Single Parent Anakin au that's been bonking around in my brain like a screensaver

The twins come early, Anakin rushes to Padme instead of sticking around to go confront palpy. Padme still dies cus palpy triggered order 66 and coruscant is in chaos and they can't get to a medical professional in time.

Anakin almost falls. He's spiraling, as Padme's skin grays, her heartbeat stops and he's losing it holding her hand and hoping against hope he could cheat death but he can't and all over the jedi are dying and he can feel their lights blipping out too. T_ T

and the ship is shaking, the med-droid is in pieces until he hears the twins crying. and he goes to them, feels them light up in the force.

Him realising its just his two kids and two droids on Padme's ship against a world that's out to get them.

my brain is making it super angsty and my heart is wanting a soft happy end. smth smth Anakin fucks off to some nice little tropical outer-rim planet until the twins grow old enough to walk and then boom its like the little window of relative peace that they had is gone and Anakin gets dragged into rebel stuff. things happen, im thinking very heart wrenching tearful reunions btw and all's well when palpy dies and obikin probably get together somewhere in this mess

this sounds like a multi-chaptered fic that i do not have to skills to write.
