Happy Pride!

it's been a while since I've done a headcanons post so here's some of my own sexuality headcanons for some Royal Tutor characters that I've been thinking of sharing for a while

Hetero or possibly comphet. He's always bragging about being popular with the ladies but as the series goes on there's really not much to back up this claim. I once saw a headcanon that he might have had a little bit of a crush on Maximilian from back when they were living in town. It's not a headcanon I share but I thought that was interesting

I don't know and he probably also doesn't know. Maybe he'll figure it out one day, but it's not important to him right now. He'll like who he likes, it doesn't matter as long as they get along and can have fun together. If I were to give a label I think aromantic pan demisexual could fit

💛Bruno💛

Similar to Leonhard, I don't know and I think he has not stopped to consider it because he's too occupied with other things. He'll probably like someone who shares his academic interests, and he probably thinks it's a given that he'd marry a princess for practical diplomatic reasons. I like the idea of him developing some sort of relationship with Smerdyakov but I'm not sure how old he is so I haven't given it much thought. I'm not sure if sapiosexual (or sapioromantic??) is an ok thing to call him, so if I were to give a label I like greyromantic demisexual

Aroace with strong aesthetic and sensual attraction to any gender. I'm not sure if this makes him very compatible with Beatrix's expectations (and I think she also might be comphet) but I think they would be quite understanding of each other and able to work something out

I think he also hasn't given it much thought because he's always just assumed he would marry a princess and that's the set path for him in life. But Princess Matilda meant a lot to him after he got to know her, so I think he could be demi hetero

I find it funny to think what if he was straight and just has no time to date, but I also like to think that he and his bartender/manager friend Herman Koenig have something going on, and he did seem very focused on Viktor's looks the first time they met. Actually I have no headcanons for this I just wanted to put this here

Demiromantic gay ace (possibly greysexual) with strong aesthetic attraction regardless of gender. Maybe this isn't super related but I also headcanon that his favourite thing to read during his free time is girl-meets-guy romance novels varying from the cheesy type to Jane Austen. I also like the idea that he's trans but I'm not sure if I would call it a headcanon for me

These are just my headcanons for fiction, based on what I can remember about the characters right now and I feel like I've forgotten a lot, so they can change any time and for any reason, and also sometimes I have multiple different headcanons existing at the same time

I'm probably also projecting somewhat and I'm not super well versed in all the ways we can identify, so I'm curious to know if anyone else also shares these headcanons. I've seen some pretty nice ones out there, let me know what's yours!

── For this I've decided to talk a little about @bells-of-black-sunday because he deserves it and also because his blog is just generally an all around treat that excels in multiple areas!

🌈 ― aesthetically pleasing blog

── While they've recently gone dash-only, their carrd (or one of three - he's working on more because he's insane) is wonderfully put together, and so is his pinned post!

⭐️ ― convincing portrayal of a canon character

── Spük has a really amazing way of writing Tarhos and Danny in ways that both treat them as humans but also does not dance around the atrocities both of these characters have done. Both of these characters are expanded upon in a realistic way that fits both of their personalities. It also ties together loose strings for their lore - particularly in regards to Danny's lack of mother and Tarhos' complicated relationship with violence.

💻 ― excellent writing

── This goes without saying, if you're on my blog you've seen Spük's writing at least a few times a week LOL - his writing is really inspirational to me and is a big part of the reason I write so much. He has a very blunt way of writing which I appreciate, but there's a good bit of prose sprinkled throughout that really makes it enjoyable and easily understood for me and my dyslexic ass.

🌼 ― creative headcanons

── THISSSSS!!! Spük and I talk so much about their muses and headcanons about their lore and each one is like a gourmet meal served on a silver platter for me. This semi - relates to the point I made above about how he can tie together loose lore really well, Danny's lack of mother turning into abandonment issues and Tarhos' violence being a coping mechanism because its the only constant in his life? MAN - GOOOOOD fucking food all around. Don't even get me started on Karthus - LJFDGNFK HE'S SO ... SO ... Look I just love the entire idea of corruption through religion -- also modern verse being this bored asf British Ghost who smokes weed is the funniest shit to me idc.

🎙️ ― great to talk to/🎀 ― all-around kind person

── We legit talk from morning to night about everything, not only as a writer but as a person Spük has a wonderful personality. He's very kind and genuinely one of the most understanding, sweet people I've been lucky to meet. He's always eager to help flesh out other people's muses and plot too! I definitely recommend speaking to him ooc - he's just such a sweetie pie.

📚 ― nice threads to read

── Spük puts so much effort into each piece of writing he does, and it really shines through in how his long - form threads read and connect together. I won't lie and say that I don't ocassionally re-read our threads and kick my feet like a schoolgirl but thats besides the point. Each interaction on his blog is thought out beautifully and carefully, and they genuinely have some wild twists and turns throughout.

🥇 ― well-developed oc

── He has quite a few OCs on his blog, but Aita and Yijun are so wildly creative to me and they're both such deep, yet funny, characters. Aita's story is such a relatable tale for many of us, and I feel connected to him in how he feels in relation to his family and life's pressures. He just feels like a very realistic train-crash of emotions that have gathered up over time and I genuinely hope he can heal. Yijun on the other hand is a bitch and I also love them - the idea of turning a demon into a snake oil salesman that uses TikTok and social media as a way to form a pseudo cult is so fucking SMART and such an innovative way to explore demonic intentions. Plus he's just so ... mean? It's comical how bitchy he is - plus his relationship with Abel!!! AAAA!

── Probably embarrassing to say but Spük is one of the first people I look for on my dash, they're such a huge part of it and I'm so invested in everything they make that I can't really imagine it without them on it. At that rate I'll just delete - NJKDHKJG this is a joke obviously but I really cannot picture the dash without him on it. He's so sweet, caring, has great writing and amazing art - how could I NOT want to see him popping up on my homepage everday? His content is a BUFFET.

mmmm I’ll say. dying to see you (but it shouldn’t be like this)

Bobby/Johnny is a wasteland & I knew that going in but it’s the longest thing I currently have posted (6000 words) by a lot, it’s a sister fic to one with the other main character’s perspective by Jimmy my good friend @im-the-hokagay :), and I personally think it was very good!!! we are so brave being out here not just writing content for a rarepair but writing angst-centric content.

💫what is your favorite kind of comment/feedback?

when someone picks up on small less-than-direct references… it’s nice to include a little hand wave to a canon friendship or plot line or personal headcanon & have that sort of thing recognized

🌈is there a fic that you worked *really fucking hard on* that no one would ever know? maybe a scene/theme you struggled with?

mhm. well the big one I have going now is now a lot more work because I bumped the start of the timeline up 3 years and added a massive amount of other character interactions that’ll mean some rewrites to what I have already along with giving me a reading list to get a lock on including all that accurately.

the other answer is anything I’ve posted with angst has definitely been written through my own tears bc I cry easily & that definitely slows me down

🍭why did you start writing?

there are Ideas and Concepts in my mind about my favorite characters and this is the best way to get them out.

💌share something with us about an up-and-coming work (WIP) that has you excited!

I’ve got a Spider-Man noir fic in the works, titled after a Cabaret song, currently sitting at 13000 words with not a single finished chapter. at the moment it spans 1933-1946. it’s kind of a longform character study, I’m forcing myself to figure out how to write action scenes, and most importantly: he is Such a whore (affectionate). there’s a whole list of everyone he hooks up with over the course and I’m working out the timeline on that. Felicia broke his heart and he’s gonna hook up with a lot of blonde men about it. there is an ultimate endgame ship (not revealing it :3) and also a lot of other plot bits that are meant as an exploration of the world as well. I get to insert a lot of characters that haven’t been mentioned in the noir-verse and play around with that.

it wasn’t originally this extensive (just centered around the relationship) but I wanted to broaden the scope of the work because I love this guy & apparently love tormenting myself with work. also I graduated last semester so like why not give myself a novel of a fic to work on? I have a lot of takes on Spider-Man noir best expressed in fic format.

Short version: BJ and Peg are renewing their vows in 1957 (but it's also partially a front for the triad to 'get married').

Long version: This is the culmination of the first mini arc (can you call it a mini arc when it's going to be like 300k all-told?) in my post-canon verse that starts with 'ye who are weary'; BJ and Peg and Hawkeye finally get to get married, and this is, of course, followed by a honeymoon which means... wedding night sex 🌈🌟 this is perhaps the most egregious of my drafts in that a whole draft exists. I just hella burned out writing the charles/donna wedding and then jumping into this, and it's also 125k. so. there's that. SOMEDAY I'll remember how to edit it 😒 but in the meantime it makes a fun addition to my WIP lists.

And I'm adding a snippet under the cut because of course 💜 thank you for enabling me to ramble about this fucker (affectionate)

“It’s alright, darling, we don’t think you’re any more of a pervert than we already did,” she says, offering him a warm smile that does more to fluster him than the heat of the sauna.

“Well, I’m relieved to hear that,” he teases back.

“Did you know?” she asks, propping herself up on one elbow as she looks at him. “When you were sitting in the sauna with those boys – did you know you liked men then?”

“I knew,” Hawkeye says, and grins. “I knew from the time I was about… eleven, maybe?”

“I was sixteen, I think…” Peg says, before frowning like she’s thinking it over. “Or fifteen, maybe.”

“What about you, Beej?”

“Who, me?” BJ puts on his best wide-eyed look. “I didn’t have a damn clue until college – and even then, took me a while to figure out that I didn’t necessarily have to choose a side.”

“And now you’ll never have to choose again,” Peg says with a laugh.

“Right,” Hawkeye agrees, not sure why there’s a sense of unease hanging about him, even as he laughs with Peg. “You’ve got a matched set – one of each.”

BJ grins too. “I’m not complaining.”

“It’s like salt and pepper shakers. Peanut butter and jelly. You can’t have one without the other.”

“I’m a lucky man,” BJ agrees.

“Me too.”

And then, Hawkeye gets why he’s uneasy, and he sees the same thought hit BJ, both of them turning to look at Peg – who is just like they are, only…

“Peg, honey…”

“Oh no,” Peg says, looking between them. “Just when I was starting to feel relaxed… why are you two wearing your ‘bad news’ faces?”

“Because uh… we both get a matched set, but you don’t.”

“I got two for the price of one,” she says, trying to make a joke out of it. “Why should I complain?”

“But Peg…”

“Peg, listen, I know last night we said that it would be the three of us, that we’d be exclusive… but…”

“But what?” Peg asks, looking between them, and BJ nods to Hawkeye.

“But if you want to go out and find a lady, we won’t mind.”

Peg looks flabbergasted, and then hurt. “Why the hell would I want to do that?”

“Well, just… Beej and I both get to have it both ways, so to speak. We get each other, and we get you. The matching set.”

“So?”

“So, if you want the same opportunity-.”

“The fuck is that supposed to mean?” Peg asks, her eyes on fire as she sits up, flushed with anger more than heat. “That I’ll suddenly have changed my mind about being faithful to my husband just because I added another?”

“Peg, no, that’s not what we’re saying.”

Peg seems a little calmer now, although her eyes are still ablaze. “Then what?”

“We just wondered if you might miss sleeping with women,” Hawkeye says, trying to keep his tone nonthreatening. “I mean, you seemed to have pretty fond memories of that girlfriend of yours…”

Peg looks between the two of them, but she doesn’t seem angry anymore. In fact, glancing between the two of them, she bursts out laughing.

Hawkeye isn’t expecting this and flinches back from the loud noise, BJ raising an eyebrow as Peg cackles so hard she nearly slides off the bench of the sauna, her skin slick with sweat.

“Get over here, you idiots,” she says.

“Peg…”

“She’s cracked,” Hawkeye says, shaking his head a little fondly, but they do slide along the bench so that they’re sitting together, one on either side of Peg.

She rights herself, wiping at the corners of her eyes.

“You idiots,” she says fondly, looking between them. “I don’t want anything else – and I certainly don’t want to put our life in danger just because I missed my calling as a cunning linguist.”

“Peg-.”

“No, listen to me. Who the hell would we even ask for that? Who could we trust? Because pick the wrong person and you know it could come back to bite us in the ass – the instant some poor woman gets caught in a raid and gets told to name ten of her friends or hang, who do you think she’ll think of first?”

“I guess I didn’t think of it that way.”

“It wouldn’t be worth it, just for me to get my rocks off. I can do that perfectly well on my own – or with your help.”

“We just thought…”

“I know, darling, and I do appreciate you thinking of me.” She looks dangerously close to bursting into laughter again, but manages to contain it. “But you said last night that you didn’t want anyone else. And I feel the same. Sure, sleeping with a woman would be nice, but I don’t necessarily want that. I just want the two of you.”

“Well,” Hawkeye says, squeezing her knee, and giving her a leer. “You’ll be pleased to know that we want you too.”

“You sure have a funny way of showing it,” she says, and Hawkeye, despite the heat, leans in to kiss her, tasting the salt of her sweat on her lips, and the sweet taste of her mouth, the smell of steamed wood and hot coals in his nose.

Welcome to my Centricide blog, dedicated to that one web series that you most definitely shouldn't fucking watch!! I only really post about certain characters because I do not like the others, so if you are wondering where <insert character> is then that is why. And no, I do not care much for canon, so if you think my interpretations of characters are "cringe" or "incorrect" then maybe you are just not silly enough for my blog.

And yes I ship Leftist Unity. Leftist Unity is not problematic, and I don't understand how some of you have come to that conclusion. More under the cut.

At no point is Ancom explicitly stated to be a minor (as far as I'm aware). The term "anarkiddy" is a derogatory term for anarcho-leftists, it's demeaning because you're implying they're immature and childish. And it is completely in line with Commie's character to be using a demeaning term like this, because Commie views himself as more intelligent and mature than the people around him. Actually, it's really important to Commie as a character that Commie stops referring to Ancom as anarkiddy, because he's come to the realisation that Ancom is an equal to him and that he needs qim. Take the song Leftist Unity -- a part of the whole reason the last verse holds so much weight is because Commie drops the demeaning nickname and actually calls Ancom by qis name. Commie is realising he has driven a wedge between them because of his own flaws, and that he just can't go on without Ancom despite having claimed he was better than the other. None of this is inherently about Ancom being a minor, this is about Ancom being treated as an equal. That concludes my mini analysis.

All that being said, I MUST emphasise: one shitty joke in the director's cut is not confirmation that Ancom is a minor. For realsies. It's just one offshoot line.

I think something that sucks is that, maybe for some people, this assumption has come from a place of misunderstanding. For example, there has been a lot of push by certain people that being nonbinary is a phase or neopronouns are for children and this general narrative that there are no nonbinary adults.. This obviously isn't true, and I worry that people who have come to the conclusion Ancom is a minor might partially believe that because they've internalised this or actually agree with this narrative. DISCLAIMER: ADULTS CAN BE NONBINARY <- *I* am a nonbinary adult and there are plenty of other adult gender queers out there. Ancom is not a minor just because qi has silly pronouns.

However, I don't mind if you view qim as a minor. That's none of my business. But don't go around calling a ship gross because of something YOU'VE projected onto a character, that's your own headcanon and it's not universal. And if you ARE under the assumption Ancom is a minor because qi acts silly or uses neopronouns or the like, I just want you to pause and think about if it's coming from your own assumptions of what an adult is meant to look like. If you still think Ancom is a minor after that reflection, then that's okay, and that's your headcanon, and you are allowed to silly wit it :3 Just don't force that hc onto others.

TLDR; don't harass me over my headcanon and I won't harass you over yours. 👍

no trans reader. as i’m afab, and identify as a female, though i do have trans friends and do my best to keep up, it’s not something i’m very well versed in. i don’t want to risk putting misinformation out there or hurting somebody.

i have a very demanding job, and by that i mean they’re rats who have us working ot all the time. i’ll do my best to not keep a commission open for longer than two weeks at most.
