Hello, my dear followers and random visitors of this blog of mine! Some (LOOOONG) time ago I promised a detailed and wholesome Pick-A-Pile tarot reading on your Future Spouse. This has originated in the fact I have received so many pretty repetitive Future Spouse requests that instead of doing the same type of reading 20 times, I decided to turn it into a PAC reading. Sorry to everyone who requested the future spouse reading but I’m sure you can choose one of the piles. I have made 6 piles which is a bit too long for Tumblr so this PAC reading is going to come in two parts. Make sure to treat them as if they were one reading. Remember this is still a general reading. Take what resonates with you personally, the rest was probably not meant for you. I have included physical appearance traits. And again not all of the aspects will apply to your future spouse. Dismiss the ones that don’t sound like your type. treasure reading: haruto ideal type + as a boyfriend

hi everyone <3 long time no chat, im actually back and happy new year! :'). i apologise for not being consistent and absent this last year, my life has made a 360 and i had a lot going on which caused me to stop focusing on tarot. however, i've been slowly getting into it and i feel like i now have a better grasp on my life so i am now doing readings again. i'll be pickier on who i do readings for but still feel free to send your requests. hope you enjoy! <3

honestly, interpreting these cards made me laugh so hard because I feel like I don't even need to go fully in-depth for you all to know what his ideal type is like. 6 of swords tells me that haruto looks for someone who doesn't necessarily show interest in him initially. as an aries, i can envision him really loving the chase and that even in a relationship, he still feels like he continuously chase his partner. the archetype that i feel he falls for is the attractive, independent, go-getter that doesn't settle for less. queen of wands describes someone who is physically attractive and is fiery, someone who isn't afraid to stand out or express their opinions. i think haruto wants someone who is as if not more outspoken than he is. 6 of cups rx tells me that he wants someone more mature than him, wether that would be in age or in mindset. subconsciously, i feel haruto likes someone a bit random, or scattered mentally. i think he finds it endearing that his person has many ideas and wants to explore it with him.

the phoenix tells me that haruto wants someone who can always reinvent themselves after hardships and can turn the negatives into positives. house nine is known as Sagittarius, a fire sign that trines haruto's Aries sun. haruto could look for someone who he has a spiritual connection with, or someone who is well-travelled and is constantly on the pursuit of knowledge. i think haruto could possibly want someone religious, as the servant details someone who lives to serve others which could also include a higher being. with the Sagittarius + servant card, haruto could want someone who shares the same faith or belief systems as him. i feel like this card also indicates a person who serves others, but is happy with not taking the spotlight as they are doing it out of the goodness of their own heart not for recognition.

AS A BOYFRIEND

king of cups, king of swords, the world, temperance rx | cobra | capricorn: ambition, realism and methodical steps | artist

i can definitely see that haruto will take on the provider role with the two king cards coming out. i feel that haruto is very much into traditional relationship roles. king of cups + swords tells me that haruto acts as an emotional rock and focuses on communication with his s/o. in a relationship, haruto seems to be mature and understands the importance of emotional fulfilment as well as being able to communicate and discuss many different topics. he could also be someone who starts random conversations or debates cause he loves hearing and exchanging ideas with his significant other. the world card is interesting to see, because i feel like this represents haruto as a well-balanced boyfriend, could even indicate some sort of husband material as this card is the end of the major arcana. the temperance card in reverse does tell me that haruto has a tendency to have an all or nothing mindset. so once he loves his person, it's gonna be very hard for him to move on, and that applies for so many other things as well such as jealousy, giving gifts, spending time, etc.

the cobra represents a teacher or a spiritual guardian, so again as i reiterated i feel haruto wants someone who he has a spiritual connection with. haruto could be said as someone who is ever-present and ever-loving, just like the cobra. the Capricorn reminds me again of the traditional gender roles, but it also tells me that haruto values tradition and that when he is with a partner, he loves focusing on building tangible things that helps him and his partner grow in the relationship. haruto could be a grounding figure for his partner, as he also loves to continuously work towards something when in the relationship. the artist tells me that haruto aims to express a dimension of life that is just beyond the five senses, and that he loves to inspire his partner to see life symbolically. haruto could also be the type to use music to express his feelings, so I feel like this boy would use music and lyrics to detail how he really feels towards his person.

The Inner Fool Tarot Spread

I yoinked this one out of some book somewhere years ago. Got the wild hair to do a reading today.

1) where am I right now? : Ten of Cups, aka The Happy Family card. It's true, I'm currently safe, secure, I have my emotional needs met almost entirely. I'm grateful, and I share from my abundance.

2) what important lesson must I learn? Ten of Wands, reversed. I usually read 10 of wands as I'm overloaded and overworked but I'm nearly at the end of the road where I can set everything down. So 10 of wands reversed, I usually think of like, I'm just going to drop these all on the ground, I'm done. Maybe the lesson is more like put all the stuff down carefully and then pick the tasks up individually, so as not to be overwhelmed.

3) what risks must I take? The wheel of fortune, reversed. I said oh shit out loud when I saw this card, because I tend to think of it as chaotic, random, the opposite of the calm and ordinary life which I'm living. I like what the guide book for this deck says, "You may feel as though life is happening to you, not for you, but you have a choice - you can be at cause or at effect." I want to work at CAUSE.

4) what is the next step in my journey? Seven of wands reversed. (Image from book)

...I can't actually imagine where in my life I've been working or acting in competition with others, nor where trust might be broken, or need apologies, forgiveness, or amends. Huh. I'll have to keep an eye 👁️ and ear 👂 out.

6) what instincts will help me move forward? Eight of swords. The apparent constraints are looser than they appear, I'm not as trapped as I think. I can change my thoughts to change my life. Or to quote my internet pal Mike Dooley, "thoughts become things".

 hi everyone! today i’m doing a requested reading for both soobin & beomgyu, originally they were gonna be two seperate posts but i decided to just put them together for convenience sake. as usual, askbox is open for requests so feel free to send them in (but read my guidelines first plz) and let’s get into it!

SOOBIN🐰

IDEAL TYPE 

8 of wands, 6 of cups, 5 of cups rx, king of cups | slave, networker, tiger, mutable: surrender, fluidity, and welcoming change 

8 of wands tell me soobin wants someone who’s good at multiple things and is able to multitask as well, he could also want someone who is a bit restless, always curious and willing to learn like himself as this card is represented by sagittarius which is his sun sign, i definitely feel soobin wants someone who’s as idealistic/positive as he is since his pisces moon has a tendency to be easily influenced (his sun and moon are both mutable which means he really absorbs his environment like a sponge), soobin also can be really shy so i feel he wants an s.o who’s more outgoing as it can help him pursue the goals he wants but is scared of doing alone (pisces can be dependent as well as they’re a dual sign). 6 of cups tells me soobin wants someone who’s quite childlike as he himself is still quite “innocent” since i do get the feeling that soobin likes being taken care of in the relationship, this card can also describe someone who is a good nurturer and someone who’s very sentimental so i think those two are traits soobin adores. the 5 of cups rx tells me that soobin likes people who quickly bounces back from any setbacks and doesn’t dwell on negativity, this is not saying that he doesn’t want his ideal person to be sad cause everyone goes through hardships but in soobin’s case he wants someone who is a positive thinker and doesn’t let negativity dim their light, someone who focuses on the silver lining in every situation. the king of cups tells me soobin wants someone who’s emotionally mature and who he can open up to since soobin seems like someone who’s highly empathic and serves others, since soobin’s the leader it’s possible his members often ask him for advice and he gets caught up in solving other people’s problems that he forgets his own which is why he wants someone as emotionally intelligent as him so that he can have someone to rely on. i also kept hearing the phrase “same temperament” when i was shuffling his cards so it’s very possible soobin wants someone with a similar temperament to him, with 3 cups cards his ideal is someone who he’s able relate to on a deeper emotional level and vice versa. 

the slave card describes someone who surrenders their power of choice to the divine with complete trust, so someone who’s very in tune with their emotions and is a bit of a hopeless romantic is what soobin likes. in soobin’s case, i feel the networker card describes someone who’s able to get along with everyone and is generally well liked due to their emotional intelligence, since soobin has a capricorn venus i noticed those with that placement tend to find a person more attractive if those around them like them too which is unsurprising since capricorns are all about “status”. tiger card reiterates my points about the cups cards earlier, basically someone who’s very in tune with their intuition and has a lot of trust in higher powers, this card also describes someone who’s very patient but unafraid to go after their goals. with the mutable card it reiterates my points about the same temperaments as soobin himself his mutable dominant, he basically likes someone who’s adaptable in different situations/environments.

AS A BOYFRIEND

8 of pentacles, king of swords, the magician, the hierophant | servant, healer, lamb, neptune: dream and transcend

soobin’s definitely gonna be very committed in the relationship as described by the 8 of pentacles, his capricorn venus is the type to constantly put in effort in the relationship as he only enters them when he’s fully ready, he’s very detail-oriented and will put in a lot of effort to have the “perfect” relationship in his eyes. the king of swords says that soobin is great with words and possibly prefers to be in a more “traditional” type of relationship where he’s the one in charge, he’s not necessarily bossy but he does prioritise communication so expect lots of talking with soobin (especially with his pisces moon + sag mercury), his expertise with words comes from the fact that he knows just what to say to people and how much logic/emotion he should use, he’s incredibly fair and whenever a disagreement happens you can expect him to talk it out rationally rather than react emotionally. the magician card tells me soobin’s a high-achiever and doesn’t let anything or anyone stop him, he’s incredibly clever and he might have some very surprising (in a good way) forms of affection, soobin’s also very creative and when he’s committed he’ll be that type to want to learn everything about his partner. i think there’s also a duality to soobin’s personality (cause of his pisces moon) as the magician and hierophant card are contrasting energies, the hierophant is ruled by taurus and reiterates my points about the traditional relationships but also soobin NEEDS stability in his relationships so it’s likely he won’t ever enter a relationship if he himself is not satisfied with himself, the magician card is ruled by mercury (gemini & virgo) so while there is a side of soobin that’s very playful and curious there’s also another side that’s very focused and serious especially when it comes to his work/income since taurus rules the 2nd house of earnings and possessions (his capricorn venus could make him a tiny bit possessive in relationships).

servant card tells me soobin really does prioritises others before himself and he can’t ever settle if those around him aren’t comfortable so as boyfriend i can definitely see him helping out his s.o or running errands cause that’s his love language. the healer card tells me soobin has the innate ability to help transform others’ pain into healing, soobin really gets a lot of his self-worth on how well he influences others and he has this energy of genuinely wanting to help others. the lamb card describes someone who’s very patient and peaceful, for soobin i feel he also relies on his intuition lots and although he looks very unassuming he gets a lot of his wiseness from the fact that he’s very in tune with himself (i do think soobin looks like a baby lamb too hehe). with the neptune card, soobin can often daydream of romance or put his partner on a pedestal if he ends up in one, this tells me the influence of his pisces moon is very strong and he will be incredibly romantic to his s.o (venus is exalted in pisces) as i can definitely see him being the type to only be with someone that he deeply spiritually/emotionally bonds with.

BEOMGYU🌰

IDEAL TYPE

3 of pentacles, 6 of wands, 9 of cups, 7 of cups | companion, virgin, butterfly, cardinal: instigation, bravery, and a pioneering spirit

ok right off the bat before i even pulled his cards i sensed the energy of confusion which tells me beomgyu doesn’t really have a definite ideal type right now since he’s still relatively young and inexperienced in that field, beomgyu definitely sees love through rose coloured glasses. with the 3 of pentacles his ideal type right now is someone who he's able to be best friends with as friendship is very important to beomgyu, this card talks about teamwork and collaboration so for beomgyu he seems the type to want an s.o that he not only is comfortable working with but also someone who he can learn a lot from. with the 6 of wands beomgyu wants someone successful in their own field since his fire venus + mars are attracted to those who are leaders, i also get the feeling that beomgyu’s attracted to those who are in the same industry as him since he does want someone who he can collaborate with/learn from. the 9 of cups tells me beomgyu wants someone who’s comfortable with themselves emotionally/financially, since he’s a pisces sun and scorpio moon it’s unsurprising if beomgyu goes through a lot of emotions which is why he wants to be with someone who’s able to understand what he’s feeling/going through. in beomgyu’s case the 7 of cups on the bottom talks about illusion which is the point i made in the first sentence and the reasoning is cause he hasn’t experienced much relationships which is why he struggles to definitely describe what his ideal type is. 

the companion card tells me beomgyu wants someone who’s loyal and unselfish in a relationship, it also reiterates my point about the 3 of cups card as he most likely does want a friend to be his partner. the virgin card talks about someone who has a pure heart and he could also want someone who looks innocent. the butterfly talks about someone who’s very cheerful and graceful but also has undergone transformations that has made them stronger, i feel beomgyu wants someone who is able to understand his hardships because he admires those who he is able to look up to since it motivates him to always do better (with his mars ruled moon + venus this is very unsurprising i can vouch for this). the cardinal card basically reiterates the points i made earlier, beomgyu wants someone he can look to for motivation/inspiration as his aries venus will always applaud those who leads.

AS A BOYFRIEND

8 of cups rx, ace of swords rx, queen of swords, knight of wands, ace of cups | warrior, victim, panther, house eight: transformation, karma, facing fears and legacies

totally different energy here, 8 of cups rx tells me that there’s a duality with beomgyu as a boyfriend. one one side, beomgyu is committed he’ll struggle with walking away since his scorpio moon is incredibly committed but on the other hand, beomgyu could be restless in the relationship and feel tied down due to his aries venus, i feel it’s a constant push and pull with beomgyu’s feelings so he needs an s.o that keeps him on his toes. i usually read the ace of swords rx as someone that doesn’t verbalise their thoughts but in beomgyu’s case i feel it’s the opposite, it wouldn’t surprise me if beomgyu often struggles to verbalise his thoughts/emotions and word vomits since his sag mars and aqua mercury could be more of the type to speak without a filter BUT since he does have a scorpio moon this card can also be an indicator of keeping his thoughts to himself since scorpio moons are notorious for bottling their feelings up. the queen of swords describes someone who’s independent and very blunt with their words, in beomgyu’s case it could be his love language is words of affirmation but i do feel beomgyu’s love language is physical touch, beomgyu’s probably very upfront when he likes someone and will probably tell them straight up how he feels, with the knight of wands falling out with this card too he definitely often acts as the “pursuer” and he can be someone that is shy when it comes to expressing love but at the end of the day his emotions will end up being verbalised. the ace of cups definitely reiterates my first point, beomgyu loves love and in a relationship he’s very romantic and wears his heart on his sleeve, he definitely wears his heart on his sleeve when he’s in relationships and will be incredibly invested in it. 

warrior card is automatically aries energy for me, beomgyu needs independence in relationships and he wants to be seen as the hero in them, he’s definitely the type of person to confront someone if he/the people he loves has been wronged and is unafraid to stand up for what he believes in. the victim card tells me beomgyu could want to also be cared for in relationships since his scorpio moon + pisces sun just wants someone to be there for him emotionally, it takes a lot for him to trust someone wholeheartedly but once he does it’s ride or die. the panther card talks about someone who is brave and productive, given that beomgyu’s moon and venus is ruled by mars it’s unsurprising to say that he has a very fiesty side to him, as a boyfriend he’s probably gonna be very active with his s.o and always wants to do different activities since he has a lot of energy. 8th house is ruled by scorpio and since it’s beomgyu’s moon he wants a relationship that is incredibly transformative, he’s definitely a person who thrives under chaos and prefers a relationship that is more active rather than a “calm” relationship, he’s very intense and is very all or nothing in relationships.

What Jin is like in a relationship/ Jin as a boyfriend Tarot reading

I just realized I describe some things in this reading that won’t make sense to you guys cause I used my angel tarot deck in the picture but I’m using my other tarot deck to look at the pictures and describe what I get because the angel deck isn’t as visually expressive compared to my other one lol whatever.

Jin seems to get into relationships so what quickly but moreso having a problem of being too intense. There’s a lot of showing off, over bearing energy. When he meets new partners he can come across as too egotistical and the partner can feel outshone. He could be caught up in the excitement of new relationships. He might have gotten into a good amount of relationships quickly because the Princess of wands is younger immature energy and gets caught up in the idealized worship of someone. I think he likes that purity aspect in someone in a new relationship whether that literally means he likes virgins👀 or he just likes someone who appears pure but has a fiery passionate side. But still this has made him more arrogant like “I can get anyone” energy and at the same time left him burnt out. There’s always a burnt out energy with these guys.

Now it looks like he wants something more long term. It looks like he’s starting to slowly move away from that party everyday lifestyle and jumping into a new relationship quickly. Very slowly though. I get the image of him now ignoring calls of past hookups cause it’s no longer fulfilling. In the past a lot of people flocked to Jin and I think he enjoyed having so many options and all the fun of it but having more and more and people being attracted to superficial things left him taking a break from dating stuff. This reminds me of some dumb shit like when you’re the cool one cause you bring all the booze to the party but it’s fleeting popularity and no one actually likes you as a person but they like the fact that you got the alcohol. When people meet you they’re expecting the life of the party and after awhile you just wanna avoid everyone and everything.

Present: it looks like Jin is being defensive in his love life right now that he’s blocking a great connection someone that isn’t even far away. He could be too much in his head and rejecting a lot of people who just wanna fuck around. I wonder if he actually has a specific person in mind because this queen of cups is literally telling the 7 of wands dude to come here while he’s too busy trying to fight off these unseen “enemies”. Idk it doesn’t look like he’s with this person represented by the queen though but if he wanted to they’re seriously right there, there’s water flowing from the queen of cups to 7 of wands on the ground he could just keep walking instead of wasting his time on past stuff.

When he’s in a relationship he isn’t distracted by all the people trying to cozy up next to him. He doesn’t care how hot someone is he only has eyes for his person even when so many people like him. I think he’s become more open minded in the sense that he accepts his partner more as they are and won’t try to make them into something they’re not. He likes to play around and have fun and be social and all that but he’s also protective and caring for someone he’s in a relationship with.

Though it seems like he can go through a lot of stages of ego problems and feeling sorry for himself I’m not sure why. He has a lot of confidence but his desire to be center of attention can bring conflict. I gotta say though I think he’s not the best at communicating when conflict arises like he can’t articulate himself in a way without resorting to trying to be playful when it’s not needed. Okay his type is what we pretty much already know, with the Queen of pentacles being a great homemaker and nurturing sensual etc but I’m getting there’s sort of an energy of being successful or maybe from a wealthy family but having to keep up appearances and being bored out of your mind. This person works way too hard and their inner self wants to go off and leave the mundane world and go off and actually enjoy their own fantasies and dreams. They could be from a family where they weren’t allowed to pursue a more creative path and had to stay in the family business but this person is very creative and has a lot of anger towards not being able to do what they want. Their father especially is probably the head of the family and very controlling and strict on them because they could be the heir to the family fortune or oldest child etc.

There could be internal conflict or outer conflict with their family about what they want to do but I think they’ll ultimately choose what they want to do because they have too much of an independent spirit and it’s inevitable. This person is highly selective about who they become friends with I think because they have a lot of trust issues with people just wanting to be their friend because they’re well off. But I see them having a mysterious air, elegant and confident or that could be what they project to the outer world the real them is having a more wild child attitude. Like huge edm festivals where you dress up in wild outfits. Jin would love that type of free spirit energy that’s bold in the face of adversity. But I still think he wants them to look “presentable” for lack of a better word, in front of family at least for show but they’re actually a freak tbh.

A new tarot deck, my first bought and in my possession. I use tarot as a gateway to inner spiritual awareness and understanding of emotions.

This deck -- The Wild Unknown Pocket Tarot by Kim Krans -- attracted me with the art of the Six of Wands, pictured on the far left, and the not-pictured Daughter of Swords, which features an owl. On opening it and reading the guidebook, it seemed to me to be a very grounded deck, with its emphasis on nature and animals in the artwork. I like the small nature of the cards, and chose it over the larger version purposefully. My first observations in how it differs from other tarot decks is that it uses a ‘family’ in place of the court cards. Those are usually designated as Page, Knight, Queen, and King, but here are called Daughter, Son, Mother, and Father. It also hews closer to pagan symbols in its usage of moons and pentacles, the first in additional imagery, and the second for the suit. This deck also does not provide reversed meanings, instead providing cards that come with negative connotations built in to their reading.

The spread you see here, which I laid down right to left instinctively, is the Fool’s Journey, a spread for interviewing and getting to know the deck. Each card has its own question to be asked.

Ten of Pentacles

1. Tell me about yourself. What is your most important characteristic?

The Ten of Pentacles signifies material and spiritual abundance in nearly every area of your life.

As I thought, a grounded deck, one that wants to bring a sense of wholeness to my life. Also, very confident of showing me what I will need to know.

The roots of years past are alight with color and vibrancy...look back upon them, get lost in your memories.

I must rely on myself and my experience, to be guided by it, but also remain hopeful, because this card refers to the years of childhood. This means a lot to me right now, because of how I’ve felt I’ve lost a lot of that specific type of hope.

5. How can I best learn and collaborate with you?

So when this card appears, contemplate for a moment the idea of “being whole.”

To me, wholeness means healing and integration, so I should approach readings with an eye to information that is contained in one, not divided into separateness. A deck that seeks to help me be whole is overall one that I can rely on.

6. What is the potential outcome of our working relationship?

The Six of Wands is a card of victory, of rising up against the odds ... Where will you go with your new set of wings?

Successful victorious change is another good promise. I’ve never had a spread be this positive before, or so bold. I like it.
