Nice bitter hit but it isn't amazing.

🐷 Jamon Joselito Gran Reserva (€ 17, $24.81)

Cured for more than 50month. Half portion, 60g. Much better than the one at Museo de Jamon. It's sweeter and more complex.

🦪 Gillardeu Oyster N2 (€ 4.75, $6.93)

Mostly salty and slightly sweet. Nice. One is enough for me.

🐷 Steak Tatare (€ 18, $26.27)

Expected normal steak but it was cured meat instead. That's our fault. It's way too salty. Really didn't enjoy this.

🐟 Cantabrian Sea Anchovies "oo" (€ 17, $24.81)

Recommended by the server. Also very salty. Quite complex in flavour so it's worth a try but definitely not worth the price tag.

🧀 Payoya Goat Semi-cured cheese (€ 4.50, $6.57)

Quite nice in small amounts. Wished we picked a harder cheese.

🐟🥖 Red Tuna Tatare on Toast (€ 10, $14.60)

The waiter's fav. It's also our fav. It's marinated nicely and place on top of tasty wasabi dressing. Get this please!

Would probably give this a pass for the price point
