David Jon Sponheim had been Democrat for 30 years. In 2008, David left the Democratic Party because he believed that Barack Obama was dishonest, and not the man he portrayed himself as during the 2008 election. And the two party system was bought off. He was tired of the two party system, tired of feeling that he didn't have a voice, that the representatives were not listening to him. One of the things that frustrated David about the political system is that he felt that he was not being heard.

October is the annual Month of Nonviolence, which is held by Black Women for Positive Change, and is open to EVERYONE. And that means this is month is the annual Blogging Carnival for Nonviolence. As October is Black History Month in the UK, and is also the annual Month of Nonviolence, Zhana will be asking her guests to comment on two recent violent incidents in South London, and to suggest ways to prevent these types of incidents. Zhana's two guests today are Dr. Lynne Muhammad, founder of the STREAM Labs, and Pastor Charetta Hodge of the Christhood International Ministries of St. Louis. Dr. Muhammad has worked in education for over 40 years in a huge range of educational institutions. She helps to provide young minds with an opportunity to discover and become engaged in the learning process as they have had fun interacting with equipment and materials. Pastor Hodge recently attended the HWPL Global Peace Summit in South Korea to report on the international peacekeeping and community service work of her organization. Self esteem is first created in the home, by what our parents say to us. Fathers are important to a daughters self esteem for sure. But today we want to take a close look at the Mother-Son relationship. Too many men have deep anger and resentment toward women, stemming from the emotional conflict with their mothers. Today in the year of 2023 people all over say they are Christians or Believers. If all of this is true why are they not standing up for what is right and what is truth. We are calling all Believers to stand up for God and his word. If we are ashamed of him he will be ashamed of us before his father. There is a difference in those who believe and love God. Nothing should be based on our opinions or what we think because we like it. The truth hurts and when it comes forth we may scream from the pain but after the pain goes away we are healed.
