I haven’t finished yet but I just read Bluebell and oh my gosh, what a beautifully crafted story so far and especially that scene with Sam in the gardens. When I say I was bawling but it was in such a cathartic way. There’s something so beautiful in forgiveness and in apologies where there’s no expectation of forgiveness and yet getting it anyway. I cannot wait to devour the rest of this story wow
Aw, thank you. And seriously, thank you to everybody who has left comments or tags--- there have been way too many for me to answer individually, but I read them all and every single one makes my day. Here, have an illustration I didn't manage to fit in to the story of Boromir with all the Gamgee littles just after baby Merry is born.

A darkly funny moment in The Winter Prince was when Medraut accused Morgause of poisoning the king’s heir, and all the Orkney boys basically went “Yeah, that sounds like mom.”  (Gareth burst out crying “Mother, how could you?” which was heartbreaking.)

In further research into Yiddish collections of Arthuriana, my father found a story of Gawain. You'll never guess what it is, I guarantee. Go on, guess. You're wrong.
It's a Yiddish story about Sir Gawain becoming Emperor of China.

"Faster and faster they moved, never faltering, until the music shrilled at an impossible tempo and the pattern gave way to a long spin, each dancer reaching in with one hand and out with the other, holding tight lest they fall away from each other, until the music stopped abruptly and the dance ended." -The King of Attolia
"flutes" by musescore, arrangement and bodhrán by me :) these are two tunes called Tuttle's and Ragged Hank of Yarn.

I love the idea of Spock being super queer, highly expressive and very emotional from a Vulcan view point. Like...

I've been thinking about Yellowstone for months now, and I'm excited to be returning to a park where I've already spent two seasons, because there's such a learning curve when starting a new park. Of course, my last summer in uniform there was 2019, so I can't wait to see what the supervolcano has been getting up to in the meantime.

A lil practice in perspective with this piece mostly, so here's Howl and Sophie, who I designed based 50/50 on their book and movie counterparts! I actually would love to revisit this piece and paring in the future, since the book is one of my all time favs
