Hello! I read the fic and I think you may have done the concept even better than me! My heart was in my throat the entire time reading Vitalasy put his entire HAND in Zam’s chest cavity. Him wiggling his hand around over Zam’s hearts was so visceral but so beautiful at the same time. It made me queasy but I was breath taken at the same time. Oh my lord, it was so lovely.

The pacing of the scene read rather nicely too! I could feel the speed at which Vitalasy pinned Zam down in contrast to Zam slowly urging Vitalasy’s hand inside him. I’m going to say it again for good measure: such a lovely read.

I’ve got to go read it again, now that I think about it. Every installment of this au I get more and more invested, but I think this fic in particular has left me with twice as many questions! Now that all three of them know that both Vitalasy and Zam are creature things, how will they proceed? And I wonder what would have happened if Subz hadn’t interrupted them? I’m so excited to see what you do next! Your writing and concepts are absolutely stunning <3!

I think one of my favorite things about writing fanfic is that you can just... keep going. Write as many different endings to the story as you want. As many different AUs. You can write the same scene a hundred times and change what happens every time.

It's the most freeing feeling, that I don't have to choose.

do you ever find yourself bedeviled by writing ideas that are the equivalent of finding a single carrot in your fridge. your brain goes "we should write a pirate story" or "we should write a parisian thief caper" and you ask, "all right, what do we cook with that, then?" and it says "no other ingredients (:"

I don't know who needs to hear this, but as a creator -

I am fine with "the audience" -

downloading my fics

printing my fics

copy/pasting or screenshotting my fics

sharing your saved copy of my fics with anyone else who might want them in the unlikely but never impossible case that my fics are no longer available on ao3

making a book of my fic(s) and running your fingers across the pages while lovingly whispering my precioussss

doing these things with anything I create for fandom, such as meta, headcanons, au nonsense like 'texts from the brodinsons,' etc

I am not fine with "the audience"

doing any of the above with the purpose/intent of plagiarizing my work or passing it off as their own in any capacity

feeding my work into ai for any reason whatsoever

Save the fandom things. Preserve the fandom things. Respect the fandom things.
