as someone who's read the book and seen the movie i love that the underlying message 127 hours isn't like "appreciate your loved ones" "enjoy the beauty of nature" "cultivate personal resilience" it's leave a note when you go rock-climbing

The "God Tells Me to Do It" soundtrack by David Buckley in The Sandman is SO close to the "Liberation" leitmotiv from the "Liberation", "Liberation Begins" and "Liberation In a Dream" tracks by A. R. Rahman from 127 Hours from 2010.

I only caught it because the 127 Hours soundtrack was my hyperfocus music during finals in 2010 and I am too familiar with it that I genuinely thought it was the same number being played, lol.
