Episode 1- “Why Am I Always the Sacrificial Lamb?- Lee

Season begins and its already a nervwrecking experience. The tribe im on were so spread around and diverse with us, Very worried bout the fact im the only one on the tribe that didnt submit a video so defintly have to be able to open to these people. Happy that im not the only Non US person on my tribe so maybe there be an incentive connection there. 

Damn right when things got announced I got bombarded with DM's from most of the people from my tribes. Some of the people I really connected with off the bat was gabe (he works at mcdonalds and that was what we have been talking about for so long), lanie.marie (because we both got pugs!) and Derek (already have talked about a variety of stuff!). Overall I feel like this a good first step in aquatinting myself with my fellow tribe mates that might last into the merge. Also, Nikola Jokic for MVP (basketball reference).

Okay omg omg, so it's night 1 and we just found out we have to vote someone out tomorrow. And that is WILD, there are only 6 of us, so there's literally NOWHERE to hide. I've been talking with my entire tribe, and honestly would like to work with all of them at this point. But I definitely want to keep Kyler, because he's a gamer, and he'll be a big help in the challenges once we get there with his hand-eye coordination he must have. I'm a little suspicious over this twist...vote out your weakest member? Very specific way of saying it. I don't think that whoever we vote for is going home, but I'm hella nervous they might come back with an advantage. It's hard to make this decision without having the full tea! Right now, I have a really good thing started with Lanie, but also Husk and Lindsay. If I can get the four of us to vote together and take out Gabe, if he returns to our team after the vote, I feel like he would be the least angry out of everyone. But we still have a whole day to figure things out and a lot can change. But I feel good about my position in the tribe as of right now. Hope that's not a death knell? 

WOW I do not know how to use discord and have no idea how long these confessionals should be. I do know who Henry is through the Se[redacted] community. Hopefully that will become a strong relationship. I also immediately felt connected to Joshie since we both don't understand discord. Tarun also messaged me, but it was a lot of boring small talk. Boring small talk is better than not messaging though I guess??? Because for the vote as of right now, I am going to vote for someone I didn't talk to and/or who the people messaging me want to go. 

So once the twist came out I kinda immediately decided the route I am going to take, I am basing my vote on who has discussed the least amount of game or just any discussion at all. I think by noon tomorrow I will have a good idea who that person is. Not my boy gabe though, we legit hopped on mc and played few rounds, I am keeping him around.

First day impressions! I was going to record but my dog is losing his mind and I'm tired so ur getting texto!!!! Twist is probably leading to a mini tribe swap - probably the person who gets voted is put on another tribe. Alternatively, they get an advantage, which is very not sexy. I love my entire tribe which makes this twist even more hard to deal with. Husk - great dude, we had a very good convo abt Phoenix Wright. My pfp for all of COW was Phoenix so it's a shame it's not still ASDJFKLSJDF but it was nice meeting a fellow fan. Had a fantastic convo and bonded a lot. It's day one but fuck it I'd f2 him. Derek - Fellow filmie so he has my respect but he gives me the vibes of someone who's gonna be dangerous down the line. I learned my lesson from blindly trusting the film people (forgive but never forget, Ian) but I still want to work w him, just maybe not all the way. Gabe- Cool dude. We just talked abt school and small talk but I vibe. Prospective math and econ major tho... scary The Burger King Guy - memelord. I love. Lanie - she's recording a song or something which is it's own brand of sick but it does unfortunately mean i haven't gotten to talk w her at all. she's a music educator tho so how bad can she be? she can't be bad. that's a trick question. No I DON'T know what i'm doing tomorrow thanks for asking.like listen i know this might seem like im playing it up bc it's public but i've been known to be bitchy in my confessionals before i just genuinely am getting immensely good vibes from all of these people so it suuuuucks tomorrow's problem! 

Right off the bat I'm SO wishing i could have made some connections the last night but I'm glad to be catching up! I just hope that people reach out to me before the vote lol I'm already in love with Lee just because he's Irish LOL but also the he loves kpop is the best! Mikey and Captain seem very chill and all around very sweet humans! Seb seems like him and I could talk for hours about nerd stuff lol so I'm happy we have that connection. Kai seems to be TOO good to be true. He's very charming and smart. He has so much charisma that I think he might be a threat later down the road... or even now.. he could be making connections as i type! I gotta go!

I had a call with Joshie today. I feel really drawn to him since he said he has never played an online game before. I hate getting screwed by preexisting relationships in games. He said that he went to college with Trace, so I am slightly concerned that he has other relationships from college playing. I’m might attempt to stalk the cast later to find out. Henry and Tarun also expressed wanting to work with me, but I feel like they told that to everyone. Magnus and I talked for the first time today and they seemed nice. I still haven’t heard from Jennet, but I want to talk to them since they are an artist and I want to scam painting tips from them. I’m hoping they message me soon so that I won’t feel forced to vote them...

Being the youngest person on this tribe and in the game, I feel like Im going to easily be considered the "weakest" (even though im good at comps and can beat any of these bitches at a typing comp period) but nonetheless Im gonna keep being the social butterfly that I am and hopefully make people feel like they can trust me lol. We'll have to see. I've connected the least with Lee, so I've been going around saying "people haven't really connected with Lee, would you be okay doing that?" and so far Me, Kai, and Seb are gonna go ahead and do him. Im sure captain will too once he gets online, praying he does tbh. I think Ricki would be okay with doing him, but even if she doesn't I think we have 4 people who will.

Update: the immense edgelord cis male vibes im getting from Ky means I no longer want to work with him. like at all. Why did Tarun add me to an “alliance” chat without even asking my permission first🙄 I would rather not be tied to an alliance this early. I was annoyed that Tarun did that and as a result I have already told Henry about the alliance. Me looking cute->🐀 I plan on voting out Tarun tonight now, and hope that sharing the knowledge of this “alliance” worked as a way to build more trust with Henry.

It is the first vote and it feels like sh*t has already hit the fan. Last night, Ricki was fairly inactive so she seemed like an easy first vote, but today she has been working her social game. She's extremely likable and has built relationships fast, which I have to admit is pretty intimidating. That being said, I don't fully understand her strategy She's already built close friendships with Lee and Mikey, but is struggling to connect with Seb. Even though Mikey, Seb, (potentially captain.. he's asleep lol), and I are all voting for Lee, she is hesitant about voting Lee and is trying to persuade me to vote Seb. I don't want that. Seb is a smart player and I want to keep working with him. She is even considering forcing a tie, but I don't think she has the numbers to do that. I feel like if Lee leaves and she was the only one who voted for Seb, she'll become a little alienated from the rest of the tribe. Who knows tho... She's so sweet and likable that I could see herself saving herself with her social game. In regards to the rest of my tribe, they're iconic. I love them all. Captain is a king. Mikey is hilarious. Seb is wonderful. Lee is charming. There isn't a dud. My long-term goal tho is to form an alliance with Seb and Mikey. I trust them and they seem like good players.

This is gonna get personal just cuz im getting sick and tired this happening in every org or game i play, im always first targeted and i never get a good reason why, i try to get along with people and even when im nice to people i still get targeted and still i dont get a reason why is it always me, why im i always the sacrificial lamb

Yup I overthought the shit out of this challenge. Just really didn't want Husk to get tribe swapped LMAO. Ah well here we are now. Let's just kick some ass so I don't have to worry abt it yo I don't wanna go to tribal 

Wow so I am in a much worse position than I was last confessional, and it's all because of KYLER! I teamed up with this dude early on since he was one of the only people on my tribe willing to talk game, but over the last day, I've realized he is NOT someone I want to work with. He is more erratic than Tony Vlachos on adderall deadass. He changes his mind constantly, and my relationship with Husk is basically gone because of him. The plan was for me to vote for Gabe while the rest of my alliance voted for Husk, that way if Husk returned with an advantage I could get information from them on what it was. But then Kyler switched up the plan and said he wanted to vote Gabe and then told Husk I voted for him? So he basically blew up the whole plan and my relationship with Husk for no reason. Luckily, teaming up with Lanie right off the bat was a good idea, since she told me that Husk is gunning for me, and is going to help me get in good graces with him again. This "alliance" with Kyler, Gabe, and Lanie is dead. My allegiance is to Lanie, and now Lindsay. We're going to get something going soon and Kyler is 10000% the target. I feel safe at the moment, since Husk wants him out as well, but after Kyler is gone, I might be in some trouble if we need to go to another tribal. Yikes. Let's hope I don't mess up the challenge today, Husk put me in the hardest position probably hoping I do. F Kyler, y'all.

Man a lot has happened since I last talked here, basically I formed a alliance composed of Derek, gabe and lanie. We were able to vote Husk as the weakest member, he then got to pick who did what challenged for the immunity and I have to say I don't think I did that well. Also, I am literally one or 2 guesses away from an immunity idol. Let us get this W.

Hunny......what is dis? The only reason we were going to keep Kyler in this game is because he's a gamer and would probably be a big help in the challenges, and his first challenge he FLOPS! He's messaging in the tribe chat, taking 2 minute long breaks? Boy, bye. I'm sorry, but if we lose this challenge, it's going to be because of him, hands down. And I have no question where the vote is going to go....

So week 1, I immediately click with Jennet and Sara. I LOVE JENNET so much they have such a amazing vibe and energy. And Sarah is someone that I think will want to play with other sharks as shields (which is me bitch). So I know I want to work with them right off the bat. I also got a wonderful energy from Magnus in call, so I know I want to work with those 4 people. Joshie and Tarun are gonna have a tough road if they think they're gonna get my vote because I don't see myself weighing them above the other 3. So here's the tea. Jennet, Sarah, and Tarun made a 3 person alliance to which Tarun made without asking Sarah. Sarah of course told me- which only made me want to vote for Tarun for this "weakest player" bullshit. Do I think Tarun is the weakest? No. Do I think getting the whole tribe to vote for Tarun will destroy that alliance from the inside out. Yes absolutely. So I worked hard to get the whole tribe to vote for Tarun and I did. Hopefully that's done enough damage to their alliance to the point where I am sitting in a really good spot. Eek!

So far everything is going as planned. I believe I currently have a decent relationship with everyone. I’m worried Jennet is bothered I didn’t talk to her before about voting Tarun, but I hope my relationships with Henry, Magnus, and Josh are strong enough to combat any fallout. Tarun and I talked and he still wants to work with me and understands why I voted the way I did. I believe the best thing moving forward is to stay #tribestrong and keep winning challenges. I know I put a lot of effort into the challenge and I hope the others noticed that and will want to keep me around because of it. I felt closely with Josh initially but he has been slightly inactive, so I currently feel closest with Henry and Magnus. 

YEAAAAAAH LETS GO IMMUNE BABYYYYYY bro i worked my ass off on that flag anyways i think ky is kind of rubbing everyone the wrong way at this point, so i think if we go to tribal at some point they'll be an easy vote off* also, fucking hell, husk messaged me saying that they figured out who the idol person was but that someone else already got it??? like homie it's been like 24 hours how the fuck-- *if they aren't the one with the idol

okay my day 1 conf was so nice and neat and this one just is not gonna be like that at all its 8 am and Im tired. So my tribe ended up losing immunity, but Im not too worried. The alliance I created is 3 of 6 people in the tribe, and considering we stuck together for the first vote I dont see any of us flipping anytime soon. I was honestly gonna vote Captain, just because he decided to throw a vote on me instead of voting out Lee (he made it 3-2-1) Im confused still because he said he didnt wanna force a tie and risk Seb going home, but it was already 3 votes on Lee? I think it was just a case of playing both sides. Nonetheless, he dmed a few of us asking to vote him out, and captain if ur seeing this ily king and i hope you are feeling better <3 anyways though, if we dont swap soon and end up losing again, the mafia alliance is going to dominate, and if Im being honest I kinda wanna lose again so I can vote out Lee. I just feel like despite us talking a medium amount, Im just not really able to connect with him. He does seem like a good ally though, just not someone I see myself being close with unfortunately.

Ok. This game is a lot. I wanted to leave, but I am gonna roll with it. Even if I wanted to leave, there is someone else asking to leave, so I'll just vote them out and be done with it. If I get blindsided, cool beans Mafia is chill. Love Mikey and Kai. Lee and Erika are so fucking sketch. Like they tried to go after me in the Day 2 vote out so like I can never trust them atm. Captain asked to leave, so I'm going to obey his wishes. If Captain is lying to us, it's a tie so cool beans. 

Everything that Kyler says I’m suspicious of at this point. He says the idol has been found but how do we know he’s not covering the fact he found it? I am just hella paranoid about him in general, so that’s something I’m going to just keep in the back of my head moving forward....

Okey, so I am gonna comment how these three days have been going for me. Lindsay told me that Ky and Derek were pushing my name as the weakest. We could flip the situation targetting Ky (which I wanted since the beggining but I did not want to put a big target in my back) with the support of Lanie and Gabe, but as we knew this was not going to be an elimination, so I risked myself and told Lanie and Gabe to vote me. As I thought, it was a good thing and that helped me getting the immunity idol. By the moment, I will keep it in secret, I told Lind about the selfish and the selfless urn but told her that I chose the selfless, so little by little I would be telling her the truth. Also, I dunno really know that if we lose Gabe and Lanie would be on my side, so I will try to win with my tribe all the possible challenges. Now I will talk about my relationship with each of my tribemates, ordered in a sense of trust: 1. Lindsay. When I play I always need an equal that can also be my ears and eyes, and I think Lindsay is the right, because she seems to trust me and also she looks like a loyal person. 2. Gabe. He is a 17 year old gay boy like me so I think that can make us stay together a couple more of rounds. I dunno trust him. 3. Lanie. She looks very intelligent. I do not trust her but if I want to survive in my tribe I need her as well as I need Gabe. 4. Derek. He seems a very strategic and intelligent person. I knew that if we were allies I would have had to evict him. But he chose to bring my name up so maybe I will have a perfect excuse to go against him. 5. Ky. IDK. He seems kind of a jerk to me. His humour is awkward and he has ignored me since the beggining, apart of trying to "evict" me. So Ky needs to go.

When our castaways arrived at their camps, they were asked to choose the weakest member of their tribe in a simple vote.

Sequoyah tribe chose Huskarl.

Taneycomo tribe chose Lee.

Niangua tribe chose Tarun.

Huskarl, Lee, and Tarun were then given a choice whether to choose an advantage in the upcoming immunity challenge or receive extra idol guesses. All three chose idol guesses.

At the first immunity challenge, Taneycomo lost and was tasked in voting out the first person from the game.

Captain was voted out 6-0 after self voting.

Day 39- Final Tribal Council!

Welcome to Final Tribal Council! Over the next two days, the jury, a group of people that you either directly or indirectly had a hand in voting out will now have to decide which of you, Kai or Lindsay, is worthy of winning this game.

Over the last two days, Kai and Lindsay have both been preparing their Opening Statements, their first opportunities to address their jury and begin to explain a little more about their games. I will post their Opening Statements below so the juries may use them as they start to think of what they will ask during their jury speech.

Once our jurors read/watch both of the Opening Statements, they will have 48 hours to either draft their responses/questions, or start to plan what they will ask LIVE during out FTC on Sunday, April 25th at 8PM EST!

You're all amazing human beings and fucking fantastic players, and it was amazing getting to meet and play with all of you!! And Lady Marmalade is now a permanent member of my spotify playlist. It's SUCH A BOP HELLO???? I'll keep it pretty short, 'cause no one likes a bitch who rambles about themselves for thirty hours at the start of FTC. Esp because like... I think usually you're only given two minutes to make a speech? Y'all might be staring at me like, how the fuck did this bitch make it to the end? Well, I'll tell ya how - stirring shit up and duck and covering when things inevitably blow up behind a flashier, more OTR player. It's perhaps not the most entertaining game from the sidelines, but it fuckin' works, and it worked here. And when everything explodes, then you can kinda sneak in and work with whoever you need to at the time. The big boom makes you flexible because you look like you're alone, and then you can kinda play the middle and vibe. Good shit mates good shit I'm saying "you" but i mean "me." i mean i did that. Like I said, I love all of you. Even the people I didn't get a chance to work with closely - you are fantastic humans and amazing friends. I hope to win, but no hard feelings if I don't - I'm here with another amazing player, after all - but I better play with y'all again at some point!! <3″

Day 35- Final Immunity Challenge/Rites of Passage!

Congratulations Sarah, Kai, and Lindsay on making it to the final 3 of Tumblr Survivor: Ozarks!

You may have been wondering all season long, is this a season with a final 3 or a final 2? Well I can officially announce that we will be having a FINAL 2!

That means that today/tomorrow you all will be partaking in a Final Immunity Challenge that will determine who will win their way to Final Tribal Council along with the power to choose one person who will sit next to them!

Now you’re probably wondering, what are we playing?! Well, we are going to be having a KAHOOT TRIVIA SHOWDOWN!

Attached to this link is the Wikipedia page for the Ozarks, where our beautiful season is being held. You will have 24 hours to try and memorize as much as you can from this page, as all of the trivia questions that are in the challenge will come directly from it. Then, live, we will be having our Kahoot Trivia Showdown in which one of you will win immunity and guarantee yourself a spot at FTC!

Also, before our tribal council on Wednesday night, please turn in your RITES OF PASSAGE to your host chats, a classic survivor tradition that we will be bringing back this season. Please write a short blurb for each of our 15 eliminated castaways, detailing what you missed about them, a funny moment, or anything else you feel important to say to the 15 players that had a hand in bringing us to this point!

Day 33- Individual Immunity Challenge!

Welcome Kai, Sarah, Lindsay, and Husk to our  final 4 immunity challenge.

Kai, I will take the immunity necklace back.

Today, we will be playing a simple challenge, but it is going to definitely test your ability to think sharp and move quickly!

We will be doing A CLASSIC JIGSAW PUZZLE!

This is going to work a little differently than you may be used to. In your host chats, when you are ready, you will let the hosts know. We will then send you the link to the puzzle, and you will begin. Once you have finished the puzzle, you must then screenshot it and upload it back to your host chat. The time between when the puzzle is sent to you and when you send int back completed will be your score for the challenge. The person with the shortest time will win immunity and guarantee themselves a spot in the final 3!

In a vote of 3-1-1, Henry and Lindsay found themselves in the middle of a tie vote. Henry played his idol on Sarah, saving her from the three votes she received. Kai also played an idol on Husk, though he did not receive any votes. Sarah also received a self vote.

In the revote, in a vote of 2-1, Henry was eliminated from the game.

Day 31- Individual Immunity Challenge Results

Alright everyone, I hope you have all been very busy planning how many arrows you will give out! Let’s take a look at how it all shook out:

Unfortunately Henry sent us in a submission that couldn’t be scored, so he was disqualified from the challenge. 

But, a BIG congratulations to Kai who’s guess was only 2 off! Kai has won immunity and guaranteed himself a spot in the final 4 of this game (CAN YOU BELIEVE?)!

Day 30- Individual Immunity Challenge

Welcome to the final 5! You have made it to our finale episode!

This is an amazing accomplishment, so we are excited to see which of you is able to win today’s challenge and guarantee themselves a spot in the final 4!

Today, we will be playing one of my favorite games, ARROW LAUNCHERS!

For today’s immunity challenge you will each be given 10 arrows.  

You may not keep any of these arrows for yourself, and must distribute each and every one of them to the other players in the game. You are going to distribute these arrows to your castmates by telling your hosts in your host chat. You may give all of them to 1 person, or distribute them randomly, anything goes as long as you give away all 10 of them.

Once you decide the way you’re distributing the arrows, you need to say how many shots you’d like to take. You will make this decision without knowing how many arrows you received from your fellow contestants. The goal of this challenge is to try and shoot the exact number of arrows you were given. You will make this guess by guessing how many arrows you received.

The person who fires an amount that is closest to the amount they receive will win immunity. If you shoot more arrows than you were given, you will be eliminated from the challenge. In the event of tie, we will have a tie breaker.

Please submit your arrow distribution and number of shots you wish to take to your host chat in 24 hours, at 8PM EST on April 15th! Best of luck!

In a vote of 4-2-1, Gabe, you have been eliminated.

At tribal council Gabe used an extra vote that he had found in the game. Huskarl received a self vote even though he was immune.

The final three of our challenge came down to Henry, Huskarl, and Kai!

Day 29- Individual Immunity Challenge #6!

Come on in guys!

Well, nobody decided to sit out in today’s challenge which means that you all must seem a bit too comfortable moving into the next round of the game! We will see how this plays out!

Today we will be playing MASTERMIND BRACKET!

You all have been placed in a bracket that will determine who you will be facing off against in the challenge. In the first round, you will be facing off against one person, and the final round will be a face-off between three people. The match ups are as follows:

Sarah v Huskarl

Kai v Lindsay

Henry v Gabe

The winners of each matchup will then move on to the final round where there will be a three way matchup!

Below are the 30 colors that could possibly be in your list. The first round will consist of 10 colors each, and the final round of 12!

You will go into your host chats and send a list of colors. I will then respond back with either a *, a !, or an X. If there is a * next to the color, that means it is the right color in the right spot. If there is a ! next to the color, that means that color is in your sequence but in the wrong spot. And if there is an X next to the color that means your color is not in the sequence at all. Once you finish your round I will tally how many guesses you have, and we will eliminate people in the challenge based on if you won your matchup. The last player standing wins immunity and a guaranteed spot in the final 5!

Now clearly this challenge has a bit of a funky deadline, but I ask that you all try to be as prompt as possible in attempting to complete your rounds. Ideally we will be done with this challenge by tonight at 8pm EST, but if it bleeds into tomorrow that is okay too.
