Back again. I'm a mess. I feel huge, i start tomorrow again and try to lose the last 15-20 pounds i need to hit the weight i have only felt comfortable with.

So this happened. I only had one day of being on point with my "recomp phase" then everything went to shit.
I'll do a 3 day egg fast and IF 16:8 1200 kcal for the rest of the month. I thought of starting right into recomp again. But I feel bloated and fat. This is a bad descition I know. But my brain is stupid. I know most of the weight or at least half is water. I hope I feel less bloated at the end of the 3 day egg fast.

Week 19 done.
Start weight: 128.7

Exercise: I got bored of bbg so I did fitnessblener videos 3x + 30 min of elliptical. Walk 30-40 min 6x.
Sleep: bad
Last week of IF and 1200 kcal. I struggled as seen on myfitnesspal. I even thought about doing another week and maybe an egg fast because I retained some water and the scale went up. But it came down again on Friday so I felt better.
I'm done with this large calorie restriction, I wanted to reach at least 125 pounds before recomp but I can't do this anymore. I fear that if I keep going I'll end up with huge binges and end up gaining a lot back. So recomp starts now. In the next post I'll explain what I'll do.

Exercise: same just one more day of bbg so: bbg 2.0 4x/week + 30 min elliptical 3x/week. Walking between 30-45 min 6x/week.
Sleep: bad
Just one more week and I'm done with this. I don't know why the weight loss has slowed down so much. I was expecting more of a bigger drop. I don't think I'll reach 125 lb by Sunday and I was thinking about prolonging this final push maybe another two weeks. But no, I'm done, I'm tired and in a very bad mood. So I'll reverse diet and maybe that will shake up my metabolism enough to lose a little bit more weight.

Week 17 done.
Start weight: 130

Exercise: same bbg 2.0 + 30 min elliptical 3x/week and walking around 30 - 40 min 5x/week.
Sleep: bad
Half way done with IF 18:6. I Do 18:6 most times of the week, I allow myself to do 16:8 on the weekend. It hasn't been hard. Yes my stomach growls a lot, I'm dizzy Everytime I stand up. I'm tired. But some how, I haven't felt the urge to eat everything, I'm just so done and tired. Yesterday I felt a little anxious and ate over my calorie limit but since I had eaten under it the rest of the week it averaged just 1200 kcal. I took my measurements and I lost quite a bit everywhere.
I don't know if I'll reach 125 by the end of the next two weeks but it looks possible if I stay on this path. At the begining I was thinking that if I reached 125 in 4 weeks I'll extend it to 5 so I can reach my ultimate goal of 122. But idk, as I said, I'm tired.
I started reading the body recomp ebook from Jeff Nippard. I'm excited for that phase.

Week 16 done.
Start weight: 132.4
End weight: 130
Exercise: same bbg 2.0 3x/week + 30 min elliptical and walking around 40 min almost everyday.
Sleep: bad.
First week of the final 4 weeks i gave myself to get as close to my goal (122 lb) as possible. I'm committed. It wasn't hard, at least not in the sense that I struggled trying to contain myself from eating everything. I was hungry, I was tired, I was dizzy but I didn't give in. I know this is not healthy, and maybe my old patterns are being awakened idk. I just want to finish this and start recomping.
I did IF 18:6 most of the days. Some days I even had to stop eating as early as 6 pm because I had already reached my calorie goal.

Forgot to post this the other day. 15 weeks of these weight loss journey. 12 weeks of bbg. 8 weeks of intermittent fasting 16:8.

Start weight: 132
End weight: 132.4
Exercise: same as always bbg + 30 min elliptical 3x/week and 40 min of walking aprox 5 times per week.
Sleep: bad.
So I struggled with food more this week. I don't know, maybe I'm just done with eating too little. I finished bbg. I did some math with the help of the Excel sheet where I've been putting all my calories intake and weight since I started intermittent fasting 8 weeks ago. The first four weeks I ate constantly under 1300 kcal or slightly above and I lost the most weight. My TDEE seems to be around 1900 kcal with my current activity level.
So after much thinking, I decided to keep going for another 4 to 5 weeks but making sure I don't go over 1300 kcal average per week. If I do this, I might reach 122 lb by June. I'm also changing my fasting times, I've been doing 16:8 and now I'm going to try 18:6 a couple days a week. After these 4 or five weeks I'm going to start reverse dieting. And changing my workouts to something more focused on building muscle. For these upcoming weeks I'll do bbg 2.0.

Sleep: bad.
I didn't have the urge to o eat this week. Everything went smoothly. I went to bed hungry a couple of times, but it was until aprox midnight.
My progress is been very slow the past couple of weeks. I'm tired. I'm in a bad mood.
This is the last week of bbg. I still don't know what I'm going to do next. My plan was to continue with bbg 2.0 and keep the intermittent fasting with 1300 kcal max. But I don't know if I can keep doing it. It all depends on how well or bad this week goes.

I've been struggling with overeating at the end of the week. I lost what I retained last week by Thursday but today (Tuesday) I was up again but I decided to put the 132.7. hope this increase on the scale is water again. I'm still on a deficit but I tend to not lose much when I eat over 1300 kcal.
I'm two weeks away from finishing bbg. I don't know if I'll keep with it(bbg 2.0) or start a building muscle phase. I don't think I'll get under 130 in two weeks so I don't know yet.

Exercise: bbg + elliptical. Walking + elliptical.
Sleep: bad
So Monday was all normal but Tuesday I ate double the calories I was supposed to. Didn't binge I just ate food pretty high in fat. Then I wanted to compensate by eating less until Friday and adding an extra 30 minutes of elliptical for a total of 1 hour on the days I did bbg and 30 on the days I just walk. Everything went ok until Sunday when I started feeling anxious and overate. Next time I won't compensate, the extra cardio makes me more hungry also I was on my period this week and I was retaining water. I'm not worried for the pound I gained I'll probably lose it in the next couple of days.
