⚫ I have seen 3 Aquarian moons (of Dhanishta nak) who had a poverty stricken first half of life (childhood, teenage years) but then they become well off like rlly very well off in their second half (esp after marriage). Close to their mom. Loves friends (friends over anything). Also they have a "reddish" tint to their skin (no health probs, but yeah that planet does that). ⚫Why are Maghas the "scapegoat" of the family? Like they be framed in a situation with which they have no relation with. Its annoying to see. God astarion is literally perfect (“good” ending, not ascended vampire ending):

1. Sexy vocal fry and sexy, sultry voice in general. I didn’t like his voice at first because I’d imagined it completely differently but i am obsessed now. Screaming without the s.

4. Extremely chaotic and dangerous, will kill with zero remorse and laugh about it, he’s treacherous and manipulative. I’m colour blind and i only see flags saying “sexy”. Oh, you want to hold a knife to my throat? Please do, that turns me on.

5. Pretty as sin — and extremely vain; i love that because it’s more endearing than absolutely unhinged like with patrick bateman, for example

6. Intelligent and witty and insanely charismatic

7. Extremely, extremely mentally strong and determined. Can’t emphasise this enough. He’s gone through extreme torture, both physical and emotional, complete dehumanisation (de-elf-isation, i guess) and he has survived, escaped even though he knew what could happen if he was caught, gone back to cazador to kill him — again, even though he knew what could happen, and owned his life — learned to stand up for himself, learned vulnerability and intimacy despite the fact it’s distressing and triggers his trauma, made the decision to not act like cazador’s slave anymore, survived all the grief after killing cazador. Took tav to his grave and said he made the decision to start living again and carved his new date of birth into the grave. He is literally one of the strongest characters in fiction. Which leads me to another point…

8. Incredibly brave in how he faces his tormentor and abuser but also how he does the thing that terrifies him the most: lets himself be vulnerable and trust someone and be open. As someone who also has trauma but not as extreme as astarion’s, it’s one of the most terrifying things you can do. And i have reasons to trust others, astarion has none.

9. Gentle and loving despite his life teaching him to be anything but (which also proves how strong he is). But he loves tav and wants to try and be his best self for them, gods damn it. He will work on himself for the person who sees him and loves him and accepts him as he is but also wants him to be better because they believe he is capable of that. After centuries of hearing and thinking he is a worthless monster.

11. Will whine (“hundreds?! Ugh, it will take hours to kill them all!” lmao) but will do the right thing if you push him and he will enjoy it and/or appreciate you for seeing the best in him

12. Insecure and fragile and sensitive and he craves love and acceptance, desperately so.

13. Willing to put the person he loves first despite centuries of being self-serving and egocentric

14. Sees his partner as his equal. You will get true partnership from him because that’s extremely important to him. If dnd is as sexist as any fantasy world set in a semi-medieval era, that’s especially profound if his partner is a woman. He doesn’t want to own or possess, he will even let tav go if that will make them happier. He won’t be happy about it but he will let them go all the same (depending on the ending) because he cares about their happiness more than he cares about his own. He also instantly blames himself when tav wants to break up with him when they fear the dark urge taking over. It’s heartbreaking.

15. Intellectual. He embroidered poetry into his shirt. And that line… plums are the first to ripen. So he’s basically saying, pity those who settle for the first best thing — but also: pity those who don’t see beyond the surface, pity those who don’t wait — no one has ever waited for him, given him space, seen beyond his pretty face. Tav did. That line has such deep meaning. I’m mad they removed the information about it. Because he has depth and he knows he does — but he also thinks no one cares, no one will see him and no one will love him if they see him. So he sexualises himself and gives everyone what they want to see.

I just. Love him so much. The epitome of “i can fix him” who is fixable and will fix himself — and retain some of his mischievous, morally dubious characteristics that make him so fun.

He's just going a bit insane.

I can't stop thinking now about Buggy finally finding a place to belong. She's been lost for so long,, Feeling left out. And now Toki has gifted her with the most precious treasure there is: A home. Belonging. And I am so so emotional right now. Toki would be so proud of her and Buggy would just be so thankful. If Buggy called her 'mom' at some point, she'd feel embarrassed right away, but Toki would probably fight the tears and hug her close. Going crazy, really. All the men in Buggy's life fighting for her first dance,, Rayleigh just knows he'll have to fight all the men that hurt his precious star. And Shanks is starting to think about that too and the thought of Buggy dating somebody else makes him sick, so perhaps he needs to start with a plan to confess finally (he's so asking Toki about it. I'm gonna cry). Roger crying because he wants to enjoy every second he has left with her... It kills me.

I just know that to this day, Buggy still thinks about Toki as her mom. She never mentions it to anybody, but she feels such a strong connection to Wano and she's dying to go there finally someday. She might have not been born there, but her soul belongs there. And it's just so sweet. I am sobbing, thank you. Every time she does her hair, she feels Toki's hands instead of hers and she remembers everything she taught her,,,

Now I have on my mind a very silly Shuggy thought about Shanks trying to flirt with Buggy but failing miserably (because he's a kid and he only knows how to tease her or follow Roger's advice which are, um, not good) and Buggy just being so done and exhausted. She can't stand him! He's so annoying! Sometimes she doesn't know if she wants to punch him or kiss him! And she doesn't even know if Shanks likes her back because he keeps acting stupid. And she goes to Toki for advice and she's like "oh, darling... Men are stupid. Do you know why you felt smarter than them when you were unaware of being a girl? Well, one of the reasons is that Shanks is a kid. He's dumb. But he loves you and cares so much for you... He's just having a hard time trying to make his way to your heart" / "But he-! He's so damn- Ugh. He's such an idiot. He already did, and he just doesn't know because he can't see it and I can't stand him-" / "Well, maybe you should be the one telling him, huh?" / "What?! No! And give him the satisfaction of thinking I fell first?! I'd rather die. No. He has to make the first move". And now Toki is involved (like the rest of the crew because Shuggy is a whole teen drama) in their love story because Buggy keeps complaining about men being stupid and Shanks keeps saying he doesn't get how Buggy can't see he's in love with her.

VEGAS THEERAPANYAKUL

he's such a polarizing character because there's the group of us who are like Vegas <3!!! and then there's the people that point out his many crimes against humanity and lack of redeemable qualities or actions. he brutally tortures his love interest. he commits lots of crimes against the protagonist including drugging him. he's literally the villain. I love him so much though he's the poorest little meow meow of all time

As the oldest son in the minor mafia family in Thailand, Vegas seeks every opportunity to outdo his cousin from the main family. He hires an assassin to go after him. On another occasion he drugs, kidnaps, and assaults a guy to get at his cousin. He secretly schemes with the Yakuza, plots to frame that same guy as a mole working for the main family, fakes being in love with his cousins ex-boyfriend to the point of getting engaged (and then ditches him), and allegedly has done the same thing with the actual mole working for the main family. The definition of manipulate, manwhore, manslaughter. Vegas has a whole ass Patrick Bateman-style murder coat for torture. Methods of torture used: extracting a man's Cochlear, electrocuting a man's balls, forcefeeding by shoving said man's head into slop, whipping him with his own leather belt, setting a fake escape trap only to chase the hostage down and tase him. Whenever he makes deals he'll slip his hand into the other person's with a firm grip before they've consciously expressed a choice (so it always goes in his favor). He shields himself with other's bodies during shootouts, letting several people die for his sake. He's into BDSM (this isn't one of the bad things, but hoo boy people will act like it is). Listen, he's a piece of work. He cries because his pet hedgehog dies. He falls for his hostage, fucks him, and then continues to be shitty so the guy knocks him out to escape. He gets pathetic about it. He confesses his love and kisses him in a parking garage full of dead bodies in the middle of a mafia coup that he is leading. He's absolutely reprehensible and is treated as the main villain of the show for several reasons. Except I love him and his insanity. He gets a lot of shit that he doesn't deserve (both in canon and in the fandom). Not that I wanna fix him, that wouldn't be fun! Vegas and his partner deserve to serve cunt, be disgustingly in love, and murder to their hearts desires because I said so.

CHARLES AUGUSTUS MILVERTON

This is based on vibes and general like…hesitancy in others to agree that Milverton is worth simping over. He's the true evil foil to a necessary evil protag. He is always on a power trip he finds himself smart but can't pivot when things go off script, he's the king of blackmail because he isn't trying to get the money he's trying to make the person come to ruin and really wants to watch. His goon pissed on what they thought was Sherlock Holmes' Stradivarius, simply to humiliate him. He's a wet rat, sexy as hell, and entertaining af.

Look, the man is pure evil, he blackmails people not for the profit of taking the ransoms but to watch them frantically scramble to gather the ransom and then watch the light die in their eyes as he brings their worst nightmares to life before them. He ordered the death of a disabled child (and i’m still mad about it). He made his boyfriend destroy a violin (as far as he knew, a very expensive violin at that) by pissing on it. He would kick a puppy. But he’s also dramatic and fun about his pure evil, and I’m attached. He tries to make clowns out of my favourite couple, and gets called the whole circus for it. It’s funny. Also, his depiction in the musicals (specifically the fourth musical) dials this drama up to 11, while also giving him a very cute relationship with Ruskin. He’s the literal worst, but he’s fun about it, so it’s all totally okay.

He blackmails people for fun. He isn't after their money, hes already rich, but still he asks amounts of money that are over the limit for the people he blackmails. His greatest joy is to see good people blackmailed into doing bad things.

To me Rhaenyra would’ve been such an enjoyable character if she wasn’t perpetually framed as the hero (which is the intent, so that’d be a different show), If she could’ve been as sheltered, entitled, and even cruel as she actually is without always being presented as the flawless chosen one… she’d been great to watch ngl. She happens to be portrayed by two strong performers, and Emma in particular plays the “entitled” and “manipulative”part very well.

I’m definitely Team Green, as in, i do think Aegon is the heir over Rhaenyra from the moment he’s born, but my issues with Rhaenyra aren’t about her thinking the throne is hers, or fighting for it. She’s the firstborn and it was promised to her. I get that and do sympathise with her because of that.

The obvious comparison is Shiv Roy (the circumstances are very different, i’m talking framing/writing) who many might say is the best Roy (and this could’ve been said about Rhaenyra even without the hero framing) because she is the most left-leaning, and she also says pretty things like “when I’m queen I’ll create a new order”. It’s when it comes to actions, neither can truly back it up, because the quest for power is what matters the most, and Shiv wasn’t patted on the head during hers. It was also acknowledged a few times that she does believe in the things her brothers don’t care for. Why was it impossible for Rhaenyra to be written like this? Cause she’s supposed to be Daenerys 2.0 and that’s a shame

rhaenyra would have benefited tremendously from shiv's writing. for example, shiv's storyline during "america decides" is so well-executed & elaborate - hotd could never. she wants the democrat candidate to win bc she does believe in more left-leaning ideals, but, at the same time, her selfishness and self-preservation and desire for power come into play as she wants to lead her father's company via the arrangement she has with matsson. so she finds herself in a situation where she wants to eat her cake and have it too - have jimenez win but NOT if he agrees to block the deal to sell off waystar.

in the end, her desire for power wins over and she refuses to even try to (indirectly) convince jimenez' team to accept to block the deal like her brothers want - she never makes the phone call. if waystar gets sold off, she can't "win" and she wants to win no matter what. and she gets called out for this. explicitly and dramatically. kendall catches her red-handed and her hypocrisy is exposed for all to see. shiv doesn't care enough for her principles to make a personal sacrifice, even if it's for the good of the entire country. it's sympathetic because she is trying as a woman to react to being excluded from the high echelons of power, but, at the same time, it's utterly meaningless, because she is/will be rich af no matter what, so being CEO is just child's play. just that other people will get hurt if the fascist mencken becomes president, but who cares about that, right? shiv is a privileged woman who will be ok no matter what, the suffering will always be reserved for other people.

poignant parallel to the targaryens fighting over the throne and never choosing the welfare of the people over their own consolidation of power. rhaenyra could have been a rich woman living her comfortable housewife life, but she feels so entitled to a position she doesn't even care to fulfill properly that she plunges the entire continent in a pointless civil war. she doesn't have a political bone in her body, is diplomatically inept and her administration skills are lacking, but viserys promised she'd be queen, so that's that. just like shiv doesn't have any true qualifications or experience to be CEO, but she pursues that goal to the detriment of her personal relationships and morality.

as you said, shiv is not patted on the back for holding the "right" political beliefs, she is not given chosen-one white-hart framing, she is presented with all her complexity and flaws and contradictions. like rhaenyra, she is not shown to do an altruistic gesture if it doesn't benefit her in some way, so the narrative doesn't treat her like the second coming of christ. rhaenyra could have similarly been a groundbreaking female character - not necessarily likable, but sympathetic and complex and ultimately interesting.

Canonically, Andromeda was the middle sister but could you ever imagine her being born first? There’s some headcanons and fanfics out there that support that

Hello anon! In short, I can only see Andromeda as oldest if she is oldest to *brothers* only. If she has sisters, she is the middle or the youngest, but canonically, only the middle. Allow me to explain, and forgive me for how lengthy this will be.

Bellatrix makes sense as the oldest in terms of her natural leadership, outspokenness, and charisma. Oldest children tend to be more assertive (aka 'bossy') and feel responsible for others. While I can see Andromeda being responsible for others as a middle child, I don't see her having the same outspokenness and natural charisma that Bellatrix has. Not all eldest children are like this, but painting in broad strokes here, Bellatrix is just a natural firstborn.

I will also add that firstborn children can be very rebellious (see Sirius) but not necessarily in a way that's radically different from their parents. Yes, Sirius strongly denounces the prejudices he grew up with, but he's so like his mother in personality. Different lyrics, if you will, but the same melody. I imagine Bellatrix is the same, especially with her father, and her rebellion goes in a dark, dramatic direction.

Andromeda *could* be the oldest if she had brothers. I find it interesting that the only female Death Eater is Bellatrix. Though JKR (thinks she has but not really) built a world that seems to be friendlier towards witches in terms of political and educational power, the Death Eaters and the way pureblood witches are framed raises some red flags. By this I mean that there is misogyny in this world, and it's found in classist cultures too. Purebloods, with their money and natural political power, would have these views, particularly in the 1940s, 50s, and 60s. If Andromeda were the oldest, it would have to be to brothers wherein the oldest son is greatest as the true oldest, and Andromeda is oldest by age alone.

Think of Walburga for a moment. Canonically she is the oldest and her strong AF personality 100% supports that. She married Orion and had the privilege of bearing sons in a world that is clearly obsessed with bloodlines and surnames - which can only be passed down through men. In a family like the Blacks, who are obsessed with this patriarchal purity, Andromeda could be the oldest of brothers, but relegated to the side for being a girl instead of a boy. That would soften her personality a bit, in terms of making her more like a middle child or a youngest.

I love Andromeda as a middle sister for so many reasons: it's easy to overlook her. It's easy to find her stuck in the middle between sisters and parents, struggling to stand out but also fit in. She's a bit of a wild card - I love that she's the one to upset the family balance after years of (probably) playing peacekeeper among two strong personalities.

I can also imagine Andromeda as the youngest, but only if Narcissa is NOT in the picture. Narcissa doesn't give off middle child vibes - she's giving me oldest, youngest, or only, but mostly youngest and only. She stands out with her blonde hair and her fabulous life. She's got a better temperament than Bellatrix and is more strategic in her decision making. She also shows a certain amount of disregard for the rules - she goes out of her way to get Snape to make an Unbreakable Vow and she lies to Voldemort's face. Anyone with younger siblings knows that while the oldest get the worst punishments, youngest siblings can practically get away with murder. Narcissa is showing this kind of attitude with her choices - the rules don't exactly apply to her in the same way as they do with other people.

Bellatrix, meanwhile, LOVES the rules. They're batshit crazy rules, sure, but she's following them and living her best life while doing so. The #1 rule is do what Volde-daddy tells you to do. Don't betray him. Narcissa ain't got the time for that nonsense. She's putting her son first.

Andromeda as a youngest sibling can make sense if she's got other siblings, potentially older sisters or an older brother and sister. She does have that same rebellious streak, but it's not radical in the way that Bellatrix or even Sirius is. Andromeda is disowned because she runs off with Ted Tonks. Sirius is disowned not only because he runs away but loudly and proudly rejects his parents' viewpoints. He runs away to live with blood traitors. Andromeda sort of disappears into the background (like any middle child).

Right now I'm working on a Tedromeda/Remadora longfic that is AU - I'm switching Alphard with Andromeda, but I am making Andromeda the youngest. (Rearranging birth dates is a must-do anyway because among many things JKR sucks at, math is one of them.) She'll have a good gap of about 9 years between her birthday and her next older sibling, Cygnus. It's enough of a gap that she is the youngest, but in many ways she'll have been raised like an only child, which will give her a different dynamic than a middle child, e.g. more spoiled, but she's also watched by more pairs of eyes, which means she'll be more hesitant to rebel.

Anyway, that is a long answer and I hope it answers your question, anon. Canonically, the middle-born Andromeda is the best Andromeda. Eldest/youngest/only only in an AU situation with other factors that would shape her personality to be similar to her canon counterpart.

❤️colors: generally i will give up after i have a sketch and slither off to binge horror novels, but RARELY i might proceed onto the coloring stage… i have this disorder in which i need to maximize the vibrancy of every pixel on my screen or i’ll Die. 🪦(ɷ ꒪ཀ꒪)ɷ for shadows, i rarely use black unless i reallyyy need to; i just do dark purple! 🦄💜🔮🪄 for highlights, i never go for pure white; usually it’s cream or neon yellow, but sometimes skin will have these little light green spots to stand out (this is actually a color theory thing i learned from oil painting… green vs. red!) 😸🍏🤝🍎😸

🧡overlay: i have at least 2 different layers set to overlay, so i can augment color vibrancy EVEN MORE and make things ✨glowy✨ like a 💥flash bomb💥!! on my first overlay layer, i go over dark colors with either dark brown or dark purple, set to a very very low opacity (practically transparent) to make things DRAMATIC, and then lose all my marbles on highlights at regular opacity!! my other overlay layer is for me to go crazy with the rosette brush, which looks like those comic book dotsies! ٩(๑′∀ ‵๑)۶•*¨*•.¸¸♪

💚touch-ups: after i’ve given up on my drawing and accepted that this is the most i can do, i proceed to do even more to it by slapping filters on it in picsart and picmonkey. my go-to filters in each app:

💙picsart: indie 2, usually set at 30% (it makes colors EVEN MORE NEON as if they weren’t eye-searing enough QAQ💧). i used to bypass their dumb af membership thing to access their gorgeousss glitch filter for my backgrounds, BUT THEY REMOVED THE ABILITY TO SCREENSHOT INSIDE THE APP so i hate picsart lol 😸🫶 indie 2 slaps fat cheeks tho

💜picmonkey: my true love!! they don’t hide their BEST FILTERS behind pretentious subscriptions 😁 okay i’ll stop complaining… 😁😁 so much Good Kush in this thing like lux, lightleak (makes things purple and glitchy!), splendor, lush…

Even though Sharon Carter survived a shot to the gut and Fury and his teams probably could have done something to save her --- had they been around and informed or had this team of super smart spies you know used any protective gear at a super violent event. This set up just makes no sense to me but ok Marvel, sure. If you saying what if what looked like dead Maria was then somehow saved and now is one of those skrull machines that would actually be very cool--i keep saying we never did see a body in that casket! #is her casket cake? but counter point I think Maria and Tony Stark are the only two "funerals" we see in MCU. Maria's wasn't really a funeral to be honest it was more like a body transfer but sure, sure. (assuming there is a body!)

Cobie posted a good-bye Maria post on IG after the second episode aired and then deleted it in about 40 minutes. To me this suggests real Maria did really die but she was asked to take it down to keep people guessing. Even though Cobie confirmed in many interviews that "[Maria's death] looked real to her" and "she thinks it is real" and then signaled Marvel 300 times that she is still willing to come back anytime! (more proof that they killed her off to replace her with someone younger and not even for the emotional arc of Fury)

I think Marvel's treatment of Phase 1 women would prove that they don't have anything great planned for her which is a true shame. I don't think they were expecting so much fan backlash from this to be honest! They just needed someone to kill off to set the tone of the show and she was the next Phase 1 woman in line. They said, "hey we never did much with this character so let's just gut her!"

This being said if Marvel does some great chess themed scheme that Maria is still alive that would be great! But there are no online accounts doing Maria focused theories which suggests to me that there are no loop holes for her to return--at least the Maria from this universe/show. It is of course the multiverse now.

I was watching 1x22 as one does when they want to feel all the feelings and it made me think about some stuff. And now I need second opinions because I am going a bit insane. I had this thought after watching Brian absolutely lose it which is: how would it go if Justin didn’t get bashed? I mean it’s no secret that they shared something beautiful on that dance floor and they both knew that and then in the garage as well. Even Brian knew that no matter how he’d deny it. So I keep thinking what would’ve season 2 looked like if the bashing didn’t happen, how would Britin be and more importantly what would Brian be like? Because obviously the bashing was a big reason why we got the s2 we did and that included Brian finally coming to somewhat terms that he loves Justin. But I can’t stop wondering what would’ve happened otherwise. And this message might’ve been triggered a little bit by the thought that Justin never remembered their dance :(

I think this is a fantastic question and I think it truly should be a fic (THAT SOMEONE ELSE WRITES MY LIST OF IDEAS IS TOO LONG) because I cannot do it justice in a response here on tumblr dot com.

I will try, of course.

I think a few things are true:

Brian lost out on his dream to move to NYC and big the next big new thing to someone younger than he is. (Me in my 40s thinking about someone who has just turned 30 losing out on a role that benefits from having experience to someone even younger is rolling my eyes, but sure QAF, we'll believe it.) So he's stuck in Pittsburgh.

Michael, his best friend and doting admirer has gotten his own life and is moving across the country. Yes, his relationship with David was toxic AF but that's neither here nor there. This is also set in 2000 when staying in touch meant email that you checked maybe once a day and phone calls. Michael, for all the fandom feelings about him, sees Brian in one particular way, a way that has not changed since they were 18. Michael is not the only culprit of this (HELLO LINDSAY WHAT'S UP?) but he is the major one, the one that Brian cares about the most.

Justin, this kid who has wormed his way into Brian's life and who sees, really sees, Brian for who he is and challenges him and is his equal in many ways, wants him.

So Brian, probably against his better judgment goes to this kid's prom, dances him around the dance floor and kisses him in front of everyone. Then they have this moment in the garage (that pause and eye contact before they kiss happily lives rent free in my mind). And it means something. Mr. Brian "acts of service and physical touch" Kinney is communicating something very loudly and clearly here. And pre-disabled Justin sees it and understands it. And if we know anything about Justin, he will not let it go. Ever.

I think without the bashing, Justin would have continued to live at Debbie's. I think he would have gone to PIFA and Brian would have paid for his tuition when Craig Craig'd it all up. I think there would have been less push back about accepting Brian's help because that would be the only help Justin would have needed (instead of: overcoming PTSD, living together, giving him the computer, etc.). I think they would have slowly started to date in a more traditional sense. Nothing dramatic but meeting up for lunch if Justin didn't have afternoon classes, getting dinner together before meeting the guys at Woody's. Michael being in Portland AND the bashing not happening would have allowed this to slowly evolve.

Would Justin still need some assurance that he was different than the tricks? Maybe, but I think he would have felt more confident in himself without the bashing and its after effects.

Would they still have had miscommunication and broken up? I do think so. I think from a psychological and also story-telling perspective, you don't want the 17 year old kid to meet the love of his life and never experience anything different. You want some leaving each other and coming back together (am I still soothing my GOS2 broken heart? Yes, yes I am). I think Justin experiencing monogamy and deciding it's not for him (the way S3 SHOULD HAVE GONE) would have been a great storyline. I think even Michael returning (after some relationship between Brian and Justin has been established) and putting some doubt in the form of "but this isn't who you are" into Brian's mind would also be a great storyline. Some Justin pushing back against Michael and telling Brian "he wasn't there, I was, I know who you are and what you did and what it meant." Oh my god I would love to see that.

I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to read this if someone wants to write it. Or many someones. More cake and all that. I don't see myself writing it because I love the bashing arc too much

LOL I love how surprised Ongsa's two friends are that she's related to Alpha. Badass that she is. And hahaha at the Stars (honestly it just doesn't feel like a GMMTV show for me without one of the J's popping up at some point, so I was delighted to see AJ here (I think it's the shows I pick but really, one or the other of them seems to be in everything I watch these days)).

Why do I love the idea of a cursed Astronomy Club so much?

Everyone in this show is so cute. Does Mawin have a thing for Tin? And Luna's determination to have her astronomy club is - sing it with me, kids - super cute. I haven't seen her and Aylin interact yet but I already know I'm gonna love them, just because Luna is so damn bubbly and sweet I can't see her doing anything but embracing Aylin just as she is, which I love for Aylin honestly. That girl deserves someone who loves her because of who she is, not in spite of it.

And yep, I'm gonna love them.

I will say that I would like a grittier, nastier GL the same way we have been getting them with BL of late, but I also know that the gateway to getting that kind of content is The Cute. Since I can be messy, I would LOVE the drama MacauChay could bring if they actually dated. Especially between Chay & Porsche. I would love Chay saying something "and what makes Kinn + the main family morally superior? Because they wear suit & ties while beating & executing people?"

Oh, Macau and Chay dating would the messiest thing in the world, it's true. Between them both being teenagers and inexperienced and in very different ways traumatized in a multitude of ways that aren't visible to the eye...

They also have Porsche and Vegas as big brothers.

Porsche and Vegas would just be... fascinating. And having Kinn in that circle as well? Oh, it'd be messy AF.

Between Vegas and Kinn and Porsche... Chay and Macau would practically be Romeo and Juliet half the time. They'd have to fight for any time together, they're both have to sneak away to get together...

And while Chay can risk an argument with his parental figure, Macau absolutely cannot. Which makes it even more dramatic and dangerous.

Hello Everyone! How’s life been treating you? If it’s been good, I’m hella happy for you! If it’s been shit, I’m up there with you 😬 but hey, we probably used to it, so we’ll be fine (#trust). Now, let’s take a little look at what’s been going on in ARMYworld as of recent (and no, I’ll not address enlistment here, but yes, I will in another post). So, it would appear that pics and videos from「LOVE YOURSELF, SPEAK YOURSELF: The Final」started dropping yesterday and guuurl/boooi/Eeenby… There’s been a little bit of drama aye?!

Mainly between the usual shakespearean factions (... just another way for me to say: DRAMATIC AF GROUPS, aka some group of shippers), which was brought about by one particular clip involving none other than our dearest JK: Surprise, sur-fucking-prise! I swear, the boy can’t take a single step in the general direction of nowhere coz, the second he does, some will measure the distance between his right foot and left and equate it to the distance between either JM or Tae’s right and left foot just to conclude that: [INSERT MOST RECENT CONSPIRACY]. 

Alas, Jeon Jungkook is a powerful Conspiracy Magnet, it's a sad truth. Now, whether or not he actually had an unknowing and unfortunate hand in this predicament, is a post for another time. What we want to do now is to take a look at the clip that caused so much SCANDAL! And take it from there, shall we?:

Now, before we proceed I’ll need you all to maybe not listen to the song that I am listening to right now, if it is not calming to you. Find a song that keeps you mellow and serene, and ready to observe facts in an educated and unbiased way. When you are all ready, we shall begin, alright?

So to spice things up a little, let’s refer to TKKers as Capulets and JKKers as Montagues, just to keep it in the Shakespearean vibe. As you might and/or might not know, I really hate generalising but, based on experience, the majority of Capulets can’t be reasoned with, like, it’s some crazy-ass-shit up in that neck of the woods, and granted there’s definitely some Montagues that are just as crazy, but the ratio is 9725:1. 

Moving on, following are the families narratives, following the clip in question:

CAPULATES: “Everything Jikook does is scripted”.

MONTAGUES: “Staff knows Jungkook, so where is the lie?”.

For those that may not know, this whole thing escalated hella quick. I was at work, trying to work, while dealing with a personal situation of my own, after which I quickly looked at my timeline and HolyMolyGuacamole. I thought JK couldn’t create a post more controversial than the “Happy Birthday Bro” one but, Bro!, was I wrong! 

Mind you, as per usual the involved Capulates came ready for senseless war, hence Montagues had the right to defend themselves from the dumbest of accusations, but what all of this seemed to cause was a very clear divide of two truths which could both be valid, but my people, we all know that the truth is and always will be one. In this case, the one truth is that JK managed to, unwillingly, put himself on the spot. Yeah ...

And before I continue, I must, and I will, preface that JK does, without a doubt, not only highly respects (amongst many other things) JM but loves Serendipity, immensely as proven by the following:

Now, try to recall a situation where something happened and regardless of whether the information you are receiving is true or not, you just want to know how this something came to be. If you are like me, and you just need to know, trusting that there is no way in hell your words will be misconstrued, you will ask whatever question. But then, at times, this funny thing happen where, once you’ve spoken you realise that is not just about your curiosity, it’s about everything else related to it, but it’s too late, you’ve spoken up, your words are out in the world and you are on the fucking spot. And many may not know or realise this but, being put on the spot is a flight or fight response.

It is almost spooky weird how sometimes words suddenly seem to change in meaning from how you thought them in your brain after you’ve uttered them [typed them]. Funny ain’t it? Had the meaning of his words not changed, JK (like anyone else) would have stayed silent, waiting for the member of staff to answer his question, as he sat firmly by his own words. But that was definitely not the case. And I’m not sure of the meaning that his sentence morphed into, but JK didn’t stay quiet waiting for a reply from their staff member. No. In fact, he laughed over her words and started poking JM, who actually brought up his finger to do their usual “I am you, you are me” but JK didn’t notice, and he wasn’t going to because I don’t think that was his intent to begin with. His poking, like the laughing, all felt like a reaction to divert attention from what he’d just asked.

Now we can sit here and argue on whether or not it was wrong for the member of staff to have filled in the blanks for JK, homegurl was most likely just doing her job and trying to speed up the process by choosing an answer she believed to be 100% likely. Had she envisioned  JK’s reaction, do you think she would have proceeded with it? She most likely even panicked, perceiving JK’s reaction as a misjudgment and let him know right-away that he could change it.

“It’s all about the delivery!” These are the words I was told by my brother, who's been trying to act as a peacemaker between my mother and I. If I controlled the manner in which I say what I want to say or even at times just refrain from saying certain things, I might bring forth less damage with my mom 😬(but that was very TMI so yeah let's not dwell too much on that…). But the truth is, once again, in my head they all sounded like things I have the right to say, but once they are out, it's like, … damn. And, in my opinion, it’s like JK also felt the same.

JK’s favourite song might have been Euphoria, which is not a stretch, we all know that homeboi loves that song in particular. But regardless of why he decided to still go ahead with Serendipity, he obviously made it known that he was going to, if not Jimin would not have been literally all up in his face asking him “which one did you like the best?”

What actually is the point in all of this is how he decided to reveal said selection. JM was all in his face? JK could have replied by singing and staying in his place. But no. He counter-attacked Jimin’s face-up and got closer himself, and you’ll notice JM taking steps back as JK keeps moving forward, while they maintain eye-contact. I mean …

Hence, If I were the person who had to write the scenario/script for this part of the concert, hoping for the best outcome, ideally, with a band like BTS, you’d have all members naturally interact with each other. Having JK just choose his own song wouldn’t have served for much interaction with anyone, so I’m guessing homegurl stopped and thought “who does he usually interact with? What song does he usually sing?” and she got her answer. And hey! I might be wrong, so please let me know another song by any of the other members of BTS which JK sang, and mimicked as often as Serendiptiy; … I’ll be waiting.
