What's the best date you've ever been on?

Look in 6 yrs of rship there have been so many dates so I'm sure I'm forgetting sooo many of them but I'll try and give you a top 3 I can remember off the top of my head:

1. Full day at the sauna complex. What is not to love, prancing around in fluffy towels, swimming naked under little waterfalls and by god, the best fucking nap I've ever taken curled up against my gf's hip. I woke up atomically rearranged. Top that with a nice candlelit dinner and it's *mwah*. Oh, did I mention the happy ending?? That was a day of earthly pleasures if I ever saw one.

2. Picnic at the lake in late spring 2020, the sun was out, we were looking cute, then we ordered food in advance and had to race the delivery guy on our bikes to beat him home. We laughed so much 💘

3. Well...the first date. The date that started it all. A themed night at a lil underground pub, Queen tribute, I was coming down with a cold but pushed through to go meet her. Nursed my herbal tea the whole night while she sipped at a beer. We were hoarse from talking over the loud music. On my way back from the bathrooms I rested my hand on the small of her back for a few moments. My heart was going to leap out of my chest.

#most of our dates are either exhibitions or more often than not restaurants #god the food we had at that little french restaurant in Paris #i think it was called the little red balcony and it was right under our room #orgasmic food and impeccable vibes #im also a huge fan of going to the swimming pool as a date and then wrestling w my gf to see who can dunk the other under water first #im so sorry to flex so hard w my gf she is just the best

One day im going to fuss out the theological like. Assignments structure whatever of the emblems in the divine dragon church (i guess like sorts of guardian spirits or angels or some sort of equivalent that i dont have the vocab for) and also fuss out how at least the royals end up when folded into the faith as saints, part of a semi-desperate bid by alear to immortalize what he can of his friends

(it only partly works because in canonizing them they are forever part of the faith but they are aggrandized and sanctified and thus stripped of some of the human flaws and quirks that made alear so fall in love with them in the first place and so their memory is forever and forever it is tainted)

writing the portion in my fic where micheal and adam are freshly trapped in the cage and micheal is telling adam it’ll be fine god will free them blah blah blah, and they’re arguing,

basically micheal is like

“adam, god will save us”

and adam is like

“micheal, nah he’s not coming, where is he then?”

i think after a while of being in the cage micheal might start to let a little doubt of wether they’ll be saved creep in justttttt a little. adams doubt of god starts to seem the tiniest bit rational to him. and he’s like oh god what have i become..

but eventually when they are let out, TECHNICALLY the cage door was opened by god. therefore god did technically save them even if he did it out of spite and not actual care.

honestly, i think micheal would be ECSTATIC about this and flex on adam a little, enough to make adam like punch-him-in-the-arm-annoyed with him but not actually angry. anyway adams too happy being free to be angry that micheal’s rubbing the fact he was right in adams face.
