Just read an article that was all "uhh?? Actually we don't know why monster energy has that many B vitamins??? Unless you're severely deficient in them and anemic it's completely useless??????" whos gonna tell some of yall that body dysmorphia isnt just about thinking you're fat. it's more to do with an unstable self image. i feel like i'm skinny after i starve and then feel like i've gained 30 lbs after looking in the general direction of an oreo. the dysmorphia doesn't go away because i think i'm skinny sometimes, that is STILL dysmorphia
