Several screenshots from the animated music video for Bill Conners solo single 'Total Nutcase' which first aired on MTV in 1981, it's notable for being his first shift into the New Wave genre

Have I ever mentioned how much I love the video to this?
there are:
Binoculars
3 wheelers
a mysterious box
arson
a chick in a leather top and cute braids punching a bunch of dudes and stealing their shit
Tidal charts
scuba diving
jet ski (that girl is SERIOUS)
rappelling
so many 80s music videos were just 3 minute movies that should have been feature films.

Queen - “I Want To Break Free“
Following in the tradition of cross-dressing in British comedy, the 1984 music video for "I Want to Break Free" sees the members of Queen appear in a suburban house dressed as women, a parody of the characters from Coronation Street.
Mercury, as a Liverpudlian slag, vacuums the floor and sings the first verse. He opens a door leading to a dark space, where the group appear surrounded by figures wearing miner's helmets. Mercury dances to a glowing box and reappears with several dancers dressed in spotted leotards, and perform a dance. In the house, Mercury sings and goes upstairs. The group appear in the dark space again.
