For some reason Tumblr won't let me upload the next chapters of I'm here. I tried almost daily for the past week, in different WiFi Networks and data.
I can post everything else and use it like normal, but for some reason the longer posts won't go through.

It's in German and I'm not sure there's an English translation:
Animant Crumbs Staubchronik
By far one of the best books I've read.
As a person who is dying for book recommendations: What is a book you picked up randomly that you heard nothing about previously that blew you away?
I feel like we all have at least one hidden gem we stumbled upon.
Please reblog with your books in the tags :)

Chapter 6
Three weeks had gone by since then and now I was sitting on the couch in Scarlett's New York Apartment. Our flight had arrived around 5pm and now it was 7pm and I was sitting on the couch, after I was told to sit and wait while she made dinner. "Baby. Dinners ready, if you want you can come into the kitchen." I turned my head and saw Scarlett standing in the kitchen, her back to me. Her hair was pulled up in a bun and she was wearing a big, white sweater. I got up and walked towards the kitchen. "You need help?" I asked, looking around, trying to find something to do. "No, it's all good. Go sit down and wait. I thought maybe we could go shopping tomorrow. To get some stuff for your room and for the school." Scarlett suggested and I nodded. "Okay, but you really don't need to pay for me. I've got everything I have." I quickly said, giving her a short smile.
"Lottie. Your shoes are like two numbers to small, you don't have anything for your new school and almost new clothes. We need to get you some stuff." She answered quickly and I just shrugged, but she just smiled and put the pot with noodles onto the table, before she set the table with two plates and cutlery.
"What do you want to drink? We've got water or apple juice." "Uhm water please." She nodded and poured water into my glass. "I hope you like it." She smiled and we started to eat. Even though it was a simple dish it was nice and better than anything I would've had at home right now. "I was thinking we could watch a movie after dinner." I nodded a little, but didn't give her a specific answer. So she just sighed but nodded. "If you'd like, we could watch one of your old movies. You know one of those you played in as a kid." She asked and gave me a big smile. "Sure. If you'd like." She laughed out loud. "Most actors don't want to see their old movies." "Well I've never seen them apart from the premiere."  She looked surprised. "Really? We gotta see them. Which movie was it again. The last Mimzy and The legend of Longwood. Right?"  I nodded and continued to eat. Scarlett was dine and waited for me to finish. But I was slowly getting full. "I'm done." I mumbled and she nodded but I could see that she wasn't satisfied and wanted me to eat more. "Alright. I'll clean up. You go sit down and see if you find the movies on Netflix or something. " "Kay." I got up and sat back down on the couch, turning the TV on and scrolling through the Pay TV options till I found The Last Mimzy.
"Look what I found." Scarlett took a seat next to me and put down two small bowls with sweets. "Let's start." I leaned back as I watched the movie. Every now and then I started to laugh at the memories of filming the movie coming back. "Thanks for watching this movie with me."
"Come on let's get you to bed." She gave me a little smile while turning the TV off. I nodded and followed her up the stairs. "This is your room. Tomorrow we'll pick up some stuff you like, but if you need something tonight. Just tell me okay?" I nodded and gave her a short smile. "Thanks."She nodded and gave me a short hug, before she left the room. I opened my bag and pulled out my Pj's. The lamp in the bathroom flickered when I turned it but it illuminated the small room. I slipped on my Pjs and brushed my teeth before turning the light off and curling up under the blanket. It didn't take long for me to fall asleep, since I was absolutely exhausted.
The next thing I knew was Scarlett gently shaking me awake. "Good morning." I looked up at her before lifting my arm and putting my hand over my eyes, in hopes to block out the light. "Morning." I mumbled back. "Get up Lottie. We have a lot to do today." I sighed but sat up and started getting ready for the day. Scarlett was already waiting in the kitchen, fully dressed, wearing makeup, completely awake and most importantly she had finished preparing breakfast. "After we finished breakfast we'll go shopping. You need new clothes and some stuff for school and if you want things for your room." I just nodded while drinking the hot chocolate she had put down in front of me. She handed me a bowl of oatmeal and fruits.
"I think we should go there first."  She said about forty minutes later in the middle of a shopping center. I followed her gaze to the H&M and just nodded, not caring as long as we'd be home soon. "Do you like this?" She held up a dark blue sweater and I nodded, thankfully she wasn't showing me a dress. "Yeah that's nice." She sighed, but nodded. "Why don't you take a look for  yourself and pick some stuff you like? When you come back I'd like to see five things that you'd like to wear, okay?" "Okay." I started to walk around the store and look at the clothes just to come back with three sweaters, two black with a white print and one dark blue, and a checkered shirt. She nodded and started to pull out stuff in exactly my style, almost every thing she showed me I liked.
"Okay now shoes and school things." The blonde said as she pulled me to the register and paid, making me feel bad. "I'll pay you back." I promised but she just shook her head. "You're officially my daughter, stop thinking about it." I nodded, but was still biting on my lip. "Now let's go there." I followed her into a stationary store, where apart from dozens of pencils I also had to choose notepads. "You'll need them once you go back to school." Because apparently I'd start a new school here in New York in a few days. A new school with new teachers and new students. I had tried to persuade Scarlett to teach me at home but she was against it. 'You need friends your age'. Was her argument and afterwards she ended the discussion.
By now we were back in the apartment, where I was laying on my bed trying to sleep. Tomorrow we'd decorate my room and since we had been out for most of the day Scarlett had sent me to bed early, but I couldn't sleep. Restless I turned from side to side, trying to relax, counting sheep, but nothing helped. After a whole while of restless moving I got up to get me something to drink. "Lottie why are you still awake?" Apparently Scarlett was also awake, since she was sitting at the table, looking through some files. "Can't sleep." I mumbled, pouring myself a glass of water. "Why not?" She had closed the files and gave me her whole attention. I started to drink my water to get a second to gather my thoughts, but in the end I just shrugged and put the glass into the sink. "Come I'll get you back to bed." She gently pulled me with my hand back into my room, where she got into bed next to me and started to stroke through my hair. "Close your eyes baby." She whispered and her fingers were lightly scratching over my scalp, my head was laying close to her chest, so I could hear her heart beat slow and calm. Lulling me to sleep. "Good night." I heard and felt her lips onto my forehead and fell asleep.
*Scarletts P.o.V.*
I watched the sleeping child in my arms. Her hair was open and framed her calm face. Her breath was calm and I felt her whole body relax. While watching her I remembered the file I had read just before. It was a recommendation from her social worker to take her to a psychologist, before the trial would start, because she had to give her statement and we were worried she wouldn't be able to give it, without breaking down. I already knew she'd hate it, but it would probably help her. Maybe she'd sleep better and feel less scared to do something wrong.

Chapter 5
Five weeks had gone by. Five weeks that I had spent in constant fear that my father would suddenly stand in front of me and kill me. In those five weeks I was never alone, there was always at least one of the cast members around me. Five weeks that I had gotten closer to the foster system.
Since everything had went by so fast I didn't have time to research in the beginning but by now I knew that as soon as we wrapped I would become a part of the foster system. My mother was dead, my father in prison, neither had siblings and I didn't have grandparents left. I was officially completely alone. So as soon as this was over I'd be placed in a care home or with a foster family, before I'd probably be adopted by someone who wanted me just for money.
"Lottie. Are you coming? Dinners ready." ChrisH was sitting next to me. I had been doing homework while he was keeping company, meaning he was watching me and every now and than he told me that something was wrong. Before he explaining what exactly was wrong and how to do it right. I nodded, before putting my chemistry into the backpack with the other books and followed him towards the buffet.
The small, black backpack was hanging over my right shoulder. The weight of the books was uncomfortable and heavy, which led to me walking slower and into relieving posture.
"Hey." I waved into the group and smiled at the others. Lizzie was already sitting at one of tables and was discussing something very vividly with some others and ChrisH was already walking over to join them.
Scarlett was getting up from her chair and walked over to me. I smiled at her and she smiled back. "Hey." She gave me a hug before taking my backpack from me and putting it down next to her chair. The chair next to her was still empty, clearly kept empty for me. So while she sat down I got myself some food. Noodles with cheese.
When I sat down next to Scarlett the grown ups were in a very intense discussion, that I did not want to disturb or join. So I just leaned forward and put my head in one of my hands. The fork in my other hand I picked at my food, without really eating any food. "You gotta eat something." Scarlett said next to me. I looked up at her and saw the worry in her eyes. I looked back at the plate. "Lottie. I'm sure. You gotta eat." I sighed and took a bite of the food and she nodded satisfied. "Thanks and now eat up." I rolled my eyes. Not tat I didn't like Scarlett but she wasn't my mother, so I don't know why she thought she could forve me to do something. She didn't have the right to parent me. Dammit I didn't even have any parent now.
The tears were starting to gather in the corners of my eyes. I had absolutely nothing anymore. Nobody. The fork I was lifting up stopped halfway on the way to my mouth and I tried to calm myself down.
"Charlotte. Eat now." Scarlety said. Her voice wasn't as calm and nice anymore, instead she sounded angry and annoyed. "You're not my mom." I croaked out, as I jumped up and the chair fell back. The whole room went silent. Everybody was staring at me and I could feel my cheeks heating up. "Lottie." Scarlett tried to calm me down, stretching her hands out to pull me back to the table. "No. Let me be. Don't touch me." The split second before I turned around I saw the hurt in her face, but then I was already running. Away from the buffet. Away from the cast. Away from Scarlett.
I slipped in my trailor and locked the new door, before sinking down at the wall sobbing. One of my hands moved into my hair. For a shirt moment I remembered that I  should not pull at my hair, because it would hurt me. I closed my eyes, but the tears were still running down my cheeks. "Lottie. Open the door. I want to talk to you." Scarlett. She had followed me. "Go away." I brought out between two sobs. "I'm not going away. Open up." I shook my head and pulled at my hair, just ignoring the short stinging pain I felt. "Lottie Open the door." She sounded desperate, but I still couldn't open the door for her. "Charlotte please?" I hesitated, but slowly moved towards the door and unlocked it, before leaning back against the opposing the wall.
"Oh baby." Her soft voice filled the room and seconds later I was wrapped up in her arms and she was rocking us back and forth. "Please take the hands out of your hair. Your hurting yourself." She mumbled and gently pulled the hands out of the mess that was my hair. She put my hands into her already and held them there so I couldn't put them back again. As she also whispered soft nothings into my hair. "It's okay baby. I'm here and I won't leave." I nuzzled my head into her neck but continued to cry.
Between the soft spoken words, the rocking back and forth and the familiar smell of her perfume I starred to calm down. The tears started to dry up, until I completely calmed down and I was just laying there cuddled into Scarlett.
"I think we need to talk." She said and I turned a little so she could look into my face but shook my head. There wasn't really anything to talk about. I had acted irrational and emotional. "Yes baby we have to talk. Why did you get so angry?" I shrugged and looked at my lap. "Lottie." She mumbled and stroked my shoulder. "I don't know. It's just so much and everything happend so fast and in two weeks I'll go into foster care." I rambled and started shaking, I was still trying to calm myself down, but it just couldn't. "Charlotte. Everything will be alright." "No nothing will be alright. I will go into foster care and some people will adopt me without even wanting me. They'll just want me to make money with me and I'll never have a real family." All the thoughts, that had been on my head for weeks now, were bubbling over now.
Scarlett was smiling sadly and pulled me closer to her chest. "You've been thinking about this for awhile. Hmm?" I nodded and nizzled my head back into her neck. "Well I have to admit something. I had the same thoughts." She took a deep breath, before she continued. "And that's why I started the adoption process four weeks ago. Hopefully everything goes well, cause then you'd be able to come home with me at the end of the next week." My eyes went wide and I stopped moving all together. "What?" "I want to adopt you." The tears were streaming dkwn my cheeks again and I gasped for air. "Thank you. Thank you so much." I wrapped my arms around her and hid my face in her neck as I whispered those word into her over and over.
The blonde just smiled and wrapped her arms around me holding me even closer and for the first time in forver I felt safe and home

Chapter 4
The tea helped a little, at least I wasn't trembling as bad anymore. The police had arrived around twenty minutes ago, but I still hadn't managed to say a word.
"Lottie you have to talk to the police. We can't help you otherwise." Scarlett tried to get me to talk but I just shook my head. I'm not stupid. If I talk about my father, then someday he would find me and get revenge. And in the end it was just my fault, I had killed my mother. If I hadn't done so, he wouldn't have to punish me.
"Miss Johansson." One of the officers talked to Scarlett. She looked up and sighed. "One second. Lottie, baby. I'll be right back. Lizzie will stay with you okay?" I nodded a little, my cold fingers, wrapping around my tea cup. There was warm steam and the smell of chamomile coming from the mug. Somebody had placed a blanket around me and by now I had wrapped it around me. I saw Scarlett talking to Lizzie, who nodded and then walked over to me. I watched in silence as the brunette sat down, giving me a sad smile, one I couldn't return. All the energy left in my body was spent on not going crazy. "Hey Lottie." She said quietly, but I didn't look up. I couldn't look her or anyone of my 'friends' in the eyes. The worry and pity in their eyes, because they didn't know the whole truth. If they did, they would let my father go and understand that he hadn't done anything wrong. I took another sip of the tea and felt the warmth of the drink warming me up from the inside.
"Lottie." I heard the voice of a man, probably Robert. "Can you look at me, darling?" I shook my head, but a big hand gently pushed me to look up, forcing me to look up. "I know that your father was drunk and I'm very sure that this wasn't the first time." I looked him in the eyes before looking back down. "I don't know if he hurt you before today, but I'm sure that he has been drinking for a while. And I also know that addicts don't know what they are talking about. So no matter what he told you, no matter what it was, just forget it." I looked back up. For the first time into his brown eyes. "How?" I asked him very quietly. He looked surprised that he broke the spell and I finally said something. His eyes widened a little and he gave me a small smile. "When I was younger, I used to do drugs and drink, but I got help and got better. And now I know that I hurt a lot of people, but once you're in this bad mindset you don't care about others and their feelings, all that matters is the drug." He let out a breath and breathed heavily. You could see that it had cost him a lot of energy. I nodded a little trying to sort through everything he said.
After everything he said I should forget everything, but my father was right wasn't he? He was just punishing his wife's killer. In my head there was one giant chaos and I had absolutely no idea what to think anymore. Scarlett was walking back over. She gave me a smile but she also seemed concerned. "Hey Lottie. I talked to the police. For the time of the shooting you'll stay in my care here, we'll have to see what happens afterwards." I nodded. Robert had gotten up and Scarlett had taken his place. She gently took the mug out of my hand and put it on the table next to me. She gently cupped my face and pushed me to look up at her. "Baby you have to talk to us. I promise you'll never have to see him again, but for this you'll have to talk to us." Her voice was soft and loving and in this moment I wished nothing more then to curl up into her arms and cry, but I couldn't do this. Not now. Not here. Not after everything that happend here. "Lottie please." She was begging now. And in her eyes I could see the worry. "I'm fine." I somehow croaked out. What happened to her pull me into her chest and letting out a sigh. "You're not okay. You're hurt." She replied, but I just shrugged.
"I deserve this." I heard a strangled sob. Definitely not mine. Scarlett was crying. Tears were screaming down her face and she was sobbing. She pulled me closer to her chest and kissed me on my hair.
"No you don't. Nobody does and if this has to do anything with your mother. It wasn't your fault." She somehow brought out, when she calmed down a little. I shrugged, but this time she didn't let me off this easy. "Say it. Say, you know that you know that her death was an accident." I shook my head. "Father said something different." I mumbled and she looked mad. Her whole demeanor changed. From soft and loving to mad, angry and filled with murderous Fury. "Lottie. He lied. He can't accept that your mother died and now blames you. But it's not your fault." Now the tears were streaming down my face as well and the trembling I had just shaken off, was coming back. Scarlett brushed her hand over my hair, before she got up and held her hand out to me. "Come on, baby. You gotta talk to the police. They'll ask you some questions and you'll have to answer them completely honestly." She took my hand and pulled me in a standing position, before she gently pulled me towards the two cops.
"Sit down love." She was starting to walk away, but my hand gripped onto her wrist. "Don't leave me, please." She looked to the cops who nodded and then she took a seat next to me.
"Okay let's start with the basics. What's your full name?"
"Charlotte Louise Young."
"Birthday?"
"09.05.2002"
"Parents?"
"Mary Young and Charlie Young."
"Okay." The officer nodded and wrote the answers again.
"Now to the difficult topics. When did your father hurt you for the first time?"
"The day after my mom died." "What did he do?" He asked and I tried to  resist the urge to roll my eyes. "In the beginning he just yelled and then he slapped me. Afterwards it was like a dam broke and he didn't hold back. But it's okay I deserve it. I killed my mom." Noe both officers were looking at me. Her eyes were wide and both seemed shocked, while Scarlett just sighed. "Her mother died in a car crash, picking her up from school. I think her dead made her believe she killed her mother ever since." The officers nodded and leaned back a little. "One more question. According to what Misyer Evans and Miss Johansson told us your father was taking of your clothes, as they opened the door. Did your father ever sexually assault you?" I shrugged and looked down. I hadn't been prepared for this question. "Lottie." Scarlety next to me started to stroke my arm and try to calm me down. "It uhm wasn't his fault. I look like her and he was drunk and I and…" I broke down in tears. I was done. I had no more energy left. No nothing mattered anymore and I just wanted to sleep and never wake up again.
"Baby. Let's go. You can sleep in my trailor." Scarlett said and helped me up, but ChrisH who was close around was faster and picked me up and carried me to Scarletts trailor, where she convinced me to go to sleep.
"Go to sleep love. I'm here. Nobody is going to hurt you. You're safe." I heard the blonde say, as I cuddled closer to her and her hand carefully combed through my hair.

Hi new Tumblr users
Please know this sites hashtagging system is categorical and NOT clout based
Aka if I look up the “Wendell and Wild” tag, I should find clips, media, art and posts related to Wendell and wild ONLY. Same with any other random tag searched
If I spy a selfie, a random neighborhood, or any other kind of “insta” post trying to take likes for a popular hashtag, I’m reporting you for spam. Most other long term users will too and your acct will be fast tracked as a spam blogger and blocked.
You will not ruin the last non corporate site for us, especially by trying to treat this site like influencers matter. If you get popular, it’s bc you’re a clown w a skill not bc your hot or rich or skinny, got it?

Chapter 3
It had been two days since my breakdown in front of Scarlett and ChrisE and apart from the fact that Scarlett wouldn't let me out of her sight, not much changed. ChrisE treated me almost exactly the same as before. But Scarlett got up with me in the mornings to make sure I ate breakfast. She made sure I did my schoolwork, went to bed early enough and so on.
While doing all this she constantly reminded me that my mother's death wasn't my fault and that I should not feel guilty about it.
I mean I was grateful she tried, but in all honesty I've known for a long time that my mother's death was my fault. She was just feeling sorry for me. "Lottie. Love. It's me Scarlett. Are you ready for today?" The happy voice of the blonde, followed by a knock made me look up. I opened the door and gave her a small smile.
"Good morning Baby. Did you sleep alright? You seem tired." I gave her a little nod.
"Alrighy let's go get breakfast." I nodded again and followed her towards the Common Room. She guided me towards the table and told me to sit down, while she made breakfast. "I can help." I tried but she shook her head and started to make scrambled eggs.
Ten minutes later she put a plate down in front of me and another one for her. "You do realize that we could get at the buffet, right?" I asked, while pouring us both something to drink. "Yeah I know but most of the food there isn't very nutritious and you don't eat enough, so I want to make sure that what you eat is healthy." "I'm so.." "No, please don't apologize, there's no need and now please eat." "Kay." The eggs were really good, but way too much for me. "I'm sorry I'm full." She sighed but gave me a small nod. "Okay." And after she finished her breakfast we cleaned up together.
"Come on love, you have to go to hair and makeup." While the hair and makeup artist worked on me, Scarlett tried to make Smalltalk with me. Meaning she tried and gave her short and unspecific answers.
I followed her to the set were started filming.
"Come Baby, it's time for lunch." Lizzie pulled me with her to the buffet. The rest of the cast  was already there, eating and talking. Apparently Jeremy had something funny cause ChrisH started laughing really loud. He waved over while shipping some tears away as Lizzie and I walked closer. "Hey." Most of them looked at us and smiled or greeted each other. Scarlett, who I hadn't seen since the morning, got up and walked over. She pulled me in a quick hug. "Hey love." She pressed a quick kiss on my hair, while I gave her a smile and leaned into her.
"What do you want to eat?" She asked and I looked over the food before deciding on taking two small pieces of pizza. "That's not very much." I heard Scarlett say next to me, but I just shrugged and followed her back to one of the tables. Liz, Aaron and Robert were already sitting there, eating and talking. So while the grown ups were lost in their conversations, I tried to eat the food. But after finishing the first I was full, my stomach started hurting. I really wasn't used to eating so much in so little time. First the eggs, now the pizza.
"By the way. Lottie. There was a man that wanted to talk to you." Aaron said, making me look up at him.
"A man?" I asked and I could feel my stomach twisting. I didn't really know a lot of people, especially nobody that would just turn up here. Nobody but my father.
"Yes. End of the forties. Dark hair." He continued, while eating. The dark twisted feeling in my stomach just grew. Of course he would turn up today. I sighed. Today was the five year anniversary of my mother's death and up until now he turned up every year on this day to visit me.
"Oh uhm, probably just my dad." I mumbled and got up, I probably should get over with it quickly. "Everything okay?" I nodded and walked towards the trailors. He probably would wait in my trailor, where we had some privacy. I reached my trailor way too quickly and knocked before I opened the door.
"Charlotte." My father. He was sitting on a chair next to the small table and looked at me. "Father." I answered, just I closed the door behind me.
Now that we were in a closed room, with almost no ventilation I could smell him. The fast food. Alcohol and sweat. Especially the alcohol.
As I stepped closer I noticed the Vodka bottle on the table. Almost empty. He grabbed my arm and pulled me with him. He was way too fast and made me stumble, but he just pulled me with another jerk, making me hit my head on one of the cabinets. I cried out in pain. Raising my hand to figure out whether I was bleeding or not. "Stop crying or I'll give you a real reason." He pushed me against the door towards the small bedroom.
"It's your fault. If you wouldn't be so incredibly ungrateful and would just listen to your parents for once, my wife would still be alive." A stinging pain on my left cheek told me that he had slapped, and before I knew it I flinched again. This time the pain was in my stomach region. He had punched me in my stomach and I leaned forward to handle the pain, but he lifted me up by my shoulders.
"You deserve it. You're a murderer you killed her." His voice was getting louder and he punched me again and again. "Please stop." I begged him. "I'm so sorry. Please." The hot, salty tears were running down my face. I was looking directly into his black eyes, while he was laughing directly into my face and just continued to punch me in my stomach. "It's your fault." His breath was smelling just like alcohol and now his face came even closer, but I could see him tearing up and some tears started rolling down."And you look just like her." He cried out. Just like every year. First he was drunk, angry and sad and in the end he was just sad. But through all of his emotions he carried aggression and when he was aggressive he hurt me. I just closed my eyes and waited. Two more punches into my stomach. A furious scream that it was my fault and I was to blame.
Then his hands started to push my shirt up. "No..no.. please don't." Only one time he had touched me. One year ago, he had been in the same mood as today, sad and angry. He had mumbled something about my mother before he had pushed me down on my bed.
His long, ice cold fingers brought me back to reality and I could feel him push my sweater back up and throw it to the side.
"You look just like her." His face got closer to mine and it was almost on mine, when somebody knocked on the door.
"Lottie? Are you okay? We heard someone scream." I heard Scarlett's Voice. I closed my eyes, now everything would get worse. Now my new friends would find out what I really deserved. My father pressed his hand on my mouth. "Lottie?" I heard her voice again. The tears were still screaming down my face. "Charlotte? Please open the door." She sounded urgent and worried. "Tell her that everything is alright." My dad told me, before he took his hand away from my mouth. "Everything is alright Scarlett." I mumbled, but my voice was shaking and I know she picked up on it and that I hadn't been able to calm her down. "Charlotte. Open the door or I'll get one of the boys to open it." I couldn't react since my father had silenced me again. My whole body was trembling and apparently she really went to get someone, since only seconds later someone started to pull on the door. "Lottie. I'm coming inside." ChrisE was standing in front of my door. I heard somebody throwing themselves against the door and it started to crack. My father was completely frozen. He didn't move. The fear and anger were written in his face. The door cracked and small splints flew around as the door broke out of its angles. ChrisE stumbled inside, Scarlett right behind him. Both of them looked at me and my dad.
It took them a few seconds in complete shock before they sprung into action, Chris pulled my father away from me, which led to me falling onto the ground.  "Lottie. Baby. Everything will be alright." Scarlett kneeled down next to me. She gently helped me to put the sweater back on, which I was grateful for, since by now everybody had realized that something was really off and came running.
"It's her fault. She deserves this." My father continued yelling outside. Scarlett just pulled me into her arms and cradled me in her arms. Her hands gently started to brush through my hair. "What happened?" I heard Lizzies voice, but nobody answered her. I just closed my eyes and tried to delete everything that just happened. "It's okay baby. I'm here. You're safe, I promise." Scarlett whispered into my hair.
"Lottie. Everything is gonna be alright. I called the police. Your father will never hurt you again." ChrisH had kneeled down in front of us and I gave him a small nod. "Come let's get some tea." Scarlett mumbled as she helped me up.

Y/N Your name

A/B/N A book name
Y/F/F Your favorite Food
Age 13
"Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday dear Y/N. Happy birthday to you." You heard someone sing. As you opened your eyes you saw your mom and Maria, who had moved in with you and your mom three years ago.
"Thank you." You mumbled as you sat up and your mom immediately pulled you into her arms. "My baby is officially a teenager." You smiled at her and hugged her back, before you let her go to hug Maria. "So kiddo you gotta get ready for school." Mom said and I sighed but got up and went to the bathroom to get ready.
You finished putting on clothes, putting your hair into two braids and doing light makeup. Since your mom wasn't okay with you wearing a full face of makeup, if it was up to her you wouldn't wear any makeup at all, but she knew how important it was for a growing girl to experiment with makeup.
Walking to the kitchen you could smell your favorite breakfast food, which your mom very rarely made since it took so long.
"Hey sweetie. We made your favorite." You smiled at the two of them and sat down to start eating breakfast with them. "So kiddo. Since all of us have to work or you know go to school, we'll have to leave soon. But one of us is gonna pick you up and we'll celebrate together this afternoon." You nodded, taking a bite out of your food.
"Okay can you drop me off or do I take the bus?" "I'll drop you off on my way to S.H.I.E.L.D." Maria said as she finished drinking her coffee. "Okay. I'll be quick so we can leave soon." "Don't worry we've got some time. Eat your breakfast in peace." You smiled as your mom stood behind you, running her hand over your neatly braided hair. "You look beautiful baby." "Thanks mom."
Just like she had done that night when she had shown you the adoption papers eight years ago she ran her hand over your hair and kissed your forehead, still holding the same adoration she felt the first time she had seen you.
Fifteen minutes later you got into Maria's car. The brown haired woman gave you a smile as she started the engine. "Are you excited for today? I know we won't have a party today but it's still your thirteenth birthday." You smiled at the woman and gave her a nod. "Being thirteen is gonna be awesome. Mom said that we can move on to more aggressive fighting styles and not only self-defense styles. And Tony promised to teach me how to code. And you promised I can get an Internship at S.H.I.E.L.D. that offer still stands, right?" You looked up at her and she nodded, the smile on her face being a clear sign of great adoration she held for you. Just like your mom. "Of course. We're gonna teach everything you need to know and learn and hopefully, if that's what you want, you'll be perfectly taught to become one of the best S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents." She smiled at you. "Plus if your mom and I teach you we at least know that you know everything you need to know."
You smiled back at her and nodded, the car was slowing down as she rolled onto the street of your school. Your school was basically just around the corner, but most of the time Maria drove you to school. It was something that she took great pride in. Both of the grown ups absolutely adored you and for Maria taking you and from school was something that really made her feel like she was your mom. "Okay, kiddo. We are here." You leaned your head back. As much as you like your friends, you really would have liked to stay home with your family. Maria smiled and gently pulled you into her arms. "Have a good day at school and remember your mom and I love you very much." You hugged her back and pressed a kiss to her cheek. "Love you Ria. See you at 5pm." Today was Wednesday, which meant soccer Practice for the school soccer team. You slipped out of the car and ran into the building. Most of the day passed by pretty quickly Y/B/F had given you a bracelet in Y/F/C while she had the same in her favorite color. Your other friends had just wished you a happy birthday, but that was okay with you, since they'd come over for a  birthday party on the weekend. After soccer practice you quickly changed out of your cleats and sweaty shirt into a sweatshirt and normal shoes, before grabbing all your stuff and running to the parking lot. Like everytime Maria's car was already there waiting for you. You knocked on her window and she smiled as you slipped into her car. "Hey, sweetie. Did you have a good day?" You nodded as you put your seatbelt on. "Hey Ria, I had a great day. Look, Y/B/F got me this friendship bracelet." You held your wrist with the bracelet towards her so she could inspect it. "That's such a pretty bracelet." Maria said after inspecting it.
"Mhm and she has the same one. Just in her favorite color." You played with one of the pearls on your bracelet, while Maria turned onto your street. "Did you have a good day Ria?" She nodded. "I did. I had to do a lot of paperwork but now that's all done I just have to wait for it to be approved." You nodded and as you looked down at your bracelet, playing with the pearls, you didn't notice the nervous glance she sent your direction.
"That's good, I know you and mom don't like paperwork." She smiled and nodded. "That's true. Your mom is way too impatient to do paperwork all the time. But she did actually help me with this one. I wouldn't have been able to finish otherwise." You nodded a little, fully knowing that your mom would work double as hard if it meant that all your people would be home when you came back, especially on your birthday. The car was rolling towards your house only three more houses and then Maria would pull into the Driveway. You were tired after soccer training just like always, so Maria wasn't hurt by the lack of talking. She just pulled up to the house and grabbed your backpack for you. "Come on sweetie. Let's go see what your mom has planned for the rest of the day."
As soon as the brunette opened the front door you could hear your mom running towards the two of you. "Where is my birthday girl?" You smiled at her excitement and buried your face into her neck, as she engulfed you in a hug. "Hey mom." She smiled and kissed your head, while still holding you close. This was one of the things you loved about your mom, even though she didn't like to be comforted by physical affection, she loved giving you all the affection she had. "Hey kiddo. How about you go shower, while Ria and I get everything ready?" She asked and you nodded agreeing with her. You had told Maria multiple times that she didn't have to pick you up after training, because you knew that you were sweaty and stinky, but she said it didn't bother her.
So while you were showering the two grown ups finished up dinner and set out some of the presents they got you. Your mom had also taken the time to decorate the living room a little bit. Just some balloons and a small birthday cake. After you got changed you walked downstairs the smell of Y/F/F hitting your nose. Immediately you got excited, your mom almost never made this food, at least from scratch, because it always took her so long and she didn't have the time. But now as you entered the kitchen she was putting the finishing touches on the meal.
"That smells great." You told her as you stepped closer. "I hope it tastes great too." She smiled as she turned to face you, before adding. "It needs like 40 more minutes to cook, so if you want we can open presents now." Of course you nodded. You hadn't opened any gifts this morning and you were really hoping for some new films for your analog camera. Maria was already in the living room, where they had set the gifts up on a table. This time you noticed the quick glance between the two grown ups, but before you could question it your mom handed you a wrapped gift.
You unwrapped it and it was A/B/N. All your friends had read it and you were just saving up to get your own copy. "That's the book I was telling you about the other day. The one that everyone is reading and it is supposed to be really good. Y/B/F read it and she loved it. She said it's the best book she has read in a while." You rambled excitedly to Maria, who had asked you what you had gotten. Of course the woman already knew what was in the package, in the end she had been the one to drive to the bookstore after dropping you off at school, after you told her about the book and how much you wanted to read it. She smiled lovingly as she saw your eyes sparkle with excitement and happiness. "Thank you so much." You said as you put the package down to pick up the second one. Inside were the film rolls for your analog camera.
So while your moms cleaned up the small table, putting the ripped wrapping paper away and laying a folder down. You went upstairs to put the film in the camera. When you came back down you didn't even notice the folder, holding your camera up. "Look I put the film roll inside my camera. I can take pictures again." You looked at the two women before you noticed the folder on the small table. "What's that?"
Looking up at the two women you see them exchange a quick glance, but then Maria starts talking.
"Sweetie you know how much I love you and your mom right?" You nod and Maria continues. "You know I'd do anything for the two of you. You two are my family." You nod again not really understanding where she was going with this, but she took a deep breath and a small break. "Of course I know that Ria, you are our family too, right mom?" Natasha nods, giving Maria's hand a squeeze.
Your words had given Maria a little comfort and she continued. "I'm glad to hear that. I was wondering if you'd be okay with me adopting you as well." For a few seconds it was silent and you could see Maria questioning herself. 'I'm sorry that probably is a stupid idea." "No." You finally got out. "It's not a stupid idea. I'd love for you to adopt me." The brunette let out a sigh of relief before she was tackled in a hug. "I'd love for you to be my mama." You mumbled as you cuddled closer to her, your arms wrapped around her neck. She smiles at Natasha as she pulled you closer and pressed a kiss on your head.
The redhead moved closer to the two of you and leaned against Maria, wrapping her arms around the two of you. She smiled at her girlfriend, who wrapped one of her arms around her and pulled her close.
You felt the soft hands of your mom scratching your scalp, as you completely relaxed in your mama's arms. "We should take a picture together." You suddenly mumbled. "So we can document this moment." Your moms smiled at that. Both of them had been so nervous to ask you if you'd be okay with Maria legally becoming your mom too, but it seemed like for you it wasn't as big of a decision.
Natasha looked at you and Maria. You had your eyes closed, as you were cuddled up on Maria's lap, one of your hands wrapped around Maria the other one holding her own hand. Maria was looking down at you with adoration and love. The hand that wasn't wrapped around her shoulder was gently drawing circles on your back.
The amount of love she felt for both of you in that moment, made her heart almost burst and she couldn't remember ever feeling so much love for someone. That was the moment she knew she had finally made it home.

Chapter 2
By now one and a half months had gone by and I would spend about seven more weeks here on set.
Up until now the rest of the cast and I got along pretty great, we usually ate dinner together and every now and then we'd have a movie night or afternoon.
I usually had to do my school stuff in the afternoon, which usually led to someone coming in and bothering me, cause they wanted to do something with me, till Scarlett figured out what happened and threw them out of my trailor. Usually she said that she wouldn't let someone ruin my education because of boredom. Most of the time the blonde would sit down with me and make sure I really worked and got everything.
I hadn't seen my dad once in all the time I had been here, of course not why would he come over to see me, when he shouldn't even care about me.
Scarlett had asked me a few times why we never visited each other or called, but I always gave her vague answers.
Because in all honesty, how could I explain to her that my dad didn't want to see the murderer of his wife.
"Charlie?" I flinched. Nobody called Mr Charlie, with the simple reason that my dad's name was Charlie. Scarlett and ChrisE were walking towards me. They were in everyday clothes and had removed the makeup they had on before. They were probably finished with filming for the day.
"Hey." I gave them both a warm smile, which they returned.
"We wanted to go to a Cafe. Wanna come?" ChrisE asked, his was beaming, like he had just given me the option to fulfill my biggest dreams. Scarlett smiled as well but compared to the man she came closer and pulled me into her arms.
That was another thing. Ever since the beginning Scarlett and Lizzi had been the two people I had talked to the most and both of them had the habit to hug me. At random times and places. Between  takes, to greet me or when we were talking, I was just suddenly pulled into the arms of one of the women who put their head on my shoulder.
Even though I didn't mind it, I was feeling a little embarrassed by it. In the end they didn't know I was a killer. That I had killed my own mother. They shouldn't be so nice to me. I didn't deserve it. I deserved the hatred and anger of my dad. I deserved the sleepless nights my bad conscience gave to me. I deserved the dark marks all over my body.
"Charlie? What are you thinking?" Scarlett's Voice brought my out of my thoughts. Her hand was drawing small circles on my arm, while she had pulled me closer to her chest.
"Nothing important. Could you please not call me not Charlie? My dad's named Charlie."
The grownups nodded, Scarlett's hand was still drawing patterns on my arm.
"Alright. Are you coming with us to the Cafe, Lottie?"
ChrisE asked again and I smiled. I had never been called Lottie in my whole life. I had always just been Charlotte.
"Yeah. I'd like that. Just let me get my money." He shook his head.
"My treat." He winked at us as he started to wall to his car.
Scarlett laughed and let go of me, just to take my hand and pull me with her.
We got into ChrisE's Car and he started driving. Scarlett was sitting next to me and continued to draw patterns. I looked down at her hand currently busy drawing a heart shape on my hand, before looking up at her but she just smiled at me.
ChrisE had turned on the radio and 'Everything has changed' by Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran was playing. One of my personal favorites and I started humming along.
"You like that song?" ChrisE asked and through the rearview mirror I could see his smile. "Yeah. The whole record is really good." The two chuckled quietly while concentrated back on the song.
"There we are." The car came to a halt and left the car. The Cafe was small and very quiet. There was one girl behind the counter and only one couple was sitting at one of the tables.
"What would you girls like?" ChrisE asked while flipping through the pages of the menu. I just took a quick look at mine. "Ice tea." Scarlett was still looking in her menu, but ChrisE was already done. "I'll take a coffee and a cheesecake. What about you Scarlett?" "Ahm Chocolate Muffin and a coffee. Lottie you should eat something as well. You didn't eat a lot during lunch." She put her menu to the side and looked up at me. "I'm not hungry." "But you really need to eat something." I could hear the concern in her voice. So I took the menu and scanned through it. "Cheese sandwich?" The two grown ups nodded satisfied.
After we had ordered, ChrisE leaned back in his chair and beamed at us.
"This is the first time you tagged along, Lottie." I flinched a little. So they had realized it. I thought I had been sneaky about it, so they wouldn't realize that I was distancing myself from them.
"Ahm yeah I mean I'm busy with school stuff y'know." I answered while looking down. My right hand was laying on top of Scarletts so I started to play with her rings to calm myself a little bit.
"You work to hard. You need some off time." I rolled my eyes at him. As if I needed time off to relax. Time off is just time I can use to think about life. So bad time. Time I want to avoid.
"Why are you rolling your eyes? He's right. You're always looking so tired and you don't eat enough. We're just worried, honey." I was still looking at the table. Following the patterns and spots, which had formed over the years.
"You don't have to worry about me. I'm fine." Scarlett gently pulled her hand from under mine and wrapped her arm around me, before pulling me close towards her.
She used her other hand to force me to look at her.
"Honey we are worrying and it's completely fine and we aren't the only ones. Lizzie actually thought about calling your parents." I flinched under no circumstances was my dad allowed to come here.
"No please don't. My father is really busy." "What about your mom, can't she come?" ChrisE asked. "No." I answered. He looked at me like he was waiting for me to tell him more, but I didn't. "Why?" "Cause she's dead." His eyes widened and he looked like he regretted asking. "I'm sorry." Scarlett just pulled me closer to her.
It was silent for a little while but than ChrisE looked up again. "Is it okay to ask how she died?" He really didn't seem to care that he was asking the most uncomfortable questions ever.
"Car Crash." I couldn't stop myself from adding it was my fault in my thoughts.
"What do you mean that it was your fault?" Scarlett was stroking my hair and internally I was screaming, why the hell did I say this, did I even say it, did I just think out aloud?
"Nothing. I'm sorry." Our food came and I took a few sips of the ice tea to calm myself down.
"It's not nothing. What did you mean?" She asked again, but I just shook my head and started nibbling on the sandwich she wanted me to eat.
"Charlotte. What do you mean?" ChrisEs voice was strict and made me jump. For a short second I saw the dark hair and the red from the alcohol and crying, black eyes of my dad.
I let out a whimper and felt Scarlett pull me closer to her. "Lottie, it's okay. You don't need to be afraid. We just want to help you." ChrisE tried but I hid my face in Scarlett's neck. She started to rock me back and forth in an effort to calm me down.
"Everything is alright. Nobody here is gonna hurt you. I felt her stroking my head and playing with my hair, while she continued to whisper into my ear.
"I'm sorry." I mumbled, but she just shook her head.
"Wanna tell us what happened? You might feel a little better afterwards." I wanted to shake my head, but I knew that I didn't really have a chance.
"My mom had to come get me after school, because I played with friends, instead of taking the bus." Tears started to fill my eyes.
"On the way to school she got into the accident. If I had taken the bus, she'd still be alive. I killed her." The tears were streaming down my cheeks. I could taste them and I could feel the heat in my cheeks.
"Honey. It wasn't your fault. She had an accident." Scarlett tried to calm me down, she had started to once again rock me back and forth while I cried into her neck.
"But she wouldn't have been in the car, if I had been a good child and done like I was told to." The tears were now coming a lot faster.
I hadn't noticed how ChrisE got up and packed up our stuff with the waitress and paid. "Come Honey. Let's go back." Scarlett held me close as we left the Cafe and even after we got into the car her arms were still wrapped around me.
I felt myself getting tired and started fighting the exhaustion.
"It's okay. Try to get some sleep Honey." Was the last thing I heard before I fell into  deep sleep.

Chapter 1
"Thanks for driving." I said to the taxi driver, who had picked me up at the airport and driven me all the way out here, as he lifted my luggage out of the trunk. I picked my purse out of my backpack, before looking into it just to find almost nothing in it. Luckily the drive itself wasn't that expensive so I just handed a fifty dollar bill to the Hispanic looking man. He looked like he was in his mid fifties with some white hairs already shining through the originally dark brown hair. He gave me a warm smile before getting back into the car and driving away.
I sighed, putting my hands up to my eyes. The sun was shining ruthlessly down at me , here in LA it was around 30 degrees Celsius {86F I think} in the shade.
My small bag suitcase was standing next to me on the dusty sidewalk, my backpack hanging over my left shoulder. My hands were still clutched around my purse, as I walked up to the gate, leading to the studios.
"Hey. Uhm my name is Charlotte Young. I've got a letter from Joss Whedon. He told me to ask here, what Studio they are in." The woman behind the glass looked up, she looked annoyed but took the letter and read through it.
"ID?" I pulled my ID out of my purse and handed it to her. She typed some stuff into her computer system before handing me both the letter and the ID back.
"Joss Whedon. The new Marvel Movie." She picked up a clipboard with papers and looked through them, before looking back up at me. "Studio 13."
She opened the gate and I pulled my small suitcase behind me as I stepped through it. I heard the mechanism work as it closed right behind me.
It took me a little while to figure out where Studio 13 was, but the studios here were starting with one at the front right, two front left and then six in one row. Once I had managed to pass the fifth I crossed the street and walked past the other numbers before turning into the last street and walking it all the way down.
The sun was burning down and I could feel the sweat running down my forehead, the small hairs on my neck starting to stick to the skin and I started to gasp for air. Why the hell was school stuff so heavy and why was it so important to take them with me.
Finally I saw Studio 13. It was the biggest I had seen yet and completely grey, with a big entrance and a really big 13 painted next to the door in white color.
As I walked closer I could see a group of people standing close to the entrance.
I hesitated before walking closer, the group was standing close to each other, laughing and talking loudly.
"Hey kid. Who are you?" A blonde woman, who had seen me, was walking towards me.
"Uhm. Hey, my name is Charlotte." I answered very quietly, my voice shaking a little. Even after tears of acting I still couldn't fake confidence.
"Nice to meet you, Charlotte. I'm Scarlett." Her smile widened and I couldn't help but smile back at her. But suddenly worry took over her features.
"Did you walk all the way here from the gate? In this heat?" I gave her a small nod. She furrowed her perfect eyebrows together as she put an arm around my shoulders and walked me over to the group.
"Why didn't the lady at the entrance call? Well you, honey, come with me. The temperature is a lot lower inside and we've got drinks." We had almost reached the group and now everyone was looking at us.
"Scarlett? Who's the kid next to you?" A man with brown hair stepped a little closer to us.
I gave him and the others a small wave and smile. "This is Charlotte." She answered, introducing me to all the others. They greeted me back introducing themselves as Robert, the guy who had asked. Lizzie, the woman next to him. Two blonde men, both named Chris. A man with originally brown, that started to turn grey, named Mark and a young man, probably around Lizzies age, named Aaron.
"So you will be playing our little sister." He said and gave me a big warm smile. I nodded and smiled back at him.
Scarlett gently took my arm and pulled me with her. "I'll show you everything," I shrugged and tried to tell her that she really didn't need to, but she just pulled me with her. Inside the building it was pleasantly cool and I let out a happy sigh, to finally be out of the sun.
"We probably should get you something to drink first." The blonde showed me to a small room, with couches, a fridge and a small kitchen. "This is like the breakroom." She said, as she opened the fridge, to get me bottled water.
"And here we have something to drink for you." I took the bottle from her and opened it. "Thank you." A few greedy sips later the cold water got to my stomach and I felt it cramping a little.
"Come in. I'll show you your trailor. By the way, where are your parents? Shouldn't they be here or at least bring you here?" I shook my head. "My dad is very busy, that's why he couldn't come."
She pulled me with you to a line of trailors until she stopped in front of one. "This one is yours."
"Thanks." I told her as she opened the door and gently pushed me inside, taking my suitcase from me and putting it beside the door.
"You need some help with unpacking?" She asked, looking around, but I just shook my head. "No thanks, I'll be fine. But uhm when does the shooting start?" I asked.
"Tomorrow morning. There's a timetable at the door to the breakroom, you have to check that to see when exactly you start." I nodded to say thanks. "Alright I'll leave you to unpack." She left the trailor and closed the door behind her.
I started to unpack my stuff, for the next three months I would live here, so it needed to be at least a little organized. Pants in this drawer, T-shirts and Pullovers in the other one. PJ'S in the small drawer next to the bed and school stuff on the small table in the front part of the trailor. I didn't really own a lot more so I sat down on the chair and started to do school work. The more I finished today, the less I would have to worry about the rest of the week.
I was busy analyzing a caricature, as it knocked on the door. "Yes?" I asked, but I guess I wasn't loud enough, cause the person knocked again, so I just got up and opened the door.
It was Lizzie and Scarlett. "We wanted to get you for dinner." The brunette said, I gave her a thankful smile.
"Oh thanks. Let me just put on my shoes." I slipped into my old pair of black sneakers, they were almost too small, but my dad hadn't wanted to buy me new ones, when I asked him, so I guess those had to do for a little longer.
I followed the two women to a car.
"Since it's the first evening. All of the cast goes out for dinner together." Scarlett said, and suddenly I felt very thankful that I had grabbed my backpack, because otherwise I wouldn't have had any money on me. The taxi drive this morning had cost me most of my money, but I still should have about 30 dollars left.
I was sitting in between Scarlett and Lizzie as Robert was driving and ChrisE was sitting on the passenger's seat. They were talking about tomorrow's scenes, apparently only two with me. One of them is a post credit scene for the last movie, where you would see the three Maximoffs in their cells using the powers. The other one was for the new movie. We would basically stand behind Baron Strucker until we decided to run away, at least for me, as I didn't have any lines in either of the scenes.
Even though acting with lines was easier, I liked it better without them, as I liked the challenge of conveying emotions and thoughts just through body language and my face.
The car came to  a stop in front of a restaurant, inside were already Aaron, ChrisH, Mark and a man, who introduced himself as Jeremy, waiting for us at a table.
The waitress came and gave us the menus. She looked slightly starstruck, but when ChrisE gave her a hug, she completely freaked out, not that she really talked beforehand.
I took a look at the menu. Even the cheapest menu was eleven dollars plus a drink, but if I would take a children's menu, I would have a drink included. The portion would be smaller, but I shouldn't eat that much anyways.
So when I was asked by the waitress what I wanted, I ordered a child's portion of noodles with sauce and cheese and water.
"Are you sure you don't want a real portion? Children's one are really small." Scarlett said, her voice was laced with concern and I could see that she was looking at me with worry.
"No it's alright. I had a snack while doing math a little while ago." I answered, trying to sound as convincing as possible.
Even though I was an actress I sucked at lying, so I was really relieved when she turned away from me to face Aaron, who she had talked to before.
The food came and while everyone was talking rather loudly, I just stayed quietly, only answering when spoken to and just eating my food. "What I meant to ask you. Where did you act before thus? Like, have you been in an any movies or shows?" ChrisH suddenly asked, gaining the attention of the whole table.
"Uhm yeah a few small movies but mostly small parts in theater." I tried to answer as vaguely as possible.
"What movies?" Robert asked and I sighed internally, great now really everyone was listening.
"When I was five I had the main part in a movie called 'The last Mimzy' and then two years ago in 'The legend of Longwood' but other than that only small parts." I answered looking down at my hands.
"That's impressive. How old are you 10?11?"
"13." I corrected him.
"Well 13 then. But considering the fact that you're so young, your resume is quite impressive." I just nodded and turned back to my food. "Robert is right, honey. It's really impressive, what you already achieved and how hard you work. You don't need to be so humble just cause everyone tells you." Scarlett said and I felt my cheeks turn red.
"Thanks." I mumbled, pushing all the feelings the praise unlocked in me away. Far away. In the farthest and darkest of my mind, just to never feel them again.
My dad had taught me that I wasn't worth it to receive compliments like this, since I already had a really bad attitude and ego, and that I shouldn't feel entitled to any kindness since I didn't deserve it.
Just because of that I was already sure that soon enough nobody here would want to talk to me soon enough. They would notice how boring, useless and worthless I was and let me down. Leaving me alone like everyone else did.
The laughter of other people ripped through my thoughts and for a short second I could really imagine being a part of this, but then I remembered everything.
As I looked into this group of kind and good people I realized that they could never find out what I have done.

Natasha Romanoff × Maria Hill
Y/N Your Name
You were walking out of the school, looking over the parked cars to see if your mom was there to pick you up.
Since the whole alien invasion last year she was quite busy and didn't always have time to pick you up, so sometimes Maria came or you took the bus home. She had gotten you a cellphone to use in case of emergency when you were home alone.
Looking around you didn't see your mom or her car, so you started walking towards the bus. Taking the bus was something you really disliked. The other kids were always loud and none of your friends rode the same bus you did, so you always ended up sitting next to kids you didn't know.
When the bus started driving you checked your phone for a message from your mom, only to see that she hadn't texted you, but Maria had.
'Hey sweetie. Your mom had to leave for a quick mission, she should be home soon, but she asked me if I could stay with you till she's back. So I'll be over as soon as I'm finished.'
Then another message. 'Do you know what you want for dinner?' You felt a little sad that your mom left again and this time without telling you, but you knew that she wouldn't do that if she wasn't really stressed and busy. Also you were kinda excited for Maria to stay with you, since the two of you got along really well and she was over every other day to hang out with you and your mom. Nobody else in your life was as present as Maria, apart from your mom of course.
So you quickly texted back. 'Hey ria, we could order pizza and watch a movie. Do you know when mom is back?' You pressed send and waited for her answer, while you mindlessly scrolled through your phone. The kid next to you was looking at your screen as well. "Is that the black Widow? How did you meet her?" You looked up in surprise. You knew that your mom was an avenger, but people rarely recognized her on the street with you. But this kid had recognized from a picture of the two of you, you on her lap she had wrapped her arms around you and you were both beaming at the camera. "Uhm now that's not her." You quickly answered and turned off your phone. Only two more stops. "Are you sure she looked like her?" The boy asked and once again. "That was my mom. She looks a lot like her, she gets asked for pictures all the time, even though she is not Black Widow." You felt bad about lying to him, but you didn't want anybody to know who your mom was. "Ohh okay." The bus stopped again and a few kids got off. "My names Will. What's your name?" "Y/N." You replied shortly. The bus started driving again and you readied yourself to get out of the bus and away from that noisy boy. "I'm in fourth grade. I think you are too. I saw you in one of my classes." He explained as if he wasn't bothered by your clear disinterest in the conversation. "Yeah I am." The bus took the turn onto your street and you got up grabbing your bag. "Oh this is my stop too." The boy said happily to get to talk more.
"Great." You mumbled as the bus stopped and the two of you got off. Your home was just a bit up the street and apparently Will's home was as well, since he just walked next to you as you walked on the sidewalk. He was talking the entire time. "My favorite Avenger is Thor. He's so cool. He can fly and with his hammer he can make lightning come down and crash onto his enemy's. Who's your favorite avenger?" You thought for a second, you couldn't say your mom or her code name, because then he would be suspicious again, so you named the next best thing. "Hawkeye. He is really skilled." You answered, smiling as you remembered your Uncle Clint teaching you how to shoot an arrow, while Auntie Laura and your mom played with little cooper. You adored your baby cousin and Auntie Laura was pregnant again, so very soon you'd have another cousin.
"But he's boring. He just shoots arrows. He doesn't have any powers." "But that means he relies on skills rather than fancy powers or suits that could just stop working." You held against it, as you stopped in front of your house and pulled out your keys.
"Bye Will." The boy looked sad to see you go, but he waved and continued his way down the street. You made your way upstairs and into your apartment. As suspected your mom wasn't here, neither was Maria or anyone else. You sighed and decided just to do the homework you had.
When your phone started ringing you picked it up, in your mind still focusing on math. "Hello?" "Hey Sweetie. I'm on my now. I'll pick up some pizzas on my back. Do you want Y/F/P?" "Yes please. Oh and can you get ice cream too?"  You heard the woman on the other hand chuckle. "Yeah I'll get you some ice cream, but don't tell your mom. She'll not be happy." You giggled, but agreed with her. "I'll be there as soon as possible." She answered and you smiled. "See you soon sweetie." You finished up with your maths homework and just before you finished the door unlocked, looking up you saw your favorite brunette.
"Hey sweetie." "Hey Ria." She came over and set the food down, before pressing a kiss on your forehead. "I'm so happy to see you." You smiled at her and gave her a hug. "I missed you too." She smiled and looked over your homework. "How is your homework going? Everything finished?" You shook your head. "Uhm I'm almost finished with maths and I kinda need to finish my history text." She nodded. "Okay you finish up with your work and then we can have dinner, watch a movie and cuddle okay?" You nodded and finished up your maths homework, luckily there were only a few equations left. "I'm done with math. Can you check it please?" The brunette, who had been working on her laptop, looked up and nodded. "Yeah of course. How about you get started on your history work while I check this."  "Okay." You pulled out your history workbook and finished up the work. Once you were finished with history, Maria explained that you had made a mistake on one of the math exercises. "See you 6/12 is the same as 1/2 so you can just do it 4/2 multiply that way."  She explained. "That makes it a lot easier and then you don't have to multiply 4/2 by 6 and get confused by that." You nodded and redid that one exercise. "I got it." You smiled as you showed it to Maria, who gave you a soft smile. "Now how about dinner?" "Yes please. Can we watch a movie while eating?" She nodded and ten minutes later the two of you were cuddled up on  the couch watching a movie Maria chose and eating your favorite pizza. "Ria? Do you know when mom is coming home?" She sighed. "Now I don't know sorry. There was a really big and important mission, all the Avengers had to go and I'm not sure when they'll be back." You suddenly felt very worried. "Will she be okay?" "I'm sure she will. Everything will be okay." She mumbled and pressed a kiss on your hair.
For the next few days you and Maria hang out. You went to the park and played soccer together, you baked cookies and right now you were drawing portraits of each other. But then her phone rang. "Hill."
She looked at you and quickly left the room, talking to the person on the other end. But then she came back in. "Hey sweetie. I need to talk to you okay?" She kneeled down in front of you. "Something happened and Natasha got taken. But everything's okay. Clint is already trying to find her and it's gonna be okay." You felt your breathing get quick and your eyes tearing up. "Everything's gonna be okay. Clint is gonna find her okay?" You nodded but you still cried into Maria's shoulder. She just held you, while you cried, before she decided to pick you up and place you in your mom's bed, where she laid down next to you. You don't really remember what happened after that, but some time later you woke up. "Hey honey. Clint called some time ago. They found your mommy and they are already on their way to get her." You nodded, feeling a bit relieved.
Maria didn't tell you about what was going on in Sokovia, her only goal right now was to make sure you were safe, till Natasha came back to the two of you.
She thought about the secret she and Nat were keeping from you and how they had just decided on how to tell you that they were in love.
"Everything's gonna be okay." And for the rest of the idea you felt like it was. It felt almost normal, like every other day you had spent with Maria. She was keeping you calm by doing arts and crafts, taking a walk through the nearby park and having ice cream.
Then around five pm she got a call while we were preparing dinner. "Okay. Do you want us to come there?" She asked when she came back into the room. "Okay we'll be there." She hung up and turned to you. "Let's go, your mom's almost back in the town. So we're gonna meet her." The two of you put our shoes on and quickly got into the car, driving towards the stark tower.
Maria showed the security guard her ID and he let us in. "Okay sweetie. I know you never met the other avengers, but don't be worried it's okay." We took the elevator up to the landing place. You held onto her neck and watched as the small jet got bigger and bigger until it landed on the platform. A group of people got out. You recognized most of them as the Avengers, but two of them you didn't recognize. A woman with reddish hair and a weird man with red skin. Then you saw your mommy. You wriggled yourself out of Maria's arms and ran towards your mom. "Mommy." She turned her head to you and kneeled down to pick you up. "Y/N." She whispered into your hair.
"I missed you mommy." You said into her hair as you held onto her neck. "I missed you too, baby." You felt her gently petting your hair, holding onto you as if you could disappear. What you didn't know was that this was a major part of the vision Wanda had shown her, but you didn't really mind. Just happy that she was back home. "Hey Nat." You felt your mom look up at Maria. "Hey Ria. Thanks for taking care of this one." "Always Nat. You know that." Your mom adjusted you to sit on her hip, while she pulled Maria into a hug as well. You heard her whisper an 'I love you' tomorrow, looking up at them you see Ria learn forward and pressing a kiss on your Mom's hair.
"Ria, why did you kiss mom's hair?" You asked her and the two adults looked at each other. "Y/N you know how most adults have someone they love a lot. Like when Y/B/Fs mommy and daddy?" You nodded again. "Maria and I love each other like that." She explained and Maria nodded a little. "Really?" You asked. Maria nodded. "Yes we love each other a lot and we both love you very, very much." You smiled at the two grown ups, leaning back into your mom as Maria pulled the two of you closer.
"So Romanoff. Wanna tell us who this one is?" Iron Man asked, looking at you
