Immediately upon meeting Mandarin for the first time Avery instantly ascertains that he's Antauri's terrible toxic ex and tells the team as much. which is a surprise to everyone but especially Antauri as they never told the team they'd been together. When asked how he knew Avery simply answered "his rancid vibes" which clarified nothing and left Antauri more distressed than when the conversation started.

I'd like to think that at least one of them knows how to play! Though it would be funnier if none of them did and they were just goofing off lol. Nova has DEFINITELY hit Sparx in the face with a ball (definitely not on purpose when he was getting too uppity about winning). Antauri doesn't have a pool cue so he's either A. not playing or B. moving the balls with his mind but either way he's absolutely 100% cheating in some way. Also them standing on the pool table is hilarious to me and I know that's bc they're too short to look over the table so they have to stand on it but STILL

do you think any of them actually know how to play pool or do you think they're just fuckin around with no rules like kids usually do when someone's dad has a pool table in his mancave? Do you think nova has hit a holographic ball into Sparx or otto's face? Do you think antuari, sitting there spectating is moving the balls with his mind to make chiro win?
