I’m going to start posting what I eat everyday on here to keep myself accountable. Please note that my mom makes me eat dinner every night so I can’t change the dinner calories and always try to work them off.
Breakfast:
Monster Ultra~ 11 kcal
Lunch: Sparkling Water~ 10 kcal
Dinner:
Hash brown Casserole~ 460 kcal
Strawberries~ 145 kcal
Snack:
Nacho Cauliflower Crackers~ 110 kcal
Watermelon~ 46 kcal

At home workout~ -270 kcal

272 kcal :(
I shouldn’t have eaten the crackers and should’ve liquid fasted for longer :(

Sorry I’ve been gone. My mom took my family to a cabin and I had no service. I binged the whole time we were there 😣 Luckily I didn’t gain any weight, but of course I didn’t exactly lose any either. I got a bunch of low cal Ana foods at the store today though so I’m going to try and keep my net calories below 500 until 4th of July when I have a planned binge day.

The bad parts are starting to creep up on me. My hair is falling out in clumps, I have a constant headache and I’m hungry with no appetite. I’m always cold, and I can’t focus on anything but food. I just need to go lower, less intake and more output. All of this will be worth it.
