getting my life together
The idea of "that girl" from Pinterest is very popular, on TikTok and youtube, so, we must take advantage of the fact that personal care and getting your life together is fashionable to achieve our goals, and be well in every way.
I have terrible acne and according to my dermatologist it is part of adolescence, and I have been with the same acne for 5 years, so I decided to do something about it, I will start with a skincare routine (if any of you have an idea of products that really work for fight acne, I appreciate your collaboration), I want a shiny, smooth skin, but above all healthy.
I have a poor quality of sleep, I go to sleep at 2 in the morning at 3 or when I get up at noon, without energy and without wanting to do anything, I have terrible dark circles.
My diet is a disaster as I wake up at noon, I do not have breakfast, only lunch, and dinner, but I do not like to eat meat or chicken, and I am not yet a vegetarian or vegan, so I don't eat almost anything, dinner, dinner is not the thing better but if it is the most complete.
I feel dissatisfied with my body because I know that I can be better, I am very thin, I know that I need to tone up and exercise not only because I am not satisfied but because it is not healthy.
Academically, I had an awful online school term, turning in 70% of my assignments late. I felt bad all that time because I procrastinated, and I felt very unmotivated, so I will take advantage of my summer vacations to motivate myself, focus and organize myself, also, I am preparing for a state exam, I am in open English and I try to teach my little brother since he is not going to face-to-face classes.
It is time to reach my highest potential in every way to become THAT GIRL I want to be, MY BEST VERSION, for me.

Hiiii !! How can I create my own study plan ?? ^_^
Ok this is really hard to put into words because i feel like there’s no “correct” method, but I’ll try!
How To Make A Study Schedule
First, get yourself a monthly/weekly/whatever time frame you need calendar (you can find my favourites in my #printables tag, or you can just make a table in word/pages or your bullet journal). Write down when your deadline/exam is. Your job is now to fill in the remaining time. Here’s an example of one of my own study plans from my first semester at university (obv not all of it, but enough to give you a general idea):
Tumblr media
The difficult part:
You’ll need to write down tasks for each day, but what these are or how long they take is completely up to your judgement. Important is, however, that you don’t just write down “study history” - instead, write specific chapter names, a certain number of problem sets, a certain number of vocabulary you want to study. That way, you can hold yourself accountable - you either got it done or you didn’t, whereas “study history” could be interpreted as 5 minutes as well as 5 hours.
You also need to keep in mind that you’ll have to get everything done in time, so if you don’t start studying early enough, the daily tasks will become bigger and bigger - two days before the exam they’re probably unmanageable.
Also, remember that you’ll have more time on weekends or that one night you might already have prior engagements that keep you from studying. That’s okay, but plan around it.
Allow some days for rest/fun/emergency last minute studying. I always leave two days before the exam free (the ones labelled “revision” above) so I can flexibly decide what I want to look at again.
The even more difficult part: What if you have several exams you have to prepare for at once?
the same system applies, but you have two possibilities:
1. work a little bit on every subject every day. pros: you have some variation in your day and that might motivate you more. cons: you might mix things up or don’t have the energy to start on a completely different thing after a study session.
2. assign complete days to one subject. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for English, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays for Maths (just an example). pros: you can focus on one thing at a time and are less likely to mix things up. cons: it might get boring to work on one subject all day, especially if you don’t particularly like that subject.
sometimes they’ll have to mix because you have certain deadlines and not enough time.
Especially in similar subjects that are likely to cause mix-ups, reserve (if possible) one or two days before the respective exam to study/revise just that one subject.
I hope this helped! Let me know if it works :)

Okay, shit’s fucked. You have a test in less than 24 hours and you’re freaking out. But fear not! This study plan is made for you to retain the biggest amout of information you can and practice what you know. Let’s start:
Get water and something to eat.
Get your books, your class notes, everything,  + something to highlight.
Mark what’s important (things your teacher talked about over and over, the main points of the chapter etc)
Write down formulas, chemical reactions, basically anything you need to memorize step by step and put it up your wall. Read it several times during the day.
Read everything again and record yourself.
Listen while writing down key words.
Now, you’re going to calm down. Take a deep breath. Start off by asking yourself “what?” answer with the main point. “Why?” explain. “Why?” explain. Keep going like that until you get to the point where you don’t know. Look at your books and get your answer. Keep asking “why?” (same thing with math and physics: “why did I get this result?”)
Get your materials and answer at least 10 questions. This way, you’ll be learning both the subject and how the questions are usually made. Don’t get nervous if you don’t get anything right at first, just keep doing it.
Repeat number 5 (don’t need to write down anything)
+10 questions and explain them to yourself after
Listen to your recordings.(+ one more time before you go to sleep)
Calm down, you did it. If you want to (or still have time), read everything over again.
REMINDERS:
The key is to do one thing at a time.
You won’t be able to remember everything if you read something fast over and over. Take it easy and you’ll get more information.
It’s easy to get stressed in this situation, but you need to keep in mind that you CAN do it.
Do a favor for yourself and don’t procrastinate. This is something important and you’ll feel much better knowing that you did something.
GOOD LUCK!!

Hey everyone! I hope your week has been good! I’m currently on Easter break so I have been revising a lot and so I thought I would share my method of making a study plan since we are coming up to the final term of school and exams are on there way.
The first thing I would recommend is to think about everything you need to do in the next coming month and write it down in a word document, in your planner or bujo. I find a bujo works great for me but you might prefer something different.
Next open up an spreadsheet with either microsoft or google. I love the google suite it has saved me so much money and all you need is a Google account. What you should have is something along the lines of the picture below
Tumblr media
So what we want to do is place the dates along the edge in column A skipping A1. Mine is going to span from the beginning of my Easter holidays to the weekend before I go back to school. This is what it should look like once you have the dates done.
Tumblr media
Next we are going to put our subjects in. I have 7 subjects so they will be going in B1, C1, D1,E1, F1, and G1. Once you have your subjects in, your study plan is almost done. All you have to do now is add the finishing touches and you have a fully functioning study plan.
Tumblr media
I like to colour code certain things on my study plan for example I colour the dates I workout and I colour code the weeks I find it easier to tell which day is which.
Tumblr media
Now all you have to do is put in what you want to study each day. I would recommend being realistic. I like to set two subjects a day and if I get them done I can add another subject. Whatever you feel comfortable doing work with it. Don’t over work yourself though as this can lead to you crashing and that isn’t good in the long run.
I love making my study plans electronically because it’s qucik and easy to change and all witht the click of a buuto
This is what mine looks like once I am done. I tend to put a weeks worth of study in as I like to change it a lot so a week works out easier for me.
Tumblr media
Once I have studied something I mark it with red so when I look at my plan quickly I can tell what I have done.
I hope this has helped in someway and don’t be afraid to change it because what works for me might not work for you but this is a basic

How to make a stress free exam study plan
Step 1: be present, be mindful.
Understand what you want, what is worth the fight.
And what I mean by that is finding your true motive (whether it is passion for what you’re learning or passing a class), because often we strive towards this perception of success that doesn’t feel like success. It feels like you are constantly under a spotlight and constantly having to prove yourself to others.
High grades make you feel good but that’s nothing compared to being happy with yourself and with what you’re doing. So make that distinguishment.
Step 2: be very practical and realistic.
What do you have to do and in how much time? Divide tasks by the period of time, without letting stress blur out that mindfulness, through method and simplicity.
Step 3: Be disciplined the following days until the exam without getting too strict with yourself.
“What is soft is strong.” (Lao Tzu)
Strive to create softness and ease throughout the days, get your tasks done but find time for play, rest, presence of mind.
Avoid overworking by starting early or as soon as you can and by working smartly and doing the most important things first, even if you’ve been dreading them.
Bonus Step:
honestly as I’m advancing through my academic years the more I understand you owe nothing to anyone. Good grades come from hard work and perseverance. If we found mindfulness and softness in our academic journeys the less sadness and depression symptoms we would see in our colleagues and in ourselves. Not everything is about the numbers. ❤

Hello, people! The time has come: I will teach you the secret to study for three days and remember everything for your test. This is a hardcore studying session so I would recommend to only do it when you are truly freaking the fuck out. Now, I must tell you: It’s gonna involve some hard work, so sit comfortably because we’re about to start:
REMINDER: YOU DON’T NEED TO DO THIS IN A ROLL. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE DURING THE  COURSE OF THE DAY.
REMINDER 2: REMEMBER TO EAT, DRINK WATER AND GET ENOUGH REST. YOU DON’T NEED TO FORGET ABOUT YOUR HEALTH IN ORDER TO GET BETTER GRADES.
DAY 1
First reading of your main textbook
Second reading + highlighting
Research more about the topic (internet, other books, talk to your friends, etc)
Resume everything (notes)
Do a mind map of main points
If what you’re studying needs something to be memorized “word by word” (such as: meanings, processes, references, chemical reactions, etc), write it down and put it on your wall. You’re gonna read it several times during the day.
Write down the topics and key words on a reference paper (you’re gonna take this paper everywhere, forcing your memory to expand from those simple key words)
Review your notes
Do ten exercises (questions)
Review your notes + exercises
Watch a video class
You’re done for today. Good job. Now rest, tomorrow is a new day.
DAY 2
Review your notes
Read them out loud
Read them again, but this time record yourself
Listen to it. Twice.
Review your notes before bed
DAY 3
Review your notes + listen to your recordings from yesterday
Do 30 exercises (questions)
Review notes + exercises
Listen to your recordings again
Review your notes one more time.
FANTASTIC JOB! Now it’s your time to rest. If you’re feeling like it, read your notes one more time before bed.
One more time, this is a heavy studying session, and not supposed to be done all the time. Remember to take care of your health and take several breaks during the day. If you don’t need, there is no need to do everything listed here.
Good luck!!!

a honest study guide
As I am usually a straight A student, I thought I’d share some of my favourite study “hacks”, but be warned: i will not be gentle with you. I am going to tell you the brutal truth about getting great marks, because it is no use sugarcoating the fact that school is actually super hard work!
discipline beats motivation
to be honest no matter how perfect your/any studyblr might be, looking at a blog will unfortunately never ever motivate you to study as hard as you will have to to get an A. Studyblrs may inspire you, but the one thing which will really get you studying is discipline. So, as cruel as it may sound, force yourself to be productive and you will get some serious work done.
Tumblr media
have no social life
… at least on some days. if you find it difficult to fit your studies into your social life, try reversing the whole thing. Don’t make plans with your friends on days during which you want/need to study. This definitely isn’t fun, I know, but for me, I often find it difficult to get work done when I have plans later that day as firstly, getting a certain amount of work done within a strict time limit stresses me out and secondly, you should definitely use all the time you can get - especially shortly before the upcoming exam.
Tumblr media
all-nighters equal bad time management
truth be told good students normally won’t have to pull all nighters as sleep is very important for not only your concentration but also for your health. To make sure that you get enough rest you should start studying as early as possible, for me that is normally one week before the particular exam, and plan what you will do on which day without trying to fit everything into the last minute. That will leave you relaxed, well rested and concentrated on the day of your exam.
Tumblr media
find something that keeps you going
i usually drink a lot of coffee when i am studying, because during a hard study session i need to stay focused and awake. If you don’t like coffee, you could also go for black tea or green tea or simply some fruit as it is very important to get some vitamins (or in my case caffeine) in your system to not fall asleep while working.
Tumblr media
ask for help
whether you swap notes with your colleagues or you mail the professor some questions doesn’t matter at all. It’s only important that you accept that you probably won’t be able to do everything on your own, so find yourself a study partner, ask questions when something seems unclear to you or even get a tutor. And definitely don’t be embarrassed about asking questions! Nobody knows everything.
Tumblr media
no distractions
studying is boring and you might find that music makes it a little more exciting, but often listening to music or taking a lot of breaks is only keeping you from getting work done. So suck it up and study either silently, to classical music or to relaxing noises you can find on the internet. Also try not to take too many breaks. Don’t overwork yourself, of course, but also try to stay focused for longer than 15 minutes as this will allow you to be more productive and don’t study with friends if you end up chit-chatting to each other instead of working.
Tumblr media
write everything down
even if you have a good memory, you won’t be able to remember a thing after class, so suck it up, don’t talk to your desk mate and focus on writing everything important down what the teacher says. even if you get handed enough material there will still be things which you should write down such as explanations, examples and additional information. that will help you later on to understand what you are actually studying.
Tumblr media
you absolutely need to study
don’t ever think, no matter how much attention you’ve paid in class or how good you are at a certain subject, that you won’t have to study. there is always work to get done and if you are already good at something work on being better to excel at academics.
Tumblr media
(i added fun gifs, because it seemed a little too harsh - good luck, babes, you are going to pass your exams)
