my second gen heart is soaring... sunmi is doing so well on the charts. heartburn has proven to be an organic slow hit she's literally hitting new peaks every day on melon and genie, she's in the top 30 now, and it seems so many of her juniors are promoting the song because they genuinely love it. despite everything that's happened with her this year... I'm so thankful 2nd gen is still thriving and proving there is future and longevity for women in kpop even after a decade doing it. super happy for her

Okay okay I lost some weight and

I'm super all bodies are beautiful pro and stuff

In my case I was upset I gained some weight only because I've spend last years to collect 2nd hand wardrobe not for growing to big for it.

But it was also because I have an eating disorder. Very small and unnoticeable if you don't know it about itm but I have fucked up relationship with food.

I am one of those people who had to earn food, or using it as a reward. As mood improver. Also not eating immediately feel like I punishment sometimes. Two months ago when I started to even think about controling when and how I eat I was crying a lot. I felt like I deserve the snacks and extra sandwich so why I can't have it.

And I had so much sugar before. Sometimes it was hard to function when sugar rush went down and I had no mental energy and was nervous so guess what I was eating more.

My coworker was saying that he doesn't know anyone who talks this much about food. I thought it's a hobby but it was also driving my appetite a lot.

It's still hard to control my appetite and cravings even when I'm full. Like yesterday I had so many snacks ueifvjsisjfe my stomach hurted 🤣

But I feel like it's an improvement and my scale shows it. Because I eat when I need and not when my mood force me to
