"Why are you here?"

He was the one who found her after all. Not that it was too difficult. This was where she frequented now, where she worked, where she would find her brother. Just below this place was an arena for the mutant fighting ring, and she had an in with the owner.

She didn't need Roman anymore.

The urge to interrupt him before he had finished was overwhelming. She had so many questions. So many, Eira had no idea where to even begin. So many, she wasn't really paying attention to what he was saying, which might've held answers to some of those questions. In her defense, it was a lot to take in under pressure.

When it became clear she was still just wordlessly staring at him as he waited for her to say anything, she returned to the reality before her. "...This isn't some weird prank, right?"

who gets custody over the kid(s): Shared custody. I imagine Eira would have them most of the time due to Tancred traveling around potentially so it'd be like they live with Eira and probably spend summers with Tancred or something to that effect.

who gets to keep the pets: Tancred. They're probably all his anyway.

who moves out of their home and who stays: Eira would leave, given her history. Tancred would stay put to prove a point. Also because they probably live in the library which is HIS so.

who gets the house/apartment in the end: Tancred for the above reason.

who gets more money from the other: Eira only because she has the kids more.

who gets the kid(s) for which holidays: I don't think Tancred is much for holidays but maybe it would change his mind if he had a family to celebrate them with. Sooo I think Thanksgiving and Christmas would be the bigger deal and maybe they'd celebrate together? If they could stand to be in the same room. Then mother's day for Eira and father's day for Tancred.

if they stay friends: Well if it goes like their breakup, probably on and off.

“Most embarrassing moment in high school?” Her brows furrowed as she repeated it back. Eira sped through all her embarrassing memories, including not in high school even. Eventually she settled on one. Running into her ex boyfriend with his new varsity cheerleader girlfriend. ...That’s probably not what they’re asking for, right?

“Um... One time... I went into the wrong classroom? I mean, I had that class. I just, forgot about the class before it. It was the teacher’s free period so they thought something was wrong.” Well something was wrong. “It was pretty awkward. I had to run to the other class before the bell.”
