If you're reading this, you're on tumblr, and just on here you've probably seen some of the most garbage takes you've ever heard aleady, people unashamedly shouting their own hypocrisy given recent historical events, actively wishing suicide on people they've never met (which can be prosecuted), people carelessly saying things they don't understand, and that in itself is even more proof. You've seen the way people turn on each other in an instant. How anyone is capable of evil. How easily people betray their moral codes and are blown about like a boat with no anchor. How people convince themselves that evil is good. It feels like I'm watching the world dig their own fancy holes deeper and deeper while refusing to put down the shovel, and still arguing with each other about who has it - the answer is, everyone has the shovel, every single one, no matter how good you think you are.

I stared freshman year going, “I swear I will not end up in a relationship on the first few weeks of school I can do this.” But no I had to meet a fucking beautiful goddess of a ginger and she had to have the best personality I’ve ever seen.
