i bet there’s a bingo wall and  betting pool of what used to be theoretical situations that are slowly getting ticked off, having come from the past, fought an genocidal  AI, sentient ship and time+ interdimensional travel already has to be ruled off.

Hn they see the ship return from the DMA’s rift, stripped and practically hull-less and barely making it’s way as the crew are being pulled out the pattern buffer, they pull out the board and ask which ‘one’ happened.

And I'm once again reminded how much I misjudged admiral Vance when he was first introduced. I thought he was the classic Trek admiral getting in the way but now look at him: circumventing the President's orders and betting it all on Michael's chaotic ingenuity.
