Do you have any tactics to deal with feelings of loneliness? I don't think I handle it very well.
I’m sorry to hear that. I’ve struggled with feelings of loneliness for literally as long as I can remember and it still is hella hard. Have some good days with managing it and still have plenty of bad. Distraction has always been a big thing for me. In the past year or so I’ve gotten a lot better about using healthy ways of distraction instead of unhealthy ways. I read an insane amount. I love music and playing instruments. Try to turn it into something productive or creative. I’ve gotten a lot of therapeutic skills on how to better handle and regulate my emotional lows as well which helps a lot too. Are you ever going to post on your other account again?
Maybe. I stopped posting when life was very complicated for me and it wasn’t serving me or my mental health at the time. I’ve thought about starting back at it but my body has changed a lot and I don’t have the confidence for it anymore anyways.

I think one of the hardest parts of having BPD is the intense lonely feeling that I get. It doesn't matter how many friends I have, how often I go out, once I get home and am alone again it consumes me. I don't feel anything else but the emptiness that comes along with feeling alone.
