Do you ever think Jaune might have actually been there, hiding in the bushes, watching his younger self pluck the time fruit from the tree and just disappear?

I think in the spirit of keeping the timeline consistent, The Tree made sure that everything RWBYJN did finished up just before Jaune landed on the beach

So that way, there was no fear of getting the timelines crossed

Time travel is such a mess to deal with, I don't know why they had it in the first place. But it all worked out as best it could have

Having Rusted Knight Jaune meet Young Jaune would have been messy. Plus, I'm sure he would have tried to stop himself from picking the Time Fruit

Any headcannons for SilentKnight(Neo x Jaune)?

RWBY Ship Headcannons #68: Silent Knight

Jaune brings home takeout from his late-running Huntsman missions. His favourite kind is Thai and Neo's is Indian, they both handle their spices very well despite Jaune being...y'know, Jaune.

If she knows he'll get home later than her, Neo will hide in any place she can fit. Being tiny, this is a lot of places! Most of the time she does this to try and make Jaune find her, but sometimes she'll just tuck away and then pop out to scare him. This works every single time to her continued amazement.

They communicate in texts exclusively in emoticons.

Despite sleeping very lightly, Neo takes up the majority of the bed space. Like a neapolitan starfish.

Jaune gets a LOT of migraines, mostly from stress. Neo somehow knows exactly where to press on his wrists and temples to relieve the pain, or she can get strong pain relief meds. Truly his saving grace.

Remember that one year for April Fools where I changed my entire blog theme, icon, and posts to Hellbore for a day? That was fun I don't have time for stuff like that anymore, but i wish I did

I doubt Raven had a semblance connection to Ruby. Yang used Raven to teleport her to Qrow specifically in order to find Ruby in Volume 4/5

We were left unsure if Raven still cared about Qrow after Haven. She never appeared to him again after their fight

So imagine Raven suddenly losing her connection to Yang after seeing Ruby's message

And after weeks or months of mourning her daughter, Yang pings up again like a radar signal. There she is suddenly. Just there

So Raven instantly goes to her. CRWBY said RWBYJ were going to meet "someone" immediately after exiting the portal

And then, presumably, she just as quickly brings them all back to Qrow
