When Worlds Collide Masterlist
⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅∙∘☽༓☾∘∙•⋅⋅⋅•⋅⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅
It was chaos. Everywhere you looked, people were fighting. Good versus Evil. Right and wrong. Heroes and villains. You were covered in dirt and grime, blood and sweat dripping from your hairline. Your comms crackled to life, momentarily scaring you after it’d been silent for so long.
“Stark, I need your help!”
“A little busy here, wizard!”
You grinned slightly, shaking your head. Even when hell was literally on earth, your dad still found time for jokes.
“Kid Stark, not you.”
You huffed, rolling your eyes. Five years, and he was still as pretentious as he was when he had appeared in the hall of your school, ordering you to come with him.
“I am not a kid, wizard.”
“I need your help. Southside, now.”
“The waterfront?”
“Now, Stark!”
Grumbling, you tossed your hands out beside you, your hands lighting with your powers as you lifted off the ground. The view from above was worse, if possible, and with a quick glance, you could see your dad fighting alongside Pepper. Looking around the battlefield once more you spotted Strange, flying in his direction. You landed beside him with a huff, looking over at him.
“What is it?”
He nodded in front of him, cutting a glare at you.
“That.”
You looked over, seeing the wall of water he was attempting to hold back.
“And you need my help?”
He clenched his jaw, huffing.
“Yes.”
You turned back towards him, cocking your head to the side as you crossed your arms over your chest.
“Aren’t you supposed to be the sorcerer supreme? Superior magic wielder?”
“Would you just shut up and help me Stark?”
You rolled your eyes, turning towards the water, muttering.
“A please, would be nice.”
You lifted your hands, watching as your powers mixed with Strange’s, the gold and violet mixing together, pushing the water further back. You both were straining to keep the water back, the water seemingly growing in strength.
“This isn’t working.”
“Well, it has to. Otherwise everyone dies.”
“Yeah, no shit Sherlock.”
He shot you a look before he turned, looking over his shoulder, his eyes widening.
“Stark, we’ve got a problem.”
You rolled your eyes, huffing slightly.
“What now?”
You turned, looking over your shoulder, your eyes widening as you huffed,
“Well shit.”
A group of outriders and chitauri were running towards you both. Everyone else was busy, giving them a clear space at you and Strange. Turning, you looked over at Strange, nodding towards the water.
“You got this?”
He clenched his jaw, nodding.
“Go.”
Letting your arms drop as you lifted into the air you turned, landing on the ground, creating a small crater as a wall of violet appeared in front of you, burning those who were running.
“Little miss, don't overdo it.”
You huffed slightly, rolling your eyes.
“I’m fine dad.”
“I just worry sweetheart.”
Grinning slightly you nodded, lifting yourself into the air, using your powers to stop those that were flying.
“I know dad.”
“Be careful sweetheart.”
“Promise.”
You gasped when you were knocked down, shaking your head as you flipped onto your back, swinging your fist, your powers exploding against their face. You’d always done it. Even before you got your powers, you both always promised the other to be safe.
“Dad?”
Even from across the field you could see him grinning.
“Promise sweetheart.”
Keeping Strange safe from Thanos’ army, you missed the interaction between Strange and your dad, but you felt it. The air had changed, and looking over at Strange, seeing the look he was giving you, your heart sank. Your head snapped towards the field, seeing your dad kneeling, the stones moving up the gauntlet.
“No!”
The ground shook as you lifted off the ground, your hands lightening with your powers as you flew forward, only to be pulled back. You landed harshly on your back, staring up at Strange as his powers wrapped around you, holding you down.
“There was only one way.”
You tried to fight against him, your powers shooting out in waves and balls of energy as Strange waved his hand, lifting you off the ground. He used his powers to keep your arms held down, practically keeping you frozen as he floated down next to you, placing two fingers on your forehead, your powers stopping. You kept fighting, thrashing around as you looked towards your dad, watching him snap his fingers. Tears streamed down your face, mixing with the blood and dirt on your face. Strange lowered you to the ground, the binds holding you falling as he did. You turned towards him, balling your hands into fists as you stared Strange down.
“Give me back my powers.”
He slightly shook his head, glancing at you.
“It’s not that simple.”
You clenched your jaw, spatting the words out at him.
“The next time I see you, I will kill you.”
You didn’t bother to wait for a response as you turned, running. Thanos’ army turned to dust around you, but your only focus was on your dad. You stopped when a portal appeared in front of you, turning around. Strange nodded once, causing you to clench your jaw before you stepped through the portal. The portal disappeared behind you as you ran towards your dad, falling to your knees next to him.
“Dad? It’s me. I’m here.”
He slowly turned his head towards you, smiling softly.
“Hey sweetheart.”
Tears welled in your eyes as you reached for his hand, feeling him softly squeeze it.
“I’m here. I’m right here, okay?”
You could hear the landing of armor behind you, but you ignored it, keeping your blurry vision on your dad as you moved closer to him, moving beside him and wrapping your free arm around him, laying your head just under his on his shoulder.
"Daddy please. Please don't go. Please. Don't leave me. Yo- you promised."
Rhodey was careful as he knelt next to you, reaching around you and cupping Tony’s head in his hand, offering him a soft smile.
“Mr. Stark.”
Rhodey stepped back as Peter took his place, your dad slowly moving his head towards Peter.
“Mr. Stark, hey. It’s Peter. We won. Mr. Stark. We won Mr. Stark. You did it sir. You did it. I’m sorry, Tony.”
Pepper gently pulled Peter back, kneeling in front of you, her knees touching your legs.
“Hey.”
“Hey Pep.”
She placed her hand on his arc reactor, your dad slowly lifting his hand that you had a death grip on, over hers.
“Friday?”
“Life functions criticall.”
A broken sob escaped you at Friday’s words, you grip on your dad’s hand tightening.
“Tony. Look at me.”
He turned away, causing Pepper to smile softly as she placed her hand on his cheek, softly turning his head back towards her.
“We’re gonna be okay.”
You sniffled, squeezing your eyes shut.
“You can rest now.”
You startled when you felt a soft flitter against your leg, opening your eyes. Pepper was looking down at you, nodding slightly. Taking a deep breath you leaned up, causing your dad’s eyes to cut to you.
“We’ll be okay. I- I’ll be okay. I’ll keep everyone safe. I’ll look after them..”
You nodded, taking a broken deep breath.
“Ju- just like you. I promise.”
He smiled at you as he slowly turned his hand, your fingers intertwining.
“Love you swee-”
You sobbed when the arc reactor light shut off, his hand falling limp from yours. You leaned back down, laying your head on his shoulder, curling into his side as you cried.
“I love you too.”
You reached for his hand, holding it in yours as you moved closer to him, shutting your eyes as tears streamed down your face.
You woke up with a gasp, your face mated with sweat as you sat up, pushing your hair back out of your face as you looked around. The alarm clock read two forty, leaving you with only three hours of sleep, an hour more than what you’ve been getting. Kicking the blanket off, you made your way out of your room, Friday cutting the lights on and off for you with each room you went in. The elevator ride was quiet, almost lulling you back to sleep if it wasn’t for the vivid memory still replaying in your mind. The ding of the elevator doors opening shook you out of your revier, and with a shaky deep breath you stepped out of the elevator, the lights of the lab cutting on.
It’d been years since you’d stepped foot in the tower, your dad having sold it not long before construction of the compound started. Your dad was never really in a rush to sell the tower, and the offers he did receive he’d turn down without giving you a reason as to why. But now you knew. After calling a lawyer to talk about the listing, he’d told you that it was never listed for sale but in your name, meant to be used for whatever you’d seen fit. It was hard, choosing to come back to the tower instead of staying at the lake house, but it was too hard seeing Pepper and Morgan everyday with the reminder that if you’d tried hard enough, your dad would still be here, and Morgan wouldn’t have to grow up without a dad.
So far, you’d only ventured to four of the rooms in the tower, refusing to step anywhere near the floors where the others stayed. Your dad kept the tower exactly as it was, never moving or changing anything and you could only assume that the living quarters were still the same. But tonight would be the first time you’d step foot at the labs, the memories you had too much to face. But you needed the comfort and familiarity of it, the late nights you’d stay up with your dad working on a project or just talking. The coldness of the lab hit you as soon as the doors slid open, causing you to shiver as you slowly walked in. You looked around, a soft smile growing on your face.
It looked exactly as it did the last time you were here, one of your dad's hoodies laying on the table by the door. Slipping it on you walked further into the lab, wrapping your arms around yourself. You sat down in your dad's chair, bringing your legs up to your chest, wrapping your arms around your legs as you softly sighed.
“Friday?”
“Yes Miss Stark?”
“Can you play AC/DC?”
“Of course Miss.”
You thanked her as the opening of Black Sabbath started to play, closing your eyes as memories of spending the nights in the lab with your dad flashed by.
⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅∙∘☽༓☾∘∙•⋅⋅⋅•⋅⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅
“Miss Stark. Miss Stark.”
Jumping slightly you sat up, looking around, slightly hazy as memories of last night slowly came back to you.
“Friday?”
“Miss Stark, there’s been a situation.”
Your blood ran cold as you sat up, your nails digging into the armrests of the chair.
“What happened?”
“It’s Mr Parker.”
You slowly shook your head, your heart pounding in your chest. After everything that’s happened, and everything that happened on Peter’s field trip, you’d hoped to keep Peter out of any more danger for as long as you could. But a week? That was way too soon for any thing to’ve happened.
“Friday, what happened?”
The screen next to you lit up, showing a news report. You slightly made a face as you pressed play, leaning back in the chair.
“We come to you now with revelations about last week’s attack in London. An anonymous source provided this video. It shows Quentin Beck, aka Mysterio, moments before his death. A warning, you may find this video disturbing.”
The video changed, showing Quentin covered in blood and grime, his eyes wide as he looked around.
“I managed to send the elemental back through the rift but I don’t think I’m gonna make it out of this bridge alive. Spiderman attacked me for some reason. He has an army of weaponized drones, Stark technology. He’s saying he’s the only one who’s gonna be the new Iron Man, no one else, not even Stark’s daughter.”
You scoffed, clenching your jaw.
“Sure he did.”
The video changed again, this time showing Peter, his back towards the camera.
“Are you sure you want to commence the drone attack? There will be significant casualties.”
“Do it. Execute them all.”
The video cut, going black as it shrunk to the corner, the news reporter looking down at her notes before she looked back towards the camera.
“This shocking video was just released earlier today on the controversial news website thedailybugle.net.”
The video in the upper corner moved down, enlarging as it showed Jamenson.
“There you have it folks, conclusive proof that Spiderman and Tony Stark were responsible for the brutal murder of Mysterio, an interdimensional warrior who gave his life to protect our planet, and who will no doubt go down in history as the greatest superhero of all time. But that’s not all folks. Here's the real blockbuster. Brace yourselves, you might wanna sit down.”
The video switched to Quentin, the camera shaking as it cut in and out before he steaded, Qunetin’s chest heaving.
“Spidermans real…… Spidermans real name is….. Spidermans real name is Peter Parker.”
You gasped, your eyes widening as the video cut, shaking your head.
“Oh no. No, no, no, no.”
The news reporter continued to talk as you stood, walking towards the doors of the lab.
“Friday, call Peter.”
“Yes Miss Stark.”
You walked into the elevator, listening to the call ring.
“Come on, pick up. Pick up.”
Friday hung up when the voicemail started, the elevator doors opening to your floor.
“Shall I try again?”
“Yes please.”
You changed out of your pajamas as Friday redialed, huffing.
“Come on Peter, pick up.”
It went to voicemail again, causing you to sigh as you walked out of your room.
“Shall I try again, Miss Stark?”
“No. I’ll just go to him.”
“Miss Hale is in the elevator.”
You made a face as you grabbed your keys, looking over when the elevator doors opened, seeing Maria, her eyes wide as she walked towards you. Ever since you’d decided to stay at the tower, she’d moved her office into one of the empty floors, doing her work for S.I there, and keeping an eye out for you.
“Miss Stark-”
“Maria, unless S.I is on fire, I’m not to be reached today unless it’s Happy or the Parkers.”
You walked into the elevator, Maria following after you.
“Miss Stark!”
You made a face, looking over at her.
“What?”
She tensed slightly, looking down at the floor.
“You have a phone call.”
You sighed, shaking your head as you rubbed at your temples.
“Maria, what did I just say-”
“All calls are to be redirected except the Parkers and Happy but, he keeps calling back.”
You made a face as the elevator slowled, tilting your head to the side.
“Who?”
She took a deep breath, glancing up at you as you exited the elevator, following behind you.
“Nick Fury.”
⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅∙∘☽༓☾∘∙•⋅⋅⋅•⋅⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅
“Stark.”
You grinned slightly as you got into the car, putting Fury on speaker as you started the car.
“Nicky boy, how are you?”
“This isn’t a personal call, Stark.”
You hummed, pulling out of the tower’s garage, grinning slightly.
“Isn’t it? I thought since you were away so to speak, you wouldn’t be able to make any phone calls.”
“We have a problem.”
You huffed as you turned onto the highway, shaking you head.
“Ah ah, no, we don’t have a problem. Our problems ended eight months ago when my dad died to save everyone.”
“YN-”
“There’s nothing here for you to worry about. It’s all good, everything’s handled.”
Turning onto Peter’s street, your eyes widened slightly when you saw all the news reporters and their vans.
“I gotta go. Talk again, never.”
You hung up, slowly driving down the street. It took all of ten seconds before the reporters saw you, all of them clamoring towards you, surrounding the car, yelling and snapping pictures, causing you to huff.
“Vultures.”
You parked the car, grabbing your aviators and slipping them on as you opened the door.
“Miss Stark! Miss Stark!”
You ignored them as you walked up the sidewalk, keeping your head down as they snapped pictures.
“Is it true that Peter Parker killed Mysterio?”
“Miss Stark, are you here to arrest Peter Parker?”
“Or are you here to protect his legacy?”
“Did your father really help him in the murder of Mysterio?”
Huffing, you lifted your hand, wisps of your powers swirling around your fingers, causing everyone to gasp as they stepped back.
“Thought so.”
You walked into Peter’s building without any other problems, Stan, the doorman offering you a smile and a wave as he held the elevator open for you.
“Thank you Stan.”
He smiled, slightly shrugging his shoulders.
“Just doing my job, mam.”
“Well, it’s appreciated either way.”
You offered him a wave as the elevators closed, watching the floor numbers tick by. Once the doors opened you walked down the hall to Peter’s apartment, knocking on the door.
“Nobody’s home!”
Huffing a laugh you grinned, shaking your head.
“Usually there’s no response if no one’s home.”
The door flung open, a half dressed Peter standing in the doorway.
“Mel!”
You gasped when he threw himself at you, wrapping his arms around you.
“I didn’t do it. I swear. Quentin, he- he had it all planned.”
You shook your head as you hugged him back, gently squeezing him when he sniffled.
“I know Peter. It’s going to be okay, I promise.”
He nodded, wiping at his face as he stepped back.
“Happy’s here too.”
You grinned, tilting your head to the side.
“Is he now?”
Peter nodded as he stepped to the side, letting you in as he closed the door behind you.
“I thought I told you not to answer the door Peter. You never know-”
Happy turned, his eyes widening when he saw you, causing him to stand up straighter, shaking his head.
“Mel, I- wh-what are you doing here?”
You crossed your arms over your chest, slightly tilting your head to the side.
“What do you think?”
Happy started to stutter, waving his hands around, while you grinned.
“Follow up, why are you here?”
“I uh, well I was-”
You laughed, nodding as Happy turned his attention to the wall.
“Uh huh.”
“Mell!”
You turned, seeing May walking towards you, MJ following behind her.
“Hey May.”
She threw her arms around you, pulling you into her, sighing.
“Thank you for coming.”
“Of course May.”
You leaned back, offering her a small smile.
“And don’t worry. Everything’s going to be okay, I promise.”

Peter looked up when he saw a streak of purple, his eyes widening when he saw you flying up the statue, hovering in the air in front of Dr. Strange. He tilted his head to the side, slightly straining to hear what you were saying as he watched you.
“Stark.”
“I’m here to help. What can I do?”
“Help me close it.”
Peter made a face, shaking his head.
“Close it?”
He watched as you held your hands out in front of you, watching as your powers left your hands, moving towards the broken patches in the sky. The more patches that opened the stronger your powers grew, glowing brighter. He turned when he heard a crash, his eyes widening as he ran towards the other Peters.
⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅∙∘☽༓☾∘∙•⋅⋅⋅•⋅⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅
“Stark, this isn’t working.”
You huffed, shaking your head as you fought against your powers, pushing them to its limit.
“You’ve said that to me before, and we managed.”
“Stark-”
You shot him a glare, practically growling out the words.
“We’ll make it work.”
“Mel!”
You turned, seeing Peter land at the top of the broken statue.
“Peter?”
“What’s happening?”
Strange shook his head, looking over at Peter.
“They’re starting to come through and we can’t stop them.”
Peter looked around at the sky, shaking his head.
“There’s got to be something we can do. Can’t you just cast a spell again?”
“Peter-”
“Like the original spell. Before I screwed it all up.”
Strange shook his head, looking over at Peter.
“We’re too late for that. They’re here. They’re here because of you.” “What if everyone forgot who I was?” You gasped, your eyes wide as you looked over at Peter.
“What?”
“They’re coming here because of me, right? Because I’m Peter Parker? So cast a new spell. But this time, make everyone forget who Peter Parker is. Make everyone forget me.”
“No.”
“But it would work, right?”
Strange nodded, glancing at you.
“Yeah, it would work.”
He shook his head, looking down at Peter.
“But you have to understand, that would mean everyone who knows and loves you-”
Strange glanced at you, shaking his head as he looked back down at Peter.
“We’d- we’d have no memory of you. It’ll be as though you never existed.”
Peter took a deep breath, nodding.
“I know. Do it.”
You shook your head, clenching your jaw as you glared at Strange.
“Don’t you dare.”
You looked back over at Peter, shaking your head.
“We are not doing that. Do you hear me?”
“Mel, it’s the only way.”
“No it isn't. There’s always a way. Always.”
“Not this time.”
“No!”
⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅∙∘☽༓☾∘∙•⋅⋅⋅•⋅⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅
Peter looked up when he heard you yell, watching as a wave of energy left you, the force of it pushing him and Peter 2 back. Peter 2 groaned as he looked up, shaking his head.
“What is she doing?”
“I don’t know.”
“She’s something.”
Peter grinned slightly, nodding.
“Yeah, she is.”
⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅∙∘☽༓☾∘∙•⋅⋅⋅•⋅⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅
“Mel, stop! YN!”
“No! I’m not going to let you do this!”
“You don’t have a choice! Please, just stop!”
“That’s where you’re wrong. I do have a choice.”
You pushed your powers harder, shaking your head.
“And I’m choosing not to lose anyone else I care about.”
“You’ll kill yourself! Please, Mel, let me do this.”
You clenched your jaw, taking a deep breath as your powers grew brighter,
“No.”
You lifted yourself higher up into the air, closing your eyes.
“Not this time.”
The burning sensation started to grow as you felt something wet above your lip, but you ignored it, pushing your powers to the limit.
⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅∙∘☽༓☾∘∙•⋅⋅⋅•⋅⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅
“YN!”
Peter’s eyes widened when you started to tilt to the side, your powers flickering as they grew dimm. He went to take a step forward when he remembered he was holding Peter 2 up, causing him to clench his jaw as he watched you. Your powers went out with a loud thundering sound, almost matching the beat of his heart when he saw you start to fall, shaking his head, mumbling.
“No, no, no. Not again.”
He stopped breathing as Peter 1 jumped, falling after you. The distance between you was too great, and he felt as though his heart was going to beat out of his chest when a golden light circled around you, stopping your fall long enough for Peter 1 to catch you, wrapping himself around you as he threw a web out, swinging towards the remains of the statue before he landed, rolling to a stop in front of them. Peter sat up, gasping as he turned you onto your back, pushing your hair out of your face.
“Mel? YN, please”
You groaned, causing Peter to release the breath he didn’t realize he was holding.
“Hey, hey.”
You blinked, looking up at Peter.
“Pete?”
He nodded, gasping a harsh laugh.
“Yeah, it’s me.”
He helped you stand, keeping his hands on your arms as you looked around, shaking your head.
“What happened?”
He huffed slightly, shaking his head.
“You overdid it.”
He looked over at the other Peter’s, nodding slightly.
“I think this is it. I think you’re about to go home. But I uh- thank you. I just wanted- I wanna tell you that- I really don’t know how to say this, like-”
“Peter-”
“I want you to know that I- you know.”
“It’s what we do.”
“Yeah, it’s what we do.”
You shook your head, looking between the Peters, tilting your head to the side.
“Am I missing something here? I feel like I’m missing something here.”
Peter sighed, biting his lip before he looked over at you.
“Mel, Strange is going to do the spell. The original spell.”
You shook your head, pulling your arm free from Peter’s grasp.
“No. I won’t let him.”
Peter grabbed your arm when you turned, shaking his head.
“You already tried to stop it. It didn’t work. You couldn’t do it.”
“Then I’ll try again-”
“Mel please, we don’t have much time.”
You shook your head, huffing slightly.
“Peter please, let me try again.”
“It won’t work Mel. I’m sorry.”
“No. Peter-
Tears formed in your eyes as you stepped back from Peter, shaking your head.
“I’ll forget you.”
Peter took a deep breath, nodding.
“Yes.”
“I- I can’t.”
You shook your head, looking up at him.
“Remember what I said when we first met?”
Peter slightly made a face, nodding.
“Yeah? What does tha-”
“I told you that there was no point in us being friends because I was better off alone. Everyone I loved had left me. So there was no point in even getting to know you.”
He smiled softly, shaking his head.
“But you did.”
“I told you it was inevitable. And you told me that you would gladly claim the title of being the first person to prove YN Stark wrong.”
You huffed a laugh, shaking your head.
“Peter, please, prove me wrong. I don’t- I don’t wanna be right. Just this once, let me be wrong.”
Tears were in Peter’s eyes as he shook his head, watching as you wrapped your arms around yourself, sniffling.
“I can’t lose anyone else. I can’t. Please. I don’t want to be right.”
Tears welling in your eyes as you turned, looking over at Peter 3.
“Not about this. Please.”
“I’m sorry Mel. But this is the only way.”
You shook your head, turning back towards Peter.
“I- I’ll be alone again.”
Peter shook his head, stepping towards you.
“No, no you won’t. You’ll have MJ and Ned-”
You smiled sadly, shaking your head.
“No, I won’t.”
“You would-”
You sighed, tears streaming down as you shook your head.
“I met them because of you. Because dad brought you to the compound and we hung out and you managed to talk him into letting me go to school for the first time where you introduced me to your friends. Without you, I never would’ve met them.”
You looked over at him, shooting him a small grin, slightly laughing.
“You changed my life. You, with your star wars addiction and science puns. You entered my life and changed everything. Now, now you’re leaving it and changing it again. I- I lost my dad, the woman who was my best friend, the avengers- my family, and now you’re telling me I have to lose my family again? I can’t. So please, just this once, let me be wrong. I don’t want to be right. Not about this.”
Peter surged forward, wrapping his arms around you. You leaned down, returning the hug with just as much force.
“You have to find me Peter. Okay? You have to find me and make me remember. Promise me.”
Peter nodded, leaning back so he could look at you.
“I promise.”
“You’ll have your work cut out for you. Whatever stories you heard about dad before you met him, I- I’ll be worse.”
Peter nodded slightly, grinning.
“I managed to talk you into being my friend, how hard can it be a second time?”
You laughed, nodding.
“Go. Go find MJ and Ned. Tell- tell them I love them.”
He nodded, smiling.
“I will.”
You watched as Peter walked to the other Peters, giving them a hug.
“Thank you. Thank you. I guess I’ll see you.”
“Keep safe.”
“Bye.”
Peter swung away, both Peter’s waving at him.
“You’re in so much pain, huh?”
“I am.”
Peter 3 nodded, slightly smiling.
“Yeah.”
You wiped your face as you turned towards them, slightly making a face.
“You’re hurt?”
Peter 3 nodded, jerking his head towards Peter 2.
“He got stabbed.”
Your eyes widened as you stopped in front of them, looking him over, trying to find where he was stabbed.
“But I’m fine. Really-”
You shot him a look, shaking your head.
“Sure.”
You glanced at Peter 3, tilting your head to the side.
“Where?”
“Back.”
You nodded, walking behind them, moving your hand along his back, stopping at the wound, hovering your hand over it.
“Whatcha doing?”
You glanced up at Peter 3 as your hand lit purple, grinning slightly.
“Healing him.”
He nodded, watching you.
“Sounds good.”
You grinned slightly, shaking your head as you dropped your hand, walking in front of them, looking over at Peter 2.
“Better?”
He smiled, nodding.
“Much. Thank you.”
You shook your head as you stepped towards him, wrapping your arms around him.
“Thank you for saving Peter.”
He returned the hug, nodding before you stepped back, looking up at him.
“He’s my brother.”
He made a face, tilting his head to the side.
“What?”
“You asked me at the school what Peter is to me. He’s my brother.”
You turned, looking up at Strange before you turned back towards the Peter’s.
“Your eyes. They’re glowing again.”
Peter 3 shook his head, shooting you a look.
“What are you doing?”
You looked over at him, nodding.
“Helping.”
“You almost died helping.”
You shook your head, sighing softly.
“I’m not helping Strange.”
“Then wh-”
You smiled softly, nodding towards the direction Peter had swung off in.
“Peter. I’m giving him more time.”
He nodded as he walked towards you, grabbing your hand.
“Good.”
You made a face as he pulled you away from Peter 2, catching the smile on his face.
“Peter, what are you doing?”
He stopped, moving to stand in front of you, cupping your face in his hands.
“Saying goodbye.”
You shook your head, tears stinging at your eyes again, causing you to huff.
“No. Saying goodbye means it’s the end. And it can’t be the end because we haven’t even had our beginning.”
He smiled, nodding as he wiped the tears that had fallen, leaning down.
“I know.”
He closed the distance between you, pressing his lips to yours. This time, you reacted, placing your hands on his sides, slowly siding them up his chest, resting one hand over his heart as you slid your other hand behind his neck, pulling him down closer to you. You leaned back slightly, looking up at him.
“I promise you, I will find you so we can have our beginning.”
He nodded, leaning down, kissing you softly.
“I believe you.”
You nodded, tears streaming down your face as he started to glow. You gasped when he disappeared, shaking your head as you reached up, wiping your cheeks. You made a face as you looked down at your fingers, seeing the tips of your fingers wet.
“What?”
You turned when you heard something fall into the water, your eyes widening. The Statue of Liberty was destroyed, and when you looked down, your left hand was glowing, causing you to gasp.
“Oh god, what have I done?”

We were in one of the lab rooms, trying to come up with a plan.
“YN needs to get cleaned up. She needs medical attention.”
“Put me down.”
Peter looked down at you, making a face, causing you to nod.
“Put me down.”
He sighed softly, helping you so you were standing, keeping one arm wrapped around you while you placed one of your arms over his shoulders.
“All I need is the nurse's office.”
“Mel, no.”
“Peter, yes. I just need stitches and water. Though, alcohol would be prefered-”
Peter shot you a look, crossing his arms over his chest.
“Mel.”
You grinned, shaking your head.
“Kidding, kidding. But seriously, I’m fine, and I’ll be even better after a trip to the nurse's office. Peter can take me.”
You turned, looking up at Peter.
“Right?”
He nodded, turning towards the others.
“Yeah, I can take her.”
“Mel I don’t-”
“You know I went to school here, right? I know where the nurses office is and how to get there. I’ll be fine.”
“But-”
You shook your head, lifting your hand, cutting him off.
“Nope. I’m older than you and what I say goes. You guys stay here, get started on the cures and then we’ll be back and help.”
“Technically, he’s the oldest.”
Peter pointed back towards the older Peter, causing you to huff as you shot the older Peter a look.
“Well?”
He looked between you and Peter, nodding slightly.
“I think your friend is right Peter. We can get started while she gets cleaned up.”
You nodded, shooting Peter a slight smile.
“See?”
You turned towards Peter, nodding.
“Come on.”
He nodded, keeping you close to him as you walked out of the room, the door closing behind you both.
“Alright, sooo, which way?”
“Left.”
He nodded, bending slightly, picking you back up, causing you to gasp.
“Hey!”
He shook his head, glancing down at you.
“You’re injured. Plus, it’ll be quicker.”
You huffed, mumbling to yourself as he walked down the hall. He glanced down at you as he turned down the hall you'd pointed too, looking around.
“So, you went to school here?”
“Yeah.”
“That’s cool.”
“Mhmm. I used to go here with Peter.”
You slightly made a face, tilting your head to the side.
“Well, my Peter and the others.”
You gasped when Peter’s hold on you loosened, grabbing onto his suit as Peter scrambled to right himself, looking down at you.
“Sorry. You just uh- surprised me, s’all.”
“Turn here.”
He turned, glancing down at you.
“So uh, how’d that work? I thought he was in school now. You don’t look-”
His eyes widened as he shook his head, mumbling.
“Nope, nope. Not going there. Nope.”
He looked down at you, shooting you a puppy dog look that reminded you of your Peter’s, sighing softly.
“How?”
“It’s a long story, really long. Simply put, half the universe was snapped away, including Peter and MJ. They were gone for five years.”
“That uh- that sucks.”
“Yeah. It's through the office.”
You reached out when Peter stopped in front of the office door, pushing it open.
“Third room on the left.”
He nodded, walking through the office and down the hall, stopping in front of the door, waiting patiently while you opened it. The light cut on as he stepped in, moving to set you down on the table.
“First aid kit?”
“Top cabinet.”
He nodded, turning and walking towards the cabinet.
“So, where are you hurting?”
You looked over at him, slightly tilting your head to the side.
“Everywhere.”
His eyes widened slightly as he nodded, grabbing the chair and walking towards you.
“Painful.”
“I- my arm and side hurt the most. Back too, if that helps.”
He nodded, sitting the kit down beside you.
“It does.”
⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅∙∘☽༓☾∘∙•⋅⋅⋅•⋅⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅
“So, how’d this happen?”
Peter was working on getting the glass out of your arm, his tongue sticking out slightly as he concentrated.
“Fell onto a glass table.”
“Fell or pushed?”
“Hmm, both?”
He laughed slightly, shaking his head.
“So, how’d it happen? For real.”
“Connors. He attacked me while I was trying to find Peter. We went at it for a couple of floors, well, he went at it, I mainly just ran and got slammed around.”
“I’m sorry.”
You shook your head, wincing  when he dabbed the rubbing alcohol over your arm.
“It’s not your fault.”
He nodded slightly, grabbing the gauze.
“It kinda is. Connors, he’s uh, from my universe. Him and Max.”
“Oh. Well, you’ve got your hands full then.”
He laughed, nodding.
“Yeah, guess so.”
He cleaned up after wrapping your arm, looking down at you.
“You said your side too, right?”
“Yeah.”
“Okay, let’s see it then.”
You reached for the hem of your shirt, wincing, causing Peter to tilt his head to the side.
“I can- it’ll probably be easier to just take it off, right?”
You nodded, watching as Peter nodded slowly.
“Okay, well, we can just take it off, yeah?”
“Okay.”
Peter tilted his head to the side, looking down at you.
“Do you need help?”
You nodded, sighing softly.
“Yeah.”
He nodded, walking towards you, slowly reaching for the hem of your shit. He was careful as he helped you take it off, sitting it down at the end of the table.
“Wow.”
You shot him a look, huffing.
“What?”
He shook his head, meeting your eyes.
“No, nothing, just you’ve got a lot of bruises, s’all.”
“Well, that’s what happens when you get thrown around like a ragdoll.”
“Good point.”
You laughed slightly as you laid down, tapping a mindless pattern on your stomach, your right arm above your head as Peter started to clean around the cut on your side. You jerked at the sting, Peter glancing at you.
“Sorry, sorry. I know it hurts.”
You tried not to react when he started to stitch your side, but a particular harsh tug caused you to jerk, wincing.
“Sorry. I forgot you don’t have my healing.”
“Mhmm, technically I do. Much better than yours, I bet.”
“Really?”
You nodded, wincing when he pulled a little too hard, shooting him a glare, causing him to wince slightly.
“Sorry. Keep talking.”
“Yeah, you know, I haven’t been in pain like this for sometime.”
“Yeah. When I was a kid, I was kidnapped and they experimented on me. Whatever they were trying to do worked, in the end I guess. I got powers and I’m practically immune to sickness and I heal, like insanely fast.”
“That’s cool. So why don’t your powers work now?”
“Dr. assface.”
He laughed, tying off the end of the stitches.
“Who’s he?”
“The reason all of this is happening.”
“And why is he an assface?”
You clenched your jaw, looking up at the ceiling.
“He’s the reason my dad’s dead.”
Peter looked over at you, his eyes side.
“I’m sorry.”
You shrugged as Peter helped you so you were sitting, grabbing the gauze.
“I- I can’t be mad at my dad, not really.”
“How come?”
You smiled softly, shaking your head as he started to wrap the gauze around your middle.
“He saved the universe. His sacrifice ensured that everyone we brought back, lived.”
“Brought back?”
You nodded as he tapped the gauze, turning and cleaning up.
“Yeah. Big purple alien wanted to make everything ‘equal’ and snapped half of existence away. And he did, till we managed to bring everyone back. But his past self managed to come to the present and planned on snapping again, except he was going to make it so no one would remember what happened. But my dad, he stopped him before he could do that.”
“That’s what you meant earlier, when you said Peter and MJ were snapped but you weren’t.”
“Yeah.”
He nodded, grabbing your shirt, helping you put it back on.
“Thanks.”
He nodded, sitting back in the chair, reaching towards you. You jumped, grabbing his hand, causing his eyes to widen as you winced.
“Sorry. Force of habit.”
He nodded as you let his hand go, glancing down at your hand.
“You may not be at full strength, but you’re still pretty strong.”
You shot him a small grin as he moved your hair out of your face, eyeing the cut along your head.
“Let’s clean that up.”
You nodded, watching as he grabbed the rubbing alcohol, dabbing it on a cotton ball.
“So you’re dad brought everyone back-”
“No, that was a friend, Bruce. My dad ensured everyone’s safety, a chance for a future.”
Peter nodded, humming softly as he started to clean the cut.
“Right. So, what about you? Were you-”
“I grew up. Without my friends.”
“That sucks.”
“Yeah.”
You watched as he grabbed some gauze, pressing it to your forehead, catching the fresh blood.
“Now it’s my turn to ask you a question.”
He smirked, nodding.
“Sure.”
“Why are you doing this? Helping me?”
His eyes fell serious as he lifted the gauze, checking the blood.
“Your Peter, he’s lost enough people important to him. He can’t lose you too.”
You tilted your head to the side, grinning.
“Who said I’m important?”
He met your eyes, nodding.
“Your friends were worried about you, before we even came here. And then the way they act around you, their eyes lit up when they saw you come around the corner. And the way you’re protective over them. I mean, you were hardly standing but you were still willing to fight me and Peter to keep them safe.”
“They’re just kids.”
“So are you.”
You shot him a look, huffing.
“I’m twenty two. I’m not a kid.”
He nodded, grinning.
“Right, because you weren’t snapped.”
“Exactly.”
He reached over, grabbing a bandaid, placing it over the cut, causing you to grin.
“Thanks.”
He nodded looking your face over.
“No problem.”
He started to put everything up, making sure everything was in order.
“Can I ask another question?”
You nodded, glancing over at him.
“What’s on your hand?”
You looked down at the gauntlet, smiling softly.
“It’s a gauntlet. My dad made it. It’s got a small concentration of my powers.”
“Really? That’s so cool”
You nodded, running your finger over the metal grooves.
“Yeah. He made it for me years ago. I’ve never had a reason to use it before.”
“But you have a reason to use it now.”
You nodded, glancing at him.
“I think I’m going to need it before this is all over.”
⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅∙∘☽༓☾∘∙•⋅⋅⋅•⋅⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅
Peter was looking for some pain killers for you, glancing at you over his shoulder.
“Can I ask you one more question? Last one, I swear.”
You laughed softly as you looked over at him, nodding.
“Sure.”
“Why does Peter call you Mel?”
You smiled, softly shaking your head.
“My dad. It means bee. My dad used to call me honey, before I was kidnapped. And after I was kidnapped, I was angry, resentful. My dad decided to call me bee, instead. But living in the eye of the public, my dad started to call me Mel. and it just so happens to mean both honey and bee. So those closest to me call me Mel.”
He shot you a smile, nodding as he handed you the pills.
“Well, I think it fits you perfectly.”
You smiled softly, glancing at him as you downed the pills and water.
“Thank you.”
He helped you off the table, the both of you walking back to the labs. Peter moved in front of you, reaching for the door when you stopped him.
“You can call me Mel, if you want.”
You shrugged, casting a glance at the floor, wringing your fingers together.
“Or YN, it doesn’t matter.”
Peter shot you a smile as he opened the door, stepping to the side so you could walk in.
“Mel!”
You looked up, watching as Peter walked towards you, wrapping his arms around you.
“Are you okay? You guys were gone for a while and I was starting to get worried-”
You smiled, slightly shaking your head.
“I’m okay, promise. Getting stitches just takes some time. Now, what’s the plan?”
Peter grabbed your hand, leading you to the table he was working at, walking around it once you’d sat down, motioning towards the devices.
“I’m working on the devices for Dillon and Marko, Peter’s got his, and we left Connors for Peter.”
You nodded, noticing the way he’d tensed.
“It’s okay, you know.”
He glanced at you, humming.
“To want him dead.”
“Mel-”
“After the blip- after we helped those who returned and got everything semi-normal again, I was done. I had nothing else to do. But I was so angry. Because all I could do after was relive it. The first fight, when we were in space, Strange had said something to my dad before he handed over the time stone. And then at the final battle, right before dad snapped, and Strange incapitated me, Strange had said it again.”
“Said what?”
“There was only one way. I didn’t understand it at the time and then dad snapped. If I wasn’t helping Strange, I could’ve helped my dad.”
Peter shook his head, looking over at you.
“YN, you know there was no way you could’ve helped.”
You huffed, shaking your head as you shot him a deadpanned look.
“I could’ve. We know nothing about my powers except that I’m powerful. When I realized what was happening, I tried to get to him. But Strange, he held me back. Did the same thing he did then, today.”
He made a face, tilting his head to the side.
“But you had-”
You nodded, sighing. Strange may have blocked your powers, but he couldn’t keep your love for your father under control. Your powers came back full force after your dad took his last breath, a force of energy leaving you as you stayed curled next to him, the force knocking everyone surrounding you back.
“When he finally let me go, and he opened the portal so I could get to dad, and I saw him, my emotions basically went haywire. But I had to keep it together. But then when he- when he died, my emotions overpowered whatever block Strange had done. I was so upset. But I had to suck it up because Pepper and Morgan needed me, and the Avengers needed someone to look to. So I went to the Sanctum Sanctorum.”
“Where Dr. Strange lives?”
You nodded, looking down at the desk, tracing a scratch on the desk with your finger.
“I destroyed the Sanctum. I stood in the middle of it, standing over Strange. I was going to kill him. I almost did.”
“But you didn’t.”
You shook your head, sighing softly.
“No, I didn’t.”
“Why?”
“Wong. He portaled right into the middle of it.”
“And he stopped you?”
You chuckled, shaking your head.
“No. He actually told me to do it.”
“What?!”
Everyone jumped, shooting looks at you and Peter, causing him to wince.
“Sorry, sorry.”
Peter looked back at you, shaking his head.
“He said what?”
You grinned, nodding.
“He told me to do it. Even offered to get rid of the body for me. He said he knew some places that nobody visited or were unable to have visitors. I thought it was a trick and that when I went to kill Strange he’d stop me.”
“Was it? A trick?”
“No. He didn’t make any attempt to stop me.”
“So then why is Strange still alive?”
You smiled softly, shaking your head.
“My dad. I heard his voice. He told me he was proud of me and he loved me. I don’t know if it was him or if Wong had interfered. But I let Strange go. I left him there and rebuilt the Sanctum as I left. I hadn’t been back there since I went there to find you.”
Peter nodded, muttering a small ‘sorry’ as he glanced at you.
“Do you regret it? Letting him live.”
You grinned, tilting your head to the side.
“Right this second I do.”
Peter chuckled, shaking his head.
“YN.”
You took a deep breath, nodding.
“Sometimes. When I think about what I lost, Morgan and Pepper. I get angry. I think about what could happen if I did kill him.”
“And?”
“My feelings never change. My dad is still gone. And he’ll still be gone if I kill Strange. Killing Strange won’t bring him back. Taking his life would change nothing.”
“I still want him dead.”
You smiled, nodding as you looked up at him.
“And that’s okay. I still want Strange dead more often than not.”
You reached out, placing your hand over Peter’s causing him to stop what he was working on, looking over at you.
“If you want him dead, I’ll help you.”
He smiled softly, nodding.
“I know you will.”
“Hey.”
You looked up, smiling at MJ as you stood.
“I’m just gonna go.”
Peter laughed, shaking his head as MJ sat next to him.
“Smooth.”
You grinned, nodding as you walked away.
“I know.”

Peter looked over at the younger Peter and you, furrowing his brow when he saw the look on your face when MJ walked towards you both, you standing and walking away.
“You have someone?”
Peter jumped slightly, looking over at the older Peter, shaking his head.
“No. I got no time for Peter Parker stuff, you know?”
He looked down at the cure he was working on, glancing at the older Peter.
“Do you?”
“It’s a little complicated. I understand.”
“I guess it’s just not in the cards for guys like us.”
“Well, I wouldn’t give up. Took a while, but we made it work.”
“Yeah?”
“Yeah. Me and MJ.”
The older Peter glanced at the younger Peter and MJ, slightly making a face.
“My MJ.”
“Hey.”
They both jumped, causing you to grin as they looked over at you, laughing softly.
“Need any help?”
They shared a look, shrugging.
“Do you know-”
“My dad was one of the smartest people in the world. I helped him all the time. I even have my own lab.”
“Really? That’s so cool.”
“Don’t listen to her.”
You gasped, turning towards Peter, your eyes wide.
“Peter!”
“She has more than one lab and she’s considered to be the smartest person in the world.”
You laughed, shaking your head.
“Flattery’ll get you everywhere Pete.”
He laughed, shooting you a grin as you turned back towards the two Peter’s.
“Well?”
“If you’re offering, we’ll take it.”
You nodded, grinning.
“Good.”

You were sitting in Peter’s room with him and MJ, sitting at his desk while he and MJ sat on his bed, leaning against the wall.
“So, what do you want to do?”
Peter looked over at you, slightly making a face as he tilted his head to the side.
“Do?”
You nodded, leaning back into his chair.
“Mhmm. You’ve got options Pete. Whatever you choose to do, I’ll back you up.”
MJ nodded, reaching out and taking Peter’s hand in hers.
“We both will.”
You smiled at MJ, nodding.
“Right.”
“I just-”
Peter shook his head, running his free hand though his hair.
“I just want everything to go back to normal. Before Mysterio ruined everything.”
You sighed softly, nodding.
“I know Peter.”
Peter jerked, his face hardening as he looked over at the door, sitting up.
“What is it? What’s wrong?”
Peter jumped up when you heard yelling, looking over at the door. He walked towards the door, reaching out to open the door when you stood, lifting your hand, your powers wrapping around him and pulling him back. Peter gasped as he looked over at you, slightly shaking his head.
“Mel!”
You moved to stand in front of him and MJ as she climbed out of his bed, Peter’s bedroom door being kicked open as Peter moved to stand in front of MJ. You held your hands out, a forcefield forming around you all as officers walked into the room, aiming their guns at you.
“Stand down Miss Stark.”
You scoffed, shaking your head as you glared at the lead officer.
“You first.”
“Miss Stark, we have a warrant for the arrest of Peter Parker. Unless you want to be arrested for obstruction of justice, I suggest you stand down.”
You shrugged, huffing.
“If you want Peter, you’re going to have to go through me first.”
The lead officer shrugged, pulling something out of his pocket.
“I figured it’d be this way.”
You screamed when you heard a high pitched screeching sound, falling to the floor as you covered your ears, the forcefield flickering before the pain became too much, your nose bleeding as the forcefield fell. “Mel!”
Peter dropped to his knees next to you, his eyes wide as he shook your shoulders.
“Hands up, now!”
Peter looked up, shaking his head, tears welling in his eyes.
“You’re hurting her!”
“Miss Stark refused to comply. Do not make the same mistake.”
“Peter.”
Peter turned, looking back at MJ, tears in his eyes. She nodded once, causing Peter to nod back as he turned towards the lead officer.
“Please, just stop hurting Mel.”
“Surrender and I’ll consider it.”
Peter huffed as he slowly stood up, lifting his arms. An officer walked towards him, placing the handcuffs on his wrist, pulling his arm down as they grabbed his other arm, snapping the cuffs on. Peter shook his head as he was led out of his room, looking back at the lead officer.
“You said you’d stop hurting her!”
The officer shrugged, kneeling next to you, injecting you with a blue liquid, your screams stopping as your blood turned cold, your eyes falling shut as he looked over at Peter.
“I said I’d consider it.”
The officers lead Peter down the hall, Peter looking over at May when she yelled his name, his eyes wide as he gasped.
“May! They’re hurting Mel! They injected her with something!”
Happy’s eyes widened as Peter was led out of the apartment, turning and glaring as he took a step towards the officer standing next to him.
“YN Stark is an upstanding member of society, as well as an avenger.”
“That doesn’t make her above the law.”
Happy went to say something when the officers who were still in Peter’s room walked out, two of the officers carrying YN, her head hanging down. Happy glared, stepping forward.
“The Starks have helped the government for years. They pay for most of your little gadgets and gizmos and this is how you repay them?”
The lead officer cut a glance at Happy, huffing.
“YN Stark is under arrest. As is the girl and aunt.”
⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅∙∘☽༓☾∘∙•⋅⋅⋅•⋅⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅
Peter looked over at the officer, shaking his head.
“Where’s YN?”
“Answer my question Peter.”
Peter huffed, glaring at the table.
“I didn’t kill Quentin Beck. The drones did.”
Peter glanced at the officer, watching as he looked down at the file in front of him.
“Where’s YN?”
“The drones that were Tony Stark’s, making them now, YN Stark’s drones.”
“Yes.”
The officer nodded, writing something down, causing Peter to shake his head.
“But- no, well look. Nick Fury was there the entire time. Just ask him and he can explain everything.”
“Nick Fury has been off-planet for the last year.”
Peter made a face, slightly shaking his head.
“What?”
“Peter!”
Peter jumped as he looked through the window, his eyes widening when he saw May and MJ.
“MJ!”
He turned back towards the officer, shaking his head as he pointed at them.
“They had nothing to do with it sir!”
May and MJ pointed at Peter, shaking their heads as they spoke at the same.
“Don’t say anything without a lawyer present!”
Peter watched as they were led through the station until he could no longer see them, turning back towards the officer.
“Please, just tell me where YN is.”
The officer glanced at Peter, shaking his head.
“Is none of your concern. Now, back to matters at hand.”
⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅∙∘☽༓☾∘∙•⋅⋅⋅•⋅⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅
Groaning, you blinked away the blurriness as you looked around.
“What the hell?”
You went to stand, gasping as you fell back into the seat, scoffing when you saw the cuffs around your wrists.
“Seriously?”
You tried to use your powers, slightly making a face when nothing happened. You tried again, huffing when nothing happened when you remembered the prick of a needle and the coldness that spread after. You grumbled as you started to pull your wrists up, using your strength to break the cuffs from the table. Pulling your wrists apart the cuffs broke in half, causing you to roll your eyes.
“Dimwits.”
You rubbed your wrists as you stood, walking towards the door when it swung open, gasping as you took a step back, just barely avoiding being hit with the door.
“Miss Stark, good to see you're finally awake.”
The officer looked up from the file he held, his eyes widening when he saw you, your arms crossed over your chest, your head tilted to the side, a blank stare on your face.
“Officer Dimwit-”
“That’s not my name.”
You scoffed, rolling your eyes.
“Officer Dimwit, unless you’re charging me with something, you can’t hold me here.”
“Actually Miss Stark, I can.”
You huffed, nodding slightly.
“Forty-eight hours. But wonder how long that’ll be once my lawyers get here?”
“Let’s find out, shall we?”
You shrugged, nodding slightly.
“Sure. I’m sure my lawyers and your superiors would love to hear all about how you detained me using unethical means.”
“Unethical? Nothing we did was unethical.”
“Really? So using a drug that dilutes my powers and using a sonic enhancer to basically blow my ear drums is ethical?”
He nodded, glancing at you.
“Yes.”
You nodded slightly as you shrugged your shoulders, taking a step forward.
“Well, this’ll be fun then.”
He made a face as he moved in front of you, blocking your path to the door when you felt the familiar rush of your powers, causing a grin to form as you took another step forward, a surge of power leaving you, the lights flickering as Officer Dimwit fell to the floor. You shot him a grin as you stepped over him, mock saluting him.
“See you soon, Officer Dimwit.”
You walked out of the interrogation room, walking down the hall, looking for the others. You stopped when you heard voices, walking towards the room.
“Child endangerment is a nasty rap. The boy was entrusted to you, and as his legal guardian, essentially his mother, you not only allowed him to endanger himself, but you actually encouraged it. Who does that?”
“I wanna see Peter, right now.”
You clenched your jaw as you opened the door, May looking over at you, her eyes widening slightly as the man who was interrogating her turned, shaking his head as he stood.
“Miss Stark, you’re not supposed to -”
You lifted your hand as you cut him off, your powers swirling around your fingers as you glared at him.
“I believe she asked to see Peter. Either you take us to him, or we’ll find him ourselves.”
“He’s in interrogation room one.”
You nodded as you lowered your hand, offering him a tight smile.
“Smart choice.”
You looked over at May, nodding.
“Let’s go.”
May nodded as she stood, following you out of the room.
“Mel-”
May stopped, shaking her head as she grabbed your arm.
“They’re going to try and take Peter away from me.”
You shook your head as you turned towards May, taking her hand in yours.
“I won’t let them do that, May. I promise.”
She nodded, tears in her eyes as you offered her a small smile.
“Now let’s go get him, okay?”
She nodded, sniffling as she wiped her tears.
“Okay.”
You walked further down the hall, looking at the numbers beside the doors, huffing when none of them were the number you were looking for.
“YN! May!”
You turned, seeing Happy and MJ waving at you both, causing you to lift your finger towards them as you walked past them.
“One second guys.”
Happy huffed as you and May walked down to the other hall of interrogation rooms.
“There it is!”
You looked over at where May was pointing, grinning slightly.
“Let’s go.”
You opened the door, Peter and the officer both jumping as they looked over at you. You looked down at the officer, huffing.
“We’re done here.”
You looked over at Peter, nodding.
“Let’s go, Peter.”
Peter nodded as he slowly stood up, looking over at the officer, slightly smiling.
“Uh, thank you.”
You grinned as you rolled your eyes, shaking your head.
“Now, Peter.”
He nodded, rushing past you, his eyes widening when he saw May standing in the hall.
“May? What are you-”
You shut the door, Peter’s eyes wide as he turned towards you.
“The lights, that was you.”
You shrugged as you grabbed his shoulders, turning him and giving him a slight push.
“Maybe. Now let’s get out of here.”
Peter nodded, walking down the hall next to May when he stopped, turning back towards you.
“Wait, what about MJ? She’s here too.”
You huffed slightly, turning Peter back around, giving him a slight push.
“She’s with Happy.”
He turned, looking over at you over his shoulder.
“Happy’s here too?”
You nodded, Peter nodding back as he turned around. He rushed to MJ when he saw her, the two embracing in a hug as Happy turned towards you, shaking his head.
“Mel, I swear, you are more trouble than your father.”
You grinned, shrugging as you looked over at Happy.
“What can I say, Happy, I’m just like him.”
Happy nodded, smiling softly.
“Yeah, you are.”
He looked over at May, taking a step towards her.
“Are you okay?”
You walked past them as they talked, walking towards Peter and MJ, the two breaking apart from their hug as they looked over at you.
“You two good?”
“Yeah.”
“I made mine cry.”
You laughed, shaking your head.
“Good for you. I might’ve killed mine.”
Peter’s eyes widened as he looked up at you, shaking his head as he raised his voice.
“Mel!”
You grinned, shrugging.
“I’m kidding. He’s just knocked out.”
MJ grinned, lifting her hand for a high five.
“My girl.”
You laughed as you hit her hand, glancing over at Happy and May.
“Ready to get out of here?”
Peter nodded, his shoulder’s dropping as he sighed.
“Yes, please.”
You nodded, turning towards Happy and May.
“Happy?”
He jumped, tensing as he turned towards us.
“What’s up?”
“I’m assuming you drove here.”
“Yes.”
“Then I think it’s time to leave.”
He nodded, reaching into his pocket, taking his keys out.
“Of course. Let’s go.”

“Stark Industries was caught in the web of the Spiderman/Mysterio controversy today, when federal agents opened an investigation into missing Stark technology. YN Stark, current CEO of Stark Industries and Avenger, was arrested yesterday evening in conspiracy with Peter Parker, currently known as Spiderman who is suspected of killing Mysterio. While Stark Industries has refused to comment, reports are coming in that YN Stark broke out of the police station with Peter Parker. Many are voicing their concerns for YN Stark being in charge of AStark Industries, many stating that she is tarnishing her father’s legacy.”
“YN, you shouldn’t watch that.”
You shook your head as you cut your phone off, shrugging slightly as you glanced at May.
“It’s not the first time I’ve heard that I doubt it’ll be the last. Us Stark are always in the news for one thing or the other. Besides, I have to stay up to date anyway.”
May nodded, leaning against the counter.
“When is your friend coming by?”
“Soon.”
“And you trust him?”
You nodded, watching as May started to pace the kitchen.
“With my life. You will too when you see him.”
You stood up, walking towards May, placing your hands on her shoulders, stopping her from pacing as she looked up at you.
“Everything’s going to be fine, May. Now take a deep breath. And, if you need to, I have wine.”
She laughed, shaking her head.
“You’re a bad influence.”
You grinned, shrugging.
“What can I say, I’m a Stark.”

You groaned as you came to, pain shooting throughout your body. You whimpered as you looked around, dirt falling on your face.
“May.”
You tried to sit up, gasping when you fell back, hardly even moving an inch.
“Peter?”
You tried moving again, huffing.
“Come on.”
You breathed a small sigh of relief when you managed to free your hands, feeling around. Something hard was on top of you, keeping you pinned. You tried to move it again, gasping as it was lifted off you, lights shining down on you, causing you to close your eyes as they blinded you.
“We’ve got a survivor.”
Hands descended on you, helping you sit up as you coughed.
“It’s YN Stark.”
One of the men knelt in front of you, skinning their light in your eyes.
“Miss Stark, are you alright?”
You nodded slowly, taking a few deep breaths as you looked around.
“Where’s May and Peter?”
They didn’t answer you as they helped you stand, holding onto you as they led you out of the building.
“Where is May and Peter?”
You gasped when you saw the destruction outside the building, looking around. Police cars were on fire, some flipped over, most of the ground in ruins.
“Oh my god.”
You stopped walking, pulling your arm free from their grasp as you looked up at them.
“I’m not asking again, where are May and Peter?”
The officer turned towards you, huffing.
“Peter Parker is an escaped fugitive and May Parker is dead.”
You gasped, shaking your head as tears formed in your eyes.
“No, no, no. No.”
“I’m sorry.”
You shook your head, looking over at the officer.
“No, you’re not. I am.”
He made a face, opening his mouth to say something when you lifted your hand, punching him in the face. He fell to the ground as you shook your hand, wincing at the flair of pain.
“Seriously, what the hell did Strange do to me?”
You slightly kicked the officer, nodding slightly when he didn’t move, passed out, as it started to rain, the rain mixing with the blood and dirt that covered you.
“Tragedy. What else can I call it? What more need be said?”
You made a face, looking up as you dropped your hand, seeing Jameson, causing you to clench your jaw.
“The damage. The destruction. You saw it with your own eyes. When will people wake up, and realize that everywhere Spiderman goes, chaos and calamity ensue. Everything Spiderman touches comes to ruin.”
You walked towards him, balling your hands into fists.
“And we, the innocents, are left to pick up the pieces. J. Jonah Jameson, reporting. Good night and god help us all.”
“Jonah.”
He jumped, turning towards you, his eyes wide as he looked you over, no doubt eyeing the blood that you were covered in.
“YN.”
You scoffed, shaking your head.
“It’s Miss Stark to you.”
Jonah huffed, glaring as he waved his hand towards his cameraman, motioning for him to resume recording, but you could care less. Jonah always had something to say, his opinionated remarks causing you to have headaches every time you heard his voice.
“Should’ve known you’d be here, Miss Stark. Protecting the Parker’s still? You know, he’s a murderer now, for real this time. You can’t protect him.”
You huffed, stepping closer to him, swinging your arm, punching him in the face. He fell to the ground, looking up at you as he rubbed his face, blood dripping from the corner of his mouth.
“You hit me.”
He turned, looking over at his cameraman, raising his voice.
“She hit me!”
Your glare hardened as you walked towards him, bending down and picking him up by the collar of his shirt, a flash of lightning striking.
“I can do a lot worse than that, John.”
He shook his head, whimpering slightly as he started to shake in fear.
“You wouldn’t. Not on live television and the cops standing fifty feet behind you.”
“I wouldn’t care. You hurt my family. I have nothing to lose.”
“Pet- Peter, he left.”
You glanced over at the cameraman, watching as he tensed, shaking.
“What?”
“Peter, he left. Before the cops stormed the building he left.”
You looked back over at John, glaring at him as you set him down.
“Watch your back John.”
⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅∙∘☽༓☾∘∙•⋅⋅⋅•⋅⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅
“Still nothing?”
“No.”
MJ walked towards the table, sitting down, rubbing a hand against her forehead, looking over at the box.
“I’m gonna press it.”
“What?”
Ned shook his head, sitting up.
“No.”
“I know he told me to wait, but I’m gonna do it. We don’t know where he’s at or YN.”
“I just, I just wish that we could see him.”
There was a small sparkle of light, flickering before it disappeared.
“Ned?”
“Yeah?”
“Do that again.”
Ned nodded, his eyes wide as he waved his hands.
“Yeah. I just wish we could see him.”
He moved his hands, the circle slowly growing bigger.
“I just wish we could see Peter.”
The portal appeared, no longer flickering.
“Salamangkero!”
Ned glanced over at his Lola, nodding.
“Lola you’re right. I am magic.”
Ned and MJ looked over at the portal, seeing a figure at the end of the alley, causing them to squint.
“Is that him?”
“Yeah, yeah. It has to be.”
“Peter. Peter!”
“Hey, Peter! Peter!”
Peter ran through the portal, Ned’s Lola screaming.
“Hi. Hi! No, no, no.”
He took his mask off, gasping as he held his hands up in front of him.
“It’s okay, it’s okay. I’m a nice guy.”
“Who the hell are you?”
“I’m Peter Parker.”
“That’s not possible.”
“I am Spiderman. In my world. But then, yesterday? I was- I was just here.”
Peter walked around, his eyes wide, causing MJ and Ned to tense as they watched him.
“Wow. String theory, multidimensional reality and matter displacement.”
He looked over at MJ and Ned, his eyes wide.
“All real?”
“Yeah.”
“Knew it!”
“This has to be because of the spell.”
Peter turned, looking over at them, gasping.
“The spell? Like magic spell?”
“There’s no spell.”
“No spell. No.”
He grinned, tilting his head to the side.
“Magic’s real here, too?”
“I mean-”
“Shut up, Ned.”
“No, it’s not real.”
“Shut up.”
“I mean- there’s magicians and stuff, but there’s no like-”
“Stop it. Stop. Stop.”
MJ looked over at Peter, waving her finger at him.
“Prove it.”
“Prove what?”
“That you’re Peter Parker.”
Peter shrugged, shaking his head.
“I don’t carry an ID with me, you know? Kinda defeats the whole anonymous superhero thing?”
MJ glared slightly as she picked a roll up, throwing it at him, causing him to make a face as it bounced off him, falling to the floor.
“Why’d you do that?”
“To see if you have the tingle thing.”
He nodded, shrugging slightly.
“I have the tingle thing, just not for bread.”
MJ lifted another roll, causing him to sigh.
“Can you not throw the bread again? You’re a deeply mistrusting person. And I respect that.”
He jumped up, touching the ceiling with his hand, sticking to it.
“Crawl around.”
“Crawl around?”
“Yes.”
“No.”
“Yes. Crawl around.”
“Why do I need to crawl around?”
“Cause it’s not enough.”
“This is plenty.”
“No, it’s not.”
“Yes, it is.”
“Nuh-uh.”
“How do I stick to the ceiling?
MJ threw the roll she was holding at him, hitting him in the face.
“Do it.”
“Ned.”
Ned turned from where he was watching Peter, looking over at his Lola.
“Sabihin mo diyan sa mamang yan, na alisin yung agiw sa sulok. Ha?”
Ned nodding, turning back towards Peter and pointing towards the corner.
“My Lola’s asking if you could just get the cobweb there.”
Peter nodded, sticking his mask in his mouth.
“Yeah.”
He kicked his legs up, crawling towards the corner, getting the web before he dropped down to the floor, landing in front of the portal.
“Thank you.”
He nodded, looking over at MJ.
“We’re go-”
He huffed, grabbing his mask, holding his arms out.
“We’re good?”
“For now.”
Ned turned towards MJ, nodding slightly.
“So, I opened the wrong portal to the wrong Peter Parker.”
Peter’s eyes widened when the portal closed, throwing his arms up.
“Yeah. I guess you just keep doing it until you find the real one.”
“Ouch.”
MJ glanced at Peter, shrugging.
“No offense.”
She looked back over at Ned, nodding.
“Okay. You got it.”
“Find Peter Parker.”
“What’s the thing on his hand?”
MJ shot Peter a look as she shushed him, causing him to step back, lifting his hands up in front of him as he mouthed ‘sorry.’
“Find Peter Parker. Find Peter Parker!”
A portal opened behind them, causing them to turn, Ned huffing as the person walked through the portal.
“Great, it’s just some random guy.”
“Hello.”
He lifted his hand, waving as he smiled.
“I hope it's okay, I just came through this-”
He turned, pointing to the portal, slightly making a face as he turned back towards them.
“Oh it just closed.”
“You’re Peter?”
“Yeah. Peter Parker. I- I’ve seen you two-”
Lola waved at him, causing him to smile as he returned the wave.
“Hi.”
He looked back at the other Peter, making a face as he walked behind the table.
“Wait. He’s- he’s not your friend.”
They both shot their arms out, shooting a web at each other as they flipped, dodging the webs. The older Peter shot another web at the younger Peter’s web shooter, causing him to grin as he looked down at his web shooter.
“Huh.”
Ned shook his head, looking between them both.
“Wait. So you’re Spiderman too? Why didn’t you just say that?” “I generally don’t go around advertising it. Kinda defeats the whole anonymous superhero thing.”
“I said that.”
“That’s what he just said.”
“Ikaw, ha? Nagkalat ka nanaman. Linisin mo lahat ng mga basura mo dito. At ikaw? Alam mo na gusto ko itong bahay natin, maayos. pero tingnan mo, dumi dito, dumi doon.”
“My Lola’s asking if you could clean up the webs that you just shot.”
“Oh. Sorry Lola.”
“Yes, of course.”
“I’m going to bed.”
“Goodnight Lola.”
“Night Ned’s Lola.”
The younger Peter picked the webs up as the older Peter walked towards MJ and Ned, Lola huffing.
“This might seem kind of weird, but I’ve been trying to find your friend ever since I got here. I just had this sense that he needs my help.”
“Our help.”
“He does. We don’t know where he is. And, umm, honestly, right now, we’re all he really has left.”
“Well, is there some place, that he might go that has meaning to him? Like a- a place where he would go to just-”
“Get away from everything?”
“For me, it was the top of the Chrysler Building.”
“Empire State. Better view.”
“That is a sweet view.”
MJ nodded, thinking about all the possible places Peter could’ve gone to.
“Yes. Yeah, I think I know exactly where that would be.”

Walking down the streets of the city, you tried to think of where Peter could be, or even MJ and Ned. But your head was hurting too much, and your steps were growing sluggish. You jumped slightly when your phone went off, reaching in your pocket for it, surprised to see the only damage done to it was a scratch in the corner.
“Hello?”
“Miss Stark, I’m so sorry but they just stormed in and they said they have Happy-”
You stopped walking, tensing as you leaned against the side of a building.
“Wait, Maria, Maria take a deep breath, okay? Who’s there?”
“NYPD. They said they have a warrant-”
“Put them on.”
There was a commotion on the other end before it settled, a familiar voice speaking, causing you to roll your eyes.
“Miss Stark.”
“Officer Dimwit. Harassing people again, are we?”
“I have a warrant for your arrest, Stark.”
You made a face, tilting your head to the side.
“Do you now? Whatever for?”
“Destruction of public property, assaulting a police officer, and assaulting a news reporter.”
You made a face, slightly shaking your head.
“Destruction of public property? I haven’t-”
“The building was in your name. You were found in the middle of the destruction, where a body was found.”
You tensed, looking around.
“Are you charging me with murder?”
“If I have anything to say about it, yes.”
You clenched your jaw, hanging up without a response, powering your phone down completely before you threw it, watching as it shattered against the side of the building. You stuck to the shadows as you made your way through the city, avoiding anything that even slightly resembled cops. Walking into an empty diner, you looked around, jumping slightly when a waitress walked out from the back.
“Hello and welcome to-”
Her eyes widened when she saw you, slightly shaking her head.
“Oh sweetie, are you okay? Do I- would you like me to call the cops? Get you some help?”
You shook your head, taking a deep breath.
“No, I uh- could I use your phone?”
She nodded, offering you a smile.
“Of course sweetheart.”
She grabbed the phone, meeting you halfway, handing it to you.
“Call me if you need anything, okay?”
You nodded, offering her a small smile.
“Thank you.”
She nodded, and you watched as she walked back into the back before you dialed, holding the phone up to your ear.
“I’m sorry, but all calls are being redirected unless you are-”
“Maria.”
There was a gasp and then a clattering sound, causing you to grin slightly.
“YN?”
“Yeah.”
“Oh my god. Are you okay? They-”
“Are they still there?”
“No. They left after you hung up.”
“Good, I need you to listen carefully, okay?”
“Of course.”
“Call Matt Murdock. Tell him what’s happened and ask him if he could find Happy and help him. I’ll double his pay.”
“Yes mam.”
“Okay, then have Friday make sure the place is safe and secure and then go into my dad's lab. Have her show you where the safe is-”
“Your dad’s lab? Are you sure? You said the labs were off limits.”
You smiled softly, nodding.
“I know what I said, but I’m taking it back, okay? Friday will help you get into the safe. I’ll need you to send it to my location.”
“Okay, and what’s your location?”
“Wherever Peter is.”
“And that is?”
“I don’t know. I can’t find him. That’s another thing I need you to do.”
“Find out where Peter is?”
“Yes. And just have it with what’s in the safe. But whatever happens, don’t let them find out where Peter is, or what’s in the safe.”
“Yes mam.”
“And Maria?”
“Yes?”
“Thank you.”
“Of course.”
You both said your goodbyes, and after hanging up you set the phone on the counter, slipping out before the waitress could come back. All you had to do now was wait, and hope that Peter didn’t get into any more trouble before you could find him.

Luckily the rain had stopped, leaving you with a s;ight chill as you walked. Your head was pounding, your arms and legs aching. You’d decided to stop, just for a moment's rest when a hand was placed over your mouth, another wrapping around your middle, causing you to tense as you tried to break free from they’re grasp as they pulled you into the alley.
“YN. YN. Mel, stop. Stop, it’s me.”
He dropped his hands, letting you go as you turned, your chest heaving as you hit his arm.
“Matt, what the hell!”
He grinned, tilting his head to the side.
“Sorry.”
“You know you’re not supposed to just grab people!”
You shook your head, huffing slightly.
“What’re you even doing here? And how’d you find me?”
He smirked, slightly shaking his head.
“I always find you, Mel.”
You huffed, muttering as you shot him a slight glare.
“Shut up.”
“And, Maria sent me.”
You gasped, your eyes widening.
“Maria? Is Happy okay?”
“Yes. All he did was stop th-”
Matt stopped talking, slightly making a face as he stepped closer to you.
“Matt?”
“You’re injured.”
He cupped your face in his hand, running his thumb along your cheekbone.
“Uh, yeah.”
He shook his head, his voice growing deeper as he slightly growled.
“You should be healed.”
You nodded, tensing when he skimmed his fingers over the cut on your forehead.
“Wizard whammied me. Powers are kaput, so my healing’s apparently kaput too.”
“What happened?”
You shrugged, sighing softly.
“Got into a fight with a lizard. Fell a couple of stories. Got blown up. Crushed under some debris.”
“Mel-”
“It’s fine.”
“You’re bleeding.”
“I’ll be fine.”
You shook your head, looking up at him.
“If Maria told you where I was, then do you have it?”
Matt huffed, nodding as he reached into his pocket, holding his hand out towards you. You tilted your head to the side, causing him to grin as he nodded.
“Right.”
He turned, placing the small box on top of the table that had had junk thrown on it.
“I forgot about that.”
You shook your head as you shot him a grin, grabbing the box and opening it. You smiled slightly as you pulled the bracelet on, watching as the nanos appeared, configuring to your hand, forming a small gauntlet.
“What is it?”
You looked it over, the colors glistening when it caught the light, smiling softly. Your dad wanted to make it all violet to match your powers, but you’d wanted your dad’s colors to be incorporated, and after some back and forth, he’d agreed.
“Something my dad made. It has a small concentration of my powers in it. For emergencies. Something tells me I’m gonna need it before this is all over.”
“Maria also found Peter.”
You turned, looking up at him.
“Where is he?”
“Your friends are going to school, apparently he’s there.”
You sighed, nodding.
“Of course he’s at the one place I didn’t think to look.”
You turned, moving to walk out of the alley when Matt grabbed your wrist, gently pulling you back to him.
“Matt!”
“You’re not going to the school.”
You turned, glaring up at him.
“The hell I’m not. If Peter’s there then I need to be there.”
“You’re injured. You can’t just walk to the school. The streets are heavily patrolled now, looking for both you and Peter. If you get arrested, you won’t be able to help Peter.”
“I’ve been doing just fine on my own.”
“You can hardly stand.”
You shook your head, glaring up at him.
“I am going to the school, Mathew.”
He sighed, shaking his head.
“I’m not saying you can’t go the school, but yo-”
You scoffed, shaking your head.
“That is exactly what you just said.”
“YN, just let me help you, okay? You’re injured, and you need to get checked out.”
“My powers’ll come back and I’ll be good as new. I don’t need to be checked out, I need to be with Peter.”
Matt sighed, clenching his jaw.
“Fine.”
“Fine.”
“I’ll take you to the school myself.”
He lifted his finger when you went to say something, shaking his head.
“And no arguing. It’s either I take you to the school, or I take you to my apartment.”
You huffed, rolling your eyes.
“Fine. You can take me to the school.”

“I’m handling your case.”
You shook your head, looking over at him.
“No, you’re not.”
“Yes, I am.”
“No. You’ve done enough.”
“YN.”
“Mathew.”
He grinned, causing you to huff as he held his hand out towards you, helping you climb through the window.
“I’m serious. You have done enough. I don’t want you handling my case.”
“You know you can’t stop me.”
You tilted your head to the side, crossing your arms over your chest, causing Matt to grin as he laughed slightly.
“Okay, right now, you can’t stop me. So, until you get your powers back, I can do whatever I please.”
You sighed, shaking your head.
“Matt-”
He turned towards you, shaking his head.
“You can’t stop me, Mel.”
You sighed, nodding.
“Fine. But I don’t like it.”
Matt grinned, nodding.
“I know.”
He opened the door, cocking his head to the side.
“He’s up there. Are you sure I can’t help you up there?”
You smiled, shaking your head.
“No. You’ve done enough. Besides, you have to get started on my case.”
Matt laughed, nodding.
“You’re right.”
You grinned, nodding.
“Always am.”
Matt shook his head as he leaned down, pressing a kiss to your hairline, gently squeezing your side.
“Get those wounds checked out.”
“I will.”
You turned to walk up the stairs, Matt leaning forward.
“I mean it Mel.”
You nodded, smiling softly.
“I will, promise.”
He nodded, standing at the entrance for a few seconds before he turned, shutting the door. You took a few deep breaths, leaning against the wall before you started to make your way up the stairs.

“I wanna kill him. I wanna tear him apart. I can still hear her voice in my head. Even after she was hurt, she said to me that we did the right thing. She told me with great power-”
“Come’s great responsibility.”
Peter made a face, shaking his head as he looked over at the older Peter.
“Wait, how do you know that?”
“Uncle Ben said it, the day he died. Maybe she didn’t die for nothing, Peter.”
“She didn’t.”
Peter looked over at you as you walked around the corner, your chest heaving as you leaned against the air unit, his eyes widening.
“Mel!”
He ran towards you, slamming into you as he wrapped his arms around you.
“You’re okay.”
He leaned back, shaking his head as he looked up at you, tears in his eyes.
“I- I couldn’t find you and May- May she’s-”
You nodded slightly as you reached out, wiping his tears before you hugged him.
“I know. It’s okay Peter.”
He shook his head into your neck, sniffling.
“I don’t know what to do now.”
You smiled softly as you leaned back, reaching up and pushing his hair out of his face, ruffling it slightly, causing him to shoot you a small grin.
“Now we finish it.”
You gasped a small laugh when MJ and Ned came up next to you, wrapping their arms around you and Peter, all of you hugging.
“She’s hurt.”
You tensed at the unfamiliar voice, pushing Peter and the others back behind you, glaring at the two figures.
“Who the hell are you?”
Peter shook his head as he moved in front of you, standing between you and the two men, his eyes wide.
“Hey, no, no, no. They’re the good guys, not the bad guys.”
You scoffed, slightly shaking your head.
“That tells me so much Peter, thank you.”
Peter nodded, looking back at the two men, shrugging slightly.
“Okay, that’s fair. They’re uh, so you know the spell brought people here who knew Spiderman?”
“Uh huh.”
“Well, meet me, from other universes.”
“What?”
“Peter.”
“Parker.”
You scoffed, shooting them both a look.
“What?”
The older one nodded, offering you a small smile.
“Peter Parker.”
The younger one lifted his hand in a small wave, nodding.
“Also, Peter Parker.”
You nodded slowly, relaxing only slightly as you stumbled.
“My head hurts too much for this.”
Peter tensed as he rushed towards you, holding onto your arms.
“Are you okay? What happened?”
You huffed a slight laugh, looking down at him.
“I fought a lizard and a building and the building won.”
Peter made a face, tilting his head to the side.
“What?”
“Falling hurts more than I remember. So does getting blown up.”
“Are you- are you high?”
You gasped, looking down at him.
“Peter! Starks drink. We only get high when we’re teens.”
“You didn’t.”
You snorted, shaking your head.
“That you know of.”
He laughed, slightly shaking his head as he grew serious, shooting you a look.
“Mel, if you’re not high, are you drunk?”
“With my tolerance? No.”
You lifted your shirt, Peter’s eyes widening when he saw the long cut along your side, bleeding. It wasn’t as heavy as before, but it was still bleeding enough for worry.
“I think it’s the blood loss.”
“Mel!”
You shrugged, wincing.
“What? I didn’t know it was this bad! I’ve been walking around looking for you! And Matty didn’t say anything-”
Peter made a face, shaking his head.
“Matty? Who is Matty?”
You tilted your head to the side, huffing slightly.
“Well he did say I needed to get checked out but it’s not like I could go to the tower because Officer Dimwit’s got an a warrant out for my arrest.”
“Why?” “Destruction of public property, assaulting a police officer and news reporter-”
“Yeah! She threatened Jameson, live!”
“Mel-”
“He’s lucky I didn't kill him. Which, there’s still time for that cause he’s an asshole.”
“Her eyes were glowing.”
Peter looked over your shoulder at MJ and Ned, making a face.
“What?”
“Yeah. They were glowing.”
He shook his head, looking back at you.
“I thought your powers weren’t working?”
You shrugged, looking over at Peter.
“They’re not? S’why I haven’t healed yet. Which, by the way, hurts like a bitch.”
“We should go inside.”
You nodded, stepping back when you swayed, Peter catching you before you fell.
“Ow.”
“Come on.”
Peter went to pick you up when you shook your head, slightly shoving him.
“No, you’re hurt too.”
“Mel-”
“I’ve got her.”
Peter nodded as someone knelt next to you, causing you to look up, seeing the middle Peter.
“Nu huh.”
He grinned, nodding.
“Yes huh.”
You glared, causing him to shake his head.
“You don’t scare me.”
You tilted your head to the side, smirking.
“I should.”
Peter nodded, his eyes wide as he looked between you both.
“She really should. I’ve met a lot of people and she’s the scariest.”
You gasped, lifting your arm and weakly hitting Peter’s arm.
“Peter!”
He jumped, more for show than anything as he looked down at you.
“What?! It’s true!”
You laughed, nodding.
“It is.”
Middle Peter shrugged as he picked you up, adjusting you in his arms once he stood.
“Well, Miss Scary, let's get you inside, yeah?”
You huffed, nodding as you looked up at him.
“Okay.”
He nodded, looking over at Peter.
“Lead the way.”
Peter nodded slowly, looking between you and Peter before he turned.
“Yeah, right, right. Let’s go.”

“So let me get this straight. Peter left to go and bring one of the multiverse men here, and you guys lost contact with him?”
“Yes.”
“And Dr. Assface said that I couldn’t be here for any of this, why?”
Ned shrugged, slightly nodding.
“You’re dangerous.”
“You don’t like him.”
You laughed as MJ turned towards Ned, the two going back and forth with each other.
“Guys, guys!”
They both stopped, looking over at you. You shook your head, moving so you were leaning against the table next to them.
“It’s fine. Dr. Assface has a point.”
You grinned, nodding.
“I’m both dangerous and I don’t like him.”
“Why?”
You looked down at Ned, tilting your head to the side, slightly shooting him a look.
“Why don’t you like him?”
“He’s the reason my dad is dead.”
⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅∙∘☽༓☾∘∙•⋅⋅⋅•⋅⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅
You tensed when the lights flickered, slowly standing up.
“What is this?”
You turned, looking over at the crypt, seeing a man in the cells, touching the barrier, Dr. Octavius waving at him. The lights flickered again, a man who looked like sand appearing in one of the other cells, hitting the barrier, causing the first newcomer to scoff.
“You picked the wrong side.”
A  lizard stepped out of the shadows, chuckling, causing your eyes to widen as you shook your head, glancing at MJ and Ned.
“I’m sorry, is that a fucking lizard?”
“Connors?”
“What? You know this creature?”
Ned gasped, nodding as he looked between you and MJ.
“Same universes.”
You shook your head, pointing at the lizard.
“How did I miss that earlier?”
Ned shrugged as he sat back down, glancing at you.
“He was hiding.”
“And we forgot.”
You nodded, sitting back down.
“Right.”
“No, no no, not a creature. A man.”
You snorted, sharing a look with MJ and Ned.
“That is supposed to be a man?”
“Dr. Curt Connors. He was a scientist in Oscorp when I worked there. A brilliant scientist. Till he turned himself into a lizard. Then he tried to turn the whole city into lizards. It was crazy.”
Connors walked to the edge of his cell, huffing.
“It wasn’t crazy, Max. It was the next step in human evolution.”
Ned gasped, his eyes widening.
“The dinosaur can talk.”
MJ shook her head, leaning towards Ned.
“Lizard.”
“Right.”
You snorted, shrugging when MJ shot you a look.
“Sorry.”
“Speaking of which, what happened to you? Last I recall, you had bad teeth, glasses and a combover. Did you get a makeover? You know, I can give you a real makeover.”
Max shot Connors a deadpanned look, huffing.
“Let me guess. Into a lizard?”
“Exactly.”
“Could you two just shut up?”
The sandman looked over at where you all were sitting, nodding as he crossed his arms over his chest.
“Where are we?”
“It’s complicated.”
“A wizard’s dungeon.”
You chuckled at the looks MJ and Ned were receiving, Max making a face as he slightly shook his head.
“Wiz- wizards dungeon?”
You grinned when MJ shrugged, glancing at Max.
“There’s no real way to sugarcoat that. It’s literally the dungeon of a wizard.”
Dr. Octavius shrugged, nodding as Max scoffed, shaking his head.
“Look, you can keep your magic. I want a taste of that new energy I just felt.”
The flights flickered as sparks circled around Max’s hands, causing you to glare as you sat up in the chair, watching him closely. You turned when MJ’s phone went off, watching as she turned, answering it.
“Oh, Peter. Hey.”
She nodded as she walked towards the entrance of the crypt, looking around and nodding.
“Yeah. They’re all here and locked up.”
You stood up walking towards her.
“Yeah, of course. Oh hey-”
She shot you a look as you grabbed her phone, shooting her a grin.
“Hey Peter Parker. Forget something?”
“Uh Mel, heyyy. What are you doing?”
You laughed, shaking your head.
“Nice trick you did with Karen. Really, really appreciated that one.”
“Mel I-”
“Save it. We can talk about it when you get here.”
“Hey-”
You looked over at Ned, watching as he poked at a tree.
“Ask him if this is like a tree monster, or like a scientist that turned into a tree.”
You shot Ned a look, causing him to shrug as he waved his hand out in a ‘come on’ motion.
“It’s just a tree, man. Just a tree.”
You sighed, rolling your eyes.
“Just, get here when you can, alright?”
⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅∙∘☽༓☾∘∙•⋅⋅⋅•⋅⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅
It’d gotten relatively quiet after Peter’s call, the guys taking the time to pace in their cells while you, MJ and Ned sat around the table.
“Hey guys.”
You all sat up, watching as Peter walked in, a man following closely behind him, taking everything in as he looked around.
“This is Mr. Osborn.”
Osborn pointed at Peter, a slight grin on his face.
“Hey, it’s Doctor.”
Peter nodded slightly, coming to a stop in front of where you all were at.
“Sorry. Um, Dr. Osborn, these are my friends, Ned, MJ and YN.”
“Mary Jane?”
MJ shook her head, shooting a look at Peter who shrugged.
“It’s Michelle Jones, actually.”
“Fascinating.”
Osborn walked towards the crypt, Ned looking over at you with a grin.
“Do you think there are other Ned Leedses?”
You grinned, chuckling slightly as you shook your head, Ned sitting back down in front of his laptop.
“Octavius?”
“Osborn?”
“What- what happened to you?”
You made a face as you turned, watching Osborn and Dr. Octavius talk.
“What happened to- you’re the walking corpse.”
“What do you mean?”
“You died, Norman. Years ago.”
You sat up, tensing as Osborn shook his head, chuckling.
“You’re insane.”
Max laughed, shaking his head.
“God, I love it here.”
Peter walked towards the cells, pointing at Osborn, his head tilted to the side.
“What are you talking about? He’s standing right there. He’s not-”
“Dead.”
Sandman stepped closer to his barrier, nodding.
“They both died. Fighting Spiderman. It was all over the news. Green Goblin, impaled by the glider you flew around on. And a couple of years later, you. Doc Ock. drowned in the river with your machine.”
“That’s nonsense. Spiderman was trying to stop my fusion reactor. So I stopped him. I had him by the throat. And then, I- and then I was here.”
Max scoffed, waving his hand around, slightly shaking his head.
“Oh, please. Let me tell you something. I was whooping Spiderman’s ass. He’ll tell you. And then he caused an overload. I was stuck in the grid, absorbing data. I was about to turn into pure energy, and then- and then- oh shit. I was about to die.”
You snorted, causing Peter to turn towards you, shooting you a look. You shrugged, tilting your head to the side.
“What?”
Connors looked over at Max, huffing.
“Max, do you know? Do I die?”
You tensed when Strange’s sparks appeared, glaring as Strange appeared once the sparks disappeared. He looked over at Osborn, nodding slightly.
“Oh, great. You caught another one.”
Peter shook his head, holding his arm out.
“No no, Strange, wait.”
Strange waved his hands around as Peter stepped forward, looking over at Strange.
“Strange, he’s not dangerous.”
Osborn appeared in the empty cell, Peter turning towards him and nodding.
“It’s okay.”
He turned back towards Strange, slightly making a face.
“What is that?”
“It’s an ancient relic. The Machinati Codamus. Trap your corrupted spell inside, once you’ve finished the proper ritual, will reverse the spell. And send these guys back to their universe.”
“And then what? We perish?”
Max scoffed, shaking his head.
“Nah. No thanks, I’ll pass on that.”
“Let me out of here. Peter!”
“Strange, we can’t send them back. Not yet.”
“Why?”
“Well, some of these guys are gonna die.”
“Parker, it’s their fate.”
Peter huffed a slight chuckle, shaking his head.
“Come on Strange, have a heart.”
“Yeah, he doesn't have one of those.”
Strange looked over at you, shooting you a glare, causing you to shrug.
“You don’t.”
He clenched his jaw before he turned, looking back at Peter, shaking his head.
“In the grand calculus of the multiverse, their sacrifice means infinitely more than their lives. I’m sorry kid. If they die, they die.”
The box started to click as Strange closed his eyes, Osborn looking over at Peter, his eyes wide as Peter glanced back at you and the others.
“Peter!”
Peter clenched his jaw when he threw his arm out, webbing the box, Strange snapping his head towards him, slightly shaking his head.
“Don’t.”
Peter yanked the box towards him, lifting his other arm and shooting a web at Strange, sending him into the cell with the sandman.
“Dude, what are you doing?”
“Peter, you gotta go.”
You looked over at Peter, nodding.
“Go!”
Peter nodded as he ran past us, MJ moving to stand in front of you and Ned, blocking the path to the door, holding her hands out. You grinned as you stood, your hands lighting with your powers as you moved to stand in front of her, glancing at her over your shoulder.
“Good thinking, but my plan’s better.”
Strange balled his hands into fists as he glared, shaking his head.
“This is why I never had kids.”
He walked through the barrier of the cell, Flint trying to follow after him. You shook your head as you stepped forward, glaring at Strange.
“Now, where do you think you’re going?
Strange looked over at you, huffing.
“Stay out of this, Stark. The spell has to be reversed.”
“The spell wouldn’t need to be reversed if you hadn’t messed it up.”
“The kid was interfering!”
You shot him a look as you scoffed, tilting your head to the side.
“How the hell did you ever become Sorcerer Supreme if you can be distracted while performing a spell?”
Strange clenched his jaw, glaring at you.
“Get out of my way Stark.”
“No.”
Strange huffed, shaking his head as he threw his arm out, waving it around, sparks appearing.
“You can’t stop me, Stark. You know that.”
“That was when you had the time stone. Time after that? You attacked at my most vulnerable. Well guess what? You don’t have the time stone. So no more cheating for you.”
“Why are her hands glowing?”
“I thought he was the wizard. The hell is she?”
“Witch, basically.”
MJ nodded, sharing a look with Ned.
“Yeah, I’d say so.”
“Wizards, witches, the hell else this place got?”
You looked over at Max, grinning.
“Oh, so much.”
You threw your hand out, a ball of energy slamming into Strange, forcing him back into the cell. He huffed as he looked back over at you, muttering.
“I have a serious dislike for you.”
You shrugged, deepening your voice, mocking him.
“I have a serious dislike for you.’ Barf. Grow up Strange.”
“I will get that box, Stark.”
You shook your head, glaring at him.
“Not today you won’t.”
Strange shook his head, looking up at the ceiling before he disappeared. You dropped your hands, your powers fading as you looked back at MJ, shaking your head before you looked back at the cell. You made a face, looking between the cell and MJ.
“Did he just- I know he didn’t just go through the damn ceiling.”
“Oh, he did. Totally.”
You nodded at Max, huffing slightly.
“Okay then.”
“Mel-”
You turned, looking back at MJ.
“Peter!”
You nodded, flicking your hands out beside you.
“Right.”
You were just about to fly through the portal you’d made on the ceiling when there was a bright golden flash in front of you, MJ and Ned yelling your name as you fell down, cracking the floor as everything turned blurry before it all became dark. Ned made a face as he shook his head, looking over at MJ.
“Dude, what just happened?”
“Your wizard just whammied your witch.”
MJ glared at Max, causing him to lift his hands up in front of him as she knelt next to you, looking over at Ned.
“Help me move her.”
Ned nodded, walking towards you both.
“Yeah, right.”
They had just managed to pick you up when Peter appeared, causing Ned to jump, dropping you, MJ scrambling to catch your head before it hit the floor.
“Ned!”
He looked over at MJ, his eyes widening.
“Oh! Sorry!”
Peter made a face, gasping as he fell next to MJ, setting the box down next to him.
“What happened?”
“Your wizard whammied her.”
Peter shot a look over at Max, causing him to shrug.
“He did.”
“She was going after Dr. Strange and there was a bright flash and she was on the floor.”
MJ looked over at Peter, shaking her head.
“What happened with Dr. Strange?”
“Well, I uh-”
Peter lifted the ring he’d pocketed, holding it up between Mj and Ned.
“Stole his ring thing.”
“What?”
Peter nodded as Ned took the ring from him, looking it over.
“I was swinging through the city, and then I went though this massive mirror thing and then I was back.”
“Where is he?”
“He’s trapped, but I’m not sure for how long.”
“You could’ve just left us to die. Why didn’t you?”
MJ shook her head, looking over at Octavius.
“Because that’s not who he is.”
Peter stood up, walking towards the cells.
“I think I can help you guys. If I can fix what happened to you, then when you go back, things will be different and you might not die fighting Spiderman.”
“What do you mean, fix us?”
“Look, our technology is advanced-”
“I can help you.”
Osborn grinned as Peter looked over at him, nodding.
“You know, I’m something of a scientist myself. Octavius knows what I can do.”
Octavius scoffed, shaking his head.
“Fix? You mean like a dog? I refuse.”
“I can’t promise you guys anything, but at least this way, you actually get to go home and have a chance. A second chance. I mean, come on, isn’t that worth trying?”
“Trust me Peter, when you try to fix people, there are always consequences.”
Peter looked over at Connors, slightly shaking his head.
“I mean, you don’t have to come.”
He made a face, tilting his head to the side.
“I also didn’t know that you could talk.”
Connors shrugged, nodding slightly.
“But if you stay here, you’re gonna have to deal with the wizard.”
“So we go along or we die. Not much of a choice, is it?”
“I just wanna go home.”
“Well, I myself don’t wanna be killed, especially by a guy dressed like dungeons and dragons, so what’s your plan?”
“I have it all under control.”
Peter turned, walking back towards MJ and Ned, whispering as he lifted the box.
“What are we gonna do about this thing?”
“Well, we need to find somewhere safe for it, right?”
“Yeah, yes, yes. You gotta take it.”
MJ shook her head, making a face.
“Wait, what?”
“If something bad happens, I’ll text you and then you just have to push this and then it’s all over, and they’ll all be gone.”
MJ looked down at you, carefully lowering your head to the floor before she stood, walking closer to Peter and Ned.
“We’re going with you. We’re not gonna leave you.”
“You can’t come with me. It’s too dangerous. You guys have already done enough.”
“Peter, we’re in this together.”
Peter took a deep breath, nodding as he looked over at Ned.
“I know we’re in this together Ned, but I can’t do this if I know that you’re in danger, okay? So for me, MJ, please, just take this. Please.”
MJ glared slightly as she took the box, nodding.
“Fine.”
“Thank you.”
“But Peter, I swear, if I don’t hever form you, I’m pressing the button.”
“Sure, okay.”
MJ looked over at the cells, glaring as she lifted her finger.
“And I will do it!”
“Yeah, we all believe you Michelle.”
Connors shook his head, huffing.
“No way that’s his girlfriend. No way.”
Peter nodded, looking over at the cells.
“She’ll do it.”
“Absolutely she will.”
“What about the witch?”
Peter made a face, looking over at Max who pointed at where you laid.
“The witch.”
Peter shook his head, huffing slightly.
“She’s coming with us.”
“Why? What use is she to us?”
“YN is one of the smartest people in this world, and the most powerful.”
“She just got whammied by a dungeons and dragons cosplayer. I don’t think she’s all powerful.”
“She is.”
Peter turned back towards MJ and Ned, nodding.
“Go, I’ve got this.”
“See you later.”
“Be safe.”
“You too.”
Peter watched them walk out of the crypt, taking a deep breath before he turned back towards the cells.
“So uh, who’s coming with me?”
“Well, I’m in. But, if this goes sideways, I’m gonna fry you from the inside out.”
Peter nodded as he pulled his phone out, shooting off a quick text before he walked towards you, carefully picking you up.
“Let’s go.”

“Is YN okay?”
“She will be.”
“Okay, good.”
Peter looked around as the multiverse men entered the apartment, slightly making a face as he counted heads.
“Where’s Connors?”
“He told me he wants to stay in the truck.”
“Okay.”
Peter walked into the apartment after May, careful not to hit your head as he kicked the door shut.
“Alarm systems, deactivated.”
“Hey May?”
May leaned closer to Peter, nodding.
“Yeah?”
“I feel kinda bad using Happy’s place like this.”
May scoffed, shaking her head.
“No, no, no. He’ll get over it. Consider it payback for tricking us into staying here instead of one of YN’s places.”
Peter grinned as he walked into the living room, moving towards the couch. May moved a pillow so it was laying down, holding your head steady as Peter lowered you onto the couch.
“So this is your plan Peter? No lab, no facilities, just performing miracles in a condominium? What, you’re gonna cook up some churros, some frozen burritos in a microwave?”
Norman looked up from Dummy, nodding slightly.
“I could go for a burrito.”
Dr. Octavius scoffed, rolling his eyes.
“He’s gonna kill us all.”
“Well, let’s hope not. You’re up first, Doc.”
Peter tapped Octavius’ shoulder as he passed him, Octavius shaking his head.
“What? Hey, I told you. I don’t need fixing. Especially by a teenager using scraps from a bachelor’s junk drawer.”
“No, no, no.”
Max shook his head, walking after Peter.
“He’s got something back there. I can feel it. That weird energy.”
“What the hell is that?”
Peter looked over at Norman as he pressed the button, nodding.
“It’s a fabricator.”
The fabricator started to grow, Peter taking a step back.
“It can analyze, design, construct, basically anything.”
May tilted her head to the side, her eyes wide.
“I thought that was a tanning bed Happy broke.”
She looked over at Peter, grinning slightly.
“Wonder if YN knows he has that.”
Peter slightly made a face, cocking his head to the side, nodding.
“Well, I’d assume so.”
Max’s eyes flickered golden, muttering.
“Look at that.”
Octavius jumped when there was a crash, turning, seeing part of the machine through the wall, muttering.
“He’s gonna kill us all.”
⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅∙∘☽༓☾∘∙•⋅⋅⋅•⋅⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅
“Look at this place. And all the possibilities.”
“What? This condo?”
Max nodded, turning towards Flint.
“Yeah. Yeah, the condo. I love the whole overfloor plan.”
Max scoffed, shaking his head.
“No! No, man. I’m talking about the world. I kinda like who I am here. And all that power back there? I could be so much more. So why did you come here?”
“I have a daughter. And I wanna see her. But he’s not gonna send anyone home till he’s finished his little science project back there.”
“You trust him?”
Flint crossed his arms over his chest, shaking his head.
“I don’t trust anyone. How’d you end up like that anyway?”
“The place I worked at, they were experimenting with electricity created by living organisms, and then I fell into a vat of electric eels.”
“You’re kidding. I fell into a supercollider.”
“Damn. Gotta be careful where you fall.”
“I got it!”
Peter slid to a stop, looking at May.
“I did it. Will you send him up?”
“Yup. Here we go.”
Peter ran up the stairs as May pressed the button on the tablet, lifting Octavius up into the air with the tentacles.
“Hold on, Doc.”
“All of these humiliations never cease.”
Peter grabbed Octavius’ head, pushing his head down so he could access his neck.
“You! Keep your science fair project away from me!”
“Hey, it will work. Have faith.”
“Says the reckless fool who turned himself into a monster.”
“Please stop. Hold still.”
“Don’t you dare. I swear, when I get out of this wicker, I’m gonna-”
He stopped talking, his head falling forward as the tentacles powered down.
“Doc? Doc? Doctor Octavius?”
He gasped, jerking too.
“It’s so quiet. Those voices, inside my head. I’d almost forgotten.”
“Otto.”
“Yes. Norman.”
Octavius was lowered to the ground, smiling.
“It’s me.”
Peter jumped down, landing in front of Dr. Octavius, smiling as Flint slightly nodded.
“Would you look at that.”
Peter returned acces of the tentacles to Octavius, one of the arms moving towards Peter’s chest, returning the nanos.
“I’m grateful, dear boy. Truly.”
“Yeah. You’re welcome.”
“How can I help?”
⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅∙∘☽༓☾∘∙•⋅⋅⋅•⋅⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅
Peter jerked, tensing as he set the tools he was using down, making a face as he stood, Octavius and Norman turning, looking over at him.
“Peter?”
“What’s wrong?”
“I don’t know.”
Peter walked out of the room, Octavius and Norman following behind him.
“May?”
May walked down the stairs, looking over at Peter.
“What is it Peter?”
“What’s happening?”
Peter came to a stop, looking around the room. Max glared, huffing as Norman walked out from behind Octavius towards the window.
“Why are you looking at me like that?”
Peter closed his eyes, taking a deep breath before he threw his arm out, webbing Norman’s hand with the bomb, Norman smikring as he turned.
“That’s some neat trick. That sense of yours.”
“Norman?”
“Norman’s on sabbatical honey.”
Max made a face, stepping back.
“The hell?”
“Goblin.”
“No more darker half?”
May slowly backed into the other room, grabbing the remaining cures, stuffing them into a bag.
“Did you really think that I’d let that happen? That I’d let you take away my power just because you’re blind to what true power can bring you?”
“You don’t know me.”
“Don’t I? I saw how she trapped you. Fighting her holy moral mission. We don’t need you to save us. We don’t need to be fixed. These are not curses. They’re gifts.”
“Norman, no.”
“Quiet lap dog.”
“You don’t know what you’re talking about.”
“I watched you from deep behind Norman’s cowardly eyes. Struggling to have everything you want, while the world tries to make you choose. Gods don’t have to choose. We take.”
“May, run!”
May ran past Octavius and Peter, running to the door as Max yanked his cure off his chest, Norman breaking free from the webbing holding him. Max lifted his hand, electricity surging around his hand as he pulled the arc reactor from the fabricator, Peter leaning back before it could hit him. Norman punched Peter, causing him to hit the bottom of the staircase while Flint left.
“Oh my god. What have you done?”
Max looked down at the reactor, his electricity changing colors as the lights flickered. He turned towards Octavius, glaring at him.
“I liked you better before.”
He lifted his arm, hitting Octavius with a surge of power, pushing him through the window. Max walked towards the window, his powers surging as Flint created a sand storm, falling into the mix before he zapped away, Flint flying in the opposite direction.
⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅∙∘☽༓☾∘∙•⋅⋅⋅•⋅⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅
Your head felt stuffy as you slowly came to, blinking as you looked up at the ceiling.
“What the hell?”
You groaned as you sat up, everything spinning for a few seconds. You looked around, slightly making a face.
“What the hell am I doing in Happy’s apartment?”
You looked down when you saw a golden flicker, seeing sparks dancing between your fingers for a few seconds before it disappeared.
“What the hell?”
You shook your head as you looked around the apartment, getting a better look at the place, your eyes widening.
“Oh my god.”
You stood up, staggering for a second before you gained your footing, stepping over the debris, yelling.
“May! Peter!”
You checked the entire apartment for any sign of them, running out of the apartment, gasping.
“Oh god.”
The hall was just as worse as the inside, if not more. You walked further down the hall, stopping at the hole that stretched halfway to the end of the hall, looking down. The hole went down aat least two floors, causing you to wince as you looked for the door to the stairs, rolling your eyes. Of course the stairs had to be at the other end of the hall. You turned when you heard sirens, running to the window, looking down. News vans and cops littered the ground, your eyes widening.
“Shit.”
You turned, slightly shaking your head as you took a deep breath, running forward. You were about to jump when something slammed into you, causing you to groan as you landed on your back. You looked up, tensing.
“Lizard man.”
Hee smirked, his tongue slithering out as he tilted his head to the side.
“Connors.”
You nodded, taking a deep breath.
“Right, Connors. Apologies.”
He nodded, grinning.
“Now, where do you think you're going?”
You glanced around, trying to find a way out from under him.
“Anywhere but here.”
He nodded, leaning closer down to you.
“Peter, he needs your help. Too bad you can’t offer him that.”
You clenched your jaw, glaring up at him.
“Peter’s only trying to do the right thing. He’s trying to help you. All of you.”
“We’re not broken toys that need to be fixed.”
You scoffed, shaking your head.
“You sure about that? Because you're a lizard when you should be a man.”
He huffed, glaring down at you.
“You’ll learn, just like Peter’ll learn.”
You growled, shaking your head as you lifted your leg, kicking him. His shock caused him to lean up, giving you enough space to crawl back away from him, turning and jumping to your feet, running towards the door that led to the stairwell.
“Not so fast.”
You gasped when something wrapped around your ankle, yanking you back. Your face slammed into the floor, your teeth grinding together as you were dragged down the hall. Connors picked you up by the back of your shirt, slamming you into the wall, the wall cracking around you as you groaned, something wet dripping from your hairline.
“You’re not going to be of much help.”
You flicked your hand out, gasping when he lifted you, tossing you down the hall. You stopped at the edge of the hole, your chest heaving as you looked down and then back at Connors. You tried using your powers again, making a face when nothing happened.
“Seriously?”
You looked back at Connors, watching as he started to make his way towards you. You tried again, huffing when you didn’t feel the familiar pull of your powers.
“Fucking Strange.”
Connors started to move faster, and you looked down at the hole, making a decision. With a gasp you fell backwards, falling into the hole just as Connors made a swipe at you. You groaned when you landed, shakingly getting onto your knees. Your head hurt, just like the rest of you did, but you pushed it to the side when you heard a crash, your eyes widening.
“Peter.”
You shakingly stood, wincing before you ran towards the end of the hall, pulling the door open. You glanced at the floor number, huffing.
“Of course it had to be at the top.”
You started to run down the stairs, tensing when you heard a crash, seeing Connors running after you.
“Seriously?”
You peeked over the railing, huffing slightly.
“Screw this.”
You jumped over the railing, falling a few floors before you reached out, grabbing onto the railing, slamming into the side, huffing. You groaned as you pulled yourself over the railing, falling onto the steps. You reached up, touching at the sore spot on your hand, your fingertips coated in your blood. You huffed, shaking your head.
“Fucking Strange.”
Not only did he take your powers, but he took your healing ability too? Low blow. Sparing a glance above you, you saw Connors still coming after you.
“Seriously? Asshole.”
You started running again, a slight limp to your step when you heard a crash, metal pieces falling next to you, causing you to move to the side when there was a growl. You looked up, jumping when you saw Connors grinning at you.
“I told you, you would learn.”
You went to jump over the railing again when his tail wrapped around your middle, swinging you back before he let you go, causing you to fly through the wall, groaning as you landed on a table, the table breaking under you. Pushing yourself up, you looked down at your arm, seeing the trail of blood.
“Fuck.”
Connors came rushing into the room, flicking his tail to the side as he looked down at you.
“Peter said you were the smartest person in the world. The most powerful. But you’re not. You’re weak.”
You looked around, reaching towards the vase, throwing it at Connor’s head, jumping up and running. He huffed a laugh as you ran out of the apartment, running down the hall.
“Where do you think you’re going?”
Connors grabbed you, slamming you into the wall, your chest heaving as you looked up at him, his hand wrapped around your throat, squeezing.
“Yo- you want to stay a lizard, I suggest you get out of here. This place is surrounded by cops. If they find you, I can promise you they will do whatever it takes to turn you back, humane or not.”
He growled, glancing out the window, looking at the flashing lights.
“I’m serious. They were willing to drug me just to get to Peter. What do you think they’ll do to you when they find out you’re not even from this universe? They’ll lock you up. Experiment on you. You’d get to learn what it’s like to be the experiment instead of the experimenter.”
He growled, his grip on your neck tightening for a second before he was letting you go, glaring as you dropped to the floor, heaving. You rubbed your neck, looking up at him.
“You should go. Now.”
He ran towards the end of the hall, jumping out of the window. You shook your head as you pulled yourself up, using the wall for support.
“Asshole.”
You ran back to the stairwell, checking the floor number, breathing a sigh of relief when you saw there were only two floors left.  Using the railing for support you ran down the last set of stairs, running out of the stairwell, your eyes widening. Peter was on the floor, Norman holding him up by his head as May faced them, holding a pipe in her hand. You ran towards them, screaming her name when you saw the glider appear behind her, slamming into her.
“May!”
“Peter, Peter, Peter.”
You ran to May, dropping to your knees beside her.
“May, May, hey, come on, wake up.”
She groaned, her eyes fluttering as she looked over at you.
“YN? You’re awake, that’s good.”
You huffed a laugh, nodding.
“Yeah, I’m gonna kick Strange’s ass when I see him again.”
She looked you over, slightly shaking her head as she reached up, running her fingers down the side of your face.
“You’re hurt.”
“No good deed goes unpunished.”
You shook your head, offering her a small smile.
“I’m fine.”
She nodded slightly, looking around.
“Whe- where’s Peter?”
She tried to sit up, causing you to shake your head as you stopped her, gently laying her back down.
“No, no, no. Don’t move.”
“Peter. You can thank me later.”
“He’s right over-”
You turned, looking over your shoulder.
“He’s right over-”
Your eyes widened when you saw Peter and Norman, gasping when Norman threw a bomb towards you.
“No!”
Peter jumped, his fingers skimming the bomb. You turned, throwing yourself over May, covering her body with yours as the bomb went off.

You were back in the tower, sitting in the bay window, you back against the bookcase, texting Pepper.
Queen: YN, what were you thinking? Admitting to murder? What would possess you to do such a thing?
Witch: I was helping my friends
Queen: You’re friends who YOU grew up without. You’re an adult now YN. You can’t just do whatever you want.
You scoffed, shaking your head, grumbling.
“Pretty sure that’s exactly what it means.”
Witch: I think that means I can
Queen: Not without consequences you can’t.
Witch: And it’s because I’m an adult that I did what I did. They’re just kids
Queen: What would your father say?
You clenched your jaw, your grip on your phone tightening as you typed out a response.
Witch: He’d give me a high five and say good job
Queen: YN
Witch: He’d also be proud. Why can’t you?
You huffed, cutting your phone off, throwing it towards your bed as Matt walked into your room.
“They’re not pressing charges. And the previous charges have been dropped.”
You sighed, nodding as you turned to look out the window, looking out at the city.
“That’s good.”
Matt sighed, sitting down on the edge of your bed, facing you.
“YN-”
You shook your head, turning towards Matt.
“Thank you, for doing this. It- someone could say it’s a conflict of interest since you represented Peter and-”
Matt shook his head, sighing softly.
“Peter’s no longer my client since his charges have been cleared. There’s no conflict here.”
You nodded, turning to look back out the window, muttering.
“Right.”
“YN, you know I can sense that something’s wrong. What is it?”
You grinned slightly as you shook your head, sighing softly.
“Nothing. I’m fine.”
“YN.”
“It’s not even my problem. I’m fine.”
“Mel-”
You jumped when your phone started to ring, lifting your hand and using your powers to float your phone back to you, answering the phone when you saw who was calling.
“Peter?”
Peter was talking way too fast, his words jumbling together as you made a face, Matt tensing.
“Peter, stop, wait okay? Slow down. What’s wrong?”
⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅∙∘☽༓☾∘∙•⋅⋅⋅•⋅⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅
“You did what?!”
Peter started to twiddle with his fingers, kicking his foot against the floor, glancing at where Matt was sitting, Matt shrugging at him, causing Peter to look down at the floor.
“I sorta kinda, maybe, went to Doctor Strange for help.”
You tilted your head to the side, making a face.
“Doctor Strange?”
Peter nodded, glancing up at you.
“Yes.”
You shook your head, taking a step forward.
“Stephen Strange?”
Matt shook his head, grinning slightly.
“You should run.”
Peter shot Matt a glare, taking a deep breath before he looked back at you.
“Yes.”
Peter nodded, taking a step back when your hands lit up with your powers.
“For help.”
“Yes.”
You took another step forward, tilting your head to the side.
“Time altering help.”
Peter slowly nodded, backing up. He jumped when he hit the wall, taking a harsh deep breath when he saw your eyes glowing.
“Yes.”
You nodded, balling your hands into fists.
“You have five seconds to tell me everything. And I mean everything.”
“I’d make it quick too, kid.”
Peter looked over at Matt, nodding.
“Right.”
⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅•⋅∙∘☽༓☾∘∙•⋅⋅⋅•⋅⋅⊰⋅•⋅⋅•⋅⋅
“So Peter, to what do I owe the pleasure?”
“Right um, I’m really sorry to bother you sir, but-”
Stephen shook his head as he walked towards the fire pit, Peter following behind him.
“Please. We saved half the universe together.”
Stephen flicked his hand, creating a fire as he turned towards Peter, placing his hand on his hip.
“I think we’re beyond calling me sir.”
Peter nodded slightly, taking a deep breath.
“Okay, uh, Stephen.”
Stephen slightly made a face, tilting his head to the side.
“That feels weird, but I’ll allow it.”
“When um, when Mysterio revealed my identity, my entire life got screwed up and I was wondering, I mean, I don’t even know if this would actually work, but I was wondering if maybe you could go back in time and make it so he never did?”
Stephen watched Peter for a few minutes, nodding slightly as he stepped forward.
“Peter, we tampered with the stability of space and time to resurrect countless lives. You wanna do it again now, just because yours got messy?”
Peter shook his head, slightly making a face.
“This isn’t, it’s not just about me. I mean, this is really hurting a lot of people. My- my Aunt May, Happy, my best friend, my girlfriend, their futures are ruined just because they know me and they’ve done nothing wrong. And YN-”
Peter shook his head, scoffing.
“She just confessed to the world to a crime she didn’t commit. She’s putting everything she has on the line, for me.”
Stephen tilted his head to the side, slightly making a face.
“Stark’s kid?”
Peter nodded, sighing softly.
“Yeah.”
“I am so sorry, but even if I wanted to, I don’t have the time stone anymore.”
Peter sighed, nodding.
“That’s right. I’m really sorry if I wasted your time.”
“No, you didn’t-”
Peter shook his head, turning.
“Just forget about it.”
“He will.”
Peter jumped slightly, turning as Wong grabbed his suitcases, Stephen pointing a finger at him.
“He’s really good at forgetting things.”
“Wong.”
Stephen grinned, nodding.
“You’ve actually generated a good idea.”
“What?”
“The runes of Kofkol.”
Peter turned, looking back over at Stephen.
“The runes of Kofkol?”
Stephen looked over at Peter, nodding.
“Oh, it’s just a standard spell of forgetting. Won’t turn back time, but at least people will forget that you were ever Spiderman.”
“Seriously? That would be-”
Wong scoffed, shaking his head.
“No. Not seriously. That spell travels the dark borders between known and unknown reality. It’s too dangerous.”
Stephen rolled his eyes, scoffing.
“God, we’ve used it for a lot less. Do you remember the full moon party in Karma-Taj?”
Wong made a face, thinking back as Peter looked between them both.
“No.”
“Exactly. Come on Wong. Hasn’t he been through enough?” Wong scoffed, shaking his head.
“Just leave me out of this.”
“Fine.”
A portal opened behind Wong, Wong stepping back through it, glaring at Strange.
“Fine.”

You scoffed, shaking your head. There was no way. Absolutely no way. ‘Mr asshole’ willingly agreed to help mess with his precious reality? Hell no.
“I’m sorry, but you expect me to believe that Dr. Strange, a guy with a stick up his ass he can see it himself, agreed to help you change people’s memories?”
Peter huffed slightly, nodding.
“Yes.”
Peter tilted his head to the side, slightly making a face.
“Technically, it was his idea.”
You scoffed, shaking your head.
“I’m sorry, did being gone for five years make his brain short circuit?”
Matt laughed as Peter rubbed the back of his neck, shrugging slightly.
“Ah, no? I don’t think so. I don’t know.”
He shook his head, huffing slightly.
“But long story short, it didn’t work and that’s not why I’m here.”
You slightly scoffed as you shook your head, rubbing at your temples.
“It’s not.”
“No. I- Mr. Strange said that I should call MIT and plead my case with them.”
You dropped your hands, shooting Peter a slight glare.
“Isn’t that what I told you to do earlier?”
“Yes. But you were gonna do it for me. I just- I think this is something I need to do, myself.”
He looked over at you, his eyes wide as he shook his head.
“Not to say I’m not appreciative of everything you’ve done and all, but-”
You sighed, shaking your head.
“Peter, take a breath. It’s fine.”
He tilted his head to the side, shooting his puppy dog eyes at you.
“Really?”
You laughed, nodding.
“Yes Pete, really.”
You turned, grabbing a piece of paper and writing the information down. You turned, handing it to Peter.
“Here.”
He made a face, taking the paper from you.
“It’s the assistant vice chancellor of MIT. She’ll be able to help you.”
Peter looked up at you, his eyes wide.
“Really?”
“Yeah.”
Peter surged forward, wrapping his arms around you.
“Thank you.”
You smiled, nodding as you returned the hug.
“Anytime Pete, you know that.”

Happy’s arraignment was today, and you’d spent the night with him after Peter and Matt left, trying to calm him down. Matt had decided to be Happy’s lawyer, declining your request that someone else do it, no matter how many times you pleaded. Happy’s case was the third on the docket, so you’d been in court all morning, your phone shut off. Matt walked towards where you and Happy were sitting, stopping in front of you both.
“We should be up in twenty minutes.”
Happy nodded, taking deep breaths.
“Okay, okay, that’s fine.”
You shook your head, turning in your seat towards Happy.
“Happy, calm down, okay? Everything is going to be fine.”
“I know that. Don’t you think I know that? I’m cool.”
Happy glanced at you, nodding.
“You’re cool. We’re all cool. Everybody’s cool.”
Matt smirked slightly as you huffed, rolling your eyes.
“Happy, if you're so cool, then why are your legs vibrating?”
He huffed, placing his hands on his legs, stopping them from moving as he muttered.
“Shut up.”
You grinned, reaching out and placing your hand on top of Happy’s.
“Everything is going to be okay. Clearly Matt is one of the best lawyers there is considering he got my charges dropped and I confessed to murder.”
Happy shot you a look, shaking his head.
“That is not funny. You could’ve gone to jail.”
You shrugged, laughing.
“I’ve already been to jail! It’s a Stark right of passage. So, even if you do get charged and have to go to jail, no worries! We’ll get you out and get you a certificate that says ‘Hey, you survived jail, welcome to the family!”
Matt laughed, shaking his head as Happy shot you another look, stuttering.
“Th- that is not funny! Besides, I’ve already been to jail, with Tony, in fact.”
You nodded, humming.
“Oh I know that. But the certificates came later.”
Matt chuckled as you grinned, Happy shaking his head.
“I can actively feel my blood pressure rising. You are causing my blood pressure to rise and you’re going to give me a heart attack.”
You laughed, shaking your head as you placed your hand on Happy’s arm.
“Hap, you spent how many years by my dad’s side? If he didn’t give you a heart attack, I highly doubt I will.”
He shrugged, glancing at you with a small grin.
“There’s still time.”
You scoffed a laugh, shaking your head as you turned back towards Matt, leaning your head on Happy’s shoulder.
“Then it’s a good thing I know a really, really good lawyer.”
Matt grinned as he shook his head, turning when someone walked up behind him, the two speaking for a few seconds before he turned back towards you and Happy.
“We’re up.”
Meanwhile, Peter was with Strange in the Sanctum, Dr. Octavius watching as he and Strange went back and forth. One minute, Peter was standing in front of the glass, the next he was in one of the other cells.
“How’d you do that?”
Strange rolled his eyes, huffing as he glanced at Dr. Octavius.
“Lots of birthday parties.”
Peter gasped as the glass disappeared, falling through.
“Hey.”
Stephen threw his arm out, Peter gasping at the golden brace that was on his arm, looking it over.
“Whoa.”
“One shot, send them here, move on.”
Strange turned, huffing.
“You’re welcome.”
“Sir?”
Strange scoffed, turning back towards Peter, slightly tilting his head to the side.
“Now what?”
Peter slightly clenched his jaw as he took a deep breath, nodding.
“I know this is my mess, and I swear to you that I’ll fix it, but I’m gonna need some help.”
Strange scoffed, waving his hand around.
“Go.”
Peter nodded, moving towards the door when Strange yelled out.
“No Stark!”
Peter stopped, his eyes wide as he turned back towards Strange, throwing his hands up.
“What? Why not? YN can help! She will help!”
“She’s dangerous.”
Peter nodded, a look of understanding crossing his face.
“And she doesn’t like you.”
Strange pointed at Peter, shaking his head.
“No Stark.”
Peter nodded, turning as he called over his shoulder.
“Sure!”
Walking out of the room Peter shook his head, huffing.
“Now I see why Mel doesn’t like him.”

“As of now, you have detected zero multiversal trespassers, so get on your phone, scour the internet, and scooby-doo this shit.”
MJ chuckled as she looked up at Strange, slightly grinning.
“You’re telling us what to do, even though it was your spell that got screwed up. Meaning that all of this is kind of your mess. You know, I know a couple of magic words myself, starting with the word ‘please.”
Strange turned slightly, glaring down at Peter.
“I thought I said no Starks.”
Peter glanced at MJ, shaking his head as he looked back at Strange.
“She’s not a Stark.”
Strange scoffed, muttering.
“Could’ve fooled me.”
MJ crossed her arms over her chest, tapping her foot as she looked up at Strange, causing him to roll his eyes.
“Please, scooby-doo this shit. You can work in the undercroft.”
“The undercroft?”
Peter led the way, and once they were at the bottom of the steps, MJ cut the light on, Ned gasping as he looked around, nodding.
“Badass.”
“Guys, listen. Bout this whole spell thing-”
“It’s totally okay.”
Peter made a face, tilting his head to the side.
“Wait, really?”
MJ nodded, offering Peter a small smile.
“Yeah. I mean, I get it. You were just trying to fix things. And so, maybe just run it by us next time, you know? That way when you’re thinking, ‘Hey, I’m about to do something that could break the universe’, we could like, help you. Workshop something, or brainstorm ideas.”
Peter smiled, nodding.
“Deal.”
He turned, looking over at Ned.
“Ned?”
Ned turned, holding a crossbow.
“Oh, dude. I don’t care and seriously, not a big deal.”
Ned grinned, walking towards a machine, his eyes widening as he flicked one of the strings.
“Ooh, a torture rack.”
MJ shook her head, pointing at the machine.
“That is a pilates machine.”
Ned nodded, turning.
“That is-”
“The crypt.”
Ned nodded, walking further into the room.
“Cool, cool, cool.”
“Okay, so we get the rest of the guys. You zap them, Doctor Magic will send them back. And when we get into MIT, round of stale donuts, my treat.”
“Let’s catch some multiverse men.”
MJ made a face, tilting her head to the side.
“Wait, where’s Mel?”
Ned nodded, turning back towards Peter and MJ.
“Yeah. I figured she would’ve been one of the ones to stop you and Strange from doing the spell.”
Peter winced, nodding as he rubbed at the back of his neck.
“Yeah, well, Mr. Strange said she couldn’t come here.”
“Why?”
“He said she’s dangerous.”
MJ grinned, nodding as she tilted her head to the side.
“She doesn’t like him.”
Peter nodded, sighing as he looked over at MJ.
“And she doesn’t like him.”

You sighed as you rubbed your temple, leaning back in your chair.
“Karen, do not tell me you can’t comply with my wishes. Just tell me what I want to know.”
“I’m sorry, Miss. But Peter has given me specific instructions.”
“My dad created you! He put me in charge of all the A.I’s! That includes you! All you have to do is tell me where Peter is.”
“I can’t do that.”
“Come on Karen. I saw the fight on the bridge. Peter’s in trouble.”
“He’s a smart kid.”
You huffed a growl, shaking your head.
“I never said he wasn’t. Friday, did you hear me say that?”
“No, Miss.”
“No one asked you, Friday.”
“I believe Miss Stark asked me a question. Unlike you, I know how to follow commands.”
“I am following commands.”
You scoffed, slamming your hands down on the table as you stood.
“Enough!”
Both A.I’s grew silent, causing you to shake your head.
“Honestly, I miss Jarvis.”
You huffed as you sat back down in your chair, resting your head on you hand.
“Karen, this is getting old and I’m tired. So we can either do this the easy way, or the hard way.”
“I’m afraid I can’t help you Miss.”
You nodded, clapping your hands together.
“Hard way it is then.”
“Miss, what are you doing?”
Friday had already pulled up Karen’s program for you, and you read through it, looking for the codes that were changed.
“Changing your program. If Pete can change your code, then so can I.”
“Miss, I don’t really think-”
You shook your head, typing out the new codes.
“Nope. You lost that right when you decided not to tell me where Peter is.”

Your jaw was hurting from how hard you were clenching it. Your blood practically boiling as you made your way through the city, your fingers tapping against the steering wheel. Pulling onto the street, your anger grew, wisps of your powers swirling around your fingers as you parked. Walking up to the doors of the Sanctum you stopped, glaring at the doors.
“I hate this place.”
You walked up the steps, using your powers to open the doors, not bothering to shut them as you walked further into the Sanctum, looking around.
“Alright, now where are you?”
“You shouldn’t be here.”
You turned, your powers growing brighter as you lifted your hand.
“You can put that away.”
You scoffed as Strange appeared at the stop of the staircase, glaring down at you as you lowered your hand.
“Where is he?”
Strange shook his head as you walked up the stairs, huffing as he glared at you.
“I specifically said you weren’t to be here.”
“Good thing he didn’t ask me to be here then.”
Strange made a face, tilting his head to the side.
“He didn’t?”
You shook your head, glaring at him.
“No, he didn’t. Which will be one of the many things I rage about once I see him. For now, you’ll just have to do.”
You stopped in front of him, glaring up at him.
“What the hell made you think it was a good idea to change people’s memories?!”
Strange looked down at you, slightly glaring at you.
“The kid asked for help.”
“He didn’t know any better!”
You lifted your hand, poking his chest, the tip of your finger glowing.
“You did!”
Strange slowly looked down at your hand, raising a brow.
“Put the powers away Stark.”
You poked his chest harder, your powers zapping Strange.
“Where. Is. Peter.”
Strange smirked as he moved his hands, a portal opening underneath you, causing you to fall. You huffed when you landed, glaring up at him.
“Fuck you Strange!”
He grinned as you flipped him off, waving down at you as he closed the portal.
“Asshole.”
You looked around, your eyes widening when you saw MJ and Ned sitting at a table. They jumped when they saw you, slamming something down as you stood.
“Where’s Peter?”
Ned and MJ shared a look before they looked back at you, speaking at the same time as you walked towards them.
“He’s in the bathroom.”
“He’s at the store.”
You nodded, crossing your arms over your chest as you stopped in front of them, chuckling dryly.
“He’s in the bathroom and the store?”
MJ slightly glared at Ned before she turned back towards you, nodding.
“Yep. He had to go to the bathroom and then he was gonna go to the store.”
“Right”
You nodded towards the guy with the tentacle arms, pointing a lazy finger at him.
“Who’s that guy then?”
Ned made a face, shaking his head he laughed.
“Who’s what guy? There’s no guy.”
“Really?”
You turned, looking over at the guy, tilting your head to the side.
“Hey tentacle guy-”
He lifted his head, slightly glancing at you.
“Who are you?”
He stopped pacing as he turned, tilting his head to the side as he looked you over.
“Dr. Otto Octavius.”
You nodded, looking back down at Ned.
“You were saying?”
“Peter’s still not here.”
“Where is he?”
Ned shrugged, shaking his head.
“Don’t know.”
MJ sighed, looking over at you.
“He’s trying to find the other multiverse men.”
You tilted your head to the side, slightly making a face.
“Multiverse?”
“Peter came to Dr. Strange for a spell-”
You nodded, cutting MJ off. “Yeah, I know all of that. He told me after it happened.”
She took a deep breath, looking down at the floor before she glanced back at you.
“It backfired.”

Looking up when you heard a harsh groan you grinned behind your cup, watching as May walked into the kitchen. She sat down at the bar, leaning her head down on her arms, groaning.
“I am never ever drinking with you again.”
Laughing, you handed her the cup of coffee you’d already fixed for her, setting it down in front of her.
“Drink this. You’ll feel better.”
She huffed as she sat up, looking down at the cup before she looked over at you, making a face.
“Why don’t you look like how I feel?”
You laughed, shaking your head.
“I’m a Stark, May. Alcohol and coffee run through my veins.”
Peter snorted, shaking his head as he walked into the kitchen, kissing May’s cheek.
“Don’t listen to her, May. You’re just a lightweight.”
You laughed, shaking your head as May gasped.
“Peter!”
He looked over at you, shrugging as he shot you a grin.
“What? She is.”
You grinned when May huffed, laying her head back down on the counter, grumbling.
“I hate you.”
Peter grinned, looking over at May, patting her arm.
“You love me.”

It was just a little bit before lunch when your phone went off, causing you to excuse yourself as you walked towards the front door, pocketing your phone as you opened the door, taking a deep breath, looking up.
“Please, please tell me you have good news.”
Matt nodded, grinning.
“I do.”
You smiled, opening the door wider.
“Then you can come in.”
He laughed, shaking his head as you moved to the side, letting him in.
“Nice to see you haven’t changed.”
You grinned as you closed the door, taking his arm and looping it with yours as you walked down the hall.
“Oh, I bet.”
He chuckled, shaking his head.
“I’ve missed you too.”
“Come on Matt, you know I always miss you.”
He grinned, shaking his head.
“Stark Industries is still under fire. They’re looking into the missing tech, but they’re trying to find other things to charge.”
“Whatever they’re hoping to find, they won’t find it.”
“I know. I also know you. You’re more worried about Peter and his aunt than you are about S.I. or yourself.”
You hummed, shrugging slightly.
“I’m worried about S.I too. But S.I can recover, whatever the hit is. So can I. So yes, I am more worried about Peter and May.”
“And the Stark name?”
You sighed, glancing at Matt.
“Has taken worse hits than this.”
Matt came to a stop, causing you to jerk back, your eyes wide as you looked up at him.
“Matt-”
“You’re worrying about everyone else. And I’m worried about you.”
Shaking your head, you huffed. Even after all this time, Matt was still the same caring person that he was when you’d first met.
“I’m fine.”
“Mel-”
You grabbed his hand, smiling softly.
“I promise Matty, I’m fine. And I know where to go if I’m ever not.”
He nodded, squeezing your hand.
“I’ll hold you to that.”
“I know you will. Now come on, you have news that’ll help my family.”

“I don’t believe any of the charges against you are gonna stick.”
Peter slightly made a face, looking over at Matt.
“Wait, seriously?”
“Oh my god Mr. Murdock, thank you.”
Matt smiled at May before he turned his head towards Happy.
“However, Mister Hogan?”
Happy looked over at Matt, slightly tilting his head to the side.
“Yes?”
“The feds are actively investigating the missing technology. I understand you’re loyal to Mr. Stark and his legacy, but if you were involved-”
“If I was involved?”
“I might secure a lawyer.”
Happy nodded mindlessly, huffing slightly.
“I need a lawyer because I’m un- I’m under inves- I thought, you said- there’s no charge. I could say under advisement of counsel, I refuse to answer the question respectfully because I, the answer could incriminate me.”
You huffed a slight laugh, shaking your head. May placed her hand on Happy’s arm when he started to panic, taking deep breaths with him. You reached across the table, placing your hand over Happy’s.
“Don’t worry, Happy. I’ve got your back.”
Happy grinned slightly as he chuckled, shaking his head.
“Last time you had my back we almost blew up the city block.”
Your eyes widened as Peter and May looked over at you, Matt chuckling as he shook his head.
“Sounds about right.”
“It- he makes it sound worse than it really is. It wasn’t a city block perse-”
You shook your head, huffing.
“I’ve got issues. Let’s just chalk it up to that, okay? Okay.”
Matt laughed as May continued to try and calm Happy down, shaking her head.
“Let’s hear what he has to say. Matt?”
“You’re gonna need a really good lawyer.”
You grinned behind your hand as you tapped your foot against Matt’s, causing him to slightly hit your foot back in return.
“Don’t worry, Happy. We’ll handle it.”
Happy nodded, taking deep breaths as May rubbed his back.
“Peter, you may have dodged your legal troubles, but things will get much worse. There is still the court of public opinion.”
A brick came flying through the window, your hands lighting with your power as Peter went to grab the brick, his eyes widening when he saw Matt holding the brick. Peter slowly took the brick out of his hands, placing it on the table.
“How did you just do that?”
Matt smirked, adjusting his hold on his cane.
“I’m a really good lawyer.”
You laughed, shaking your head as Matt shot you a grin, May looking over at the broken window, sighing.
“We’re gonna need a safer place to live.”
You nodded as you wiggled your fingers, the broken glass floating in the air towards the window before it set, the glass merging together, showing no signs of it ever being broken.
“You guys go pack. I’ll have someone set up one of the safe houses.”
Peter nodded as he stood, walking out of the room as May stood, looking down at Matt.
“Thank you again Matt, for everything.”
Matt nodded, smiling as he stood, shaking May’s hand.
“My pleasure May.”
May nodded, shooting you a smile as she walked out of the room after Peter, Happy watching her leave as you pulled out your phone. Happy’s eyes widened when he saw you typing on your phone, leaning forward and snatching your phone from your hands.
“Hey!”
“Don’t set the safe house up!”
“Happy.”
“Mel, please!”
You huffed, shaking your head.
“Give me one good reason as to why I shouldn’t.”
You slightly made a face as you tilted your head to the side, holding your hand out.
“And give me back my phone.”
Happy huffed as he handed you your phone back, Matt moving to stand behind your chair.
“Well?”
“There’s a safe house already set up.”
You slightly made a face at Happy as Matt leaned down to you, whispering.
“He’s lying.”
You smirked, nodding as you looked over at Happy.
“Mhmm, and which safe house is it and why is it already set up?”
Happy shrugged, looking down at the table.
“Because it is.”
You crossed your arms over your chest, slightly tilting your head to the side.
“Happy.”
“I live there.”
You huffed, shaking your head.
“And there it is. Happy-”
Happy shook his head as he jumped up, his chair falling behind him as he looked down at you.
“Before you say no, they’ll be safer with me anyway and you know it.”
You nodded slowly as you leaned forward, resting your arms on the table, lifting your hand, your powers swirling around your fingers.
“One would say they’d actually be safer with me. Seeing as I have you know, powers and all.”
Matt huffed a laugh, shaking his head.
“Come on Mel, you’re one of the smartest people in the world. Surely you can see why he wants them to stay with him.”
You looked over at Happy, shaking your head.
“Seriously Hap?”
Matt leaned back down, his head resting beside yours as he whispered.
“He’s in love, Mel. What’s the harm in letting him do this?”
You huffed slightly, shaking your head as you muttered.
“My peace of mind.”
Matt grinned, shaking his head as you looked over at Happy.
“Fine.”
Happy smiled, opening his mouth to say something when you lifted your finger, cutting him off.
“But, I had nothing to do with this.”
Happy nodded, grinning.
“Deal.”
You laughed, shaking your head as you stood, Matt helping you up.
“May’s gonna eat you alive.”
Happy shot you a look as he picked his chair up, mumbling to himself.
“Alright, Peter. You’ve got everything?”
We all turned, watching May and Peter walk into the living carrying a few bags.
“Yes.”
“And I have everything I need.”
May turned towards you, nodding as she looked over the apartment.
“I think we’re ready to go.”
“And the safe house is already ready for you.”
May made a face, tilting her head to the side as she looked over at you.
“Really? That was fast.”
You smirked, nodding as you crossed your arms over your chest.
“Yeah, it was already set up.”
Happy nodded, walking around the table.
“Yeah, so let’s go ahead and get going before it gets too dark. We have a drive ahead of us.”
May made a face, looking over at you.
“The safe house is out of the city?”
You huffed, nodding.
“Something like that.”
You gasped when Matt pinched your side, glaring at him.
“Ow.”
“Be nice.”
You turned back towards May, nodding.
“Happy will take you guys.”
“Happy?”
May turned towards you, her eyes wide as she shook her head.
“Mel, tell me you didn’t-” You held your hands up in front of you, shaking your head as Matt chuckled behind you.
“It wasn’t me. I had nothing to do with it.”
You grabbed Matt’s hand, leaking towards the door, calling over your shoulder.
“Call me when you guys are settled!”
“Mel!”
Matt laughed as you waved, shutting the door. You grabbed his arm, looping it with yours, the two of you walking down the hall to the elevator.
“Thank you, for doing this.”
Matt shrugged as you stopped at the elevator, pressing the button to call it.
“If you hadn’t asked, I still would’ve done it. May’s a friend.”
You nodded as the elevator doors opened, both of you walking in.
“I know, but still. Thank you.”
Matt nodded as he pressed the ground floor button, taking his glasses off as he looked over at you.
“You know I’m always here if you need anything.”
You smiled, moving to lean against him, your head on his shoulder.
“I know, thank you.”
Matt wrapped his arm around you, kissing the side of your temple.
“Always.”

You were back in the tower, looking over the files the lawyers for S.I had sent about the investigation, talking to Peter on speaker.
“You guys didn’t get in?”
Peter huffed, shaking his head as he grumbled.
“No.”
“Because of the whole spiderman thing?”
“Basically.”
You scoffed, shaking your head.
“They can’t do that.”
“But they are.”
“You guys deserve to go to MIT. Listen, let me call the dean-”
Peter rolled his eyes, running a hand down his face.
“No, YN.”
You sighed, shaking your head.
“Come on Peter, let me help. The Starks are on the board. Dad basically bought the school, and I own those shares now. Let me help.”
“Shouldn’t you be going?”
You made a face, tilting your head to the side.
“Why? I don’t have-”
“Your hearings today.”
You glanced at the clock on the corner of the computer screen, your eyes widening when you saw the time.
“Shit.”
You stood up, flipping the files closed, hazarly shoving them into your bag as you grabbed your phone, practically running towards the elevator Friday already had waiting for you.
“Listen Peter, we’re not done talking about this, okay.”
“Oh I know that.”
You walked out the elevator, Maria waving at you with a yell of good luck as you ran by her.
“I’ll call you when I’m done, okay?”
“Sure Mel.”
You sighed when he hung up, running out of the tower. Happy was leaning against the passenger door, tapping his foot against the pavement, looking down at his watch when he looked up, shaking his head at you, pointing a finger at you.
“You’re going to be late!”
You laughed, shaking your head as he opened the door for you, climbing into the car.
“I’m a Stark, Happy. We’re never late.”
Happy huffed as he closed the door, walking around the car. He got in the driver's seat, shooting you a look as he pulled out onto the road.
“You’re just like your father.”
You grinned as you pulled your glasses out of your bag, slipping them on as you looked out the window.
“You have no idea.”

“Miss Stark, are you aware of the charges you’re being faced with?”
You were leaning back in your chair, your phone in your lap under the desk as you texted Peter. Your lawyer hit your chair under the table, causing you to shoot them a glare before you glanced at the judge.
“You mean the bogus charges that have no ground?”
Witch: I’m serious Peter. Let. Me. Help.
“Yes, I’m aware of the charges.”
Spider: You’re in court. Shouldn’t you be paying attention?
Witch: They’re talking out of their asses. I have better things to worry about than this
“Then you’re aware that your being charged with conspiracy of murder and obstruction of justicve?”
You huffed, rolling your eyes.
“I’m aware.”
Spider: I’m not helping you be bad. Besides, I have a plan about MIT
Witch: Really? What is it?
Spider: Pay. Attention.
Witch: Pete
Spider: Pay attention and I’ll tell you later
You shook your head, grinning.
“And how do you plead?”
You rolled your eyes as you shut your phone off, setting it down on the table, looking over at the judge.
“I remember you.”
You tilted your head to the side, slightly shaking your head.
“Well, not so much as remember, as I’ve heard about you.”
“Miss Stark-”
“You hated my father, very publicly. Shouldn’t that make this a conflict of interest?”
The judge shot you a look, shaking his head.
“My feelings towards your father have nothing to do with the case.”
You tilted your head to the side, nodding slightly.
“Doesn’t it? I mean, you can’t exactly take your feelings for him out on him, on the account that he died to save the world, which, in turn brought you back, but you can take it out on me. Like you’ve already done by denying my appeal to sue for being drugged. Now, while I’m not denying the fact the Stark drones were used to kill Mysterio, I am denying what you believe to’ve happened.”
“You’ve just admitted to Stark drones killing Mysterio. That was an admittance of guilt.”
You sighed, rubbing at your temples as you laughed dryly, shaking your head.
“You’re an idiot.”
“Excuse me?”
You stood up, placing your hands on the table, slightly leaning forward.
“You. Are. An. Idiot. All of you! Stark drones killed the person responsible for the mass destruction of Europe.”
“That was the elementals.”
You rolled your eyes, huffing.
“No numbnuts, that was Mysterio. He used drones to create the illusion of the elementals. They were never real.”
“We have proof.”
You scoffed, shaking your head.
“Doctored proof. It comes down to this. Mysterio was the bad guy. He stole Stark technology and reconfigured it to follow his demands.”
“Miss Stark, we’re getting off topic. We’re here-”
“To charge me.”
You rolled your eyes, waving your hand around.
“Yes, yes, I know. Seeing as how Mysterio’s killer is still at large, I’d like to set the record straight.”
“YN Melione Stark, don’t you dare.”
You turned, looking back at Happy, shooting him a grin before you turned back towards the judge.
“I killed Mysterio. Afterall, it was Stark drones that killed him. He threatened my friends so I took him out.”
The courtroom erupted into chaos, everyone yelling as you walked towards Happy. His eyes were closed as he rubbed his temples, shaking his head.
“Don’t do it. Don’t. And what’d she do? She did it. I swear, it’s like Tony all over again. I always thought he’d be the one to give me a heart attack. Turns out I was wrong. It’ll be his daughter who kills me.”
You laughed, shaking your head, causing him to jump as he looked up at you.
“Come on Hap, it could be worse.”
“Worse than admitting to murder?”
You grinned, sitting down beside him, leaning your head on his shoulder, whispering.
“I could’ve actually done it.”
Happy sighed, shaking his head as he wrapped his arm around you, closing his eyes.
“One day, you’re gonna kill me.”
You grinned, slightly shaking your head.
“But not today, Hap. Not today.”

Peter turned down the street, his phone dinging repeatedly. He made a face as he pulled his phone out, his eyes widening as he clicked on one of the messages.
“We’re live from the courthouse where YN Stark, daughter of Tony Stark and current CEO of Stark Industries, as well as the current leader of the Avengers, has just admitted to killing Mysterio. After telling the court that the case should be dismissed due to a conflict of interest, YN later went on to say that the evidence the court has was doctored. She then went on to admit to being the killer. Here’s footage from inside.”
“Miss Stark, we’re getting off topic. We’re here-”
“To charge me.”
The camera zoomed in on YN rolling her eyes, waving her hand around.
“Yes, yes, I know. Seeing as how Mysterio’s killer is still at large, I’d like to set the record straight.”
The camera turned towards Happy, shaking his head.
“YN Melione Stark, don’t you dare.”
The camera switched back to YN, catching her shooting Happy a grin before she turned back towards the judge.
“I killed Mysterio. Afterall, it was Stark drones that killed him. He threatened my friends so I took him out.”
The courtroom became chaotic as YN walked towards Happy, sitting next to him when the video switched back to the reporter.
“Questions are being raised now that Miss Stark has confessed to being the murderer. Some are saying she’s only doing this to protect Peter Parker, otherwise known as Spiderman, who was the first suspect of killing Mysterio and is at the center of the entire case. It is unclear what will happen from here, but many are calling for Miss Stark’s arrest.”
Peter shook his head, his hand shaking.
“Oh no. No, no, no.”
He pocketed his phone, running down the street until he came to the place he was looking for, taking a few deep breaths as he walked up to the door.
“Okay, all you have to do is ask for help. Simple.”
