rat brainrot going hard

sorry for not posting this week, i was cooking some stuff but this drawing took almost the entire week to do, worst part, it was a shitpost

i still dont know why this took me so much

so uh, almost all my drawings this week have been related to this two(and lis) so much so that i struggled because i wanted to draw other things so i would just stare at a blank sheet of paper for over half an hour, god that was torture, tho i dont mind drawing the sillies, sometimes it gets a bit boring drawing the same over and over y'know? im also going to take this as an opportunity to ramble about my forgo gijinka, because surprisingly i hadnt done that yet.

ok now to actually talk about the wet rat

ive tried doing a gijinka of em since i joined the fandom (my first gijinka was fecto elfilis (well not really they were fnaf, but i mean when i got into kirby and when i started using the term gijinka))

but most of the time it just looked like elfilin but like...evil, with a different ear and a hospital gown, thats it, so i barely drew them since i didnt like that, but on february, i actually sketched an idea that i liked, and thought it looked cute but a bit off (i mean off in a good way)

(yes im posting this image again because i think its the best drawing of my forgo (im very inconsistent with my style ok))

they have their eyes closed most of time, like in game, i considered giving them legs but i ended up with the tail, since i didnt want to end up with like a fourth evil elfilin, the arms are like that so i can have em be small and weird like in the actual game, but i also made it so they can like change it, that way i can make em have hands and stuff if necessary (like to hold that frying pan for example)

not sure if a lot of you notice it but um, bro has no neck, i took away his neck privileges, i did it just to see but i ended up falling in love with that and stuck around, and also that allows me to draw them bending their head like in the drawing above because their neck isnt necking and i like that, i like being able to draw characters doing stuff that shouldnt be anatomically possible or is abnormal (i did something a bit similar with void) thair clothes are rugged because well forgotten land you know what i mean, but in general theyre actually pretty simple

i also did the drawing in digital

i tried doing very sketchy lineart, i tried a new brush in this one and thats the one im using for my last drawings (not sure if anyone noticed the brush change) it was pain painting it because i did it all with the brush in the same size, not changing it, god did my hands hurt and it was a bad idea

i accidentaly downloaded the following 3 drawings twice lol

i think they would wear something like this to sleep, i dunno i just wanted to draw em in something cute, and sleepy, with elfilin slippers (the mug also has elfilin btw) oh and also i like changing their hair, here one of their long bangs is tied into a bow, kinda like callie from splatoon, i have some drawing im probably wont post, one more of forgo wich looks very much like the upper one but like eyes closed, and one of fecto elfilis gyaru because my sister asked me to draw them like that, bad thing is i didnt look up references on gyaru since i couldnt use my phone at the moment, i did like the hair i did for them in that one tho, they have their bangs tied up in a bun, and then left the rest loose, making it look longer than it actually is. i might redraw it, but actually looking up gyaru so i can make something more accurate, i like the style, but im not too informed on it

based on the kirby manga, where they make it so elfilis sings really bad, at first i didnt like it that much since i had imagined they'd sign great, but after i while i started to find it a bit cute so now its a headcanon, they like to sing but suck at it.

writing this just made me remember i wanted to do another drawing too for this with kirby and them singing, but i forgot to do it, im kinda tired (and its late) ill probably draw it, but for next post or another one

tried drawing fecto forgo as a plushie, silly.

i wanna learn how to sew so i can make plushies of characters (like prince fluf!) but im way too lazy, i will get around it some day! (hopefully)

i also wanna learn to sculpt, i tried doing a clay kirby once, but one his feet broke in half, and one day my mom put it in a box, and his eyes fell off and stuck to the box :(

i really wanna do figures for characters i like or dont have enough merch or my ocs (prince fluff, flamberge, fecto elfilis)

but as i said, im way too lazy and unmotivated, though its be nice, one day, maybe one day if i stop procrastinating

it doesnt have the same ring to it as "feto rata mojada alien" wich is how my sister and i call them (she doesnt know that much about kirby, but i sometimes show her my drawings (reluctantly sometimes, but im the older so like >:) she has too if she wants to show me her stuff too))

silly rat and wet rat, thats how i call em (because wet rat alien fetus is too long sometimes)

you can tell the brainrot was too strong (were near done(kinda))

they gain a mouth whenever i fell like it very much

artblock hit, and all the rest of pages i stared at them for 30 minutes

it felt weird looking at my fecto elfilis with the eyes so big, it looked off (in a weird way)

dunno, tried drawing them in a different pose i i dunno really

i think these are from tuesday. i did more but those were oc (mostly splatoon) or other kirby character related, and i want this to be a rat post (might post those tommorow or another day maybe)

i dunno (x2), i tried drawing elfilin like elfilis, i really liked the hands here. i still struggle a bit with anatomy but i think this was quite good for my usual character just stading looking at the front or a quarter profile. im considering making this into a fully digital drawing, what do i say by considering im actually doing that fuck it, i just think it looks kinda cool

Chaos Elfilis reminds me of a moth. kirby's hope is a bright light.

you can see my thought process. i just thought itd be a bit cute and kinda silly and funny.

the kirby fandom wiki, said that chaos elfilis looked akin to a moth, and it just stuck with me, so i wanted my gijinka of them to be moth inspired, and thats when i saw just how cute moths are! i mean im still a bit scared of insects but at least now i kinda like em.

i feel like i need to say sorry to that one moth i desintegrated in a matter of seconds with a book because i thought it was an spider and didnt think (im so sorry little guy)

but ah yeah elfilis, moth, it made sense to me since chaos elfilis has the soul of morpho knight, who is a butterfly, and moths are kinda like butterflies too. and i thought itd be cute

so uh yeah i sometimes like making my chaos elfilis be a bit like a moth, that includes liking light, a lot, so uh kirby is like a lamp in here because i said so

now to talk about the desing since for some reason i hadnt earlier, as i said before, they are very moth inpired so uh im might say that word way too many times (im sorry i suck at explaining stuff)

their horns are thinner to resemble moth anntenae, and they curve just because i thought it look cool, and to differentiate it a bit from fecto elfilis. their bangs tie into a bun (i forgot to draw that but i dont wanna go and change it now, way too tiredv man and i still have to post this on other places) the bun looks a bit like an eye, because well, they are basically a soul boss, and moths have things in their wings that look like eyes, btw chaos elfilis doesnt have their wings here because i got lazy and i didnt want them to like cover most of the drawing. the things coming from their bun are like the trhee things theyve got in their head, theyre shaped like that to resemble insects legs a bit, fecto elfilis also had the 3 things (i dunno how to call em sorry) as their eyelashes, but chaos elfilis has just white eyelashes, because the bun already has the 3 things and because my morpho has white eyelashes so (i still havent done my morpho gijinka yet, i just know im gonna give the butterfly some white eyelashes cuz cute and pretty grimm reaper) the rest of the hair is shaped into like a ponytail but like, adn shaped, with whats left shaped like a lil moth

the waistband they have is a nod to morpho, they used to have a bow shaped just like the butterfly morpho appears as, but i took it out because i thought it crowded the design way too much, and also because it was too on the nose. the arms have those golden things because my fecto has it and because my og chaos elfilis gijinka had them so i wanted to bring it back, the hand fades into white because the red in the hand wasnt hard to distinguish so i came up with that to make it easier to see.

the red part of the pants are actually a bit fuzzy akin to a moth and the white part has those stripes to loke like insect stuff because y'know akin to a moth. the boots are like the red part in their legs their model in-game has, so i just made em tall boots, the high heels? originally it was platform just ike my fecto but then i wanted to draw them in high heels when i was slightly redoing chaos elfilis, and welp, i loved it and now theyve got high heels. those rings around the ankle are inspired by the ones leaongar has around their arm. also can you tell anatomy is not my strong suit? and that i dont draw high heels often?

i made a slight change in my kirby, making the sleeves be a different color, since the one he had before i felt was way too white, and i wanted to have more saturation in it

i also forgot but elfilin is supposed to wear that during forgotten land, and then i decided that after the anding of the main story he changes clothes, but i forgot about that while doing this so he has his pre-ending clothes (also because i still cant really decide on their second outfit for the post-game)

god im so tired i wanna talk and show more drawings but o shit im sweating why is it so hot in here

um thank you for reading all the unnecessary long rambles about why i do certain stuff in my gijinkas, i appreciate it a lot (im still sorry about writing walls upon walls of text but i just cant help it)

I had to find the time to join The Missing Coworkers [ from the lovely @springbon-t-art ] event between my course work and I did hahA!

Thank you for the motivation to pick up and draw something for myself though! Having to brain up an entire card game in like a month is tricky-! [fun entertaining fact is that my guy here is in it hehe >:]]

I wish I could find the time for more but!! STILL!! he's real, Charleston in the goo? flesh? one of those words. I am probably gonna end up putting an unreasonable amount of words below + an extra image so percieve if you like :]

Right right, to start off with the ending question I don't really do favourites, but if I am to give the ending I've 'brain-dead' navigated to on impulse it is the 'Is This A Bucket?' ending.

I cannot explain it, I am simply drawn to it. The questions it poses... If everything is a bucket, and yet not at the same time, what meaning does that hold? I could keep asking vaguely philosophical questions but enough! So I place onto Charleston the knowledge of a bucket identifier.

[hes very really excited about the buckets now. as he should.]

I even have the explaination as for how he's here. So to now ramble on about that -

Charleston is notorious for getting lost, and I figure in a big office building it is painfully easy to get lost. Hence he keeps ending up here of all places. Why? God knows. You ask him how, you surely had to jump off that lift and he says 'no no! I just walked here! I never jumped off a thing!'

And then onwards it only gets more confusing, you ask where he's supposed to be and he 'isn't sure' and you say but everyone's numbered and he goes, 'what numbers? I don't have any numbers.' And then how can you even be sure he works here? Who's to say he hasn't got so unbelieveably lost he's in the complete wrong building?

We'll never know. But hey, he's at least very chatty and friendly and probably nothing to worry about! He belongs, maybe! He'd walk into a meeting he's not a part of, sit down, and just act like this is exactly what his job always was. Was it? Who knows... He doesn't.

Ah well. He bakes good though. He'll hear it's someone's birthday and bam next day or on the date you get good food. That's enough, right?

Hopefully this is done correctly! I can't remember the last time I did some, online thing akin to this, so I do truly hope my rambling is not too long and such!

Card Story: “I Wanna Know About You from Another World”

Part 1 ✦

[Sage’s Room - Day]

Akira: Today’s lunch was delicious too…!

It's a normal free day. Amidst the soft sunlight streaming in through the window, satisfied after a good lunch, my consciousness– as I sit in the chair– slowly declines.

Murr: Master Sage-!

Akira: M-Murr!? Since when did you enter the room……?

Murr: I wonder when! More importantly, Master Sage!! Today’s your day off, isn't it? C’mon play with me!

Akira: Ahahah, Okay okay. What should we do for fun today?

Murr: A pretend interview~! I wanna do something like what Master Sage did to me before!

Akira: (...Is he talking about when I started Sage’s Journal?)

So that the next Sage and future wizards could build a better relationship, I thought of interviewing them and writing their stories down in a journal.

What nostalgic times to remember.

Murr: Today you're the one being interviewed Master Sage!

Akira: ……! Alright. (I wonder what type of questions he’ll ask me…)

Murr: Okay, let’s get started! Your name is?

Akira: Akira.

Murr: How you feeling today?

Akira: I’m feeling good. Ah- although, I guess I was a little sleepy right before you arrived.

Murr: What's some stuff you like?

Akira: Hmmm,,, well… It has to be cats.

Murr: Cats! I love’em too!!

Akira: (Back then, I was the one interviewing everyone like this. It’s kinda refreshing, to be the one being interviewed.)

Murr: Next up… the world where the Master Sage lived!! I wanna know about smartphones and other interesting things like that~!

Akira: Smartphones…… Come to think of it, earlier you said that you got halfway there by mimicking it with a magical science device. Did you end up making it after that?

Murr: Nah, I got bored! But~ if I hear about exciting things from your world, maybe my motivation will come back. Start spilling!

I look back at the eyes sparkling full with curiosity, and think back to my original world.

Akira: Hmmm… let’s see. Speaking of things that don’t exist in this world are phones, televisions, cameras… VR.

Murr: VR?

Akira: Ummmmm, how to explain it… It’s a device that when used, you can experience the scenery of a completely different place, or feel like you’re right in front of an animal that is not supposed to be there.

Murr: *nod nod*

Akira: When I first arrived in this world, I originally thought it was VR. Suddenly finding myself surrounded by people I didn’t know and in a landscape I had never seen before.

Murr: I see! And this VR can show you a variety of sceneries and things without relying on the user’s memory. As I thought! Stuff in the Master Sage’s world is real interesting!! Even though magic doesn’t exist, they create things that are like magic!

Now then, what should my next question be…? There’s still your hobbies, lifestyle, sexual preferences and-...

Akira: (W-What sort of information are you looking for!?) P-Please be gentle with me…!

Part 2 ✦

A while after our interview started, Murr said he remembered something and left the room abruptly.

Akira: Just like a storm… (I wonder what the errand was about? Or rather, will he return after finishing said errand??)

I think about this and that, but the sleepiness I had forgotten comes back and interrupts my thoughts suddenly.

Akira: *yawwwn* …I think I’ll take a 5 minute nap.

After closing the door, I relaxed back down in my chair.

Murr: —I’m back! …Huh?

Akira: Zzzz Zzzz

[Manor Hallway]

*knock knock*

Mitile: Ah, Master Sag-eh?!

Riquet: Murr…?

Murr: Heyo~! Whatcha up to you two?

Mitile: Well, the two of us baked cookies and we thought we would share some with the Master Sage. Are they inside?

Murr: They are. But now’s no good! Master Sage is busy with some important work, so it's best to save them for later!

Riquet: I heard today they had the day off… but it’s not right to disturb them if they’re working.

Mitile: Then, we’ll come back after the work is finished.

*walks away*

Murr: Hmm~

Chloe: Ah-! Murr! Thank you again for being my model earlier!

Murr: No problem!

Chloe: Hey, is the Master Sage in the room right now? I also made clothes for them and I’d like them to take a look at it.

Murr: Now’s no good! Cause I’m hoarding my dear Sage’s time all for myself right now!

Chloe: E-Ehhh!? I-Is that so?? I supposed I’ll come back later then… Murr… Just to be on the same page, you won’t play any extreme pranks on the Master Sage, right…?

Murr: What madecha think that?

Chloe: Well, because it’s written all over your face!! That look of “I’ve found a nice toy!”

Murr: Ahahaha! Okay, I’ll just keep one of Master Sage’s hair for research purposes then!

[Sunset Lake Meadow]

Akira: …Nghh

When I opened my eyes, a lake at dusk laid before me. Sparkles glittered on the lake's surface, as the setting sun fell on its shores.

Akira: …How pretty… …W-Wait!? Where is this!?!? I should have fallen asleep in my room….

*meow*

Akira: A purple cat…?

Attracted by the cry, I looked down at my feet. There lay a strange cat with a bizarre coat. When our eyes met, he jumped onto my lap.

Akira: T-Too cute~!!! I wonder if it’s a magical creature that looks like a cat??

*meow*

Gently, I stroke the cat’s head whilst keeping an eye on it. Now that I’m suddenly thrown into a place I don’t know, I can’t help but want to rely on this small creature.

Akira: Hey, do you know where we are?

???: I do know!

Akira: (Wait– this voice is…?)

???: <<Eanul Rambul>>!

Part 3 ✦

[Sage’s Room - Sunset]

Akira: This is… my room?

Murr: That’s right!

Akira: Murr!?

When I sat up on the bed, Murr was laughing right in front of me. It brought back a memory when Murr observed my sleeping face just like this moment.

Akira: (....Hold on? Didn’t I fall asleep in the chair today??) Ummmm… What is it?

Murr: Thanks for playing! That VR thing? A scenery of a completely different place and animals that aren’t supposed to be there right in front of you!

Akira: Ahhhh! So that was meant to recreate VR! (But unlike VR in my world, here it can easily be done without using any machine… magic truly is marvellous.)

Murr: How was it? Did ya sleep well?

Akira: Yeah. I only intended to nap for 5 minutes… but I ended up falling asleep.

Murr: It's fine, isn't it~? On your day’s off, it’s your job to rest. Congratulations on your hard work!!

While saying this, Murr patted the bed.

Akira: (Maybe it was Murr who moved me to the bed…?) Hmm? Come to think of it, when did you come back to my room? Your errand-...

Murr: Ended in a flash!

Akira: So, you came back soon after that. Sorry, I didn’t notice… Wasn't it boring?

Murr: Not one bit! I was able to observe the sleeping Sage, after all.

Akira: By observing, you mean…

Murr: How fast you breathe when you sleep. How often you toss and turn. The interval between your sleep talking and also-...

Akira: (T-There’s more!?) M-Murr, it’s okay to stop there…! I understand what you mean by observing!! Ummmm,,, just to confirm but– you haven’t done anything else other than observing, right?

Murr: ………Yeah~!

Akira: (That… felt like a delayed response. And for a moment it felt like he was looking elsewhere too…)

For just a moment, I reached out to touch the top of my head; where I felt someone’s eyes on me.

Murr: I knew it! Master Sage you’re really interesting!! I love interesting things!

With a booming voice, Murr closes one eye. Shylock's words suddenly came to mind brought by such sights.

Akira: (“Don’t look with both eyes, look with one eye…” You said it was a sign that you were missing something.) (But that anecdote seems to be from before Murr’s soul was shattered, and the current one just happens to be a wink…right?)

Murr: Ah~! Today was lots of fun! From VR to the Master Sage’s observations! Let’s play again next time too, Master Sage!

I don’t know if that was an honest wink or not… However, I was struck by the sight of Murr smiling happily.

Card Episode: “Murr and the Door of Bygone Days”

[Murr’s Room]

Akira: It seems like a door that lets you see into the past has appeared on the shores of Borda Isle. Speaking of the past– when I had just arrived to this world– whenever I felt anxious I recalled a certain memory that made me feel at ease.

Murr: Oh~! What sorta memory?

Akira: It’s a scene from my childhood where an adult, who’s someone I trust, read a book to me.

Murr: And that memory protected the Master Sage from anxieties!

Akira: Yeah. Murr, do you have any memories that could be used for protection too? A memory that would make you feel safe.

Murr: Hmmm~ What could it be~? That's a very difficult question!

Akira: Difficult… how so?

Murr: Philosophically so!

Akira: Huh… It makes me kinda happy hearing that, coming from such a distinguished philosopher. But, what makes it philosophical?

Murr: I tried looking for a memory that’d make me feel safe, but I’m not one that really seeks safety!

Akira: Ah- that would be the case!

Murr: Isn’t it!

Akira: Why is it so?

Murr: I wonder why~! This may be the entry to an entire new truth! Like all living things, particularly so the remnant of one, isn’t it inevitable that we should seek safety?

Akira: I concur. Personally, I am always looking for safety.

Murr: Rightly so! And yet, why– why is it that I place safety second? Is it cause I loathe boredom? Well, it might just be a matter of probability! If there were only individuals who sought safety, the species as a whole would become extinct in a crisis. In order to avoid the extinction of a species, we need individuals with different characteristics who avoid the same behavioural pattern as the rest. After all, there are spirits, wizards and humans with different temperaments in five distinct lands. The meaning of such complexity could be…

Akira: (Somehow, this took a very serious turn) Ummmm… Hey Murr, can I have a word in?

Murr: What is it?

Akira: If you don’t mind, could you please answer my question in a heartfelt and warm manner?

Murr: Okay~!

Akira: Thank you very much! Let me ask once again, what is a memory that brings you peace of mind and think of when you’re feeling anxious?

Murr: That’d be~! The faces of people who chased their dreams and became stars!

Akira: Stars… (Ah-... He must be talking about people who passed away…) (Murr was a researcher after all, so he must have known many friends and scholars.)

Murr: I’ve forgotten most of them! But– every now and then they pop back up! When I do remember, I always think there’s no time to waste. They don’t have time anymore, so that’s why… Time is here and now! And that means not a single drop can be wasted!!

Lesson 1. Wake Up Call With a Side of Embarrassment

“SILVER!! WAKEY WAKEY!” Lilia screeched at the top of his lungs, barging into his son’s dorm room. Silver was quite troublesome to get out of bed not just in the morning, but practically whenever.

“Zzzz… f-five… more minutes, old man… Zzzzzz…” came Silver’s sleepy reply.

Lilia smirked evilly, knowing just how to get his son out of bed, he had been saving this trick for so long but now that his child was attending the same school as him, this was practically an unavoidable situation.

“What was that? You would like me to show the entire school your baby photos? Let me see, I think the ones of you in the bubble bath would be quite the talk!” Lilia smirked, knowing full well how much Silver despised those pictures.

“Father, please no…Zzzzzz…” Silver groaned, turning back into his pillow. That’s it, it’s time to pull the embarrassment card.

“HEY EVERYONE! WHO WOULD LIKE TO SEE SILVER’S BABY PICTURES! LOOK AT HIS SQUISHY LITTLE BABY BISCUITS!”

“FATHER! I’m up! I swear! Just please do not show those embarrassing pictures of me…” Silver begged, standing up fully awake and alert.

“Oh I won’t, dear, although, you may wish to tell that to Malleus and Sebek… they are looking at those pictures as we speak~!”

Lesson 2. Socks With Sandals and Dorky Outfits

“Father, please do not take this the wrong way but… why are you wearing that?” Silver asked, getting a terrible feeling in his gut.

“Oh Silver, I read that according to the “Dad Code” we are entitled to funky socks with sandals, an embarrassing vacation shirt, an embarrassing holiday sweater, embarrassing shorts, and embarrassing swimwear!” Lilia explained happily, modeling his incredibly cringeworthy outfit.

Lilia looked atrocious, he wore neon green socks with neon pink polka dots and a pair of beige sandals on his feet. His shorts were a bright orange with hearts all over them, his Hawaiian shirt was no better, it was a sunshine yellow and patterned with flamingos. His PE visor was atop his head and some silly sunglasses on his eyes. All of Diasomnia was cringing at the sight while Lilia stood there happily.

“Master Lilia, sir, is this attire even appropriate for attending a meeting?” Sebek asked, genuinely curious if this was normal of course to which his response was Lilia grinning a mile wide.

“Why yes it is, dear child! It’s completely normal to dress like this for special occasions, you see, I’m doing this to impress Vil~! You see, he insulted my rather fabulous fashion sense!” Lilia began to fake cry, Sebek was of course oblivious to such. “Oh the pain of being so gravely wounded by his words~!”

Silver sighed, there was no stopping his father from embarrassing himself and unfortunately all of Diasomnia. He was only thankful that his father remained in good spirits enough to fool around so much despite his age.

“Father, please do not trick Sebek, did you not always tell me lying was wrong?” And there it was, Silver’s innocence shining ever so brightly, Lilia beamed with pride but quickly shushed his son.

“Farewell for now, kiddos! I, Lilia Vanrouge shall impress Mr. Pickypants Schoenheit with this incredible fashion sense! Tata for now~!”

𝙁𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙛𝙞𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝘿𝙤𝙧𝙢-

Vil’s shrieks could be heard all throughout the dorm and well beyond the mirror portal, yet surprisingly the glass remained intact. The poor dorm leader was mortified by the hideous display of fashion Diasomnia dorm’s vice was presenting himself in.

“VANROUGE! LEAVE THIS DORM IMMEDIATELY! THAT STYLE MUST BE BURNED! SOMEONE PLEASE GET THIS FASHION DISASTER OUT OF HERE!”

“NON, NON, NON! Monsieur Curiosity… what have you done?! MINUS 100 POINTS!!” Rook cried out dramatically, trying his hardest to comfort Vil who was likely about to have a heart attack from Lilia’s cringe fest. “ROI DE POISON! PLEASE DO NOT DIE FROM LE SHOCK!”

“Oh please! Mr. Schoenheit please refrain from looking at your elders in disgust! Did you not know that this attire is befitting of the ‘Dad Code’~?” Lilia smirked, pleased at what he has done.

“Wait? Dad?” Vil asked, now completely confused.

“Oopsie daisies, did little old me let that slip~? Kufufufu~!”

Lesson 3. Embarrassing Stories

Malleus quietly walked through the halls on his way to his next class, happily counting all the gargoyles he could see that is until he heard a familiar voice telling of a certain story… Lilia…

“You see, when Malleus was really little, every Halloween I would try to frighten him! One year, when he was asleep I snuck into his room and jumped out from under his bed! He screamed so loud and nearly burnt me to a crisp!” Lilia explained, causing both Kalim and Cater to burst out laughing.

Malleus listened in, already feeling warm from embarrassment, if this was Lilia’s way of punishing him for sneaking out past curfew then this was about as terrible as punishments could get. Unless his grandmother was involved.

“It was then I discovered that our little dragon prince still needed his training pants because my scares made him wet the bed! Haha! Oh the memories!” Lilia laughed, knowing full well that Malleus was listening in. “Malleus, dear do come in! I can sense you are nearby!”

Malleus grumbled, walking in and giving his elder his signature pout, crossing his arms in displeasure.

“Lilia, why did you tell them that story? You know how I despise that tale…” He huffed, letting out a little puff of smoke.

“Oh hush, can an old man not think back on some of his most precious memories when helping to raise you, young man?” Lilia complained, acting offended towards his young prince. “Would you like me to tell your grandmother that you have offended one of her most trusted soldiers~?”

Malleus knew not to go any further, his grandmother was not a woman anyone should anger. History has proven such to be quite fatal and dangerous beyond words could tell.

“Now where was I, oh yes, Malleus here has quite the stories tied to him! He once sneezed so terribly he almost blew up the entire palace!”

“Lilia… please refrain from this ridiculous storytelling before I tell my grandmother that you are trying to tarnish the future king’s reputation.” Malleus glared darkly at the smaller fae, but of course was no match for the power of the dad stare.

“Malleus, I will take Gao Gao Dragon Kun from you if you continue to glare that way, young man.” Lilia smirked, Malleus only huffed and walked away, completely defenseless towards that threat. “Now who wants to hear the story of when Baby Malleus’s temper tantrum almost caused a destructive hurricane!”

“LILIA!”

Lesson 4: Dad Jokes

“Vil, Trey, before we start this potion I must warn you about this teensy little detail…” A serious expression was now etched onto Lilia’s face.

“What is it, Lilia, this better not be another one of your utterly pathetic attempts at humor-”

“Vil, let’s just hear him out, this may be very important.” Trey suggested, placing a hand on Vil’s shoulder. Vil sighed but allowed Lilia to speak.

“Thank you, Trey, now as I was saying, you mustn’t trust atoms, they make everything up!”

Vil groaned, he despised dad jokes and their level of immaturity. Trey on the other hand seemed to find this one rather amusing and started laughing.

“I’ll have to use that one on Riddle! That one was pretty good!” Trey laughed as he watched Vil continue to groan and contemplate life. Lilia smirked, looking directly at Vil, he still needed to crack another joke at the poor young man.

“Oh Vil, guess what!” Vil looked up and gave him an annoyed expression, obviously not in the mood for more of Lilia’s foolery.

“What is it this time?”

“What did the biologist wear to impress his date? Designer Genes! Kufufufu~!”

“WHY?! WHAT HAVE I DONE TO DESERVE THIS?!” Vil yelled to the heavens, cursing life, Professor Crewel and the gods above for putting him in this group. This is why he tried his absolute hardest to avoid Lilia…

𝙇𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙙𝙖𝙮...

Lilia floated merrily down the halls, scouting his next potential victim of his “Dad Jokes”, in the distance he could hear the loud and thunderous voice of Sebek, a dear first year under his care. Sebek was normally a target of his pranks and today was yet another day the poor clueless boy would not be spared. From the sounds of things, Sebek was in one of his moods, trying to express his devotion to Malleus and yell at practically anyone who dare call him eccentric.

“Sebek, that racket is quite enough, young man! Your devotion and admiration for Malleus is touching and I dare say adorable, but you must tone it down.” Lilia chided him lightly, almost immediately the boy ceased his yelling and took a deep breath. “Good boy.”

“Master Lilia, I sincerely apologize for my hideous behavior! How can I ever make it up to you and Master Malleus?!”

“Well, now that you mention it I believe it’s time I handed you these rules. You see, there are unwritten rules to life!” Lilia exclaimed, immediately catching Sebek’s attention.

Bingo, the target has been caught by his hook and now to slowly reel him into the joke.

“Unwritten rules to life and self betterment?! Please give me your knowledge, Master Lilia!” Sebek begged.

Target acquired and reeled in nicely, now for the joke to commence.

Lilia slipped a hand into his pocket and handed Sebek a folded up piece of paper, much to Sebek’s surprise the paper was blank. Where in all of Twisted Wonderland were the rules? Were they hidden by some mysterious magic?

“W-where are the rules?! I must know!” Sebek boomed, clearly frustrated and confused.

“Silly child, that’s the whole point! They are the UNWRITTEN rules to life!” Sebek was speechless, once more he had fallen victim to the ancient faerie’s trickery.

Lesson 5. Teasing The Kids

Malleus began getting romantic feelings towards you almost immediately after he met you, call it a stroke of traditional fairytale love at first sight if you will. You were everything to him and he hoped that in return you would love him for him. That is until he received a message from you…

“Diamond, could you please translate this message for me? I have not a single clue what this means.” Malleus explained to the orange haired boy. The message itself was a simple red heart emoji, surely it could not be anything of ill will right?

Cater took the phone and looked at the message, surprised but incredibly happy. “Dude! This is great! (Y/N) has a crush on you!”

“A crush, you say? Thank you, Diamond, I must be going now. Please excuse me.” Malleus left the library feeling heartbroken, you wanted to crush him? Whatever did he do to you? Was there a way to make it up?

Malleus shook his head, trying to clear his thoughts but that did nothing, you were on his mind. He continued to walk down the halls and outside to where the mirror hall was located, he needed to clear his mind. Making his way into the dorm, he sat down inside the lounge, staring aimlessly at his phone. It was not long before Lilia saw the troubled expression on the younger faerie’s face and hastily made his way to his side.

“Dear child, what has you so upset? Tell me what’s wrong.” Lilia asked softly, gently petting Malleus between his horns.

“Lilia, something awful just happened, Diamond translated this message from (Y/N) and they want to crush me… I have not a clue as to what I have done.” Malleus pouted, refusing to let a tear fall from his eyes.

“Now, now, I’m sure there is more to it than that, let me see your phone.” Lilia gently retrieved the phone from Malleus’s hands and began to read the message, almost instantly the older fae began to cackle loudly, falling off the sofa and onto the floor, rolling in laughter.

“O-oh goodness! HA! Malleus, (Y/N) means they love you! HAHA! That’s what having a crush means! Oh you silly child, you must not do this to an old man, death by laughter is real! HAHA!” Lilia wheezed out, sitting up from his laughing fit.

Malleus’s heart began to soar, he immediately ran out the door, desperate to find you. Lilia smirked, he would not miss this!

𝙁𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙛𝙚𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙖-

“(Y/N)! IS IT TRUE THAT YOU HARBOUR ROMANTIC FEELINGS TOWARDS ME?!?!” Malleus yells, blushing madly but smiling widely.

You shyly nod your head, you had no idea this is how he would respond. Has no one ever told him that they loved him in that way before? Lilia floated on in, watching the scene go down with everyone else who seemed to be surprised, oh this was quality entertainment, and better yet, it was free! Now to cause some chaos…

“MALLEUS, (Y/N), I’D LIKE SOME GRANDBABIES SOON, DEARS! HOP TO IT~!”

With that your face burned bright red from embarrassment, Malleus’s too, the entire cafeteria, including the staff and Crowley were all shocked with their mouths agape. Lilia just continued to cackle, recording the entire scene on his phone.
