Is this what it's like to be neurotypical?

I've reached a whole new level of mental crisis. Usually, when I'm feeling depressed, I have no motivation to do any cleaning or delve into my hobbies and I end up watching youtube videos all day. But my stupid brain decided to pull a switcheroo on me. Despite my lack of motivation to do literally anything, I found myself cleaning my kitchen, writing the first chapter of a new book, getting part of my homework done, and taking the trash out. Despite not having the much-needed motivation I usually need to do these things, I did them anyway. What the actual fuck is wrong with me?

She said I can show it to my classmates and I'm welcome to risk my grade to try it sometime, but my next pastry class isn't until next spring... But if I remember, I will most definitely try it. Maybe I'll get extra points or something if it goes well.

Lots of us americans hate it, too. I wanna say "fuck" whenever I want without worrying about getting in trouble. Even at my college, where we are all ADULTS, we aren't allowed to play music with bad words in it. Our teachers get onto us when we cuss. I find it very ridiculous, and so do all of my classmates.

You know what really fucking Annoys Me about internet censorship is stuff like swear words being heavily censored because that's entirely an American cultural hangup being forced on the rest of us. I don't know a single country where swearing is as taboo as it is in America. In fact most languages have swear words that would have the same effect on an American as giving a Victorian chimney sweep a pepsi max cherry.

Using SA just for the story's plot: ❌ Using SA in the story to raise awareness of how awful and destructive it really is: ✅ It upsets me a bit when people get angry about SA being shown in a show. I understand it's a sensitive subject. I know how sensitive of a subject it is. I really, truly know. The truth is, I appreciate it more than anything. I would rather see that in a show or movie, than see it in real life. By raising awareness and showing the reality of how evil this world can be, we can prevent this stuff happening to others or even help them through the aftermath. The movie based on Kara Robinson's story is an amazing example of raising awareness.

depicting sexual assault in media is not an endorsement of it 🤝 it's reasonable for audiences to expect a certain level of care and awareness in its presentation 🤝 there is oftentimes an over-reliance on sexual violence in creating the backstories, trajectories, and conflicts of fictional women 🤝 sexual violence is prevalent in society and stories about it do need to be told as a reflection of our reality 🤝 sometimes male writers and directors are extremely bad at telling these stories and audiences are justified in demanding better
