The prompt:

Person A, B, and C are famous. Their fame is growing and they are hesitant to come out as a poly couple so they just pass it for a really good friendship. Thing is, the internet being the internet started a shipping war. Some ships A and B some B and C some A and C. It’s starting to do some fights online. One day, they get tired of being asked questions about it and decide to come out as who they are.

Warnings: Aged up Characters. My writing and grammar. Some anxiety but nothing too much. Me not knowing how Twich works. I didn't truly revised it so...

"I can't believe it! How many people have zeroed in the first time like that?"

Damn right i am! - you finally finished your extremely petty celebration. You did an event of ten challenges, and in each challenge, if you won, a group would pay you. If you lost, your subscribers would choose a punishment.

But, you were amazing. And didn't lose even once. Inside, you were scared to death of what they might ask. Your fans were cool. But they could cross some lines.

- So, that was the last challenge, right?

You waited and read the comments until you received a definitive answer from one of your moderators.

"Congratulations, Yn. You completed all ten challenges exceptionally."

Yn'srock donated $500.

- Sweet! I'm buying a new mattress after this! Mine broke.

Before the chat could react inappropriately to your speech, Beck appears at the door, out of view of the camera, but unfortunately his voice is audible.

- I heard screaming. What happened? - Normally, you would brush him off and get back to your stream, but, throwing caution to the wind, you turned your attention completely to him.

- What happened? It happened that I'm amazing and you owe me, baby!

- No.

- Ohohoho! Yes! - Beck joins you in front of the computer, the credits rolling on the screen. The actor's delicate, pretty face contorts, eyebrows furrowed, mouth contorted, and a defeated sigh. 

- How? You didn't even like AllSouls.

- Nope. But, a bet is a bet, I did it and now you gotta pay. The chat already did.

And that's when you turn your attention to your computer and notice the chaos in the chat.

Damn it.

This happened whenever Beck or Jade appeared on your streams. Sometimes it could be restrained. Like the times Jade remained by your side, almost sitting on your lap, throughout the stream. Or Beck would join and play with you. Your fans would get used to their presence.

But, well, there were moments, phrases, actions that turned your lives into a complete mess.

This was one of them.

"They are so cute!"

"Ooooh! Bet?? Bet what?"

"BABY??? I'm sorry, WHAT?"

"Bet, hm? The sexy kind?"

"Beck's so hot. Lucky yn"

"Wait??? Beck Oliver?? Wth? Im new someone explain to me"

Beck laughed awkwardly. He had read the comments.

- Hi, chat. Long time no see.

"Yeah! You should come over yn's streams more often! 

"Oooh! You guys should play one of those games for couples"

"You should do pvp. I'd bet on Beck." 

- Ok! Ok! First. Stop betting against me. Learn your lesson, I'm the best. 

- Cocky. - He murmurs.

You continue, ignoring Beck. - And second, it's no big deal. Just because Beck played a million times and couldn't finish it without dying, he thought I couldn't. Well, you thought wrong, bitch!

-Okay, okay! I lost, you won. Satisfied? - Beck rolled his eyes, but the smile he had tried to suppress gave him away. And you couldn't stop smiling. 

- Not even close! - you had plans for Beck. Your back and neck were extremely sore, and your boyfriend had talented hands.

The internet and the outside world were unaware of your real relationship with Beck and Jade. They speculated, of course, but everything the three of you said was the same thing.

"Chat, we're friends. Stop."

"No, no. Beck and I are just good friends. It helps a lot when we play as a couple"

"We're not a couple."

"No."

"Just friendship."

"Are you stupid? Do you need me to draw? Friends!"

"F-R-I-E-N-D-S! We're just friends!"

It was a recurring question. Jade couldn't always stay calm. It was quite common for her to lose her cool actually. She was always like that, short tempered.

You met Jade and Beck in high school. And before you even finished your senior year, you were together. It was complicated. Painful. Difficult, but in the end, everything was resolved. And you have remained together ever since.

9 years later, and here you all were.

You've decided to try streaming. After 5 arduous years, you got your first million subscribers.

Jade and Beck pursued acting careers. And, along the way, they won a few awards here and there. Their goal was the Oscar. And you supported them more than anything.

They also created channels on YT. They weren't active like you, but every now and then they would record vlogs and other stuff.

Jade posts a "things I hate" videos series. And would terrorize unsuspecting civilians.

Beck talked about cars, and his hair for some reason. Both recorded backstage videos, and rarely, about life inside the house.

That was the problem. You appeared with a certain constancy on each other's social midias. Whether it was a video or a photo.

And that caused a stir. Which turned into ship wars.

- Hello, darling. - you threw yourself on the couch, next to Jade, who was smiling at the phone. - what you're doing?

- Ah, hey. - Without hesitation, she snuggled into your arms. - Nothing much. Just seeing how my last video is doing. 

- The cover one?

Yep. - She shows you her phone, a soft smile in her face, and her eyes just at ease. - You look cute playing a guitar. 

- Well, thank you. I agree. I should play more to you and Beck. - you say cocky. Jade huffs at that.

- Sure. 

- Anyways, babe, i was thinking. You, me, Beck, dinner? I'm cooking.

That got Jade's full atention and she stops staring at her phone to look at you.

- That sounds interesting.

- I was hoping to come off as romantic.

The interviews with Jade and Beck all had something in common. The dreaded question.

- You are a couple in your newest film. Extremely in love. But, what about in real life, is there someone special?

Jade had improved a lot. The patience. Manners. And with Beck by her side, she could control herself.

- No. There's nobody.

- Really? But you are so beautiful and young.

Jade gritted her teeth. Fists opening and closing. Beck rushes in to interfere. He smiles, which many magazines call "the masculine charm".

- Haha. Life is like this. What can we do? We haven't found the right person yet.

The interviewer pauses. Her eyes slightly closed gains a manic shine. They had fallen right into the trap. It was like a predator, salivating at the sight of its defenseless prey.

- But, there are rumors that Yn, a famous streamer, who lives with you, has some involvement with one of the two. Is it true? Jade, on your channel, a cover was recently posted in which you do a very romantic duet. What can you say about it?

But, Jade West was never prey.

- Wow. You don't have intelligent questions to ask so you repeat the same question that a million people have asked? Do you think you will be the person to have a different answer? Do you think you're so special? Well, you're not. And I'm going to speak slowly, so that you can get into your fucking empty head, Yn and I are friends. Beck and I are friends. Nothing more.

The reporter was lost for words. She stuttered awkwardly and didn't know how to redirect the interview, completely embarrassed.

Beck sighs. Jade got better. She hasn't changed completely.

- I think this interview has come to an end. - Beck says. There's nothing he could do now.

The reporter didn't hesitate to jump out of the room. The silence that followed was uncomfortable. Jade crossed her arms. And she stared at the floor. Her leg starts to bounce. Nonstop. Until she can no longer bear the silence, the crushing feeling in her chest. - Are you angry? - she says, hesitantly. Beck sighs.

- No. It's okay. It was not your fault. She wasn't very kind.

Beck lifts Jade's head, his hand gently on her chin.

- It's fine. Come here. - and pulls her into a hug.

- This sucks. - Jade murmurs quietly.

- Yeah. It does...

- Hello losers. Another video. This time we're grocery shopping. - Jade starts talking to a camera.

- Do you really have to record it? It's just grocery shopping. - You asked. Not seeing why she would want to film your outing.

Grocery shopping wasn't something you did together all the time. Mainly because someone was always busy. But it was faster when the three of you did it together. Beck was the driver, Jade was just picky about what she'd eat, and you were the muscles(though actually, you were the one who has more experience shopping. Jade just likes to try to spite you. Never works.)

- Ugh. I hate lines. 

- We know. - Beck answers it.

- But the public doesn't. 

- No, i think they do. You already made a video talking about it. - at this, Jade turns to the other actor.

- I did? Wait. You watch all my videos? 

- Every single one of them. 

- Uh.

- Why are you surprised? What kind of booy- Beck unmaskedly interrupts himself with a cough, and tries to recover. - what kind of roommate would i be if i didn't?

Unfortunate for you, Beck called Jade and they decided to take a picture of you. And make fun of you. 

Though Beck insists you look cute napping like an old lady. You didn't know how to take that. And Beck considered it as a victory. 

- Hello, old lady. - Beck greets you in the corridor to the kitchen. You huff, annoyed but also not completely awake. Until a thought comes to you.

- We should come out. - this quiets the kitchen. Jade with a hand on your arm, Beck still with a piece of toast in the air, on its way to his mouth.

- We should just come out. - you repeat. - I can't take any more of the speculation, the murmurs and buzz.

- Everyone would continue, even if we actually revealed our relationship. They would still gossip and be super invasive. - Beck replies, leaving the toast completely aside, and focusing on you. His face is serious. The lighthearted and fun atmosphere becomes more sober and heavy.

You have already discussed this. More than once, but in the end, you agreed that it wasn't worth the hassle, and you didn't owe other people anything.

And here you were again, debating the subject. This time, however, you found yourself unable to continue hiding.

- But, the media never stops talking and being invasive. It doesn't matter what we do. - Jade speaks up. She sighs, looking away for a moment. - I'm tired of having to lie. Aren't you, Beck?

Beck stares at the table blankly, letting his hands move repetitively along his legs.

- What if this affects our careers? - he asks. You quickly speak up.

- It won't get to that point, and if it does, it would only be temporarily. Our careers would recover. - you say, placing yourself next to Beck, Jade doing the same. And you try to lighten the atmosphere. - and if needed be, I can become your sugardaddy.

This makes them both laugh. And Beck turns to you.

- You'd make a terrible sugardaddy. - he says with a slight lift of his lips. Still stunned. He looks at you and Jade.

- Are you sure about this?

You and Jade share a look. You nod.

- Yes we are.

You were in the living room. Your leg wouldn't stop shaking. The camera was in front of you. Jade was adjusting the lights, Beck was in the kitchen, getting water for you. It was now. The moment of truth.

Shit. What if you were making a mistake? What if you got ahead of yourself? What if it actually doesn't turn out okay? What if you are judged and shunned by everything and everyone? What if-

- Hey. - You were interrupted by Beck, beside you, placing a comforting hand on your thigh, and a charming smile on his face. - Everything will be fine. We are doing this together.

You allow yourself to breathe. Jade finally finishes the final adjustments and plops down next to you on the couch, while Beck hands you a glass of water. Your girlfriend snuggles next to you and kisses your cheek.

- I love you. - and all your tensions are gone. You melt into a puddle of love for your partners. You were together. You weren't going to face the public alone.

- I love you too. - you reply, completely smitten. You turn to Beck. - both of you. 

- You know I love you two.

Idk what do you think about poly ships but could you give your thoughts on Silver x Shard x Larry?

I actually do love polyships! You wouldn't know this anon, but while I do have occasional monoships there is more than one fandom I'm a part of where I just have insanely big and complicated polyships😂

Anyhow, I actually kind of adore the thought of this ship? While out of all of the possible pairings here, Shardilver has always captivated me most, I loved their little trio and can't help but be sad that we won't see more of Joker, Jack, and Ace in action

As for canon stuff, I have to admit that I didn't really pay as much attention to Larry in my original read of the trio's first mission. This is largely because of how much of a sort of in your face rivalry Silver and Shard play with during the "follow Geoffrey" mission. I honestly have to give kudos to Larry for trying to focus on the mission while Shard and Silver take up time competing or arguing, especially since he's just kind of in the middle of it?

I feel like the trio really could have gone somewhere as a team and those couple issues of Sonic Universe (42 and 44) were just the beginning. Why? Well, they are a new team. These three are working together for the first time, learning about each other, and dealing with each other. I find it unfortunate that Shard and Silver's taking charge and Larry's trying not to rock the boat or making a wrong move leads to Larry being a bit out of the spotlight (after all, we only get to learn how Larry joined the secret freedom fighters because Silver asks about his "power"). This is all to say that...we could have seen them evolve and grow as a team and as characters a bit.

I think I'm going to go off for a second on some thoughts I have from them under the cut. In case you don't want to read all that though, the simple answer to anon's question is that I definitely can get behind Shard/Larry/Silver as a ship (though I am partial to Shard/Silver)

Okay, so I want to think about them as a team. All in all they're dysfunctional in that way where things just *barely* turn out. Shard and Silver are constantly competing/arguing, Larry really has no reason not to feel like a burden with his jinxes (especially with them coming into play in ways that present as obstacles when he tries to take charge of the situation), and all 3 of them are trying to prove themselves in some way while the mission goes...not as desired.

But in a way I feel like this trio pairing does or could have had a purpose. Silver has been trying to save his future by traveling to the past, but he's had a bad track record in prevention and actually pinpointing the issue that causes his bleak future (and his doubling down on his accusations to administer justice hasn't allowed him to make friends too well). Shard is the original Metal Sonic. He spent a lot of his existence following orders and obsessively messing with Sonic, uncaring of who he hurt or killed in the process. And although he eventually grew a soul and gave his life for Sonic and Tails, he can’t so easily leave his past behind. He can’t expect people to accept him or to forgive him. His attitude at this point is less about genuine maliciousness (as with his previous altercation with Sonic and Tails) or him actually hating Silver, but is more of a form of self protection. Larry has had a hard life. With his chronic unluckiness, he learned long ago that it was better if he stay away from others and just...try not to burden them, even if he can't help it. It gave him hope way back then, when Sonic helped him learn that he and his jinxes could have a use, and when he became part of the substitute legion of freedom fighters. However, it's clear from the story he tells Shard and Silver that he feels like he had a good thing going, only for his jinxes to ruin everything again. He just wants to be helpful, especially now that he's been given another chance to prove himself, but he's still afraid to be a burden.

All three of them have a past or track record that it's hard to move past, but they want to try. All three of them are looking to get something out of being a member of the secret freedom fighters (and though Silver is mostly doing so to get his information so he can find the traitor and go back to his own time, he, like the other two, is also being given another chance to do good via his membership of this freedom fighting group). For lack of a better term, this is a group of "failures" who are trying to do some good.

So I think if we could have seen more of them, we could have seen Silver and Shard come to care about Larry as a partner, appreciate him as one. Larry's background arc could have been about him starting to speak up and assert himself as a member of the group (instead of acting on his own to the group's detriment, sort of following along, or supplying commentary or advice occasionally). I think we could have seen Shard come to care about Silver and Larry (and their well-beings) beyond the mission at hand or his own goals. Just like Sonic often has to learn, we could have seen him grow more used to working in a team rather than trying to show off or prove superiority by handling most obstacles or decision making. I think this team could start as practice for him possibly trying to make up with others outside the secret freedom fighters in the future, and as a method of creating the "family" he wishes he had. I think we could have seen Silver becoming more closely involved with this time through them (further than he already is with his membership to the secret freedom fighters). His detachment to the people here and the lack of thought he's given beyond completing his goals and enacting justice are part of why he's so reckless, so coming to care closely about a couple of people who are hiding just like them and their well-being/home would do him some good. Like Shard, I think we could have seen him getting used to working better in a team rather than trying to handle things on his own.

They're all outsiders, so perhaps they could have created a kinship together so they don't feel so lonely? They're more similar than they believe, and I feel that they could have all grown together as people with their similar problems and situations

Okay okay, if you've read this far I feel perhaps I should give a slight change of topic. So, for fanon purposes, I bid you to imagine Silver and Larry napping, curling up in their sleep, and Shard...bidding himself to watch. He'll probably tease Silver about it later or make some statement about how not needing sleep makes him superior, but for now he just enjoys the moment of peacefulness. He enjoys watching the two at their most vulnerable, sweetly curled up around each other, sleeping like nothing in the world is wrong.

Wish we'd gotten to see more of them being siblings after the holiday special 'cause the confirmation that she was Peter's sister made me so happy! TuT OT3: Shipping Peter with Nebula and Gamora at the same time would be really weird so instead I'm gonna go with Nebula/Peter/Thor in like, a V shaped polycule where Peter is dating them both but Nebula and Thor aren't into each other. NOTP: Ro/quill. I don't think I need to explain myself with this one, but shipping the raccoon with the humanoid characters is weird and gross to me.

Nebula OTP: Same as above, I think her implied feelings for Peter in vol. 3 make all the sense in the world. I mean, why wouldn't Nebula fall for the same person as Gamora? That's just how her life is. I think these two being together would fit their arcs well. Nebula learns to accept that she doesn't have to always be competing with Gamora in order to be worthy of love, and Peter gets his shit together enough to see how Nebula stuck by and cared for him and how Gamora was right about how the person he fell for "sounds more like her." BrOTP: I love her friendship with Rocket so much! Two sad cyborgs goin' on adventures together for five years, I'd kill to see more of that. OT3: Same as above as well I guess, but I don't see Nebula being poly. NOTP: I'm fine with all the big Nebula ships really even if I don't consume their content.

Mantis OTP: I used to ship Mantis/Nebula back in the day and I think that's still my fave Mantis ship even if I no longer go there. I also like the idea of her having a crush on Gamora. BrOTP: Mantis and Drax are my favorite duo ever. Just a couple of strange goofballs pranking each other and causing chaos. OT3: Can't think of anything for this one. NOTP: I don't hate Mantis and Drax as a romantic pairing but them just being weird best friends means so much to me. We need more platonic M/F relationships like them.

Phos OTP: I like all the Phos ships but can't deny that Phos/Cinnabar is my favorite. I know you haven't read the manga yet but I reread this one part of it earlier in the week that makes me wanna throw Phos in the trash because we could have had it all!! xD BrOTP: I really enjoyed Phos and Cairngorm's dynamic. OT3: Phos/Cinnabar/Antarc. Idk how it'd work out but all I know is that I want all three of these rocks to be happy. NOTP: I'm not picky with HNK ships but I'm sure some people ship Phos with Aechmea so no thanks to that.

Toko OTP: Toko/Komaru! These two mean the world to me. Seeing Toko end up with an amazing girlfriend who supports and loves her after everything she's been through and the development she underwent in Ultra Despair Girls damn made me cry. BrOTP: I love the interactions between her and Makoto in her Free Time events. The Naegis are the only ones who can tame this girl. OT3: I like the Toko/Sayaka ship so I can imagine an AU where she survives and throuples up with Tokomaru. NOTP: Byakuya. These two are the worst for each other and no one can change my mind.

Aoi OTP: I very much enjoy her and Sakura together. BrOTP: Yuta Asahina deserved better and in my personal headcanon, he survives UDG and gets to see his sis again. OT3: I think Sakura had a boyfriend so sandwich Hina in between them. NOTP: Got no strong negative feelings for any Hina ships.

Sakura OTP: Same as above. Love me a big buff sporty girlfriend and her smol buff sporty girlfriend. BroTP: I really enjoyed her Free Times with Makoto, too. OT3: Same as above. NOTP: Also same as above. It's hard to go wrong with Sakura ships.

Papyrus OTP: I don't ship Papyrus with anyone but I remember liking Papyrus/Mettaton when I was younger. BrOTP: I fucking LOVE his friendship with Undyne. Anyone who doesn't call Papyrus and Undyne in every room in the game to see what weird shit they say is missing out. OT3: I got nothin'. NOTP: Font/cest. I'm feeling quite emotional about your Seb POV Gewis fic idea, as someone who's already been following F1 when Brocedes was still a thing and then became what it became. Seb always right there. God, his friendship with Lewis is probably the most special one on the grid, for many, many reasons and I absolutely love the idea of you incorporating it. I never actually shipped them, although they're the obvious and popular Lewis ship - and I absolutely get why, but their friendship means so much to me that it kind of stopped me from touching it in a romantic fanfic sense. I can't explain it, but it's very deeply rooted in my own F1 history, starting back when I didn't even read fanfiction... Idk. I did, however, ship Lewis with Val (still do) just like I enjoy indulging in Gewis and while I can't really see George/Val I am intrigued. You're amazing at writing smut, so I'm sure I'll go crazy and you'll convert me.

And you're contemplating writing for Singapore and Japan? That's amazing, both races felt very special for us Gewis shippers... some very good, memorable content. Do you have any specific ideas you're playing around with?

I’m really glad to hear the concept works for you, writing seb, heck writing ANYONE other than George and Lewis is a new and somewhat tough experience for me. Gewis comes easy because I spend a lot of time thinking about how they think about each other, how they feel when they react to new situations, and just, feeling alongside them. When they’re happy, I’m happy, when they’re sad, I’m sad.

I don’t quite have the same connection to seb, I don’t know as much about him, and while I can bother bads to tell me the technical history, sometimes writing a guy is something you have to figure out personally on your own. Because it’s a short fic idea it should at least move fast when I’m on a roll.

As for sewis or valwis etc, I’ve never shipped them exclusively because I am criminally mono shipper, I literally walked into F1 rpf, saw a gewis fic, and imprinted like a duckling.

I can say with 99% certainly I will never write a fic that doesn’t end with britcedes as the endgame. That doesn’t rule out poly or threesomes though, I’m a big fan of exploring ships of gewis + someone else, and that’s where the couple of Britcedes and Val ideas I’ve had came from. I just profoundly dislike reading things that don’t end with George and Lewis together, it honestly makes me feel sad!

I’ve also got ideas that involve George sleeping around with other people but he still ends with Lewis, because when I write about George I focus on exploring his relationship to his body and how that relates to other people. When I write Lewis I focus on how he is with his friends and family, how his status and skills effect his personal life, so I don’t tend to think about his past relationships, fuck boy au being the one exception because that’s all about him being the paddock top for casual sex and then catching feelings for a guy he won’t let himself have.

My skills with smut will be tested for you because I have a small scene of George/Val post imola 21’ in one of the above fics and while I’ve had trouble figuring out how to get them into bed (or rather, onto a hotel couch…), the smut was really fucking fun hahahah, and the post orgasm banter is one of my faves

(For context, no Lewis doesn’t know they fucked it out lmao, and both Val and George sure as shit ain’t gonna tell him)

As for the Singapore and Japan fic, I haven’t got any concrete ideas yet, because if I do want to write for them I’ll have to finish ZV and Monza first. But I think I want to focus on George needing to be comforted for once? All his races this year were pretty spectacular (not including silverstone, that’s a special case) but both Singapore and Japan just sucked for him, for reasons mostly out of his control. I think id like to focus on how Lewis helps George get through those hard moments, how to handle guilt about wanting more vs accepting and moving on, because that’s where Lewis has experience.

George has experience scoring low at Williams but It’s a different beast to be in a race winning car and score low, there’s more to be conflicted about. He’s allowed to be mad at his team, but also they’ll be beating themselves up worse than him, and it’s moments like that that will define his leadership. Is he going to sulk like Max, or is he going to push them constructively for better. Thats what Lewis wants to guide him towards, not that George instinctively wants to do much different, but it’s helpful to have someone to talk to.

the quick disclaimer about this blog is none of the projects have plans on being produced. I may be actively working on all of them but I have 0 plans on doing anything substantial with them. Now that you are aware of it here are what projects I'm doing and the gist of them:

Alphabet Soup

This (in theory) is a romance game with 26 romantic options (ROs) for the player to date. They cover the whole expanse of the alphabet with their names, hence the title. The plot so far is non-existent, but the characters have designs and personalities

Bouquet Baes

A romance game with a classical royal fantasy setting, the blood lines are based on flowers, and there 7 ROs. Basic plot is there is a week(+?) celebration happening and it's your debut event, who will you spend your time with or maybe even court? Working on character designs have some story and route ideas.

The Blacksmith

Also a romance game it would have matchmaking and weekly planner aspects. You are the mystical blacksmith for a kingdom going to war, in preparation the monarch has found 5 sentient swords for you to fix up and pair off with his top 5 warriors. How well the pairings go will depend on you. The main character (MC) can end up with either the swords, the people, or in a poly relationship with one of the pairs you make. The fun thing about this one is the MC is not actively pursuing the characters they will just fall for them and by the end of the game have the choice to accept or reject their feelings. Working on designs and story.

Mac and Chester

My cute gay couple OCs this would be for their story of romance that ends in tragedy and also has superpower elements. Chester has basic improved speed and strength and Mac has Groundhog Day powers where when he dies the day restarts. The characters are well fleshed out. Now, I'm just working on the plot of the actual story and their romance.

Developing Shape-shifting: the All Powerful Gods Gave me a Second Life But I Can't Be Born a Man??

This in theory would be a webtoon. The main character Eli a trans man gets isekaied(?) And is still AFAB his journey is the quest of developing shape-shifting so his body can look exactly how he wants. Plot fully developed working on character design and then writing, then in theory storyboarding.

My Lucky Cleric

Would be a webtoon. The Goddess of misfortune has accidentally killed every servant of hers with her erratic powers. That is until she found a man blessed by the luck God to make her cleric. Kind of still in the idea phase would be about their travels and shenanigans.

Bolts and Screws

Would also be a webtoon. A nonbinary and asexual human inventor has done it they made a fully functional android! But why is she so horny? Would be silly and lighthearted interactions between inventor and invention. Also in the idea phase.

How Many Today's Has it Been?

A love sory between someone with unpredictable time loop abilities and their completely average best friend. Probably set in the same world as Mac and Chester. The story would be told through the POV of the best friend so the audience doesn't know how many loops its been and can only guess by how not well the other character is doing. Could maybe be a short visual novel with a good and bad end.

Spectrum

A magical world with the powers being based on colors. So far, I have only basic world building and getting the magic system together, I have one character thought of and no story yet.

Naib and Norton are a very quiet couple. They keep their business to themselves so it's most likely that some people don't know they're together and other's had figured it out on their own because they can figure out body language or behavior in a match. But even then it's difficult to tell

Naib and Norton had known s/o for quite some time. I don't see them being the type to be love at first sight and it takes time for them to develop feelings for her

But boy oh boy do they bicker about who should be the one to ask out s/o

"Norton, you do it you're smoother with words."

"Naib, this shit isn't easy."

"But you're better at it."

"No. We are going to walk up to s/o together and ask her out together."

".... Fine.. You're right..."

They didn't immediately. They slowly worked their way up to that confidence by spending a lot more time with s/o than usual

S/o is a bit confused, but she is happy to spend time with her (scary) friends

I'd imagine she is aware of their relationship, which is what confused her as to why they always bring her along on dates. And no she wasn't treated like a 3rd wheel thankfully, but normally they only have dates that is just the two of them

They asked her out together in their dorm. Naib is red in the face and desperately trying to use his hood to hide himself

Norton is nervous as all hell, but kept a cool smile

S/o stood their in shock at first trying to not drop whatever object she had in her arms

They're both relieved when she accepts. She had to refrain from hugging them since they have boundaries with touching, but Norton just yanked her into a a quick hug anyway and kisses her cheek

S/o doesn't mind the quiet relationship. Some people do pick up that she is in a relationship with the two men seeing that they have become much more protective of her than usual

Which makes anyone who aren't fond of s/o for whatever reason to watch themselves around her because they don't want to deal with 6'05" Prospector and a retired mercenary who has killed for large sum of money. A duo like that is something you just shouldn't mess around with

Norton and Naib argue about who's cooking dinner. Norton wants to cook, but so does Naib. Then Naib screams for s/o who's probably in the shower or something

"I want to cook"

"No, I do"

"Fine, S/O WHO SHOULD COOK TONIGHT!?"

"DIDN'T YOU COOK YESTERDAY?? LET NORTON COOK TONIGHT"

"LMAO I WIN"

But Naib does enjoy Norton's cooking in the end

When they're sleeping, s/o probably sleeps in the middle facing Naib while Norton spoons her

If s/o has long or long enough hair. Naib likes to braid it and stuff. S/o has gone to matches and everyone is asking her: "who did your hair!? You look gorgeous!!" And they're all shocked to hear that Naib braided her hair

Naib felt very proud of himself while Norton is staring at her all heart eye's

Norton has carried both s/o and Naib out of the match. S/o was slung over his shoulder because she got downed. Naib is being carried like a duffle bag because he wanted to save a survivor while detention is running and Norton is like: "lol absolutely not"

Norton and that survivor ended up having a huge ass argument afterwards about it. Which ended up with Naib and s/o getting between them because it looked like a while damn fight was about to break out

Naib appreciates that Norton is protective of him, but he can't go doing that

S/o, she's very confused because she was KO'd when that happened

"Wait, so what happened?"

"I was going to save at full health with detention active. But Norton grabbed me."

"He WHAT!?!?"

But Naib would do the same exact thing and he has except it was just with s/o. Norton was already running for the gate. As long as his two lovers are heading for the gate as well of course

But s/o did also try to save someone only to get yanked away. He saved the survivor, but then grabbed s/o and started sprinting

"That's my JOB"

If s/o is rescuer: "IT'S MY JOB TOO YOU MORON!"

If not: "Just trying to help, dear."

Norton does sometimes want to be alone because of his mood swings or a nasty memory decided to intrude on his thoughts. Same goes for Naib

Sometimes one spends the day alone, sometimes both of them do

S/o let's them both know when this happens that she is there for them if they need to talk. When both of them are trying to get past something at the same time leaving s/o on her own for the day they feel bad

But s/o is very understanding about it. Some people just need a bit of time alone and she knows they'll come to her if it gets too much. Naib and Norton are very thankful for someone like her to be understanding and they try to do the same for her if she has struggles of her own

The next day, they keep her in bed and cuddle her and giving her kisses as an apology from the day before. There was no getting up, she had to trick them into letting her up

Then it becomes a fun game of chase in their dorm

"I WANNA DO SHIT TODAY LET ME DO SHIT"

"AND I JUST WANT TO PEPPER YOUR FACE IN KISSES"

"I JUST WANT TO HOLD YOU OKAY!?"

The chase didn't last long because Norton pulled out a magnet. Cheater.

That and how far can anyone run from a retired mercenary? Like? I'm pretty sure the man can and will win the Olympics

What's also funny about this relationship is how much Naib and Norton bicker. Not to the point it's toxic of course, but s/o could be reading a book, listening to music and they're just in the background bickering

But when s/o notices she gives them a look and they sort themselves out quickly

If they ever get out of the manor, Naib deadass already has plans with Norton of an idea of where they want love. S/o was quickly included into that plan

"Okay, so we live somewhere nice and quiet. No neighbors, our own farmland/cottage. Just the three of us."

"But where?"

"I'll figure that out when we leave the manor"

"Naib wants a domestic life is all. Same goes for me."

"But WHERE? I want that too, but where? In a different country? In any of the rural areas of the country we're currently in?"

"I'll figure it out."

"Naib..."

He's down for anywhere if it means being FAR away from having any neighbors. Norton doesn't mind neighbors until they're a problem. He will legit fight them and Naib will be watching with popcorn

The three are always found first at the dinner table in the main dining room because Naib does not want to wait in a line

Norton doesn't really care, but will show up early. Gives him a chance to snag a survivors favorite side dish because they led the hunter to s/o in a match and attempted to sandbag her at the same time

The look on the survivors face when Norton took the whole damn thing and only shared it with the people he likes

I tried to figure out a way to write this scenario, but my brain has left me with no inspiration - so I'm just going to write some headcannons for the boys and a reader with dogs :)

The only one who truly likes dogs from the boys is Paul - even though he is a bit wary of them due to the whole bathtub incident. He fucking loves dogs.

Marko is tolerant towards them, he thinks dogs can be fun, but he would never think of getting one himself, you know?

Dwayne doesn't mind dogs, but he's just not a dog person?

David will definitely start many debates as to why cats are better - while secretly stashing dog treats in the cave for whenever your dogs come with you.

They meet you when one of your dogs runs off at the beach, returning with a shoe belonging to Paul.

Paul is just really cool about it, a dog is a dog you know?

Over the next couple of weeks you five keep running into each other. They sometimes find you with your dogs, sometimes without and before you know it you just hang out with them.

A lot. More than a lot. An 'you practically live in the cave' a lot.

Marko is actually the first to initiate the idea of you not only moving in but also letting your dogs move in.

Paul is more than agreeable with this idea, immediately deciding that the one empty corner of the room will be the dognook, that they'll need toys and definitely treats.

This does cause you to ask whether he cares more about the dogs or about you

He still hasn't given a solid answer, just so you know

The more time you spent with them, the more complicated the friendship becomes. They're all just very open and loose and you're not like that, but you do know and realise that whatever it is that's going on is more than just friendship.

So after some weeks of pining after each other Dwayne decides it's been enough, and just kisses you - telling you that if you want to be theirs you just had to say so.

Needless to say, the five of you became a thing. A somewhat complicated and 'we're still figuring this whole thing out' thing, but a thing nonetheless.

Request - May I request a fic where the Reader is an undercover agent with shapeshifting stealth powers (Like a flying Mystique). They infiltrate Lex Luthor’s Russian base and saves Red Daughter bringin her to the DEO. Kara and the Reader are best friends and they both have feelings for each other though neither have confessed. The reader and Kara both help teach RD, now going by Linda, how to control her powers and become a hero like them. Over time Linda realizes that she loves the reader and Kara. Since she can see Kara and the Reader’s love for each other and the looks that they both give her she gets Alex’s help to get the three of them together ending in a happy fluffy poly relationship between the three.

You used your power to shapeshift into someone else. You went undercover as a top soldier to get close to Lex. Everything that you did, Lex noticed and he made you his top soldier and he trusted you. Every time you're alone, you would send secret messages to Alex and Kara. You know Lex’s plan and you want to stop him, but lex surprised you with something else.

“This is my secret weapon. After she destroys supergirl, I will destroy her” Lex said to you.

“Hi, Alex!” You said.

“Y/N, why did you transform into me?” Alex asked.

“Just showing, Red Daugther what I can do,” You said.

Next, you showed her your blue skin and yellow eyes.

“This is me. Because of Kara and Alex, I made an alter ego and I like living here” You said then transform into yourself

“We should give her a name. We can't call her Red Daughter in public” Kara said.

“New name?” Red Daugther said.

You and Kara nod.

“Yeah, you will need a new name. You will like living here, I promise” You smiled.

You and Kara come up with a name for Red Daugther, now she will be called Linda Lee. She does like the name and she smiled, next, you and Kara teach her how to control her powers. Then Kara explained why she has to hide her powers. Linda has started to notice, you and Kara being affectionate with each other. Linda wants to experience that, she also saw you and Kara kiss each other.

“Alex, what is love?” Linda asked.

Alex started to think about how to answer the question.

“Love is something you feel and makes you feel nervous and happy. Do you get it?” Alex said.

“No,” Linda said.

“One day, you will feel what is like you to be in love. You can't force anyone to be in love it won't be genuine” Alex said.

Linda just stares at Alex and Alex smiled.

You and Kara helped Linda pick out clothes to wear. You and Kara explore the city with Linda to show how people live. Linda loved trying the food, she couldn't get enough. She loved more the milkshakes and she has the same appetite as Kara.

While walking around Linda would see some people holding hands.

“Y/N, why people home hands?” Linda asked.

“Some people like to hold hands and it feels nice. It shows affection to someone else” You said.

“Can we hold hands?” Linda asked.

“Of course,” You said.

You grab her hand. She felt nervous but she liked it, she did smile and you smiled back. Linda grabbed Kara’s hand and smiled. Linda started to feel accepted and she couldn't stop smiling.

Time went by, you and Kara continued to help Linda in any way. She would ask Alex questions about affection and love. Alex does know Linda would look at you and Kara.

When you buy flowers for Kara then you get one for Linda.

“Why did you get me flowers?” Linda asked.

“People give each other gifts for many reasons. Kara likes flowers so I thought you would like it too, if you don't like it then it's okay” You said.

Linda smelled the flowers and she smiled. Linda is falling for you fast, Linda told Kara about the flowers. Linda and Kara spend time alone, you went on a mission with Alex to help her.

You come back from a mission and you are in your blue skin. You are badly hurt and you're healing too slow. Alex did clean the wound and put a bandage on the wound. Alex left the room for a moment and Linda walked in.

“Are you okay, Y/n” Linda said.

You transformed into your human form.

“I’m fine. I'm healing slowly that's all” You said.

“I was worried about you, y/n,” Linda said.

Linda has watched romantic movies with Alex and Kara. You were going to say something but Linda kissed you. And you kissed her back.

“Wow... Linda-”

Alex walked in and Linda left. You're speechless about what just happened, you went to tell Kara about the kiss.

“She kissed me too,” Kara said.

“When?” You asked.

“We were training together and she kissed me. I was surprised and I didn't know what to say” Kara said.

“I didn't know what to say either. I do have feelings for her, but I still want to be with you” You said.

“I feel the same, y/n,” Kara said.

Kara checks your wound and you are still healing.

“I have never been to the beach. I only saw it in pictures” Linda said.

“You will have fun. Let's go in the water” You said.

So the story is that Ella (quick facts: the blonde one, from a Big City, studied to be a lawyer but never did her internship which she needs to actually be a lawyer because the ppl in the lawyer's offices she tried to work at didn't want to deal with her because she has asperger-autism) finds out that her dead husband Thomas didn't just leave her a house in the middle of nowhere but that said house is very much lived in- he had a secret live and a family with...

Christina! (The brunette, she has one 14y/o son- not from Thomas- a 6y/o daughter- from Thomas- & is pregnant- from Thomas-, a male best friend who lives next door, runs a small Café in this little coast town the series is set in, money troubles and def can't afford to get kicked out of the house.)

Now obviously they don't get on at first- they both try to hire (the same, because the town only has the one) lawyer to get rid of each other... but during the first episode they get to know and like each other and in the end Ella even gets the house back from a guy who wants to turn it into a hotel or sth instead of selling it to him, & the old lawyer guy offers that she can do her internship with him- and from that point on, Ella, Christina + Kids are living together...

And Oh Dear God they are shippable.

One episode is literally called sth like 'the thing about love' & this is the pic for it:

Btw quite some of the things Ella does are also Mood for me- I mean, idk how accurate the depiction of aspergers' is bc I don't have it/personally know anyone who does but given that all ppl are different even if they have the same diagnosis & the character Ella def has difficulties in social interaction & communication which google tells me are the main things in an asperger diagnosis, I think they probably did an ok job, also it's just nice to see a Not Neurotypical person as a main character & actually succeeding at what she does!

Help! Part one: Backstory- when I was a kid I saw love triangles & thought well why can't they just all date bc i was a kid & didn't understand polyamoury so my parents told me that polyamoury is no longer acceptable in today's society. So I grew up in a monogamous society & believed that polyamoury was non existent. Then I thought it was wrong, or at least unhealthy. Then I believed that triangle romances were ok but not Vs or open relationships but I still disliked polyam as an idea

I disliked polyamoury as an idea & didnt support that lifestyle but if any1 hated on my polyams I would defend em. Now Im ~accepting/supportive of polyam bc if they communicate (like any relationship) then itll turn out fine (if all parties are poly, that is.) example- i had a friend whos strictly mono but he dated a poly guy who was abusive& treated my friend like a sidechick. When they broke up my friend put his mono ass into another poly romance &bc of his trauma & bpd he was toxic & trying to make his bf mono & felt like he was the sidechick again despite his bf treating both of His bfs equally. & he also had a bad experience with polyamoury so he knew how my friend felt. (Communication is important) Present day- so here comes my issue. I think I might be poly. But I suck at communication & I seem to have internalized issues & polyphobia & I'm not sure whether I "believe" in it or not. Idk what to do & I don't think my parents would approve esp since I don't even approve. What if it's just romanticized or fetishized & I'm not actually poly? I don't want to be poly. I wish society didn't frown upon it bc thst might help. So here I am, a 17yo on Tumblr, asking an older queer for help.

Hi hun! Hopefully, I’m not getting back to you too late on this; sorry it took me a minute to respond!

Firstly, I want you to know that no matter what you turn out to be -- monogamous or polyamorous -- that the way you love isn't unhealthy. Neither type of relationship structure is better than the other; it purely depends on how you feel during it. I know it may be hard to accept something that you were raised to see as immoral or wrong; believe it or not, I was raised extremely homophobic and transphobic, and accepting I was queer and trans was a big shift for me. Hell, I just came to terms with being grey-aromatic -- and that one was hard as hell, because well. I do like romantic relationships. I love that closeness, that bond. Accepting that it was rare as hell for me to feel that towards anyone else was really tough, but it was also liberating. I realized, wow, I wasn't broken because I couldn't romantically connect with others that had mutual interest in me; it's just my romantic orientation. The same may go for you -- if you end up being polyamorous, accepting it can really free you of guilt you may have felt in the past for having a crush on two people and wanting to date them both, because there's nothing wrong with wanting that.

I'm personally monogamous. I know I am because of a few reasons -- I'm worn out very easily by social situations, and even friendships are hard for me to manage just because my social battery is really low. I don't think I have the social stamina to keep up with multiple partners, and I would hate to neglect one or more of my partners, or make them feel unwanted / unloved. I'm a solitary person by nature. And that's okay! I also do have issues feeling insecure, and while I am working on that, I don't think it would personally be healthy for me if I had a partner who was polyamorous, because I'd worry they would get bored of me / leave me for the other. Which is unrealistic -- in a healthy polyamorous relationship, this wouldn't be an issue, but I know my anxiety and relationship insecurity is bad enough that it would put a polyamorous partner through too much stress. Being on the aromantic spectrum too, I just don't know how likely it'd be for me to find a partner, let alone multiple, so that's a personal factor for me, but besides that, my reason for being monogamous are based on how I know myself to be in romantic partnerships.

One of my best friends is polyamorous. One of her biggest reasons is because she feels the need for a support system that goes past friendship -- partners that could live with her, help her raise a family, make sure she stays safe (she has some physical and emotional/mental issues). It makes her feel more secure to know she has multiple people looking out for her, and makes her feel like she's not putting too much stress on one person. The distribution of responsibility makes her feel much more comfortable than having one person take it all on. In a sense, the reason I'm monogamous is the same reason she's polyamorous -- a feeling of security.

Regardless of what kind of relationship you have, it should make you feel secure. Obviously we all have our moments -- as someone with BPD, I have times where I'm insecure just about my friendships, and even my relationship with my parents. Sometimes we all feel insecure, but if it's a constant feeling and it can't be taken care of with reassurance, then you may want to reconsider the relationship -- be it monogamous or polyamorous. Think about your expectations from a relationship; what would you want the outcome to be? If you had multiple partners, what would that look like long-term for you? This should be based purely off what you want / need -- not based off what others may think of you or what negative ideas others might get, because at the end of the day, those who don't support a healthy path to happiness don't have opinions you should judge off of.

There's also different types of polyamorous relationships, and from what I know, most polyamorous people tend to have a relationship set they prefer -- for example, you mentioned open relationships. That's a type of polyamory where, usually, a couple may have another partner / multiple partners, and their position could be anything from a partner to a friend with benefits; the couple usually sets the boundaries on what they expect (i.e. "you can sleep with other people, but I want us to stay the main couple") and then they explain those boundaries to anyone they may wish to engage with. It may seem strange that a couple committed to each other would sleep with other people, but there's a variety of reasons, ranging from kinks to sexual needs to libido (i.e. a couple with a sex-replused asexual who is comfortable with their partner having responsible / safe sex with other people to satisfy their sexual needs). Some people who have needs like my best friend may benefit from Vs; where one person has two partners, but those partners don't date each other. That doesn't mean they're not aware of each other -- that's NOT polyamory, that's cheating. As you said, polyamory takes communication, and without that, it's not healthy polyamory. There's also Triads (three people all dating each other), Fluid Chains (these tend to end up being two people already in polyamorous couples that start dating each other), and much more! I'd say the judgement of you needs and expectations in a relationship should help you decide what type of relationship you'd want.

As you brought up, there's always a risk of getting into a polyamorous relationship that ends up toxic, but that risk is just as likely as ending up in a toxic monogamous relationship -- neither relationship type is "more prone" to toxicity. I'm very sorry your friend dealt with it firsthand, especially because the first experience being a toxic one can make it very hard to get past that trauma. Getting out of any kind of toxic relatinship can leave you with some trust issues and things to work out; it's just as toxic to force a polyamorous person to be monogamous as it is for a monogamous person to be polyamorous. If you're not comfortable with a certain relationship style, you shouldn't force yourself to comform to someone else's, and vice versa.

I know in the recent years, with polyamory starting to become more talked about, understood, and accepted, that it may seem like it really is the perfect way to date. And for some, it is! For others, not so much. I really recommend making a list of your expectations out of a relationship (as I said before), because that may help you clear up whether or not it's just been romanticized to you, or if you may actually be polyamorous yourself. If possible, maybe try finding some local polyamory support groups / meetups, and seeing if you can find other people who are also questioning whether they're mono or poly -- sometimes what helps is talking to others who have questions, because they may also have answers. It may also end up benefitting you because if you end up dating someone else who isn't sure but is open to trying, you can both safely explore that type of relationship without risking the other not being open to polyamory. Since you are 17, I would highly suggest finding groups geared towards those under 21, because regardless of relationship orientation, an older person persuing you is not okay. Anyone involved in your relationship should be around your age, even if you're not directly dating them.

Crystal Quin

My Nextgen is confusing these days. I think I'm recalling Scorpan from it, and changing the Twilight ship. My ships are changing a lot, alongside their children. Despite, I thought long and hard about Luster Dawn... Canon threw me a bone with this one, but I couldn't decide who would be her parents.

@lopoddityart threw her in as a Flashburst Nextgen, to WanderingPegasus Twilight and Sunburst were her parents, a majority in the fandom thought of Luster as a Sunlight kiddo... I liked Flashburst, Twiburst was cute, and I headcanon Starlight and Sunburst as stepsiblings.

Then this idea fell to me. At first, it was just Cadence, Shining, Flash and Sunny. I slowly thought to throw Sombra in later. These characters are what have their friends/family dubbed as the Crystal Quin.

Sunburst was quickly assigned to be Flurry Heart's nanny after her crystalling. He and the Crystal Couple grew close, as her ever-protective, tired caretakers. One night after the three had finally gotten Flurry to sleep, they all collapsed on each other. When they woke up, to their blushing surprise, the three were tangled in the married pair's bed. Their relationship took a swift turn. Shining Armor, Cadence and Sunburst kept the romance private from their subjects.

Flash Sentry was soon ordered as Flurry Heart's loyal bodyguard. They spent a lot of time together, nervously watching Flurry and taking care of the alicorn baby. Sunburst developed a crush.

His boyfriend and girlfriend encouraged Sunburst to ask him out. Hesitantly, Sunburst squeaked out the proposal to Flash. He accepted with a smile. Not knowing Flash's opinions of polyamorous herds, Sunburst left ShiningCadence, keeping their relationship under wraps from Flash Sentry.

After a few dates, Flash was his official boyfriend. Sunburst did fall in love with him (quite quickly), but at the same time, he dearly missed his former partners. Sunburst had to confess this to Flash.

Flash Sentry gave him a confused smirk and said, "Why can't you have all three of us?"

Long story short, Sunny had two boyfriends and a girlfriend. Cadence insisted they all hang out together for Sunburst's sake. Slowly but surely, the four fell in love.

And then Cadence found a shadowy figure traveling near the outskirts of the Empire. A frail and scrawny hornless Sombra, purged from the dark magic that craddled his mind, seeking shelter from the barren, icy wasteland. Cadence swooped down and took him back to the castle, under strict evolution from the Equestrian Princesses.

Princess Twilight and the foster child of Friendship, Cozy Glow, pleaded for Sombra's Reformation. Shining Armor was woefully against giving the evil Umbrum a chance to escape. Cadence was cautiously optimistic. Sunburst and Flash Sentry were divided with their stance on the matter. Before the two could make a choice, Celestia ordered for Sombra to be released, but kept under lock and key. She charged Cadence with Reforming the ancient King.

Cadence thought she was helping him. Sombra was genuinely ashamed for the things he had done. He took up extra community work around the Crystal Empire, forgoing sleep and eating in the name of being helpful or brooding in his dark depression. Slowly, the more time she spent consoling him, learning about his life and loneliness and guilt... The more she found herself surprised by his kindness. He warmed to her. She was the only creature he would smile for.

During this, Cadence saw Shining Armor less and less. Their interactions often ended in spats. Anytime the two weren't arguing, their words were filled with passive aggressiveness and tension. Boyfriends Sunburst and Flash Sentry were always on their hooves, running to get them to get along with no success.

Cadence grew frustrated of her husband not believing in her and her boyfriends urging her to see his point of view. That night, she sought comfort in her only friend. The only one on her side. Sombra.

She woke with him. Instantly, she raced to her partners and pulled them into a private room. Still dazed from the early morning, she confessed what she had done. The betrayal shocked them. Cadence begged for one of them to say something, to do anything.

Sunburst broke out into tears. Flash and Armor swept closer to him, Flash putting his wings around the orange unicorn and Shining stepping forward defensively when Cadence tried lending her hoof to Sunburst's face.

The five didn't talk for a few weeks. They lived together, ruled the empire, helped their subjects, took care of Flurry Heart... but all five kept their distance.

Until Cadence came up pregnant... with the child of Sombra.

Finally Shining broke, barging in to Sombra's confined bedchambers and screaming for a reason. At the very least, an apology. Sombra wouldn't give it. He should have believed in his wife's abilities, Sombra reasoned, or else she wouldn't have felt alone and caught feelings for him. He loved her, he said. Sombra didn't waver. Until the rest of them rushed in, and Cadence again awkwardly admitted that she was with child.

Cadence and Sombra entered a real relationship. Shining Armor was still her husband on the outside, but behind the closed doors of the castle, she loved Sombra, and Shiny loved being alone. Sunburst and Flash soon realized that their perfect little quad had died out. Hopeless, they resigned to being only each other's, and acted as Flurry Heart's parents in this time of frustration.

When Prince Valentinus Amor (meaning "Strong Love") was born, Cadence couldn't hide the truth from her subjects anymore. She declared that the child was Sombra's, and they would be raising the baby as a couple. (Disgruntled and disgusted, the Empire quietly sided with Shining Armor with little knowledge of what exactly had went down.)

With almost everything out in the open, Cadence and Shining readied the official divorce papers. Soon came the day when they had to sign it. They sat, alone together for the first time in months, waiting and meekly breathing... Until eventually, they fell, hugging one another and desperately sobbing.

Worried by the noise, Sombra, Sunburst and Sentry entered the room. Cadence wrapped the yellowish boys in her wings, rambling half-intelligible apologies, and Shining Armor and Sombra reluctantly talked things out. The night ended with the quin drunk, crying and in love again.

The Crystal Herd happily married, and soon opted to have a foal that was biologically the child of all of them. Thus, Princess Luster "Lucy" Dawn was born...

I buy into (@DeviantArt's) Eeelt's headcanon that Shining Armor has natural pink highlights in his blue mane and @lopoddityart ’s Lunacorn headcanon. I imagine Shining has golden flecks on his almost-all white body, the most prominent ones on his ears and shoulders. He has big fangs that are blunt, good for raw fruit and roots; a frugivore-looking horseboi.

Few bite-sized hcs; Shining Armor is shorter than both Cadence and Sombra, has ADHD, is dyslexic, goes alpha-male when family/friends are in danger, can hold a grudge for as long as he damn well pleases, is a lover of pastel, still Capt. of the Crystal Empire's Royal Guard, drag queen buddies with the Mane Six's brothers (drag names of "Orchard Blossom" for Mac, "Gleaming Shield" for Shiny, "Saphora Gale" for Zephyr), occasionally crossdresses, totally draws on his eyebrows, eight years older than Twi (he was a carefully planned pregnancy, while his kid sister was born due to a malfunction in their mom's birth control pills. Twilight wasn't planned, but after the initial shock and panic of a positive pregnancy spell, she was quickly welcomed as part of the family. after this Night Light got a vasectomy)

Flash Sentry is always running on black coffee, sleep deprivation and lust for eyeshadow, making his mane wild and his aura to give off an old rock band vibe. Is definitely a more relaxed, laid-back pony, a welcome source of casual advice for his children and partners. Shortest out of them all.

Sombra has a long snoot, and at the end of that snoot, rests his shaggy goatee. He also has sideburns, shaven sides, and a very messy manbun. Has bags under his eyes (much like Flash, he's an insomniac; you can find the pair cuddled up and reading when both are restless), wears gray eyeshadow, a red scarf, a sparkly tie for his bun, and golden horseshoes. He's simultaneously bulky and scrawny.
