest yet. "Don't you?" More silence. The clock on the wall ticks. Scar can hear his heavy breath in time with his heartbeat. "Well, I'll give you one." He rips his hero badge from around his neck and lays it on the table. "I resign.”

And he stalks away, the explosion of "no!"s and "why?"s and "HOTGUY GET BACK HERE!"s blocked out by his mind.

And he walks up to his apartment, his mild haven here, and sees Pearl and Jimmy. He snaps his fingers, lifting Pearl's curse. She looks up in alarm, and Jimmy follows suit.

"We're leaving." Scar tells them, leaving no room for argument. "And we're not coming back.”

I'm really intrigued, I know you like the sumeru squad, but my favourite dynamic among them is actually Alhaitham and Cyno! I wanted to know what you think of them!!

I think they're very similar sometimes, but Alhaitham is introverted and his jokes are hard to distinguish (because he's too smart for anyone to understand that he's not /srs hahaha) and Cyno is extraverted but his jokes are just awful, BUT I think they like each other's jokes a lot, and I think they encourage each others' theatrical/playful sides. I also think they'd both enjoy going to watch performances together since Alhaitham and Nilou became friends after that event before, and we all know Cyno likes to watch.

I also think Alhaitham probably enjoys playing Genius Invocation with him, since he evidently really values passionate people. He'd let Cyno infodump like crazy about his new cards and how he feels about new rules, and even though he'd make "oh woooow that's so interestiiiing" sarcastic comments, he'd sit still and keep the information. And Cyno knows he's like this, so he's happy to go on, but he'll start being like "if you don't want to listen to someone talking, you could go do your job" and they'd both be like "lol :)"

He also really respects and trusts Cyno canonically (for example his story quest relied on Cyno understanding his secret messages, and once he got there, Alhaitham immediately stepped back to let him work) which I think is a huge deal for him, since most of the time he wants to be at the center of things so he can keep the situation under control. Luckily with Cyno he knows he can leave trouble in trustworthy hands.

They're both just the type of person to be straightforward and say exactly what they think, and although they've definitely butted heads because of it before, I think they would really treasure that honesty in their friendship. I think they'd really enjoy each other as friends.

Anyway it's a shame that they're both so misunderstood by the fandom, I feel like their friendship gets ignored because people think Alhaitham is a cruel person, and people seem to forget Cyno exists if he's not being shipped with someone 🥲 they're two of my favourite characters and I love them so much 😭

OOOOH REAL !! For me, AlHaitham and Cyno is like.... a funny duo (in kind of some way) in sumeru squad. I sometime imagine Cyno considerind AlHaitham like a rival ! Cyno is way too shonen in his routine, and AlHaitham is his perfect opponent (this kind of Frienenemies but lighthearted) and Alhaitham doesn't mind bahahaha he spends good time with Cyno being competitive and him being effortless strong in whatever he does AND !!! Ayato Itto are strong opponent, and they call them themself "bro" whatever FOR BEATING THEM, CYNO MAKING PEACE W ALHAITHAM (in his mind, because he is the only one who was in competition) and saying thing like "OKAY, FOR THE SAKE OF WINNING, LET'S PUT AWAY OUR DIFFERENCE AND FIGHT TOGETHER, BRO." If you ever get caught while doing your pranks, he is always there to bust you out. Word spreads fast in NRC and he knows that other students are afraid of the “Rose Red Tyrant”

oh gosh. i'm not sure, but i know it definitely WILL affect their parenting... i think at first donnie will find himself just... deferring to his partner a LOT in almost any situation because he's afraid that he'll fuck it up, because he DOESN'T feel like he understands proper boundaries or what parenting is supposed to look like, etc etc etc, and he's afraid he'll mess up. he probably reads a TON of parenting books as well because RESEARCH and will often try to pull directly from them in any situation he can, and is confused when things don't go exactly the way they were described in the text... leo i think kind of tends to flounder between being overprotective and feeling the desire to protect his son from everything and anything and wanting to overcorrect this tendency by pulling back and trying to give him as much freedom and space as possible, which sometimes leads to some... inconsistencies. there's definitely a learning curve for both of them, but they both get the hang of it eventually. they both have lovely partners and a very loving and supportive family to help them and they'll figure it out with a bit of practice.

i like to imagine them all staying very close, especially coz i'm loosely planning on them all going through the kraang-apocalypse together (and then coming through to the other side!) so i can't imagine them ever drifting too far from each other, emotionally or geographically. there's a bit of a rocky start for a lot of them, but all of the siblings end up a very tight-knit bunch.

AAAAAA NEW NIGHT VALE EPISODE REALLY ATE WHEN THEY BROUGHT OUT WHAT IS CLEARLY THE DISTANT PRINCE AND JUST TO REVEAL HES (at least inhabiting the body of) A KID LIKE IM SORRY BUT HES JUST A LITTLE GUY!! HE CAN DO NO WRONG (hes prob here to start the apocalypse of the year but maybe they can fix him with therapy)

I need to hear your thoughts on this episode cuz it got me so so excited

Personally, I think it’d be fun if the child the personification of the Smiling God, Cal (which some people read Cal as being the Distant Prince so add that in or keep it separate from this post if you’d like) or Donovan (Charles and Kevin’s kid). But this was such an interesting take I did some reading and drew up some comparisons.

When we first meet The Boy, he is young and constantly moving around and pretending to be an airplane. Later, when Cecil is talking to him, much of what he is saying about existing and being who he is, he is experiencing for the very first time. Sort of like a god experiencing being human for the first time. (I did think about how, if it is some random kid, and he did come from the DOW from a portal Carlos and his team opened, he wouldn’t have slept or ate, or possibly spoken to other people before too, but could have remained in perfect health but that’s a side bar.)

His descriptors he gave to the therapist reminded me what Huntokar described as the mudwomb, where she and the other gods came from. (This also, feels similar to cecil being born from a tree, and my theory about cecil forgetting he is a god/angel.)

The words “to do harm” are interesting to take note of. As are the words “‘No’ said the boy, in a new voice, full of broken glass and thunder clouds. “I will not talk about her.”’

Because when we think about the Distant Prince, he is always threatening to do or actively doing harm. He and his court are also mistaken for thunderclouds and rain. (From If He Had Lived episode 92) . Lastly, I want to think about Tamika being the one to take him in, because that is the most compelling thing regarding your theory out of everything.

I will be referencing the live show The Haunting of Nightvale. Tamika, during it, expresses exhaustion for having to clean up the town and deal with its problems her entire life. She solved problems with violence. She liked the violence. Violence was the answer for a lot of problems, and only recently did she decide that it was no longer as such.

Thinking about a child having the role of committing acts of violence to protect herself and others. And now, the Distant Prince appears, a harbinger of death and human pain and suffering, as an innocent child looking to forget. To start fresh. Tamika would want to take him in so that they could maybe learn something from each other. But also, the reverse of this, maybe Tamika’s past of violence could be a spark to further pain and suffering at the hands of the Distant Prince without her realizing. Maybe he could inspire her to become violent again, if its something she wants of her own accord this time.

All of this also makes me think about gods appearing in night vale as people due to different circumstances. The Glow Cloud (junior) is a respected citizen. Huntokar is living in the body of Susan Willman. Night Vale is in more chaos than it has ever been. The glow Cloud (senior) is dead, people have all but forgotten Huntokar, and time is moving forward once more. Not to mention that it’s still recovering from Janet and her team. An apocalypse to restart the town, as it happened so many times before in Night Vale, makes sense! Everything is coming to a head. Huntokar and possibly The Distant Prince appearing as people feels….. interesting.

Anyways this was fun to cobble together and would love to hear your thoughts on it!! this was a really fun take! :o)

Hi! Thank you for waiting this long hahaha

First of all I love your Yugi, is so freaking adorable, big fan over here aaaaaa.

And okay we're gonna talk about comics. Oh boy. It's not a topic I dont like talking but it's something I get way too.... intense, even if I feel I don't have much to defend with. Anyway I'll try to not be so detailed and serious about it so I can bring a decent commentary!

Disclaimer that I have a lot of issues with the use of thought bubbles, but that's a me thing. Myself I try to avoid them so I can focus on a "show more, talk less" type of flow. So if I start talking about them it's because of that, not that you'r doing a bad thing or anything.

I like how you use the panels, by themselves and ignoring the dialogues, they work perfectly fine! I think my thing with the pacing is that I'd draw a 3-4 pages comics instead of 2 for this scene alone. It's a pain I know, but I think for this type of scenario adding a little more of time could help to appreciate some details, like Kaiba being notoriously angry, the moment he touches Yugi's forehead, etc. But this is also a very personal opinion because I'm a sucker for very sloooow interactions, so all this I'm saying is for the sake of a slower pacing. Sadly you gotta draw more or write less if you want to get that effect, also you can get in a situation where things end up vague and ugh, what a pain hjdfhjhds.

I have a serious problem with dialogue bubbles, I never know where to put them Dx. I always feel they're on the way or that they hinder the reading or that they look straight up ugly hahahaha. I think you use a good space for them! they're not in the way of the faces or important scenes, but I can see you needed to add arrows for the conversation to work. In my opinion the dialogue works perfectly without the arrows. We all know there are two people talking so having only the faces on the bubbles was enough to understand who was talking and what order follow.

Now, if you want to work on bubbles without using the faces to show who's talking and don't lose the order in the way, I could recommend something like this:

Sorry if it looks way too clumsy! But a thing we artist have to deal is how the order of the bubbles affects on the flow of the dialogue. Specially when we don't have a specific way to show how the person talks (for example japaneses have many ways to show character's expression so it's easier for them to identify it.) So we need to focus on the flow.

A wonderful person who talks TONS of this matter is the motherfucker Scott McCoud!

This is just an example of how dialogues can contribute to the time and spaces and how the order affects the reading. This is not the exact example for what I mean but Scott is a badass of the comic and the complexity of it.

Understanding Comics The invisible Art is a masterpiece, I blame him for making me doubt is I'm doing a good job or not.

Okay before I go way too into this, one last thing and this is personal opinion. I love white background but you gotta be very careful to not make it look like lazyness. You don't need to draw a full background but maybe adding some shading can help to make the illusion of space rather than having a blank space. Of course this is just my opinion.

Anyway, I really like how you work! my huge recommendation would be to simply take your time on it, I feel it shows a bit of impatience or nerviousness, but that's just my idea. So far you're going a good way on creating comics and I'd love to see more of them :3

At first he found your constant shower of affection a little annoying especially when he was in the middle of work

Once he realised his moodiness wouldn’t dissuade you from showing his boobs him all your love and attention he inevitably gave up

He didn’t realise it at first but he actually grew to want your affection as well

Like he’d just be reading his god awful books or doing paperwork (idk what scribes do tbh) and her suddenly be like

“Huh I feel like something you is missing and it feels odd” he misses it

People have pointed out that he seems a lot more relaxed and less like a god damn plank when he comes into work

Truth is it’s just because you spent the entire morning showering him with cuddles and kisses :)

He’s so used to it at this point he’s even grown to holding your hand or giving you cute cheek kisses in public!!

Truly a miracle!

When he had a bad day he used to dread coming home and having to deal with other people kaveh but now he finds that you’re the first thing he runs to if things haven’t been going right!

He finds your head pats and sweet reassuring kisses to be the best cure for his frustrations!

People still will never figure out how he managed to woo such a affectionate and sweet person but neither of you care!

Okay so Charlie actually didnt forget Vaggie for lying for that long, which is understandable, really.

So Charlie ACTUALLY MADE A DEAL WITH ALASTOR NO MATTER HOW MUCH TIMES VAGGIE TOLD HER NOT TO.

Rosie is really sweet lady, but im not really vibing her voice

But i really DO vibe the cannibals. They all have this cool aesthetic n i really love that!

Carmillas n Vaggies song was also really good!

Also when Vaggies wings SUDDENLY N OUT OF NOWHERE came out i was like: OKAAAAAYY... IM NOT SURE WHY BUT GO OFF IG!!

Im really so glad that Alastor is actually protecting the hotel and all people in it, hes probably doing it just because he have no choice, but i really hope that he do care about Charlie n everyone else. Also their fighting outfits is really cool. AND THE ANIMATIONS WHEN HE TOOK HIS DEMON FORM WAS SOOOO COOL, IT WAS LIKE IN 3D (maybe it actually was in 3d idk-)

Okay yknow.. When Adam blasted (idk if thats a correct word for that) at Alastor n broke his michrophone and Als voice became so clear, like, without any radio effects, I actually thought that he lost all his abilities, cuz Adam is clearly stronger than Al, and i got so scared becuz that would mean that he wont be able to protect the hotel anymore and maybe even die... But it didnt happen so its all good!!

Also Vox watching this whole fight being so exited for Als death was kinda funny to watch.

Okay.... I dont wanna cry again so can i not talk about sir Pentious? Thank you. All i gotta say, I really happy he managed to confess his feelings to Cherri before he... yknow...

Also Charlie FINALLY TOOK HER FULL DEMON FORM. N I ACTUALLY WAS NOT EXPECTIN RAZZLE N DAZZLE TO BE A GIANT DRAGONS THAT WAS SO COOL without thinking that one of them died...

Also i immediatly thought that sparing Lute was a mistake. Guess what? IT WAS!! :DDDDDD

I know i probably just heard it wrong, cuz HE JUST CANT BE AN ANGEL RIGHT?... RIGHT??? He also said smt bout his freedom, so yeah, I think the wings was just a metaphor. But overall he looked really scared for some reason, which is actually so weird. Its so weird to see Alastor actually being scared..

ALSO WE FINALLY SAW LILITH, but sadly didnt hear her voice. N what is weird, it looked like she was on sorta vacathion, and Lute talked with her bout Adam being Killed AND THATS SO WEIRD AHHH I CANT WAIT TO FIND OUT WHAT IS HER ROLE IN ALL HERE!!

A/N: WOW, ok this got a little heavier than I anticipated lol oops. Nothing serious happens, Ominis just has first-time-parent jitters in his own, Ominis-y way and works through some of that. :)

The peaceful ticking of a clock was the only sound in the room when Ominis awoke.

It was still dark, judging by his wife’s unintelligible mumbling in her sleep and the absence of warm morning sunlight on Ominis’ skin. Sitting up in bed, he picked up his wand from his nightstand and pointed it in the direction of the ticking. 5:03 a.m., the wand’s little voice announced in his mind. Ominis groaned. MC would be asleep for another few hours, and Ominis considered curling up around her to drift off again, but he felt too restless.

Ominis was unsure why he had awoken. It had been a long while since his last nightmare. After so many years waking up next to MC and hearing increasingly less from the Gaunts, the violent and frightening birth family he had long abandoned, he slept quite peacefully most nights. Perhaps it was instinctual drive that motivated him to push the covers aside, find his slippers on the floor and kiss MC’s head as he stood to cross the room.

There, on the opposite side of the room in the cradle with whimsical little carvings of mooncalves and hippogriffs lovingly etched into the wood by his family in-law, lay their baby son nestled in tiny blankets. Ominis could hear soft rustling as his son stirred and began to fuss. He probed with his hands until they found the impossibly tiny head and body, scooping up his son with gentle hushes.

Had Ominis really been this small once too? He could scarcely imagine treating his own child the way his family had treated him as a boy. He would do anything for the baby he now rocked in his arms, whispering soothingly.

The baby began to cry, and Ominis felt some hesitation. He was quite used to taking care of the baby while MC was awake to help him, but he had not yet attempted it alone. He did not want to wake MC after hearing her tell him how exhausted she was and how desperately she needed sleep as she had drifted off the night before.

More than MC's exhaustion, however, Ominis felt guilt claw at his chest as he considered passing the baby off to MC. How many times had his own parents ignored his desperate cries? How often had they simply handed him off to someone else to deal with? He physically recoiled at how easily he could fall into the same habits his parents had. With shaking arms he held his son closer and pressed his cheek to the little head resting on his shoulder, as if to shield his tiny son from the horrific thoughts.

"I'm here," he whispered. "And I won't let you go."

Ominis knew not if he was soothing his son, or himself.

The kitchen was even quieter than their bedroom, with only an occasional drop from the sink faucet to fill the silence. During the day, a pair of staff would work and happily chat away—but for a few more hours, the room would stand still.

Ominis had pulled a chair up to the counter and attempted to give his son a warmed bottle. The baby fussed, unable to find the bottle any better than Ominis could guide it, and both father and son were growing frustrated.

"I'm sorry," Ominis murmured, frowning at himself. He felt distressed little hands as they knocked against his own, grabbing at nothing while the fussing turned to wails that squeezed his throat painfully. Tears sprung to his eyes.

"I'm so sorry... This is my fault."

Ominis once again held his son closer, cradling him protectively against his chest with one arm as he continued to try to unite little hands with the bottle. He was to blame for more than just the bottle, he mused somewhere in the back of his exhausted mind.

When the healers had broken the news to Ominis and MC, MC was almost completely unbothered. She had never been the kind of woman to respond with fear, of course; she merely held their son closer and, with a smile on her lips, gently murmured that their son had his father's eyes.

Ominis, on the other hand, could only stand in shock as the healer's words echoed in a suddenly empty world around him. The Gaunts’ dark magic that had irreparably injured him before he was born was still coursing through his veins—and it was now his son's grim birthright.

The weeks after MC had given birth had been confusing for Ominis. He loved his son unconditionally. He would do anything for those giggles, for the chubby fingers that grasped at his own as the little family would rest together on the bed, talking and laughing without a care in the world. But Ominis also mourned. He mourned for the sight his son would never have—for the fact that it was the final curse the Gaunt family would place upon Ominis. They had touched his baby despite his every precaution, and it was a knife through Ominis' heart he could never remove.

Ominis was pulled back to the surface by contented noises as his son had finally grasped the bottle and was drinking hungrily. A shaky sigh left Ominis' lips, and shoulders he had not even realized were tensed began to loosen.

Ominis allowed a faint smile come over him. His son was at peace despite his father's anxiety. Ominis allowed the little glimmer of hope to peek though in his mind.

"Well, aren't you the hungry little one," Ominis mumbled, amused. "It seems you aren't particularly cross with me anymore, either."

Ominis' baby made no acknowledgement of him and continued to drink. Ominis chuckled and began to hum a soothing tune.

By the time the little boy had finished his breakfast, Ominis could faintly hear the first songs of birds from the kitchen windows.

"Do you hear that?" Ominis gently asked as he propped the very satisfied infant up on his shoulder and patted his back. "That's a robin. When you're older, I'll teach you all the birdsongs I know so you may appreciate them just as much as your mother when she sees them flitting across the garden… In fact, I'll get to teach you many different things. I'll give you your first wand, teach you to read as I do, and I'll be there to catch you when you fall as you navigate with your new wand. But for now, we ought to rest, don't you think?"

The baby cooed in reply, merely happy to be in his father's arms.

When MC awoke, sunlight was streaming in through the windows of the bedroom. It was quiet, save for the ticking of the clock—and the slow, deep breaths of both her husband and baby. She turned to kiss Ominis good morning and saw him sound asleep on his back with their baby perched carefully atop his chest, wrapped in his father's protective arms and some blankets pulled from the cradle.

There was a little smile on each of their faces, and MC wondered what the two had gotten up to to still be asleep at this hour. There would be time enough to ask later. For the moment, MC kissed them both.

"You have such a good father," MC whispered with a smile.

While I’m all for the “Lilith and Alastor being gone for 7 years is connected” theory as much as the next bitch, I gotta say, I have a more…possibly slightly more plausible theory.

Ok so…we all know about the evil being unleashed after Eve ate the apple right?

I will fully admit I’m not the first to notice this, but…

There was also eyes on Alastor’s shield during the battle.

My theory, to put it simply, is that Alastor’s reason for being at the hotel isn’t purely out of entertainment as he claims.

I’m hungry for freedom like never before

The constraints of my deal surely have a back door.

Once I figure out how to unclip my wings

Also remember how Husk bitterly said “Big talk for someone whose also on a leash.”

So who was the one he made a deal with you may ask? Who leashed him?

None other than the very Roo(t) of all evil herself.

Now of course, why he made a deal with her is another thing, Val did say Vox almost beat him. Perhaps the only reason why he didn’t is because Al had some supernatural help.

But of course…deals with the devil are far from simple. And this is no mere devil, this is much worse.

But what could the very manifestation of sin want exactly? What did she ask for in return?

The eyes we see through hell are her eyes. She sees all, and she knows all.

Well, whatever is happening in her own realm at the least.

She knows about the hotel.

She knows about Charlie’s plans.

And she doesn’t like it one. Fucking. Bit.

Every sinner that died from angelic weaponry in the past, essentially became a part of her. A part of hell itself. More power gained on her end.

But now that the cleanse is gone, now that sinners can be redeemed…

That’s just less power for her to gain don’t you think? More power for heaven to gain. And obviously, being the very embodiment of sin itself, of course she would hate redemption as a concept!

So what does she do? She comes to Alastor in a moment of weakness, and gives him her power (but not all of it) and in exchange he must destroy the hotel by any means necessary.

He can have all her power once the hotel is destroyed completely (not only the hotel itself, but Charlie’s dreams of it, no musical number will cheer her up this time) she wants to rip her dreams apart like fucking tissue paper, but it can only be by his hand, or else the deal is off.

Why is that?

Having the hotel be destroyed by exorcists is one thing.

But having it be destroyed by someone she once thought of as a friend?

Oh that stings so much worse! No way Charlie can dream of redemption after that!

Sure, the revelation of Vaggie’s past was hard on her, but she got over it fairly quickly.

But she doesn’t know Alastor like that. And Alastor is not one to let his guard down anyway.

And sure, Alastor made a deal with her where she harms no one, but I’m not sure if Charlie is strong enough to fight the literal embodiment of sin, much less break Roo’s deal with Al.

Alastor is truly in a lose-lose situation. He either loses his power (or his afterlife) if he doesn’t fuck up the hotel, or he loses the few people who see him as a friend.

I’m sure Niffty’s heartbreak will affect him most.

Aaaaaa I’m sorry if this is unorganized and kinda rambly I just…HAD to say something or I was gonna lose my mind. I don’t even know if anything I said made any sense but hopefully someone gets what I’m trying to explain anyway.

Oh you're new to Tumblr? Ahhh word of advice then- If I may? It might be a good idea to change your profile picture. Tumblr has a big bot problem. And a lot of the bots have default profile pictures just like yours. A lot of people might see your account in their feed and just block/report on sight. Not fun.. also I suggest you do the same though, if someone with default profile picture, banner, no bio, no posts follows you... that's probaaaaably a bot and should be blocked--

ANYWAYS! So for the Captain Barnacles/Crab comic. I don't plan on finishing it. And the reason why I abandoned it was because the way I had written the comic had everyone acting out of character. The blood was over the top, it was too dramatic,, ugh.. I got tired of my own comic half way through making it. <XD

The comic was gonna end with the rest of the crew showing up, they take the Captain to the octopod, and Peso cries because "I was too scared to help the Captain.." Which is just stupid <XD

Peso would not cower in fear in this situation. Even if Captain Barnacles turned like that and became very scary. Peso has had an extended history of getting it together and braving through anything to help creatures in need. And if his own Captain/friend was hurt? Nothing would stop him. Nothing could scare him away.

In the perfect re-write, Peso would ace this situation. He would approach Barnacles perfectly and calm him down. He would patch the wound, guide him to the gups. Guide him into the octopod and into the med-bay. Expertly deal with the wound and clean up all the blood.

Sure maybe after everything was done he would cry a bit out of the stress of it all. But originally everyone else did everything for Peso because he was too scared to help the scARy CapTAIN OOOO!!

Nah, that dumb. Peso is way stronger than that. #justiceforpeso

I made one yeeeaaarrs ago when I was into Sonic. But it centered around a Sonic OC of mine. <XD I don't tend to do much insert OC stuff anymore..

I imagine Bonnie would just sigh and try to get through it on his own. And not go to Foxy for help.. Worse case scenario he gets overwhelmed and shuts down on stage and ruins the show. Which is fine by him. He'd think, "Serves them right for puttin me on that stage. Faz-bear entertainment deserves to have their show flop for how they've treated me.. for how they've treated us."

Its hard to say, I didn't ever like.. try to replicate an art style and draw something unrelated. Like- if I was drawing in the gravity falls art style, I was drawing gravity falls stuff. I wouldn't draw in the gravity falls art style and draw random ocs and stuff. If that makes sense-

But maybe one style was easier to draw hands in than another. So I.. might have adopted some stuff..?? I guess??

I guess that would mean my art style developed off of the different franchises I made fanart from? If that's the case it was likely Gravity Falls, Sonic x, and Steven Universe..? Mostly?? XD Sorry this answer is all over the place-

Many actually! Its just unfortunate because all of them are giant comic ideas but I'm too wiped out from my 20k celebration to really draw any of themmmm... 😩sighhhh

Taking the quilt off does nothing, the quilt doesn't bring them to life either! Remember that Bibi could talk when he was a still picture and was brought to "life" without the use of a quilt or even any glowy effects. Also Jangles had a quilt as a drawing and was "brought to life" using a pen!

The point I'm getting at is, Pen? Quilt? It doesn't matter. None of these methods actually give the characters life. I do. All these fancy ways I seem to bring them to life are just for show <XD

To put it simply, fanart makes me feel bad. And Comments make me feel good. So I prefer comments to fanart. 👌

To complicate it a bit, when I post artwork I'm just sitting there all giddy waiting for the first "AKSJKASAU WAAAAA 😭😭😭" comment to pop up. When I get fanart I immediately get frustrated and uncomfortable. Fanart feels like stealing and usually invokes a negative reaction from me. So if people want to show their appreciation for my work, leaving comments is 100% more effective and preferred. 👍
