I came to him after trying to drink myself to death and now even when I feel that urge, feel whatever it is in me that wants to drink and drink and drink, I turn towards Him instead. It's still difficult, of course, but I grab hold of Him and don't let go and somehow, somehow, He keeps me from falling over the edge
