For starters, Warren the fucking sleaze bag actually getting what’s coming to him? So fucking glad the whole overconfident, “I’m too important to be held accountable” shield failed him in the end, especially since this wasn’t his first offense. The fucker didn’t deserve a trial. Getting dragged out into the street and shot right there - yes fucking please.

Ofc Gilead is still a shit place run by shit people (not you bby Nick), but, well,

Speaking of Nick, or more accurately Rose - girl. C’mon. Which is worse: a husband who sits by while rapists brag about their crimes and are even rewarded for it? Or a husband who takes action to establish justice? (Tbh that’s all I’m gonna say about that scene tho bc the fans fucking scare me)

But more importantly (to me anyway), SERENA. Guys, I was so scared the writers were just grasping for plot points, but guys. Guys. They came through. All that build-up with Serena getting a taste of her own medicine, then June and Luke dragged into hostile territory - IT CAME TOGETHER. And yes, part of me is saying “oh great, here we go again, anyone feeling season 2″ but I like to think that without Fred here for Serena to run back to we may actually get a satisfactory resolution for her.

I know a lot of people despise Serena, and rightly so. She’s done unforgivable, irreparable damage, especially to June. Even so, her character is so complex and well-fleshed out, and I am living for it right now. No idea how this conflict will resolve, but shit am I excited to find out.

But also can we please address how stupid the writer is who said “hey let’s have Esther conceive the moment some old dude comes inside her, bc that’s a thing” like buddy no thas not how it works ur fired
