finally watched Centaurworld

(it kept being recommended by the algorithm and I consistently went "hmmmm hard pass tho" but a friend convinced me that I only needed to watch the first episode to determine whether to keep watching or not, so I Tried)

i thought I had mixed feelings about it and felt eh about the idea of ever rewatching and then have talked nonstop about it for several days regarding 1) ideas I'd like to reuse 2) things I wish had been addressed/made clearer and 3) recontextualizing and reinterpreting scenes that I likely didn't understand the full import of the first time around

so actually it was just

#this is a list of cliche autism safe foods????????? #burger is top hated because all ground meat is extremely autism-unsafe TM (True for Me) #chicken nuggets...when you mush reject bits of quote unquote meat together.....you have betrayed me you are just ground meat in disguise #pizza...is problematic...overrated...but tasty when you identify safe ones #mac and cheese...it better be fricken al dente...I am not here for watered down milk and butter mush...only my own mac and cheese is Safe #spaghetti...contains both the problem of pizza and burger and mac and cheese...but also...spaghetti is the most inferior noodle shape #i understand all noodles are 100% semolina but linguine tastes better...because of the oval shape...spaghetti tastes like blah and sufferin #scrambled eggs...well the eggs I make are delicious #cereal...it clearly depends on the TYPE of cereal...obviously good cereals are safe and Unsafe cereals are BAD #bagel and cream cheese...we used to have a store-brand cream cheese that had a superior texture...very stiff... #then they reformulated to match Philadelphia which is too melty and weird and it doesn't taste good so I haven't had bagels in forever... #oatmeal...there's too much oatmeal in the packets to eat...it's difficult...plus...Ramona ruined it for me...and 4th grade mealworm raising #they're autistic your honor

A piece from earlier this year that I hope will become the first in a series of fusion watercolors that I’d like to complete one day.  I want to make pieces that show the progression of each gem’s relationship with each other and how their fusion reflects the person they are together.

Thus, for this piece, I wanted to show how Pearl and Amethyst have grown to be more close and comfortable with each other, with Opal reflecting that peace that they experience when they are in perfect harmony.  Also I wanted to include the Sky Spire in the piece since it was where we first met Opal and as a location I’ve always thought it reflected Pearl and Amethyst well.  Where the earth (where Amethyst was made) meets the sky (Pearl is from space).
