GOD SPEAKS TO OUR LIVES: (3623)
You are my God. Teach me to do what you want me to do! Let your good spirit lead you to do good! (Psalm 143:10)
Some people decide to become a Christian because they want to make sure that their ticket to heaven is secure. They know they don't want to go to hell, so they board the train that will take them straight to heaven. But Christianity is not about choosing God out of fear, but rather because you love him.
When you really realize how much Jesus loves you, then you can't help but want to give your heart completely to Him. Only a life given to Christ will give you the true joy that God wants you to have. And it is with the guidance of the Holy Spirit that you can successfully navigate through the trials and struggles in this sinful world. Without God, your life will be a mess!
God wants you to choose your destiny based on "love", not "fear". In other words, he chooses Jesus because you love him with all your heart, not because you are afraid of burning in hell. Very simple, it's all about love! When you really understand how much Jesus loves you, that he gave his life to save you, it's easy to choose Jesus. In fact, it's the best thing you've ever done in your life! Blessings.
SALVATION PRAYER:
Lord I don't know what to do with my life! That is why Lord that today I come before you, I know that I am a sinner and I ask your forgiveness. I want to trust You as my Savior and follow You as my Lord, from this day forward. Guide my steps and my life help me to do your will. I ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen".
"Find time to thank God for all the blessings you receive on a daily basis and bless others."

If those who are like wanton children
Are by nature prone to injure others,
What point is there in being angry-
Like resenting the fire for its heat?

Real Skincare Guide
Tumblr media
Level 1: breakouts, non-painful, a little scarring
Minimize your skincare routine, all you need is an oil cleanser (if you wear a lot of makeup) than a good foam cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen. Repeat the same routine before bed just without the sunscreen.
Wear sunscreen everyday!!!
Always apply more moisturizer than you think you need.
Drink a lot of water (2-3LT)
Get consistent sleep
Take a multi vitamins to balance your hormones. I recommend the One-A-Day Woman’s Vitamins (get a real pill cause the gummies don’t have enough iron)
Work on your stress (breathe work, meditate, journal, yoga, walks, going out with friends, therapy, etc)
Look at what body oils/shampoo/conditioner you are using. Could be your akin reacting poorly to something in there.
Level 2: consistant breakouts, acne, scarring
All the stuff for Level 1 apply.
Minimize your skincare routine and than slowly add back in stuff like hydrochloric acid and retinol. Having an elaborate skincare will just make your skin worse. First, focus on healing your skin barrier.
If you are a teenager, it just might be your hormones/growing pains. It will go away eventually.
Pimple Patches work and are especially good if you are trying to stop touching your face.
Wash your pillow cases every 1-2 weeks.
Try to sleep on your back.
If you pop a pimple than apply an antibiotic ointment.
No point in using anti-aging products if you are under the age of 25. It just won’t do anything for you.
Note that if you take in a lot of nicotine you will breakout. If you smoke and you have bad skin, it probably won’t improve unless you quit or lessen the dosage.
Level 3: painful consistent breakouts/acne/scars, redness, irritability, hurts,
Go see a dermatologist!
Acne is can be a real problem. If your acne is painful seek professional help.
If Accutane is recommended, than I would do it. Based only on the experiences of my friends, I have seen great results after a couple months. There are side effects and it is not for everyone but if a professional says you should than I might consider it.
No topical treatment is going to make those scars go away. You are going to need to laser resurfacing which is like this secret treatment rich people do to clear up their skin. It is expensive but really works. Beauty brands want you to think that the right cream can clear up your skin but if you have bad scarring you are only going to see real results with laser treatments
All of the above recommendations still apply
Your acne does not take away from your beauty or your worth as a human being. Remember that acne is normal and social media is fake.

365 Albums in 365 Days: 12/365
Tumblr media
Date: Friday January 12th Album: Artemis Artist: Still Mountains Released: 2023 Genre: Post-Rock Review: The more of these I do the shorter they get because the reality of doing daily album reviews is actually starting to dawn on me. Anyway, this album is nice and smooth. It’s atmospheric, with great mixing and a dream-like quality— the kind of rock you could meditate to (or daydream if that’s more your style. I’m a big fan of the timbre of the guitar here, it has an almost voice-like quality that breathes life into every track. Honestly, that’s all I really have to say about this album. It gives the vibes of cool, overcast days— optimism of looking forward with a quiet acceptance to sit with the present for a little while. Favorite Track: New Hamsterdam

I am starting a collection of fantastical sci-fi inventions, please add your own and reblog!
A Polaroid camera which take pictures that age backwards 1 year each day. So when the picture is 1 year old it will show a photo of the same thing 365 years prior to its original development
One of those fidget spinning rings that spin around but it clicks, each click changes your perception of reality, shifting between psychedelic trip, to Marijuana high, to alcohol induced courage, and meditative peace, and beyond to whatever other perception of reality that you can imagine
A mental linking device that allows you to let your partner experience the true love you feel for them, because anyone who has felt true love knows that it can't be expressed through words or actions adequately
Walk a mile in my SHOES™ that allows you to sit inside someone elses brain without affecting them at all but you get to experience the world as that person sees it and feel the emotions that the person feels. It isn't mind control, its mind renting. Let's hope your landlord doesn't experience too much daily trauma
I could think of and add more, but I desperately hope other people add to this list of wildly unrealistic inventions and magical items. What would add the appropriate amount of quirky zing to your life if it could possibly exist?

GOD SPEAKS TO OUR LIVES: (4723
“Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven." (Luke 6:37)
On many occasions we are used to just observing and criticizing everything about other people without first checking ourselves, such as the following story:
A newly married couple moved to a very quiet neighborhood. On the first morning at the house, while she was drinking coffee, the woman observed through the window that a neighbor was hanging sheets on the clothesline and said: “Maybe you need a new soap. I wish she could help her wash the sheets!” Her husband looked and was silent. She continued speaking: -“What dirty sheets the neighbor hangs. And so, every two or three days, the woman repeated her speech, while the neighbor hung her clothes. A month later, the woman was surprised to see her neighbor laying out clean sheets, and she said to her husband: Look, he learned to wash her clothes! The husband replied: No, today I got up earlier and washed our window panes! And life is so.
It all depends on the cleanliness of the window, through which we look at the facts. Before criticizing, it would be convenient to check if we have cleaned our hearts in order to see more clearly. Then we can clearly see the cleanliness of the hearts of others. One of the things that makes us human is our speed to judge. Faced with a situation, we often observe the behavior of our neighbor, we analyze the available data and with astonishing speed we reach a conclusion, usually condemning and most of the time wrong.
The Lord JESUS was very clear about it and I call those who fall into this error hypocrites: "Do not judge anyone, so that no one judges you. For as you judge you will be judged, and with the measure you measure others, it will be measured to you. Why do you look at the splinter in your brother's eye, and you don't give importance to the beam that is in yours? Countless times we only stop to criticize and think badly of our peers without looking at ourselves and ourselves. We must first examine ourselves internally to draw conclusions from others. In any case, we must help each other to carry our burdens.
SALVATION PRAYER:
Lord, I have sinned before You. That is why today I come before your presence asking for forgiveness. I don't want to sin anymore, the storms of my sin will frighten me. I want to ask your forgiveness and follow you as my Lord, from this day forward. Guide my steps and my life, I want to do your will. I ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen".
“The next time you feel the urge to criticize someone or pass judgment on them, think about it, and reflect on your own insecurities that motivate you to do so. You will end up benefiting yourself.”

Wabi Sabi by Nobuo Suzuki
The Wisdom in Imperfection
Be the best imperfect person you can be!
Wabi Sabi is the Japanese Zen philosophy that all things are imperfect, unfinished and impermanent. It is a fresh way of seeing and moving through the world when our lives, literally and figuratively, feel cluttered. This book shows us how to apply this concept in the context of daily life and offers ideas on how to see it, embrace it and incorporate it into everyday thoughts, objects and situations.
In a simple and accessible style, Wabi Sabi: The Wisdom in Imperfection shows you how embracing imperfections and impermanence frees you to become a better person, by reevaluating what "better" means-what really matters and what you truly want. A few simple challenges and exercises encourage you to get creative-such as a Wabi Sabi diary, a haiku exercise and a "make art" challenge-plus some tips on minimizing and decluttering (mentally and physically) for a simpler life. It allows you to mindfully make space in your head, home and with your time.

Senbazuru by Michael James Wong
Fold your way to happiness through the inspiring philosophy of Senbazuru-the tradition of folding one thousand paper cranes-with a leading voice in the global mindfulness movement as your guide.
In Japan, the paper crane is a symbol of peace, hope, and healing. It is considered the "bird of happiness," a mystical and majestic creature that according to myth can live for a thousand years. Tradition has it that if a person were to fold one thousand paper cranes in a single year, they would be gifted one special wish that would grant long life, healing from illness or injury, and eternal happiness. The tradition of folding one thousand paper cranes is called Senbazuru ("sen" meaning "one thousand" and "orizuru" meaning "paper crane"). In this book, renowned yoga and meditation teacher Michael James Wong brings Senbazuru to life as an inspiring philosophy that encourages slowing down and taking many small steps on our own personal path. This is a book of small steps and gentle wisdoms to heal your soul and help you find your own path to happiness.
