Random fear

Does anyone else have a fear of overly large humanoid statues?

I have had nightmares about them and its only the human looking ones that do that to me

Budda statues are often unbelievably big and seeing photos of them freak me out but I have no reason to fear them

I don't think i have even been near a over 10ft statue let along ones that are hundreds of feet

Like when there are Statues where the toes are taller then your average adult human you have to start questioning things

It makes me feel ill I don't know why

Does anyone else's dad skip massive chunks of movies because they find emotional scenes boring?

I don't mean like 5 or 10 mins at a time I mean like 30 + minutes just to get to fighting/killing scenes

I know that I am going to sound like a ungrateful bitch but my sister just cancelled our 3rd get together in a row due to a mental breakdown

I get it, poor mental health is awful

I have breakdowns more often then I would like to admit

Hell I almost had 1 today because I had to work on Christmas

It just hurts when 1 of them was my birthday and then it was Halloween and now it's fucking Christmas

It's always last minute and it sometimes feels like a slap in the face

I do hope she is doing OK and that things improve for her and I know it's not a big deal

Don't you love when your Grandpa doesn't tell you until less then a month beforehabd that if you want to attend Christmas dinner you have to pay $130 dollars each (minimum)

He booked a table at my job 2 months ago and somehow didn't know until the restaurant managed to contact him that you can't just rock up and get a table at 1 at the most popular places without paying a booking fee

It would literally cost my dad and I almost $300 dollars just to attend dinner

We cannot afford that, I am literally working Christmas day so we can have some extra money

Let it be known that if I didn't work at the hotel this restaurant is at he would not have wanted to go there as every year before now we have had it at his home

So 2 years in a row I cannot attend the dinner because he has screwed up

And I know he will make me seem like the bad guy
