Why do people point out that you’ve lost weight as a compliment? I notice my friends weight change and I probably will never say anything, why? Cuz it’s possible they have an ED and I don’t want to encourage them with it. I’m sure it feels good and I know I want to hear it but it only pushes me further.

Anyway. Family member pointed it out. Pushing me back into the weight loss mindset even further.
