I think if Harrow saw a baby she would cry. I think she would be too scared to even touch the baby and would hate the way it cries but she would not hate babies. My poor wet rat of girl knows the value of life and probably thinks the fact that babies have more bones than adults is cool

the problem with reading and writing leading to a strong vocabulary is that you tend to know the vibe of words instead of their meanings.

if I used this word in a sentence, would it make sense? absolutely. if you asked me what it meant, could I tell you? absolutely not.

almost none of the reasons why i support abortion rights have anything to do with babies. really it’s more about the fact that I think the government shouldn’t be able to force you to lend all your organs to someone else and change irreparably in the process. is a fetus a person? I don’t care! If it is a person, I don’t want anyone to be forced to host one against their will! If it isn’t a person, guess what? Nobody should be forced to host one against their will! What’s a soul? What’s a person? When does life begin? IRRELEVANT! A world in which the government can force anyone to manufacture an entirely new human body at the cost of their own is not a world I want to live in!

#btw fwiw #this can be a very effective way to convince some people to support abortion rights #source: I was very pro-life as a teenager. this was the argument that made me go "huh I don't like abortion but maybe it should be protecte #the organ donation argument in particular #it certainly won't work for everyone or even necessarily most people but it worked for me

at dinner people were talking about how much they cried during their weddings and my one cousin said she was SO determined not to cry, made it through the entire ceremony, but then during the reception her husband leaned over and asked 'hey, do you want me to get together a plate of roast beef and hide it in our room so we can have Night Meats?' and she went 'night meats?' and started sobbing because that was so romantic to her
