And oh, to miss somebody you've lost contact with<<<<<<<<<<<
You know why social media sucks?
Because sometimes there are people you want to have in your life, you want them to be there, and deep inside you, you know there's a connection, a bond that you two share. And you want to keep them but suddenly, out of the blue, they disappear one day. You don't know where did they go or why don't they text you anymore, you don't know how to contact them, you don't know if its your fault or maybe something's happened to them. You don't know if you'll ever see them again. You don't know if you'll meet them someday in life or you'll keep yearning for them to complete their incomplete texts. You don't know if they would be on the other side of the world or they could pass by you on the street and you wouldn't know. And this, probably sucks the most, because amongst all this, you know you had a connection
Dedicated to my friend who loved Tulips, dear Aman, I don't know how to find you, but I will rejoice our conversations till we strike up again, and to say the least, I miss you
lahore pigeons are some of the most visually appealing birds out there. like in terms of visual design. very minimalist, good contrast.

Oh and to be obsessed with human intimacy is such a great deal
To be obsessed with the thoughts of telling that one person about your day in a pretentious manner with an over exaggerated sense of sarcasm that only you two share, and the thoughts of giggling over something that's funny to just you two, resonates so perfectly. To have somebody tell you that they missed you, that they missed how you made them feel and whether you can make out sometime to talk to them, feels so surreal. People saying they're proud of you, and that they know you tried your best when you really did and had moments of self doubt that they sensed and comforted, shows you actually matter to them. And oh, to have people vent to you in the moments they are the most vulnerable and barely trust anybody except you, just projects a deepening bond because they feel messed up and somehow ask you to lend a hand and help them out of the mess. And the little things that people say that make you feel like you're not a burden on this world and there are people who absolutely love you, for who you are, oh it all matters so much to somebody. Those simple moments when somebody tells you they love you, out of the blue, my heart probably belongs to them, because the words have this inaudible sincerity that I and everyone probably craves for, the sincerity of love and emotions, the sincerity of establishing security with words, and to weave a sense of trust
Maybe that's what intimacy of thoughts really interpret to be, feeling fulfilled, and maybe that's why most people are still feeling empty

On somedays, if you find me suddenly texting you I love you and describing your importance in my life, breathlessly and I look like I might cry as I hug you, please believe every word I say, because my feelings about you as a person, about everything you've been doing for me and the days you love me when I can't even love myself and feel like a burden on this world, and the times you make me feel like I'm worth something and you scold me for being toxic with myself; they all just overwhelm me a lot and realise I won't make it without you. And that's the truth and my real feelings just explode because I swear I love you so much as a person and who you are to me even if I fail to express it and act goofy around you, but you mean me my world

Oh and to be obsessed with human intimacy is such a great deal.
To be obsessed with the human touch, their kindness dripping from their fingertips, is so surreal. To have somebody clutching your shoulders as they keep their chin on your head and speak, is to be treated like a little child . To be in love with those little hands holding yours, that embrace enveloping the tiny you like a butterfly, and to feel somebody's chest rising with your rhythm and their eyes being closed because they feel safe around you, is so entirely human. And there's no greater form of trust in my dictionary than to have somebody sleeping in your lap and your fingers running through their hair as you bend in to connect your forehead with theirs because, because you finally belong somewhere, somewhere you can call home, somewhere, that is only your 'somewhere'. And every little contact seems like an inaudible music playing, just to you, because you feel so fulfilled.
And maybe that is the real interpretation of intimacy, feeling fulfilled, and maybe that is why most people are still feeling empty
