it's monday and I am back! ✨ I was out visiting family last week but now I'm home again and ready to dive back into studying. I've had a good past few days and I'm really looking forward to autumn... this extreme heat is not my friend haha

did yoga after work

met my goal for drinking water!

No library today, felt kinda lazy to go out.

lil update—i finished my masters degree, got my dream fellowship, and have spent the summer doing rly interesting and impactful research!

however, i’m having the hardest time focusing. i’m not sure if it’s leftover burnout from grad school or what, but any tips for focusing would be so so appreciated!!
