hee hee. updating this again.

i graduated high school. i just finished my first semester of college. it went a lot better than i expected, and i got to move in and live on campus. my 9th grade self is so proud of us for actually making it there. i'm more comfortable with who i am now, and i think that's beautiful. that found family trope went to (mostly) shit. i'm working on a huge project! — which i cannot disclose here because it will reveal my identity. and i am batman. my identity cannot be revealed. shortly after posting the original post, i found home. both iterations of it, but that'll take much explaining to do — @galaxysgal

i don't think i'm gonna come back to tumblr full-time! i think it was a phase in my life that i appreciated and look back on fondly, but there's just not time in my schedule for it and i think it's something i've left in the past. might do a little rebranding for funsies, but that'll be about it.

as much as i've figured things out, i'm still very much perplexed by some problems. but i have no doubt, that in time, those problems will be solved. the solutions are there, i just need to have the strength to pursue them. some take time, others take sheer energy. we'll see how this lifetime plays out.

i’ve almost graduated high school. i went to freaking antarctica (& subsequently finished all 7 continents). i have a new formula 1 obsession. i actually completed the found family trope irl… yeah. i’m crying too.

no clue if i’m actually gonna continue using this blog. i want to, and i want to continue writing. but i don’t know if i’ll have the time or energy while being in college as a premed and having been pulled onto this project and whatnot.

just popped in to say i miss you all and i love you all a lot. we’ll see what happens next because i know just as much as you guys do - which is absolutely nothing.

it's kind of nuts how many people on here say they are critical of America, but retain these impossibly strong American puritanical values.

I've talked to even many liberals who were horrified by the idea of communal baths and freak out when I talk about going to Korean bath houses or a nudist hot springs in Colorado where gasp, children can see naked bodies of all genders. Like, you are the weirdos if you think grandma's tits are an issue, that's you problem my American friends.

Nudity is not inherently sexual and sexual things are not inherently bad. In fact, seeing a bunch of naked old people growing up probably helped me resist the ubiquitous problem of body issues as a teenage girl. If you see enough saggy ass you realize we're all headed to the same place and secondarily, if you watch them playing naked volleyball you are also no longer afraid to die.
