I do hope that people who say shit like “athletes deserve to make crazy money bc they have short careers and risk their health/lives” realise that £1,000,000 is equivalent to earning £25,000 a year for FOURTY YEARS. Got a toxic work environment? Unreasonable asshole managers? Trifling and gossiping coworkers? Entitled customers that can’t even be bothered to leave a half decent tip? That one guy whether he be a customer, coworker, or manager that is a little too touchy? Just the over all energy vampire that is late capitalist America absolutely draining you dry of all soul and happiness? Well I have some advice for you! Here are somethings that have helped me so far while working at a shitty sports bar that has all of the listed above!

Crystals:

-Onyx: to protect against any negative energy, if my experience I find onyx is also a reflector so anything that someone has sent to you will be sent back

-green aventurine: to keep yourself calm and stabilized in a rush or any work conflict.

-selenite: you can never go wrong with some selenite negative energy absorption.

-amethyst: the classic negativity absolver and calming crystal.

-tigers eye: another stone of protection for your mental clarity and well being. It also promotes mental sharpness and fortitude, meaning it’ll help you be a few steps ahead always.

-citrine: for mental clarity and financial abundance.

-clear quartz: to amplify all that shit as well as amplify focus and psychic intuition.

Symbols/Sigils:

These are all symbols that I know of in my research that are open practice. If any of them turn out to not be so or if any of y’all feel like I have missed an important one please let me know.

Pentagram: You can never ever go wrong with a good old fashioned pentagram for protection. Whether it’s jewelry or just on your person any way it’ll work.

Triquetra Knot: (My Irish ancestors would be proud of me as this is something I wear daily) The three Triquetra knot represents the protection of one’s mind, body, and soul. Also the way I like to interpret it as well, it protects one’s honor. If you’re in the service industry like myself you’ll meet some people that would make you want to do some not so honorably things. I like wearing this symbol for protection and as a reminder to keep myself in check.

The Helm of Awe: a Norse symbol to help a person maintain their personal strength and power.

Runes that you can wear or keep on your person:

Fehu: for wealth and abundance

Uruz: for strength

Algiz: for protection

Tiwaz: for victory

Eye Nazar: You can never go wrong wearing an old fashioned eye if nazar for protection specifically against jealously, but there are specific colors to protect specific aspects of your life.

Tarot Cards you can wear and keep on your person:

Yes you can wear tarot card symbolism or ever take them with you for protection or any other magical purpose. Some of my personal favorites I like to have on me are:

Kinda sorta Baneful:

All advice provided here if considered Baneful magic. If you’re a beginner or just not comfortable with Baneful magic within your practice I highly suggest that you skip this part.

Poppyseed: a good ingredient for confusion, so if you have a smart ass coworker that likes to let you know how much smarter they are than you. Get a photo of them (very easy with social media) they’re full name and just sprinkle a little bit of poppy seeds over their image to increase confusion and hinder concentration.

Mustard Seed: to cause strife and discord in the targets life.

To regain your power over a certain target, write your targets name on a piece of tape and put it on the bottom of your shoe. Then go about your busy day and forget about it. So the target is literally pressed underneath your shoe. Bonus points if you purposely step in some gross things, think like cigarette buds, dirt, mud, that weird puddle in front of your apartment etc.

Verbally cause them misfortune. By saying things like “I hope your day is as pleasant as you are.” Or just anything out loud to cause misfortune as surprisingly powerful effects.
