note ➝ i remember seeing a prompt post by someone, but cannot remember who - if you find the original poster please let me know so i can credit them!

➝ childe

it would happen purely by accident — one of those wrong places wrong time kinda thing

childe and you were out doing commissions (childe was tailing along) and in the midst of a fight with some hillichurls, his usage of his vision came at the same time you used yours

he had little time to react, much like you did — the instant white mist spreading quickly and the sound of sizzling and bubbling was heard.

pushing through the mist and past any enemies that now laid on the ground, childe knelt down next to your water soaked body — the cause of the mist.

“y/n? hey look at me,” he cradled your head in his lap, hands running through your hair and untangling any knots he could find as he waited for a response.

with a slight cough and small grunt, childe was quick to help you up into a seated position.

“i’m so sorry- i didn’t see you use your vision until the mist even started-“

“childe it’s fine — let’s just get this mess taken care of and get home.”

childe barely let you lift a finger after that — taking care of the mess by himself, slinging your arm around his shoulder, and practically carrying you home.

kaeya can sometimes lose track of not only when he uses his vision, just how deadly it could be when mixed with the wrong element, and often times who exactly he is with during some moments

i picture the incident happening at a time when the two of you are working together, yet kaeya simply forgets that you are by his side for a split second

the moment he called upon his vision, he had known he messed up. with the sharp cry that came from you, and the sound of water freezing over quickly — it was an instant click in his head to what he had done.

kaeya knew that before he could run to you, he had to finish off what was left — if he abandoned it now, there was a chance for you to get more injured then you already were.

when the mage’s body finally thumped to the ground, kaeya was by your side in a instant — hands held up slightly in fear of doing more damage. but when he saw the way your body trembled and shook — all he could think about was that it was his fault.

he knew who could help — he knew several actually. but he didn’t want anyone to see him in a tearful, and fear stricken mess.

with the layers he had on his body, he peeled off as many as he could while still being covered himself, and wrapped them around you — desperate to bring any sort of heat to your body.

“stay awake for me for just a little bit longer — i promise i’ll get you nice and cozy again.”

➝ diluc

now the incident with diluc would be a mix between childe and kaeya’s — wrong place wrong time, and simply him forgetting how careful he should have been when you accompanied him

so when he activated his vision without thinking, and your body entered his line of sight — it was too late to yell for you, to halt his actions, or to move you out of the way

he could only watch it shock as your body was glug backwards — the ball of fire he had released mixing with the ice of your own vision, leaving behind a sound of sizzling and mist.

the fire had already taken care of the enemy, which allowed him to run to you with urgency.

diluc couldn’t think, but his body acted in instinct — hoisting your body into his arms, running for the exit, and forgetting about the loot that laid around the domain.

he had lost so many people he held dear in his heart, and shut just as many out too — but diluc couldn’t imagine ever loosing you. so, his movements were sharp, agile, and driven with a strong force of desperation.

it didn’t matter who he got help from, who he had to interact with to get help, or what he had to do — he would do absolutely anything to insure your health.

What an ask should have:

Ask should have a character and maybe a small idea and the gender (female, male, gender netural. Etc.) And what formate: like do you want Headcanons? Or do you want a fic? But thats all.

Reader x character| Headcannons| One-shot | basic fanfic stuff

this applies to every gender/sexuality, just please specify the gender/sexuality you wish to have the reader as everyone deserves fanfiction that relates to. Im pretty comfortable with writing like tramatic past if you want it. I dont have a prompt list at the momment. But all Fandoms I write for can be found at my pinned post and they have sub links to each masterlist.

Warnings will be issued if anything traumatic is involed such as death of a family memeber, a fucked up childhood, etc. Bc I hate reading things that have no trigger warnings and understand things can go south if not informed correctly

Underaged Characters or Underaged readers| One-shots| Headcanons

This applies to minor characters: let's take Klee from Genshin Impact for example, (she's like 7), for characters such as these I will only write family / found family-oriented fics/headcanons. If you ask for a minor x character or a minor character x adult reader that's suggestive I will not only block you but will also report you.

It was a dark night in Mondstadt. Everyone was sleeping, Or so you thought, you heard loud music in angel’s share, you thought to yourself “what are people doing at this hour?” You decided to go inside and check what was happening. As you enter, you see a tall, redheaded, figure. There was also someone within the knights of favonius, As you thought to yourself, it was none other than Cavalry captain Kaeya, and Master Diluc, owner of Dawn Winery. A familiar voice spoke to you, saying “Oh hey [f/n]! What are you doing here?” You turned your back to see Venti, the bard. So he was the one making all the noise, you thought to yourself. “Ah! *hiccup* guys! [f/n] *hiccup* is here!” Venti shouted. “Hm? [f/n]? How are you doing?” Diluc meticulously said. “Oh hello Master Diluc, I’m doing just fine, It’s just I can hear the mu-” “Just call me Diluc..” the red head said. “*hiccup* Hey, guys! I'm here too! You went out of Angel’s Share, rushing over to go to the winery.

“It’s been about 5 minutes since Master d- i mean, diluc said that. You were getting bored, since you’ve been waiting a long time. Tick. tick. Tick. And then, after about 15 minutes of doing nothing, Diluc finally showed up. “Finally.., you’re here. Ive been waiting for a million y-” getting cut off for the fourth time, As he leaned over to you, Diluc kissed you. “DILUC KISSED ME???? HUUUUUUUUH??????? WHAAAAAAAAAA? WHY IS THIS HAPPENI-” you thought, getting cut off again in your own mind, diluc said to you “I can’t stand my flirtatious brother. He stays with you all the time, I wanted to punch him at angel’s share right then and there.” “Wha- Diluc? takes up the whole bed when sleeping, and this often times results in either you kicking him off for space, or him knocking you off as he stretches out even more

cherishes a small photo of teucer and you smiling — he keeps it on his inside left pocket, and it never leaves that place

has and will continue to either use his vision to soak you to the bone, or push you into bodies of water — only when he knows you have no where else to be though

^ he also will use this as a way to get you to curl up next to him

childe loves to have your foreheads pressed against one another’s — the closer the two of you are physically is better

couple baths or showers are a must — he specifically loves them for when you wash his hair, or he’s washing yours

despite his size, he loves to be the small spoon, and he will constantly either flip you over so he can squeeze his way into your arms, or will literally climb over you to get into the position to be the small spoon

loves to watch you stand up for yourself or tell people off — even though he might scold you for being impolite in public, he’s secretly laughing on the inside and is high key proud of you for doing so

zhongli cannot read cues for the life of him — it’s either you tell him straight on, or he never knows what you are trying to tell him

contemplated moving out when you brought a rock home and called it a pet

i’ve mentioned this somewhat before, but kazuha has a strange love for keychains and small knickknacks — so on his person, he has quiet a few to show off

learns to whistle your favourite tunes with the small little leaf he always carries around

he’s a pinky linker — hand holding is still nice, but he absolutely adores the way your pinkies lock together so nicely

kazuha knows how to braid every sort of braid you can think of — so if you want him to braid (if you have the length as well) your hair, he’s the man to do so

“adopts” cats whenever the two of you come across them, and always comes up with some unconventional name like tuna, pumpkin, or rocky — a proud cat father

drags you into everything even if you were never with him — you could be at home while he’s out doing knight stuff, and end up being scolded alongside him the next day

makes his hands ice cold and places them on the back of your neck, your lower back, hands, or ankles, just to see you jump away from him

c o n s t a n t l y brings home animals in attempt to convince you to adopt a pet with him — i mean daily

purposely makes you angry just so you sass him off, or throw sarcastic and borderline rude comments back at him

you’re his get out of jail free card, so whenever he’s in trouble, you’re the first one he calls to save him

➝ diluc

take you bird watching... he likes birds what can he say?

is constantly working and on the go, but if you ask him to spend time with you, he will clear his schedule in a heart beat — he cares for you more then he can say

diluc only lets you touch his hair — mans has a sensitive scalp and becuase of this, you have to be pretty special to even step within seven feet of his hair

he loves to match with you, so if you wear a jacket similar to his, the colour red, or matching gloves — he melts

during winter months, he curls his body around yours subconsciously and warms his body to keep you warm — it’s muscle memory at this point

➝ albedo

is the worst at losing track of time and dates, but will always attempt to make it up to you in materialistic gifts and lots of kisses

loves to be the small spoon when cuddling — it helps release the anxiety and stress of being the head alchemist

has and will probably do it many more times, accidentally mixed up concoctions and given you them — good news for you however, they were never deadly

you had to show him how to do his hair, and in the process taught him how to do many other styles — if you have the length to do it, he will not hesitate to try them on your hair

adores piggyback rides — doesn’t matter who is carrying who, but it’s one of his absolutely favourite things

also, much like childe, albedo has a sketch of you and klee that he carries around everywhere he goes — and klee and you most likely have your own versions of it as well

ZHONGLI

while most of the time the man is on the move — either for hu tao, or simply walking around liyue, he’s an absolute sucker for a calm day spent with you in his arms

zhongli loves it when you wrap yourself around him — your arms thrown over his chest, and your legs intertwined with his own — his hands capturing your own as he rubs his thumbs lovingly over your palms

kisses. in-between. words.

zhongli placed a soft kiss to the crown of your head, his eyes closed gently as he revelled in the quietness of the moment.

“you are,” his head tilted down to be level with your own once again, his lips pressing against your nose. “absolutely,” his lips travelled down to hover over your own. “ravishing, my love,” he pressed his lips against your own — the delicacy of which his lips met your own in caused a smile to spread across both of your faces.

his hand left it’s place in your own to come up and gently cup your cheek, pulling you closer and more into the kiss.

KAEYA

once the act of cuddling is established, kaeya takes full control — your body would be trapped in his own, his arms keeping you in place as his head is buried into the crook of your neck

kaeya prefers giving neck/collarbone kisses over anything else while cuddling — not only for easy access from his favourite positions, but he can’t help the flutter in his stomach when he hears you giggle

“kaeya… that- that tickles!” your hand came up to push at the mama shoulder, but at the echo of your laugh, kaeya only proceeded to litter your neck with kisses — some soft, some exaggerated, and some interrupted by his own laughs.

you tried to shuffle back for a breather to his annoyance, urging him to pull you back towards him in an instant, yet ceasing his actions for a moment.

“i’m trying to love you here, and you’re making it difficult to,” kaeya sighed into your neck, his breathe causing chills to go down your spine, before he placed one last kiss to your collarbone, and rested his head there.

ALBEDO

little spoon albedo is the way to go — when cuddling, albedo lets his usually stoic and calm persona flake away, and lets an overly soft and serene one take its place

albedo loves laying face to face with you, hands held together, and legs intertwined — the two of you talking about anything and everything as you take turns pressing light kisses to each others faces and knuckles

with one hand brought up to rest on your cheek, and his other laying intertwined with your own on the mattress, his lips pressed against your forehead — staying there for a few moments before coming down to rest upon your own.

no words were exchanged, but the flex of fingers and small breaths taken between the soft lip locks spoke thousands. albedo was content with throwing a day of work away as long as he was able to spend each moment of it laying here with you.

“we should do this more often,” you spoke as he pulled away, his nose bumping yours softly.

“i agree, my love.”

kaeya

diva

kaeya is a diva

he has one of those sun reflector things in his hand so he can get a nice tan, has music playing softly, and probably has one of those sunscreen tattoos on his hip

kaeya will and you can’t change my mind, spill tea with you as you lay under the sun — it’s the perfect place to let everything out

now when it comes to the time that kaeya actually does go into the water, he’s grabbing onto you and just carrying/throwing you around in the water

i feel as if he’d try to wrestle with you since the chance of him hurting you with the buoyancy you now have are slim to none

will try to freeze the water to cool down but probably ends up freezing himself and you solid

albedo

with the recent quest... we know that albedo can’t really separate his work life from his everyday life

so homeboy will probably try to either explore, look for anything that could prove to be useful to his work, or just attempt to make shit

i beg you to drag him away, throw him in a floaty, and watch him float away

albedo (once in the beach mood) would be the type to fall asleep in the sun — the epitome of lazy beach days

he would absolutely adore to either swim with you, or lay by your side on a towel as the two of you soak up the sun

^ if klee joined you, albedo will be off (dragging you behind him) as he indulges in whatever klee wants to do

diluc

without anyone else, diluc is an angel

he loves to soak up the sun, swim in the water, and just enjoy the time off he has with you

... but if other people were with you...

diluc would be the antisocial and snappy person that he normally is — a day off on the beach is meant to be relaxing, and the only time he could relax was when it was just the two of you

but back to it just being you two — diluc would bring many little knickknacks to mess around with (a ball, cooler, music, etc.)

he would be the resident sunscreen boy cause i swear that this man probably burns so easily

childe

punt him into the water and never look back

this beach day is only gonna further his teasing, pranking, and joking self

stay far away from the water as well because there’s a high chance childe will either grab you by your ankles and pull you under, or send a huge wave washing over you

within the first hour, childe would 100% complain about the heat and ask to head back to liyue — another one of the guys i think would burn so fast under the sun

^ tries to catch fish with his bare hands and then goes apeshit when he can’t

please for the love of god, if you take childe to the beach... keep him on a tight leash

you either get an absolute angel of a husband with your kids — playing hide an go seek with them, cooing them back into slumber, and gently rocking them in his arms with a small smile on his face

or you get the literal devil — holding the toddle by one leg as he looks at them upside down, chasing them around the house and popping out from behind corners to scare them, and cracking more dad jokes then you can count

maybe it's the older brother in him coming out, but he knows when to be mature and calm, and when to let all hell break loose

on a side note, childe is very attentive with how you're doing during the whole parenthood thing — if you ever need a break, leave it to him or uncle zhongli to take care of the kids — your need's are still as important to him as they were before the thought of kids even came around

#DILUC

and the best dad award goes to... diluc!

he somehow finds the time to balance both the quality time with his kids and the quality time with you — holding you close as the kids are in bed, and holding them in his arms when the sun comes up

just like diluc is in tune with your own feelings, he knows his kid like the back of his hand — after all, they are a mix of both him and you, and after years of being in close quarters with you, he knows how to properly handle some things

diluc takes tremendous pride in his fatherhood journey, and every second he can spend it either holding his kids hand, teaching them a life lesson, or simply lounging about — he'll be their without hesitation

imma make it sad — diluc knows what it was like to grow up withou a father figure after the loss of his dad, and even if its not under the same circumstances, he doesn't want his kids to feel as if he's never there (so he's there for everything)

#KAEYA

chaotic father number two — kaeya is the fun uncle type of dad, encouraging stupid ideas just for the sake of a haughty laugh, the one that whispers jokes into his kids ears as to not alert you of his comments, and the type to blame any of his mistake on them to avoid the glare you would send him

however... being the fun uncle type also comes with the ride or die mentality — kaeya, no matter the situation, would absolutely destroy anyone who even looked at his child oddly (no body gets away with picking on his offspring) so keep kaeya on a literal leash or he may sass rude people back to the archon war

kaeya is big on displays of affection, not shying away from pressing a passionate kiss on your lips or cheek in front of your child's eyes (he groans with them about cooties and how quote on quote "gross" pda is)

yeah kaeya has fought tooth and nail with you to get your kid to say "dada" before they say "mama" — he's more of a handful then that child of yours
