Another year, another banger of a Eurovision.

In a stunning upset, Sweden's Loreen beat out Finland's Käärijä to take the top spot at the Eurovision Song Contest. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is finally here and the wait was worth it—don't forget to tag or filter spoilers if you don't want to see the absolutely bonkers builds everyone is making. With only three episodes left, season three of Ted Lasso continues to deliver on its multiple emotional arcs. It was a surprising election night on Succession this week. Trigun Stampede trended after Twitter user Bigolas Dickolas Wolfwood inadvertently turned the 2019 novel This Is How You Lose the Time War into a bestseller. Finally, we got the Tony Hawk x Amaury Guichon collab we didn't know we needed. This is Tumblr's Week in Review.

Opposite of an Intellectual

“The opposite of an intellectual… you really think you could do that, Caffrey?” Jones asked, reading through the cover description.

“Do what?” Neal responded, blinking at them in confusion. Instead of the overly innocent smile that would usually accompany a question like that from Neal, his face was just blank curiosity. It seemed that for once the con man wasn’t messing with them; he just hadn’t been paying attention. 

“Be the opposite of an intellectual,” Diana repeated for him with an incredulous chuckle. 

Neal’s brows furrowed lightly in confusion. ‘What’s an… intellectual?” he asked, seeming to struggle to recall the word. 

Diana scrutinized him, but despite all the years she had spent working with Neal Caffrey, she couldn’t find a single tell that he was lying. By all appearances, Neal Caffrey genuinely did not know the word ‘intellectual.’

“On second thought, that’s kinda scary,” Jones decided, taking an unconscious step backwards. “Please stop.” 

Neal finally broke, giving them a devious grin and a theatrical bow. Diana had to admit, seeing firsthand how convincingly Neal could become someone diametrically opposed to his actual self was a bit terrifying. The short demonstration had left her heart pounding and breathing slightly shallow. 

“Remember this the next time you doubt me,” Neal warned cheerfully, winking at them before sauntering away. Diana and Jones looked at each other once he was gone.

“That was scary, right?” Jones asked.

“Yeah,” Diana confirmed, “that was definitely scary.” 

Then an idea hit her. “I wanna see Peter’s reaction!”

i had an oral exam today and it was scheduled at ten and there were 13 of us so i naively thought that i’d be done around noon the latest right? yeah fuck that the first person who went in was in there for a fucking hour and then because i’m nice i let everyone go ahead of me because i didn’t have anything else to do today until 5 pm so i ended up waiting for three goddamn hours and the whole exam lasted about 5 minutes and i got a four because my prof “could see that i knew the topic and i studied for it but i was a little uncertain” girliepop i was sitting in the hall outside of this room for three hours straight looking at the people coming out defeated and broken at that point i wasn’t even certain about my own fucking name

but i’m on antidepressants so really it was fine

Ma az Fb elémdobta egy középiskolás szerelmemet. Én teljesen elfeledkeztem róla, pedig tényleg nagyon odáig voltam érte, sajna csak egy évig lehettem beleesve, mert leérettségizett a gazember! Ja, neki fogalma sem volt a dologról vagy fene tudja, elég gyakran metróztunk együtt haza, aztán meg művésztelep, ott is végigrajongtam egy nyarat ő meg soha hozzám se ért, csak végigpingpongoztunk egy tábornyi időt meg rengeteget nevettünk. Szerintem kedvelt. Nagyon kislány voltam, elsős. És kívül-belül szűz. De amúgy igazi cuki pasi volt. Kedves, mosolygós, vicces. Én nem értem hogy volt mersze így megöregedni! Hát miféle felháborító dolog ez már! De a mosolya még mindig cuki. Meg a nagy tehénszemei, azok is cukik. :D Tele lett a szívem kamaszkorral. :)

This is the all important question that she finds herself faced with. American colleges / universities are interesting since for the most part you can put in for a particular course after you're already in the school. Wymack had said that the college that 'Janie' had wanted was the business college.

Janie had zero interest in being a business major. She's sure that Janie had her reasons and those reasons were more than likely financial in nature considering what a shithead her dad was but...Janie was not someone who had any interest in being a business major.
